Fantastic experience: Always an excellent experience, you can tell they all really care about the kids. My kids look forward to their cleanings now and weren’t scared when they did need a filling or space maintainer. One recommended preventative wasn’t covered by our insurance but the out of pocket price was literally 1/2 of what I’ve paid elsewhere for my older kids! I recommend Macomb Children’s Dentistry to all of my parent friends now :)

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a pediatric dentist, so I didn’t know what to expect but my first thought was “dang this looks so fun in here!” The environment was just meant for kids. My daughter (2.5 years) was super excited to be in the waiting room even though that only lasted like 3 minutes until we were back in the cleaning room. The hygienist was so kind and did everything to make my daughter feel at ease. Such a great first dentist experience. My daughter loved it. Excited to go back!

Negative experience: When kids need their teeth just regularly cleaned it's good. Anything beyond that you basically go broke and they don't care they want payments up front which unfortunately sometimes is not doable so you kind of have to go into debt

Fantastic experience: This was our first procedure since switching to Macomb Children's Dentistry and I couldn't be more grateful. Two of my children struggle with dental work and my son who had work done today is one of those 2. When he lost his calmness, and started going south with his fears every person involved was so calm and kind to him. It went from 2 employees to 5 or 6 to help him calm down and have the procedure finished. No one seemed overwhelmed with him, no one was upset with him. The last pediatric dentist we went to treated my scared children horribly and though my son had a major meltdown today, I am just so grateful for how they handled everything. I know this job cannot be easy when kids get scared and start to lose control. But half of the battle is having a staff who know how to respond in those situations. Thank you so much for treating him with so much kindness and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter to Macomb Chindren’s Dentistry by a friend recommendation. They are great with kids, very kind and have good strategies and distractions to keep them calm and have the treatment they need. It was a great choice.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the BEST pediatric dental office EVER! Every single staff member we encountered during both of our visits has been so kind, gentle, caring and patient. They take the time to explain and demonstrate with your child what to expect so they aren’t scared. They have TV’s in the ceiling for your child to watch their favorite show while having their teeth cleaned/checked. And of course they get a goodie bag at the end with a new tooth brush, floss picks, toothpaste and some little prizes. The entire office is full of kid friendly characters, toys, and just such a cool environment. Such a different experience from other offices we’ve been to. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Extra shoutout to Raquel for being such a remarkable hygienist!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff and Dr's are beyond amazing. The biggest thing is their demeanor with my daughter, every single one of them just reads as such a kind person. Dr. Tiberia works fast, is so absolutely wonderful to be around and makes my kiddo absolutely comfortable, even getting shots in her mouth! Unlike other places they are very realistic with their treatment plans, not putting the kids through unnecessary work just to do it. Honestly, my daughter gets beyond happy on days she goes to the dentist now.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here since my son was a baby. He’s now 10! Dr. Amit is transparent, straightforward and cares about his patients. Dental care can be so scary for children. This space is perfect! He performs major work in the hospital which I feel is safest when sedation is needed!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Dr. Tiberia’s office! My son is usually very nervous about dental appointments, but Dr. Tiberia and her assistant Farah were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain every step of the process in a calm and reassuring way, which really helped put him at ease. Both were so sweet and patient with him — it made a huge difference. I truly appreciate the care and kindness they showed us.

Negative experience: This is the first place I came to, to address review my baby’s teeth. The dentist lady came in quite seriously & quickly, examined and offered me an aggressive treatment plan which includes general anesthesia at a hospital, nerve treatments, pulptomies, & crowns (the stainless steel kind that have nickel in them)- (all of this for a baby who is still 1 year old) and immediately left the room in a hurry. She did not seem nurturing, empathetic, or caring. In fact she seemed quite annoyed and like she didn’t want to spend extra time talking to me. I am also shocked she did not see or mention the lip tie- which is probably the reason for this decay. I went to another pediatric dentistry and I cannot even begin to explain how much more realistic, caring, patience-practicing, softer, kinder, and looks me in the eyes with empathy and kindness in comparison to this place . The other place says to not give any children under 3 anesthesia & said the decayed tooth (the reason i even came in) simply needs to be pulled before or when it becomes a problem. We don’t even think a crown would stay on there? & ZERO nerve treatments. They also offer better crowns without nickel. Moral of the story- this place is going to try to pull your insurance $$$ for any and every single thing they can. Is the dentist probably AMAZING at what she does? Yes. Is the treatment plan OVERLY aggressive? Yes.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time here and they made my daughter so comfortable explaining everything they were doing/using as they went. They were all very kind from the moment we walked in, we couldn’t be happier.

