Negative experience: Getting an appointment here for my daughter by far has been the worst experience ever at medical office. God forbid your child is sick and can’t go to her appointment because it becomes a mission and a half involving your pediatrician to send paperwork saying she sick. They also make you feel like they don’t believe you. I hope the staff is friendlier in person then they are on the phone and text.

Fantastic experience: This was my grand daughter first visit. The staff here is great . They make sure everything is explained,answer all and any questions. I believe first impression are everything from the front desk to the back everyone was excellent .

Fantastic experience: Great service!! Really professional !! The staff is amazing super nice a friendly such an easy appointment!! I was a little worried because my son is non verbal but dr pena and his staff made us feel safe like we we’re in great hands definitely will recommend to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: The front office staff, attendants, the anesthesiologist, the dentist walk you thru everything. They all were very pleasant and understanding that this experience is a delicate one but once sedated they are able to take a clear look at your littles teeth. Mine is particularly uncomfortable with ANYONE getting close to her mouth including me and has always had a difficult time at the dentist/doctor. Unfortunately, that is what led us to this office today but thankfully the procedure was quick and seamless. I would definitely recommend this as an option if you have small children or children with autism who have not been able to take care of their teeth to the fullest.

Fantastic experience: Amazing amazing place to bring your child in for treatment if your child’s dentist can’t do. My child is autistic, I was a bit worried, but everything went perfectly. My child is afraid of the mask for laughing gas and needles. The staff have other options to put you and your child at ease. Our time there was excellent and the entire staff were amazingly supportive and kind. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond with my 3yrs old daughter’s care and they have exceeded my expectations. EVERYONE on staff displayed true empathy and compassion, for me that’s very important. I was very nervous for my daughter to go under anesthesia and it made me emotional, but they made my experience a great one. I 100% recommend this place. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The staff and Doctors are Amazing!!! From the very first interaction, they addressed all of our concerns very professionally. And we had a lot of concerns over the treatment of our little girl. We drove 2hrs because this was the best place we could find for our little girl. They also handled everything from crowns to spacers to fillings and everything else where other surgery centers only do some of the work and send you back to the dentist for the rest. We are beyond impressed. Hopefully we don't need to ever have this type of work done again, but if so we will drive the 2 hours to this center.

Fantastic experience: I can’t even put into words how comfortable I felt from the moment I stepped into the office. From the welcoming staff at the front door (I didn’t catch her name), to meeting the anesthesiologist, the nurse who took my daughter back, and the nurse who explained the anesthesia process everyone was so kind and reassuring. Dr. Pena was amazing. He introduced himself, took the time to explain everything he would be doing for my daughter, and assured me he would take care of her as if she were his own. In that moment, I truly felt a sense of relief and peace. I don’t have one bad thing to say everyone was absolutely wonderful, and I’m so grateful for the care and compassion shown by the entire team.

Fantastic experience: My experience from start to finish was nothing but amazing. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone was helpful, answered all of my questions and concerns, and really made the process easy. This was my first time having to do sedation for my daughter so I was really nervous, but again, everyone was really nice and they took good care of my daughter and made her (and I) feel comfortable. They even check on their patients the day after, which was really nice. I would definitely recommend them.

The sedation process went smoothly, and most importantly, my son had all his dental work done without any fear or trauma. We had such a great experience at the American Pediatric Sedation Center! The time goes by fast because everyone is checking up on you and making sure all is well. Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly, answered all my questions. The surgeon comes in and discusses the case with you. I was worried that procedures would be done without knowing first but they explain the whole care plan after they do X-rays. All in all great experience.

Fantastic experience: I brought my son in for dental work to American pediatric sedation. I was scared of him being sedated and work on, but everything went quick and very smooth. Dr Pena did a great job. I would never take my kids anywhere else but to American pediatric sedation for all their dental procedures. Great environment and respectful staff.

