Fantastic experience: dude i LOVE pediatric dentistry! amazing staff And I love all the cool pictures on their walls. If your child is nervous they definitely go above and beyond to help. knowledgeable doctors and they give coins for prizes at the end of visits. thank you! :)

Negative experience: I love the atmosphere here, however they told me that my billing would only be maybe $100 or so dollars off for a $4200 bill. It was off by $2700. Janae (the billing lady) is impossible to get ahold of. I do not recommend going here for the billing nightmare alone.

Negative experience: The place is disorganized and rushed and high pressure. The dentist and the hygienists are so rushed that it scared my child. So we switched to a clinic with a better atmosphere and kiddo is much happier and more comfortable. Office won’t stop calling and texting us. It’s been months since we switched clinics and we don’t have any outstanding balances. I still get “urgent” messages that they’re trying to use high pressure sales tactics to guilt you to come back to their clinic. I have asked to be taken off their call list five times now and am still getting calls. We switched partly because their office has five employees buzzing around, probably mostly giving these annoying automated calls.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rencher is professional and amazing at his job. He is caring and extremely honest. I highly recommend him.

Today was the first time my kiddo needed a little more than just a regular checkup and Dr. Brian and both of the dental assistants were great. I was very nervous and it went so smooth. We have a happy boy with healthy teeth. Thank you for always providing exceptional service and having such a positive team!

Fantastic experience: Went in for my 13 month old son’s very first dentist appointment. Not only were the dental assistant and dentist personable!! They also answered every question we had! A quick brush and checked his teeth coming in! They worked at an amazing pace to make it as quick and easy for him as possible!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics since just after my son turned 1. We love all of the staff there, from the front desk to the doctors. The experience has been so positive, my child is excited to go to the dentist. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a provider for their child.

Fantastic experience: We had to bring my daughter in for an unexpected issue, and the office got us in immediately. From the moment we arrived, the staff was calm, compassionate, and completely on top of everything. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and my daughter felt safe and cared for the entire time. We are so grateful for their quick response and exceptional care!

Fantastic experience: It was our very first visit today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my nervous girl. The nurse gave us a tour of the whole building, was empathetic to my daughter’s nervousness and took great care in taking the X-rays and brushing her teeth. Dr. Brian was also very sweet and showed great interest in my daughter and our family. We loved the atmosphere and her nerves are no more! We can’t wait for next time!

Fantastic experience: This visit was the very first time both my boys had been to a dentist they are 3 and 2 years old. They both loved all the animals on the walls and the staff was AMAZING! Dr. Brian was super nice and my boys really like him and his nurse Maddy. Excited for our future visits! Thank you all for making my boys first dentist visit an amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: They've done an amazing job with my son to where he absolutely doesn't freak out. Absolutely will recommend them❤️ super colorful where even my almost 8 month old is very excited to see the walls. All of the staff is incredibly nice!

Negative experience: While my children absolutely adore the facility with its fun murals and atmosphere, I am really disappointed with how we've been treated given a billing mishap that will financially fall upon me even though my children had dental insurance. I don't feel as though my children are valued patients and will likely be finding a new office that shows more care for us than just the bottom line. Update. We moved to another dentist. While repeatedly calling for over a year to work out the details of this situation. I've been told on at least a handful of occasions that I'd be called back and not once did that happen. It's been over a year since the service date, so now it's "out of our hands". The run around was frustrating and disrespectful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rencher is the best! He takes time to get to know the kids and finds out their interests. Today he played music for my kids!

Negative experience: I am giving a one star review until my billing is fixed. Back in December the front desk didn’t submit to insurance correctly and told my husband that they would not cover the orthodontics. We pulled our explanations of benefits and tried presenting it to the front staff to let them know the insurance just needed dates for the treatment. The front desk told us that was incorrect. We called our insurance they told us that the same thing as the explanation of benefits and that the office just needed to call them with the dates. I called the office and explained this again. We just received the same bill again and when I called the front desk said they never resubmitted. It is such a simple fix but the fact that going in person and talking to them on the phone does not work. I am leaving a review and will also be contacting my insurance company for their support. As soon as our daughter is done with this ortho treatment we will be going back to a general dentist.

Positive experience: Office is very kids friendly with colorful walls, but our cleaning took less than 5 minutes (In the past we had cleaning done for at least 20 minutes). Doctor was pleasant. Billing has been a problem. We were asked to make a payment upfront without having our insurance billed first, apparently this is their rule. Still waiting for the refund as our plan has covered 100% of the service.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is truly nice, and have great ways to keep your kiddos happy and shows them that there is nothing to be scared of when you get your teeth looked at or cleaned.