Negative experience: This pediatric location in Macomb does not care about your child’s dental health. They only care about your money. I called and expressed this prior to my appointment and was still told to come in. I was asked three times if I had questions or concerns when I arrived and I never said I did. Just that the caps would not be done. Dr. Sheer refused to fix my sons filling that she told me was SO BAD! But because I couldn’t afford to pay $198.00 x2 for metal caps to protect the two baby teeth. Insurance does not cover caps and she is well aware. Everything else would have been covered by insurance. I will NEVER take another child here again.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for years my two boys are extremely comfortable with the staff. We drive 45 minutes out of our way to come to this dentist, My youngest son is on the autism spectrum and they are so patient with him and he absolutely loves coming here

Fantastic experience: I took my 4-year-old son here for his first dental visit, and it was such a great experience! He was very scared, cried during the exam, and wasn’t very cooperative—I had to hold him while they worked. Even with all of that, the staff did an amazing job being patient, gentle, and getting everything done. The TV in the room helped with some distraction, and the waiting room is full of toys, which made the visit easier. Overall, a wonderful first experience—I’m so glad we chose this office!

Negative experience: God forbid u do a no call no show because this place will ban you from ever come back like life's circumstances doesn't happen. It's been a year and they still aren't allowing my son to come back...The person in charge needs to learn compassion or needs some humanity....Very disappointing!!

Fantastic experience: I have a 4 yo and an 8 yo who seen the Doctor and hygienist last week. We were new to the office with bad trauma filled dental office experience behind us, so we were skeptical before we even arrived. As soon as we seen the building as we pulled in the drive, a sigh of relief straight away. The building itself looked joyful with smiles and colorful signs. Walking in, a welcoming clean room with children and all sorts of interesting toys and activities. While we wait, the children played with a giant light Brite and wooden train set. We were called back to the blue room.! It was very cute the way the rooms were separated with colored tiles on the floor. Walking in, the client seat was child sized with a TV on the ceiling & choice of Netflix movie to choose from along with headphones and colorful sunglasses! We were completely impressed. It gets even better, the staff! Just so pleasant and explanatory to the children, making them comfortable and relaxed. My 4 yo is not a fan of the dentist, I was sure they would deny his visit because of his behavior. Again, to my suprise, the staff was prepared for such and had a plan for completing the visit. "Knee to knee" as she called it worked like a charm. We all left saying how we loved the dentist. I am so grateful and appreciative for their hard work and hospitality. Another cute moment, Walking out was a bucket of chalk for you to sign your name. The Doctors of the office had signed theirs, too!

Fantastic experience: This office is great! My kids love the waiting room more than anything and ask me to go to the dentists office every day to play haha. The staff is kind and patient and very good with kids. I’ve loved coming here with both my toddler and 4 year old

Fantastic experience: It was my daughter's first dentist appointment, she was immediately interested in being there as soon as we walked in the door. The whole building is made with kids in mind, from familiar characters painted on the walls, to the train table and oversized lite brite in the lobby, to the exam rooms with TV's on the ceiling to distract kids while they're getting examined. Overall great experience for both her and I.

Fantastic experience: We have been patients with Macomb Children’s Dentistry for 8 years and cannot say anything bad about them. Both of my boys love going there and love all of their staff. This was the first visit we have ever had as an emergency visit. My youngest son had been crying about pain on the roof of his mouth for 5 days by his front teeth. We had just had his teeth cleaned the prior week with no issues or cavities. When I called and told them what he was experiencing, they had him seen within hours. Ended up he must have eaten hot pizza, or something else and burned the roof of his mouth(even though he doesn’t remember eating hot food ). But the Dr. explained to me exactly why she thought it was that type of food and ruled out all the other things it could have been. We love everyone there!

Fantastic experience: This office! I cannot say enough good things. My daughter has a small jaw, tons of overcrowding and therefore needed some extractions. She was bit anxious but the staff and doctor were amazing. They eased her anxiety and made sure her procedure was pain free. The facility was brightly colored with friendly characters that children love and there’s lots to do in the waiting room while waiting (which wasn’t long, as they’re quite efficient). I would recommend this pediatric dentist a million times over.