Fantastic experience: Best service ever fast and professional no problems my daughter is awake and ready to go home

Negative experience: Worst customer service. The Front desk already seem to be having problems with each other. Waited an hour before I asked what was going on was told the doctor was running another two hours behind asked to reschedule after rearranging my schedule and pulling my child out of school. They told me I could only go within that week. I was not able to make that week because I already had other appointments and was told I could not reschedule with them again due to their lack of communication they were not accommodating whatsoever and extremely rude especially the blonde front desk receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. William Liou and entire staff was absolutely amazing. Having our 5 year old get anesthesia is so scary but they provided comfort and reassurance and put us at ease. Dr. Liou did amazing work and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience, I was very nervous being that my daughter is only 3 yrs old. When I tell you from the time I walked in the front door desk personnel rest assured everything will be ok. When we got to the back, the nurses were extremely nice, they treated us as family. The anesthesiologist came in she was nice, Dr. Liou was extremely nice very informative he made us feel welcomed and everything was a smooth process. The nurse updated us with the treatment plan within no time and also updated us with any changes. If I could give this sedation center 100 stars I would. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Ps: this was a second opinion. I wished I knew about this place before I went to the 1st place. We love you all ❤️ #Great Work Team!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is a wonder place to bring your kids. They are very welcoming, nice and clean. All of the staffing makes sure your child and yourself and comfortable at all times. Dr.Pena is wonderful he answered all of our questions and concerns. He’s very respectful and he does everything to make sure the kids are very comfortable and feel like they are at home. I highly recommend Dr.Pena and his staff. I will be coming back to see him if my kids need any more work done.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Liou (DND), Dr. Chaudhari (Anesthesiologist) and the staff at American Pediatric Sedation Center were very kind and helpful during the process of my son’s first procedure where he needed to be sedated. As a parent, I was scared and nervous, but after meeting Dr. Liou and Dr. Chaudhari I immediately became relieved.

Fantastic experience: My three year old had to get some cavities filled and my son’s pediatric office recommended us this facility. The receptionists have been amazing! They call you multiple times before your appointment to remind you, they also send you text messages about the appointment. They explain everything in detail and even send you a text message with all the information they provided so that’s a huge help! The doctor, anesthesia and dental assistants all come to you with welcoming faces and welcoming tones. They all explain the procedure and ask if you have any questions or concerns. The staff that work here are all energetic, fun, and amazing to their patients! My child and I felt extremely welcomed and happy to be here!

Fantastic experience: Omg this was such an amazing easygoing experience. I thought it was going to be scary but the place is pretty clean and organized. The staff are bilingual which is so nice and very communicative and helpful as well. Sigh I can breathe and feel safe . Maria helped me with my daughter and she is so sweet and caring, thank you for being so patient and kind with my daughter and the anesthesia doctor was super attentive and helpful, she called me before coming to make sure all went well.Dr. Pena, omg so cuteeeee and so attentive, explained everything so well and was genuinely so caring for my daughter and I heard him with the other patients and he is truly so professional and good. Fantastic experience: We had a great experience in the American Pediatric Sedation Center. They work with your child’s needs and make sure we were informed and confident about the whole process. The whole staff is so helpful and supportive and helps your child feel comfortable. The anesthesiologist made sure we were informed and know what to expect. Dr. Pena did an amazing job, he took care of our daughter’s teeth like he would on his own child. They’ll make sure your child is ok before they dismiss you and also follow up the next day to ask if your child is having any side affects. I would definitely come back again when needed.

Fantastic experience: Great office very clean Dr.Pena is super sweet he’s definitely a great Dr. made me feel comfortable and so did all of the staff from the time I walked in the door. Communication was great as well. I would recommend this office to anyone everything went great my son was up and moving 3 hours after he got his treatment.

Negative experience: Renee who answers the phone was absolutely unprofessional and rude. Would 100% not recommend this place to any parent that cares about their child having a smooth experience. These people do not care about your child’s wellbeing. Rene was so rude and was sarcastic and just all around unprofessional. When I asked to speak to someone about law she said she was the manager and there was no one else to speak to. Not sure who does the hiring process here but Rene should not be there nor the first impression of this company. Will never recommend this place to anyone and will not be going here. Horrible service! Buyer beware!!

My son who has autism needed multiple dental procedures, and like any parent, I was nervous about how he’d handle it. From the moment we walked in, the entire team from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free for both of us. What stood out most was how comfortable they made my son feel. The staff explained everything in a calm and caring way, and their expertise in pediatric care was evident. He left feeling great, and I left with total peace of mind. Highly recommend this place for any parent seeking quality care and compassionate service for their child!

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying my 3 year old was seen at another dentist which said she needed sedation done, but had to be placed on a waiting list. It’s been almost 5 months on the waiting list and still no word. I found American Pediatric Sedation center and was giving an appointment a few days out which I was so grateful for. They even did all her work the SAME DAY!! My daughter was handled with care and everyone I encountered was absolutely wonderful. I LOVE IT HERE. 10 out of 10