Fantastic experience: My 2 month old baby was not gaining enough weight and we were having so many issues with breastfeeding (mastitis, clogged milk ducts, long nursing sessions, not latching properly, etc.) When she dropped in weight her ped thought it was just a lack in milk supply (not the case) and acid reflux. I asked if it was a tongue/lip tie and the ped would not address it. I followed my gut and scheduled an appt for a consult with Dr. Kevin for a lip/tongue tie release. We got a day-of appt and at the consult Dr. Kevin released both the lip and tongue tie and then even waited for me to nurse to see how my baby’s latch improved. He listened to me, trusted my instincts as a mother and provided amazing care!!! I am so thankful for him and his staff to help us during a stressful and sleep deprived time. Now my baby nurses more efficiently and drinks a bottle faster. I wish him we would have gone to him when she was one week old.

Negative experience: They were always pleasant in clinic but the billing had been a complete nightmare. I signed a payment contract at the beginning of my service and paid that faithfully. Somehow that contract was changed and my signature was forged, not well either. It is literally a straight line. That was for over a hundred dollars more a month. Then I was notified that they wouldn’t see me unless I paid $1,000. I paid that and then they informed me I would not be seen unless I paid over $2,000 upfront. All of this while they are taking automatic payments out of my account. Now I just received a collections notification. I have received no statement, letter, phone call or notice from their clinic. I’m not even sure why I have been sent to collections. I would not advise going to them if you have private insurance. If you do keep a close eye on your statements and also your payment agreement as they will change it and forge your signature without your knowledge. I will be looking into what can be done about this situation.

Fantastic experience: With several children from newborn tongue tie revision to orthodontics, the staff at Pediatric Dentistry has always been fun and efficient and friendly. All of my kids enjoy their time at the office, and are very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Every time I have gone there they have been so nice and attentive. A couple times we tried X-rays but having a 6 year old it was tricky. The staff was very patient with him and took their time. I’ve always loved going there and have always had a great experience

Fantastic experience: Dr Rencher and his staff are amazing! I want to give them a huge shout out for going above and beyond for our family! My 7 year old was scheduled to have open heart surgery and prior to she had to be checked over to make sure she didn’t have any cavities or we would not be able to proceed with the surgery which was scheduled in 6 days. We went in knowing she had loose teeth and had requested they be extracted! Unfortunately she also had cavities so that being said he decided to schedule her in his Helena office 3 hours away first thing the next morning before starting his regularly already scheduled appointments! Without his care, compassion and concern in doing this we would have had to cancel the heart surgery which was another 1200 miles away and we planned on leaving the next day! So we Thank you very much! Our daughter has a healthy heart and teeth ❤️

Fantastic experience: My son has autism and all medical appointments are difficult for him. Helena Pediatric Clinic has gone above and beyond for 9 years to help my son have functional, healthy teeth AND to actually enjoy his visits to the dentist. I am so thankful for the care and personal attention given to my family each time we go!

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to take kids for any type of dentistry work your children need from cleanings to braces and everything in between. The hygentists and dentists are amazing. The place looks like your in a jungle with fun games for the kids to play on while they are waiting to be called in. Great job to all of the people that work there!!

Fantastic experience: We seen Dr. Brian today and he is always very amazing. He is happy and shares everything he is going to do with the parent and the child before doing it. He makes the kids comfortable before he starts working on or cleaning their teeth. The assistant Paige was also very friendly and made the kids very comfortable. Dr. Brian is always so patient and has the best personality.

Negative experience: After repetitively pushing back what was told was an important issue. They caused my child’s tooth to die and it now has to be removed. By a different doctor. After we got pushed back for care yet again. I wouldn’t bring your children anywhere near these people now. They only care for the money, not the health and wellbeing of your children and family.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend! My children have always been very well taken care of, and we highly enjoy having Dr. Rencher as our dentist whom is thorough, understanding and very personable! Fantastic experience: Hats off and glass raised to the best medical team Montana has. Pediatric Dentistry went out of their way to provide the essential care my sweet 4 year old needed. The whole team came into work early so they could fit my child into their already full schedule. PARENTS YOU CAN NOW HOLD YOUR BABY WHILE THEY Put THEM TO SLEEP. They can do anesthesia in their office, and they no longer rush to wake your baby up with other medications. MY baby woke up calm. I can’t explain how much that means to me. Thank you Pediatric Dentistry for all that you do for my family and our community. Thank you Dr. Rencher for being a genius with a desire to make the dentist a good place to be. I love being able to watch your practice grow. I especially love how you teach everyone willing to listen. You listened to my fears and solved them, while keeping my child's health a priority. Fantastic experience: Dr. Brian is great! He doesn’t try to rush you out of the appointment and takes the time to answer questions. He also remembers his patients which is refreshing. However, the wait time can be a little longer likely because he isn’t in a rush to get his patients out the door.