Fantastic experience: The office has always been very prompt with appointments and we have had multiple appointments. This is a wonderful respect of time. We love Dr. Batra. He is kind and respectful. He does a great job of getting your child's procedures done very timely especially when dealing with small children that are not always an ideal patient with sitting still etc. Every hygienist we have had is kind and listens to what works best for the child.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 2 and needed x rays of her teeth as she fell and one of the teeth was impacted. After failing to get the images at the family dentist we decided to try a pediatric dentist. This was an amazing experience. Dr. Amit took his time to thoroughly examine what was going on with her teeth, and went through all of the aftercare in detail with us. This not only gave us peace of mind as parents but also turned out to be a good dental experience for our daughter.

Fantastic experience: The lady that cleans my son’s teeth is amazing. I wish I got her name, but we have seen her a few times now and she is patient, kind, and wonderful with my son. She takes her time with him and allows him the time he needs to talk to her and get comfortable. She always makes sure to tell him about all of the tools she is using and what she will be doing before she does it. He got super comfortable this visit and so I had to take a picture, with her permission of course! The TV on the ceiling with his favorite movie, Hotel, is a nice bonus! He loves picking a toothbrush and getting a prize at the end too!

Negative experience: I had to reschedule an appointment for two emergency reasons one time being an hour ahead due to still being at work waiting for a union rep who instructed me to be in HR who was in a meeting, nothing I had control over and another reason I called for being LATE to the next appointment for having to turn around to pick my three year old up and the receptionist told me “it’s not your fault?” Even though instead doing a no call no show that’s the comment she makes after calling for the second time EVER to either come and be late or schedule for another day even though I still drove half way and explained I will be late but asked if I should still come or just reschedule. This office is 40 minutes away from my house I left an hour before but had to turn back around to pick my 3 year old up. I only go to this office because I THOUGHT the staff was nice obviously people can’t be human or a parent or an employee at their own job. You have to be able to see into the future so you don’t call and reschedule your appointment. All she had to say was “we can get you rescheduled or …… is our policy” though I called BOTH times. She shouldn’t had commented on my personal situations that I shouldn’t even had to speak for to stop saying the things she was saying. She began raising her voice to over talk me And hung up in my face when I did the same after I felt disrespected towards what she was saying about WHY I was running late and had to reschedule to first appointment and she didn’t reschedule even though she knows my daughter is having pain. When I called back she told me everybody is at lunch was at 1 though it was pass 1…which my daughter appointment was at 1 and then told me everybody is busy a manager will call me later

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Macomb children’s dentistry for a few years now with our oldest daughter. It was my first time taking both girls and my 28 month olds first dentist visit. The hygienist, dentist and entire staff were so helpful and accommodating. My youngest daughter is very timid at the doctors office and does not love to get her teeth cleaned at home. Our hygienist did a really good job utilizing the time that my daughter did not want to be touched by answering questions and educating me. When my daughter finally was comfortable enough to let the hygienist start her exam and cleaning she was so good with her. She was able to get through the entire cleaning and was even able to transfer out of my lap and onto the exam chair. We always have a very good experience with every hygienist there and Dr. Sherri. The other hygienist that was working with my four-year-old did a fantastic job and even sat with her while we were finishing up my two-year-old’s appointment just chatting and answering her questions about dental hygiene. The dentist is such an intimidating experience for most people, but Macomb children’s dentistry makes visits with my children so easy. They provide such a good foundation for kids, setting them up for success in the future going to the dentist.

They are so patient, compassionate and spend time to make the kids feel that going to the dentist doesn’t have to be scary. Fantastic experience: My daughter is still timid while going into the dentist. She had Dominique as her hygienist and she was so patient and calm with her . She loves the fun atmosphere and characters throughout the building and how she’s able to pick her favorite show while she gets her teeth cleaned. Fantastic experience: I'm always worried when I have to go to the dentist so when it was my kids time to go visit I wanted to make sure it would be someplace with a very calm and fun atmosphere for them not to be afraid, and MCD is exactly like that. Is playful, with a great interior design full of colors and characters from kids movies. We saw Dr R. there and he is very gentle making my kids fell comfortable during the procedures, without being scared of the sounds. All of the team are great too, the cleaning is never a torture as it used to be for me, I wish I had a place and a dentist like this when I was a kid, actually for me now would be great too lol Highly recommend taking your kids there!

