Fantastic experience: My daughter had her tooth pulled and the gentleman that works everywhere (Dr. Rojas husband i believe)played thumb wars with her to distract her. So loving so wonderful. I do appreciate the whole staff! They are absolutely fantastic!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Rojas and her assistant, Tania! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make both me and my son, who is on the spectrum, feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported. They were incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to thoroughly explain every step in a way that helped my son feel safe and understood. Dr. Rojas carefully walked me through his dental issues and gave me practical tips on how I can help him at home, which I truly appreciated. Tania was equally fantastic, engaging with him gently and making the entire experience so much easier for both of us. Finding providers who really “get it” and take the time to create a positive experience for children with sensory and social challenges is rare, and I am so grateful for their compassion and professionalism. We finally feel like we found the perfect dental home. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old had her 1st filling today and was extremely nervous as a friend told her that it would be painful. Dr. Rojas and staff were AMAZING with my daughter and she came away smiling!

Negative experience: My daughter has been coming to this practice for the past few years. We have always gone to the dentist every 6 months without fail (medical records to prove such). We practice good dental hygiene as well. The schedule at enchanted forest is so packed, I needed to push our December appointment a day or so but next available was in January. Not wanting to miss our 6 months due date for cleaning and exam, I scheduled with another provider in the area. Last week was our appointment (earlier than the 6month due date), the new dentist found several cavities down to the nerve! The dentist even questioned our frequency of dental visits because she states her teeth could not have gotten this bad within the last several months let alone last 6 months. We were given a treatment plan to correct. I even reached out to enchanted forest requesting follow up following this discovery last week and I received no response at all. My 5 year old just had to be sedated today for her dental procedure today that required 4 silver caps and multiple fillings. I have dental insurance but my out of pocket cost was $1800! The new dentist told me today “this could not have been missed on xray in the last year”. My child had xray less than 6 months ago. The new dentist said no dentist could have missed this at her last appointment less than 6 months ago. She shared that some dentist will “watch” spots before pursing treatment but I can attest this was not the case! I was never told or given any documentation other than positive feedback from enchanted forest. This may be a popular practice but they don’t take good care of their patients.

Fantastic experience: We have been a part of this pediatric dentistry for about almost 8 yrs with my twins and almost 4 yrs. The staff has always been super attentive and caring towards the kids. The office setting is 110% kid friendly with kid movies always playing on every screen mounted directly above the chairs where the kids sit n lay back for their dental exams, making them a bit more relaxed in the setting. I have ABSOLUTELY no complaints. A great pediatric dental office for kids if your insurance accepts.

Fantastic experience: My children and I always have such a wonderful experience here! We love returning every 6 months. They make it so fun, everyone is cheerful, friendly, the stuffed animals and tvs on ceiling are always such a hit! We’ve been coming for 4 years and cannot wait to return each time.

I recommend this place to everyone, we live close to downtown houston and we make a trip all the way to enchanted forest because they are honest and they only recommend whats necessary for the kids. They have great work ethic and they make you feel part of their family. This place is legit. The staff is amazing too they make the kids feel comfortable and safe. Everyone is friendly. She was very nervous going in but they made her feel very comfortable. When we left she said “that didn’t hurt at all”.

Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in we were greeted and the lobby was nice and clean. The staff was so so nice, Dr. Rojas was super sweet! They also have a little “insurance” program for those that don’t have insurance that is affordable! We will be returning and making them our pediatric dentist!

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience here! From start to finish, the staff made my son feel very comfortable. They took the time to show him the tools they would be using and even let him practice on a stuffed animal with teeth, which he loved. The hygienist was patient, polite, and kind, and she did a wonderful job cleaning his teeth. The assistant was great too—she flossed his teeth, took pictures, and even showed me the proper way to brush his teeth (not just back and forth like adults). My son was so relaxed the whole time and was excited for his goodie bag and getting to pick a prize at the end. The dentist was also amazing—she was very kind and didn’t criticize me about my son still using a binky. Instead, she explained how it’s affecting his teeth, gave me helpful information, and encouraged us with a plan moving forward. The only small challenge was the wait time to see the dentist—it was a little long, which can be tough with a 3-year-old. But the assistant was wonderful and brought my son a coloring book to help keep him engaged while waiting. I think maybe they were a bit overbooked, but honestly, the staff and care made up for it. All around, it was a GREAT visit, and we will definitely continue going here. My son left happy, and I left feeling informed and supported. Thank you to the whole team! :) P.S. I forgot to get photos, but the entire office is very inviting, and even TVs on the ceiling for kids to watch!

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Rojas. My son is on the autism spectrum, and has a very negative experience prior to us seeing Dr. Rojas, so I was nervous about taking him to the dentist. She was so understanding, and gently worked with him, and he loves seeing the dentist! This was his first time getting an x-ray, and he did so good! Shout out to Harrison -- he was amazing working with us, and even let my son pick out his own toothbrush after listening to him gush about his favorite things. Harrison, you made his day!

Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure coming here. This last visit it was my 4 year old and my 1 year old together for the first time. We were originally place in an open room where other patients were also being attended. When the nurses noticed my 4 year old was not comfortable in the room they quickly moved us to a private room. That made such a difference and made my daughter’s experience a lot better. As always, Dr. Rojas is the absolute best and knows how to make her patients feel comfortable and loved. Will continue to come here as long as possible!

Fantastic experience: I’ve taken my daughter (3) here for awhile now for dental cleanings. The staff and Dr. Rojas are so patient with her and do a great job making sure she’s comfortable. Today she had to have 2 fillings done and I was nervous how she was going to react. Priscilla did an amazing job showing my daughter all the tools that were going to be used giving her easy to understand explanations and fun names. Dr. Rojas was able to use a dental laser instead of a drill which was so nice since there was no loud noise, pain or numbing involved! They both worked quickly and gave my daughter breaks when needed. I was amazed at how still she sat for them and that’s because they made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend bringing your children here!

Fantastic experience: Start to finish I could not be more impressed with Enchanted Forest Pediatric Dentistry. I had another pediatric dentist tell me my daughter needed 7 crowns and 1 filling on her baby teeth. I had put off treatment until the summer, but my daughter started saying her tooth was hurting while she was eating. At my sister in law’s recommendation I tried this office. They were able to get my daughter into the office and her teeth fixed within a day! They examined her teeth and determined she only needed 3 fillings. My husband and I are so grateful this office was so patient with our Daughter, and so honest to us! We are now patients forever until they tell us our kids they are too old! Tears of joy were shed today!

Fantastic experience: Was super nervous to take my two year old for her first appointment, but the dental assistants (Karen and Haley) were sooo kind and patient and made her feel comfortable right away. They put on her favorite show on Netflix on the screen above the chair and then they were so encouraging when they brushed her teeth and tried to teach her how to brush her own teeth. The dentist Dr. Rojas was sweet and patient as well and super informative! They put on Baby Shark for her, and Dr. Rojas pulled out a baby shark puppet for her to play with. (Also the office is clean and cute, we loved the giant window in our room with the bird house. My daughter was like Oh bird! She loved it.) Overall such a great experience and we're looking forward to her next appointment!

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment my daughter received during her routine dental cleaning today. The dental hygienist, Haley, exhibited unprofessional and inappropriate behavior that left both my daughter and me unsettled. During the procedure, Haley was unable to get my daughter to relax her lip in order to clean her lower teeth. To my shock, instead of using a gentle approach, she aggressively pushed cotton into my daughter’s mouth to separate her teeth and lip, and wiped her lips with unnecessary force. When my daughter was unable to comply, Haley abruptly put down the tools and said she would not complete the treatment. When we asked if someone else could step in to finish, Haley initially refused, stating, “If she can’t move her lips, then I’ll stop,” without offering any comfort or attempting to seek help. It was only after I requested that someone else step in that Haley finally asked the other hygienist, Kathy, to assist. Kathy was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter felt comfortable and relaxed, which highlighted how inappropriate Haley’s behavior had been. Even after the procedure, Haley’s behavior was bizarre, as she skipped behind the reception desk in a manner that seemed completely out of place for a professional setting. Given the distress my daughter experienced and the questionable actions of Haley, I’m concerned whether the service was even properly completed. I will also be closely monitoring any insurance billing for services that were not fully provided. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope it will be addressed so that no other patient is subjected to similar treatment.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing. They exude patience well with children and are so kind! My son came here when he was having anxiety issues going to the dentist and they made that go away within the first visit. My kids have been coming here for a couple years now and I will continue for years to come. Plus Dr. Rojas is bilingual, huge plus!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a place to get a tongue tie for your little one (even at 3 weeks old) this is the place. They not only accepted my dental insurance for it (which was covered) they got me in as soon as possible when I’ve called other places and we would have had to wait awhile. The guy at the front desk is awesome he made me laugh on the phone and they checked my insurance before I got there and told me the price. My little guy is in pain from it but he’s doing better on his feedings, and the hole process was quick and easy. I truly recommend them for a tongue tie especially if your little one is having so many issues from it. I was one concerned mom when I called . Thank you guys so much for this great and wonderful experience in helping my son. I truly appreciate it.

Positive experience: Normally we have a good experience here so I’m not sure if today was a fluke or what. I made appointments for both of my kids so that they could get their teeth cleaned together. Well I have to say I was very upset when I found out that they wanted to separate them on opposite side of the office. My kids are 4 and 6 so the 4 year old was worried and uncomfortable especially since he was not close to brother. The whole experience seemed very unprofessional. It felt like we were being put through some assembly line.

Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing Dr Rojas for several years and we love her and her staff. They not only provide great professional care but they do so in an empathetic individualized way. They are also there when you really need them. When we called her after hours line on a Friday night because our son cracked a molar eating something hard, her answering service put us in contact with her right way. We spoke with her directly. She was warm and kind and reassured us and answered our questions and gave us a plan of care for what to do. We really appreciate her. We highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Loved this dentist even before this, but they really went above and beyond when my kid had an injury to their mouth. We called them and they looked at a photo and told us to come in ten minutes after they usually close, did an exam and helped both of us feel so much better. Would give ten stars if I could. So wonderful.