Fantastic experience: Every encounter from starting at the front office through our exit was superb. 2 of my kids got sick and had nose bleeds while we there and everyone was so kind and accommodating. My kids' 1st impression of the dentist was 10/10. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter had very attentive staff while she had a tooth extraction. I wish I had gotten a photo of each of them. I just wish this office was in network with our insurance company. We’ll pay the difference, because it’s worth it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brian and the entire Pediatric Dentistry staff are absolutely phenomenal. Extremely friendly and welcoming, they made our son’s first experience with the dentist (he’s 3 years old) a great experience from the moment we walked in the door, to the moment we left. Dr. Brian is so kind and wonderful with both parents and kids alike, and makes you feel like the most important person in the room. Our son keeps saying how he went to the zoo today, because he loved all the animals. We’re so happy to have our son in their care for years to come.

Fantastic experience: Best childrens dentist we have ever been to. The hygienist/dental assistant was the first ever to get good X-rays of my son's teeth. He happily obliged when he usually gets anxious and refuses to do X-rays, she kept it all enjoyable. The ambience is fun and my other kids enjoy tagging along during appointments to play on the tablets or enjoy all the hidden animals in the jungle art painted on the walls and ceiling. The dental plan they made was concise and they aren't trying to drag things out for more money. They work fast, they're sweet to my kids. My son is still quite little and happily has been flossing since his new favorite dentist asked him too. Amazing!

Fantastic experience: I have 3 children (one special needs) who have been seen at this office for years. They have always been welcomed with smiles, the staff interacts with them, and gives them top notch care. Accommodations are always taken into consideration to help make visits more comfortable. Dr. Brian is amazing! They always leave happy. This whole establishment is unlike any other. Thank you for being so kind to my children!

Negative experience: I'm a single mother with no financial help. I took my son to the surgery center in Helena to get his teeth fixed. The doctor TOLD and "guaranteed" me he would not go over what I could afford after what the insurance would pay. This man LIED to me, and instead of getting a $300 bill in the mail like DECIDED, I got an almost $2,000 bill in the mail. Called both offices SEVERAL times because that is NOT okay nor what that what we discussed. Not to mention, they have REFUSED to see my younger son who NEEDS work done. I absolutely loved this place until this experience. Shame on you for taking advantage of a single mother, especially in this day and age!!

Fantastic experience: The entire crew at Pediatric Dentistry is so kind, patient, and fun, visiting is like a mini vacation! Our kids, age 6 and 9, LOVE going to the dentist. They always have a blast in the waiting room - this time they got to make valentines which are now hanging on one of the jungle trees. They love to spot all the different animals on the walls and popping out of the ceiling and the team at Pediatric Dentistry is truly so sweet with all the kids. This last visit our Dental Hygienist launched an engaging game of Eye Spy to the delight of both our kiddoes. Oh! And the fish tanks are a hit as well. From the details in the decor to the genuine care taken to make visits positive for the kids to the thorough cleanings and exams, Pediatric Dentistry is THE best.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff! The assistant, Caitlin is so kind and my siblings are always so excited to go to their dentist appointments just to see her! Even when they are nervous she takes the time to make them feel comfortable and make them laugh. She is truly amazing!!

Fantastic experience: These guys are always so wonderful! I bring all 5 of my kids in at the same time and they are patient, professional, and make the dentist a fun experience. My kids are ages 5-17 and they’ve never dreaded the dentist. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We brought our little one here recently and they were SO great at her first appointment! She needs a bit of work done but we have no worries at all because of the kindness of this office and all of the staff. If you have ever dealt with a cranky receptionist or billing dept., you know it can be very unpleasant. Everyone I have spoken too here has been just awesome: patient and kind. Dental offices can be intimidating, but they take all the fear and anxiety out of it. My daughter had a great time and is actually excited to go back! Update: We went back today and my daughter had some crowns placed and they were wonderful!! I actually had to bring her back to double check everything was okay (anxious mom here) and they were so gracious and understanding. Everything was perfect and I am so thrilled my child will not have a fear of dentist, but is excited to go.

