I work in a medical office, and I am envious of this dental office - the space is immaculate, the play place is fantastic, and I'm pretty sure "Efficiency" is every employees middle name. 12/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: There is no better dentist in Thurston county to take your kids too. They are very caring and patient and skilled at treating children. Kaitlyn helped us today and was just the sweetest. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and special. The schedules are a ways out but it’s not surprising given the care they give. It would be awesome if they were able to open up Fridays or even weekends but it’s truly worth the wait.

For me, they are also the first dentist who has been willing to discuss my concerns as a parent and talk through options regarding treatment. I wouldn’t want to take my kids anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: We came here to have our infant’s tongue and lip ties assessed and then released. They were initially booked out but put us on the cancellation list and got us in much sooner. Everyone was so nice and it was a great experience. The facility is super nice with a great play area for kids. Scheduling was super easy.

Fantastic experience: Caring staff, quick & easy appointment for the kiddos. No pressure to do fluoride or X-rays. My kids love the waiting area with all the toys. It’s hard to get them to leave after their appointment, it’s always more playtime. Mini children’s museum. I love their idea of a prize box- they give each kid a token after their appointment to put in a toy carousel.

Fantastic experience: My kids had their first visit at this dentist office and they enjoyed everything (except when they had to leave!). The staff were very nice and the dentist was knowledgeable, which I appreciate understanding a bit of the why behind the ask when being given hygiene suggestions. The only issue I had was the virtual paperwork, which I filled out and submitted twice for my 3 kids, but then I was told that only part of the forms arrived. I received a “Thank you, your form has been submitted” type of message each time. At least I was able to request a paper copy of the forms to fill out at the dentist office, as those forms online are hard to tick all the boxes on a small mobile device. I enjoyed the actual dental experience for my kids though, and would recommend this office to others!

Fantastic experience: The office is very clean and has a beautiful waiting area with toys and a play space that my kids love. The hygienists are always kind, patient, and good at explaining what they are doing. My son loves going to the dentist and even says it’s relaxing!

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Olympia Pediatric Dentistry from our main dental office after we had discovered some dark spots on our son’s front teeth. Coming into his initial appointment, I was very nervous because I knew he definitely needed treatment, and would need to be put under general anesthesia due to his age (2 years old), but was worried because it was his first ever procedure. When we were brought back to be seen, we met with Dr. Choi, who took her time to throughly explain to us the treatment recommended, and how the procedure would go with the anesthesia. She was patient and kind and answered all my questions. At one point I was overwhelmed and in tears, mainly because I felt guilty that my son had endured some pain and I just wasn’t aware and felt as though I could’ve helped him sooner. She was very empathetic and compassionate, letting me know that these things happen and at least we were here now to give him the help needed. We were so appreciative of the excellent service and great care that was provided to our son!! He had his procedure and is doing so well and back to his self I highly recommend Olympia Pediatric Dentistry!!!

Fantastic experience: Olympia Pediatric Dentistry is the best! I have been taking my son to them for years and travel over an hour to go there now because they are the best. The front staff always greet us with the kindest smiles and a cheerful good morning. The doctors and all staff make my son feel comfortable and cared for. Best dentist in the area hands down. Who else could say they look forward to going to the dentist? Everyone there always makes it the best experience and we love going.

Fantastic experience: Olympia Pediatric Dentistry has been wonderful. 4 kids in tow, two with special needs, and they have been wonderful each and every time. They don’t rush/push and are extremely patient and kind. Dr Sonya is caring and attentive and gives phenomenal care. The hygienists and assistants are all really the best. I can’t recommend them enough. My only regret is that they don’t take adult patients. I would love to be a patient here.

From greetings at the front desk, a fun waiting area for children, to the assistant Kailyn who was exceptionally caring, friendly and gentle with our son. Dr. Sofia works SO well with children, sang songs for our son, gave him breaks in between brushing and fluoride, we loved it all and cannot wait to come back!! <3 Our son was all smiles

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience at Olympia Pediatric Dentistry! Our son fell and broke his tooth, and even though he wasn’t a patient, they got us in the same day. Every single staff member was so friendly and kind, and the doctor was wonderful. The office itself is beautiful, welcoming, and very kid-friendly, which made our son feel comfortable right away. He actually had a great experience despite the emergency. We feel truly blessed to have found this dentist. Highly recommend—amazing staff and an excellent doctor!