Dr. Rojas explained everything in detail and took the time to explain to me what to be mindful of going forward until the baby teeth fall out. Negative experience: As one commentator aptly noted, this is the United States, where it is not customary for doctors to roll their eyes when a child cries or shows fear during a dental procedure. Being a doctor myself, I am well aware of this professional requirement. If a pediatric dentist cannot deal with the emotions of young patients and shows emotions in response to a child's reaction, as evidenced by such behavior as eye rolling, then he or she should not work with children, at least not in the United States. Patience with people (and certainly with young children) is one of the basic requirements for doctors here. Based on my extensive experience with people in the health care industry, I state this with confidence. We will never return to this dental clinic and I will not recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

Dr. Rojas was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable making a very important decision. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They are also Tricare friendly. Amazing place!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rojas and anesthesiologist Dr. Bonn, and the whole team at Enchanted Forest Dentistry provided extraordinary care during our two-year-old daughter’s crown surgery. Their expertise and genuine concern for our child’s well-being were evident throughout the entire process. Dr. Rojas’s skillful approach and Dr. Bonn’s reassuring demeanor created a comforting environment, ensuring our daughter felt at ease. I couldn’t have picked a better pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: Took my autistic daughter here for her first cleaning. It was amazing. The dental assistant was very sweet and informative. The dentist Dr. Bryant came in and she was so sweet and even spoke with us about how the appointment can go. She let us know that we would take it step by step and do as much as my daughter would allow. My daughter opened up to her so well that Dr. Bryant was able to check her teeth with no issues. I felt so comfortable there. I wish I had a place like this when I was a kid. We have found our dentist!! Thank you Dr. Bryant!!

Fantastic experience: My son enjoys coming to the dentist to get his teeth “brushed”. Dr. Rojas is friendly and talks to my 4 year old son so sweetly. All of the dental assistants are patient & explain everything they are doing with my son to me and him. They always have a movie on the ceiling to keep him occupied. Appointments are quick and they offer late evening appointments for us working parents. I was able to come in for a 5:20pm appt which during the week is so convenient.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend this dentist office. It's a great place for younger kids! The dental hygienists were gentle and kind with my children which made the experience pleasant and seamless. Dr. Bryant is great, thorough, and was able to answer all of my questions thoughtfully.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rojas is wonderful! My son is 5 and autistic, to say he is a challenge is an understatement. Dr. Rojas and her staff are so kind and patient with him. She takes the time to build trust with him but still give him the dental care he needs. Can’t recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr Rojas is absolutely the best, so warm and loving with the kids. Not pushy on treatments or fluoride at all. I love that they have private rooms and accommodations for kids on the spectrum/sensory issues. The staff is always friendly and kind. My kid LOVES coming to his appointments and that says it all. We highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: No exaggeration, Enchanted Forest Pediatric Dentistry really is the absolute best. I wanted to leave a review after our first visit but I waited to see if the exceptional care and kindness was a fluke the first time . And I’m happy to report, it wasn’t a fluke. Today we returned for a 6 month check-up/cleaning and it was another amazing experience. My kiddos were with Kelis, Karen and Rebecca. I can’t recall which hygienist worked with each child, but they were all gentle, kind and professional. After cleanings and X-rays we met with Dr. Rojas which is just the sweetest thing and she took her time discussing each of my kiddos dental results. Something I really liked is she wasn’t trying to rush me out the door. If you are like me and wait 6 months to bombard the dentist with concerns, then you will appreciate this too . We have moved quite a bit and along the journey have met many dentists and hygienists but this is the first dentistry that all 3 of my children genuinely enjoy going to and have no complaints. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new pediatric dentist, hands down!

Positive experience: The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. They got us in last minute after my daughter face planted on tile and chipped her front tooth and had a lot of blood. Unfortunately because we were squished in that day we ended up waiting an hour. My daughter didn't eat in the morning because her mouth hurt so bad so by the time she was called back she was starving (despite me bringing snacks) and just generally not wanting to be there (she was 2yrs old). For the x-ray they did not tell her what was happening and they just put the heavy lead vest on her and told me I had to go out of the room so she burst into tears. They were not very empathetic and tried to keep going with the x-ray even though she became hysterical. I ended up stopping them. We went to the room and my daughter calmed down but then they tried to do a chair x-ray with the x-ray gun this time. I finally asked if I could sit with her on the chair and wear the lead vest too and they allowed that to get her x-rays. Then when the dentist came in my daughter was scared and didn't want her looking in her mouth (everything was just really sore and she was just so young). The Dr basically got louder and louder until I finally suggested a solution to hold her and put on some YouTube videos she is familiar with and that helped. I was expecting them to show the lion with the teeth and give a bag of toothbrush and other goodies but none of that happened. Maybe it's only for cleanings? I had told my daughter about the lion so was disappointed when they didn't show her what to expect ahead of time. I've now transferred to Great Grins and it is sooo much better and more compassionate. Daughter loves it there.