Fantastic experience: This was the third time we had appointments here and both our boys have had good experiences. Today my 3 yr old had some big feelings though about being there but our hygienist in the Tiger Room did an awesome job calming him down and talking with him. He eventually made it up into the chair and said "I love this jungle place." Dr. Brian was friendly, professional and knowledgeable too. I would recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I procrastinated years of not taking my kids to the dentist out of fear and the unknown. We came in today, the facility is so cute and fun, the staff was incredibly kind and treated us so well. Dr Kevin was amazing!! My kids loved him, i learned so much, he was so thorough. The dental assistant too was so patient with my crazy kids, she made us feel so at home. We will be back again in a few months. 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say how very pleased I was with the treatment my son got today. Rebecca was so fun and made my kiddo feel comfortable and calm. Then Dr. Duffy came in and was so professional and genuinely concerned about my little guys mouth and discomfort. I did not feel at any time I was an inconvenience or that my son was taking up to much of there lunch hour. Kuddos to them both. Made this experience so much easier for both mom and kid.

Fantastic experience: Recently my son started being scared of the dentist and Caitlin was so patient and understanding she talked him through the whole process and made sure he felt comfortable with everything before starting and continuously checked on him and how he was doing during his checkup. 10/5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: We just moved to Helena from Missoula and we were nervous about finding new doctors and dentists again. We definitely made the right choice picking Pediatric Dentistry! The environment is very inviting and appealing to kids. My daughter has a hard time sitting still and being quiet (she's 2 so obviously!) But the atmosphere in both the waiting room and exam rooms were so exciting and kept her busy and entertained! We didn't wait long, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Mari was great and answered all of my questions with a great attitude. My daughter loved going to the dentist and the dental assistant kept a good conversation going with my little one. Bottom line: highly recommend this place for pediatric dentistry. Great staff, service, and environment!

Fantastic experience: Was referred here by a coworker for my 8 year olds severe tooth pain. We had been struggling to find a place to see him since we don't currently have insurance. They got him an appointment for the same morning I called them. We showed up a little early incase I needed to fill out any forms and he was actually called back quickly and we were out shortly after our scheduled appointment time! But we never felt rushed! Every individual we encounter was exceptionally friendly and Dr. Alexa was absolutely amazing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! And the decor is incredible

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a rough visit, she is autistic and tends to cry and scream when her anxiety is at its high point. Her dental assistant was so sweet and patient and accommodated my daughter with out me asking. She knew the signs and went with the flow! We are so great full for that! Dr. Kevin was awesome too! He knew what she needed and made sure I was down for any decisions that he suggested taking my point of view into account. Thank you Pediatric Dentistry! We will be back!

Fantastic experience: I took my niece and nephew here for a standard cleaning and they ended up leaving much more confident and comfortable at the office. Their past experiences were not good, but this time the assistant Caitlin took the time to reassure them, play with them, and continue conversations for over half an hour (which isn’t easy with young kiddos). She was very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and never failed to make my family comfortable and happy. She talked to them about their life and seemed genuinely intrigued and happy to be there. Caitlin was very bright spirited! My niece and nephew went as far as asking Caitlin if they could have her every time as they loved her so much. This stuck with me as normally it is a fit to even get them in the car to attend the dentist appointment, and now they are nothing short of excited to go back and see her again. 5 stars for Caitlin, what a good assistant and good person!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved our visit here! The staff was very friendly! My son (7) had never been to a dentist before, the staff took the time to explain to him what each tool was, and how it was used. They were very patient with him. They made sure that he felt comfortable and answered any and all of his questions! I really liked the different themes they have to make sure the kiddos are entertained, and comfortable. Highly recommend bringing your kiddos here!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for both Dr. Rencher and Michael, his assistant. Michael went above and beyond to make sure my toddler had a different experience than her prior — walked her around, showed her the fish, did pretty much all he could to ensure she had a great time. Dr. Rencher came in and did the same. Highly recommend to anyone with kiddos!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kevin is our favorite! Amanda is also awesome and kept my daughter comfortable and smiling during her x-rays and cleaning. They're truly the best and we recommend them to everyone with kids!