Fantastic experience: I don’t do reviews often but this office definitely deserves recognition. After daunting searches and reading numerous reviews, I finally settled on Macomb Children’s Dentistry and couldn’t be happier. Our previous experience at other offices were not so pleasant. My daughter (4) is very anxious at the dentist but they were so sweet and made her feel comfortable. They let her know what was being done as they did it and offered reassurance that she was doing great. The staff is amazing, from intake to walking out the door and the environment is very welcoming. My daughter is actually excited to go back!

Fantastic experience: My son had his first visit to the dentist today! Everything was made so easy…scheduling, completing the forms, and scheduling the follow-up! The lobby is perfect for the kids!! The hygienist was amazing answering my questions, walking my son through the entire process & reassuring him along the way! Nice touch with the tv on the ceiling & Spider-Man toothbrush too! We walked out the door and my son asked when he could go back!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist! My son has autism and doesn't like getting his teeth cleaned. It's a challenge is putting it lightly. They were patient and as gentle with him as could be. We will be going there as long as we can.

Fantastic experience: The best pediatric dentist around is Dr. R. My son has had cavities filled plus additional dental work and Dr. R is amazing. He is very caring, warm hearted and friendly. His assistant today was Josie and she was also wonderful with my son. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: I love this office! Every person you meet is friendly and efficient. We moved about an hour away and I tried 2 different dentist in our current area and ended up just making the drive back to macomb children's dentistry for their superb atmosphere, people, and care. My son had major dental surgery there. Not only could they do it in office where he was much more comfortable than a hospital, but they were amazing with me and him the entire time. He made a comment after that all the doctors were so so nice to him, and he's 4. They put him at ease even when he's just getting a cleaning. Lastly, the lobby is super kid friendly and has awesome toys.

Fantastic experience: Children’s Macomb Dentistry has been wonderful to our two little boys. They each have very different comfort levels and the wonderful staff meets them where they are and make it a positive experience. Dr. R, Ms. Raquel and Ms. Josey are some of our favorites! Their patience is out of this world. They always go at the child’s pace without ever forcing. We are grateful for finding this wonderful staff and welcoming dentistry!

Fantastic experience: My oldest has ASD and the staff have always been amazing with him. They are so well equipped to deal with all of his special needs and take the time to explain every step to him so he feels comfortable. Both of my kiddos love it there, and so do we!

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old's review: I pressed many stars for the dentist and nurse. So first I got into the dentist, they gave me my favorite flavor and they brushed my teeth. It was fun cos they made me watch my favorite show while brushing my teeth. Persons were nice because nothing was ouchie.

Fantastic experience: We love MCD! My oldest had severe dental anxiety when she was young, due to trauma at another office. MCD has turned that around, and we are so grateful. My younger children love going, they think it’s fun! Great staff, wonderful with all ages.

Fantastic experience: Every single person that works here is fantastic. They really strive to make children feel comfortable and safe. They have created a fun environment for the kids. They make sure to inform my kids exactly what they’re doing before they do it, in a playful, loving way. All 3 of my kids have never been afraid to go to the dentist and it’s all because of them. Super thankful for finding this place years ago!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sherri is so kind and the staff is always to helpful. My daughter accidentally left some bracelets and the staff kept them for over a month and returned them on her next visit. The hygienist explained all the steps of my daughter’s fillings. Wonderful doctors and staff! Recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE this dentist office! We took our first son to his first dentist appointment somewhere else and there was nothing for kids, cold room, and he was so scared. When we came here as soon as you walk in theres toys for the kids to play with while their waiting, inviting rooms, tvs on the ceilings, headphones and sunglasses for the kids to wear. Both of my boys (4 & 2) stayed so still and were so calm the entire appointment. The employees are so patient, calm, gentle, and reassuring with the kiddos. We will never take them anywhere else, even though it is a 25 minute drive for us. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I do not have enough good words to describe this place! My daughter needed to go under anesthesia and is only six years old so as parents, we were very nervous. We felt so incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process, Our daughter was treated like royalty and we cannot thank you enough Amazing, amazing, amazing
