Positive experience: Great customer service, however they’re full of excuses when it comes to getting work done. If you have PPO work insurance be prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for them to treat you. They don’t care of your agony or pain which is why I do not recommend this establishment for tooth emergencies. They lost $3,820USD in revenue as I got my dental work done at a more competent establishment in less time with the very same insurance I provided them. I guess they don’t want business and I can’t be mad at that. Don’t fall for the 5 stars rating as it’s obvious they buy their reviews.