Fantastic experience: This dentist’s office creates a great environment/experience for kids. They have an engaging play area, and the staff is super friendly. They worked hard to include my child in the conversation about her oral/dental health, and even showed her her x-ray to educate her on how teeth form and move into place. She literally gets excited to go see the dentist, and I don’t remember ever feeling that way when I was a kid.

The care in the office has been fantastic my son had issues with gagging and here that's no problem he likes going to the dentist and comes out happy and ready with healthy teeth for the tooth fairy. I could literally see the nervousness leave his body after just being there a few minutes. They did a great job talking him through everything, answering his questions and they were so patient and kind with him when he was struggling with the x-rays. Fantastic experience: They do such a great job with kids! From regular cleanings to cavity fillings. They work hard to keep dentist visits positive. Staff are cheerful, kids get prices at the end. For trickier situations they have tvs in the ceiling and laughing gas.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my daughter here for around 6 years and we could not recommend OPD more. Staff are friendly. Hygienist and dentists are always informative and helpful answering any questions we have. My daughter had to have an extraction and tongue and lip ties addressed a little over a year ago and everything was able to be scheduled on-site. The care she received and the information, guidance, and encouragement I received for post op care was great.

Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and dentist were so nice and friendly and had such a good rapport with my son. The office is beautiful and in a fun location (we went swimming at the YMCA and then had Humble Cow ice cream after our appointment). Thanks for the recommendations, gentle care, and for making the whole experience so fun that my son didn’t even want to leave at the end. ❤️

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentistry place my daughter has every been. Every interaction I've had with staff has been lovely and they've been so kind and helpfully. My daughter is nerodivergent and dentist office trips always make her extremely anxious. The hygienist that works with my daughter is an angle and is so incredibly patient and kind with my daughter. We've been going here for about two years now and my daughter is not as nervous going to the dentist and its wonderful. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Plus its a bonus for the kids that they have such a fun and interactive waiting area.

Negative experience: They have continuously tried to charge me directly for things that my insurance pays for. the service is good. but i do not recommend them because of the administration. tried to pay my copay and they attempted to charge my benifits car 2600 dollars after multiple conversations about my dental being 100 % covered also had to have them refund 250 they said was for anesthesia but in reality was a deposit they required just to make an appointment which is also covered by my insurance all in all the financial side has caused me to inform my main dental office not to refer my child to them again

Dr. Mason and Melanie both took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. The procedure itself was quick and handled with incredible care. Post procedure instructions were demonstrated to me and I left the office feeling confident in my ability to care for my son at home. Since the procedure, we’ve seen a drastic improvement in feeding and overall comfort. I’m so grateful we found this office. Fantastic experience: We came here after a bad experience at another local pediatric dentist. All I can say is WOW. We are never leaving. The atmosphere is so laid back, fun, and caring. The dentist herself is knowledgeable and gentle. Treatment options are plentiful and they take a conservative approach and keep co-pays in mind. The billing people are so great to work with. Oh, and the new location has a children’s museum in it basically. I wish we could just come here to play. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Lovely new facility, fantastic front reception customer service, staff is so helpful, kind and efficient. Highly recommend them, especially for tongue tie/lip tie lazer revision. UPDATE: 2 kiddos later, they had a change of location for the better!! The building is beautiful, lots of natural light and a fun play area for the kids! Staff is still absolutely fantastic. Very personal care, she remembers all 3 of my kiddos. If we lived an hour closer she would definitely be their dentist. Still highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Olympia Pediatric for the past 5 years and they have made my kids love the dentist. Even when they have had to have cavities filled they have made it the most enjoyable experience for them and worked with me to find a numbing alternative to lidocaine for our 7 year old who hates how long she is numb afterwards. Our 2 month old daughter and our other daughter when she was 5 years old both have had their tongue and lip ties release by Dr. Mason and both had excellent experiences. They are have always been respectful about our choice to not use flouride. Highly recommend them!

We just returned for my son’s first cleaning (20 months old). They were amazing! The dentist sang to him while she cleaned his teeth. He had a great experience and left in just as good a mood as he came in. Two thumbs up from this mama!

They have a huge play area where both my kids were able to get their wiggles out and get comfortable before going back for their exam and cleaning.