Negative experience: I loved Pediatric Dentistry when I first brought my daughter in 2019, but since then it's gone downhill. I am not sure if it is the addition of the Orthodontist or what, but the wait times are absolutely unacceptable. I'm a prompt person and make it a point to show up 15 minutes early for appointments, expecting to wait until my appointment time. 45 minutes later (30 minutes past my scheduled time), my child was finally brought back for a cleaning. That happened relatively quickly, however, we then waited at the station for 45 more minutes while waiting for the dentist to come check her teeth. He saw her for approximately 2 minutes. Counted her teeth, swabbed the fluoride, and left. It was 25 minutes of cleaning/checking teeth, and 1 1/2 hours of waiting in total. This isn't a one-off, it has happened for the last 3 visits (we go every 3 months). At first I thought it was because I booked my two children, but I unexpectedly cancelled one appointment that day and it took even LONGER. I can't imagine if they were both there - we would have been waiting 3 hours, I'm sure. I have scheduled first thing in the morning (7:20am) and waited 1.5 hours. I have scheduled mid-morning and waited 2+ hours. I've tried the afternoon and left before being seen after waiting 1 hour. (DO NOT schedule in the afternoon, period.) No respect for time, and it's just not worth it anymore. I will be seeking care elsewhere which is unfortunate as the assistants are great. Everyone I know has the same issue.

Fantastic experience: My son lives with anxiety. Going to the dentist is very stressful for my kiddo. Dr Rencher and his team take his anxiety seriously and do their very best to make his experience at the dentist a positive one. Dr. Rencher and his team are soooo good at what they do! Dr. Rencher is an amazing pediatric dentist, he is so good with my son. We are so thankful for him. He is kind, when working with my son Dr. R listens to my son and is so patient with him. Kamden assisted our son in pulling a tooth yesterday with Dr. Rencher. She was so knowledgeable, so kind and so comforting to my son during what was a stressful time for my kiddo. This dentist office knows how to care for kids, having kind, patient caring staff to the tablets on the wall as a nice distraction to keep kids relaxed. I am so thankful for Dr. Rencher and his team! Thank you for your continued wonderful care.

Positive experience: My 3 kids have been to Pediatric Dentistry numerous times, the staff is great, the office is very kid friendly and very clean. However, last May my 2 youngest were scheduled at the surgery center next door and after missing school and sitting for 2 hours, the very rude anesthesiologist told us he thought they both had "hidden Covid" and sent us home. Fine, if he wasn't comfortable that is his call; we went to another provider that same day and got them both all squared away. A few weeks went by, I got an automated voicemail insinuating I was neglecting my kids' health, I called the number provided and had what I thought was a very productive phone call with the owner. He was very apologetic and professional... a few more weeks, another automated call, reached out to him again, he said he'd take care of it... fast forward to today when I receive a letter in the mail saying my children could die from being untreated. The poor handling of our situation combined with the fact they got my oldest son repeatedly mixed up with another patient contributed to my less than stellar opinion of Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: It was our first time visiting and this visit was a 110% better than my daughters previous dentist! Assistant Abigail help talk her through the whole process even though she is only 3! She interacted with my daughter on her level and didn't push anything. When Dr. Mari came in, she talked with me and answered my question and let my daughter warm up before taking a look. It was a wonderful experience and my daughter even wanted to stay ! We even received a welcome call later on from Dr Kevin! That is great service. Thank you all for everything that you do!! This mama really appreciates you all!

Fantastic experience: My kids loving coming here. Katie was our dental assistant and she was amazing. She took her time making my daughter feel comfortable and took time to educate me about what she was going to be doing.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. I just moved here from California and was worried my 4 kids were going to have a hard time adjusting from their lifetime dentist that they absolutely loved. To my complete shock from the moment we pulled into the parking lot with the most welcoming environment I’ve seen to the moment we left the building my kids were completely amazed. On top of their welcoming environment, the staff could not be any sweeter and more accommodating. I’m So glad that we chose this office for our kids.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rencher and his team always do an outstanding job! From the basic visit to the complicated, my kids are always in good hands. The care we receive is second to none. Their bedside manor puts my kids at ease. Thank you Dr Rencher for your outstanding care and excellent team!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist office and staff. Always a really great experience and my kids love and look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Mari is the best, very personable and always spends time with us never making us feel rushed or that she's too busy.

Fantastic experience: My girls love this office! They have done such a great job at building an environment where kids feel safe and happy. Each room is bright and inviting, but more than that is the staff. The dentists are all really knowledgeable and friendly. My girls love going to the dentist so we can see their "friends," the assistants. Ylenia, Alyssa, Nikki, and Tabitha have all helped work on my girls teeth and have been so great. They made my girls feel comfortable and now my girls ask when they can go back to get prizes ;)

Fantastic experience: My three kids saw Dr. Kevin today and had a very positive visit. The entire office is very kid friendly with an adorable jungle theme; it kept the kids busy finding all the birds, monkeys, and butterflies. Dr. Kevin made my kids feel very safe and comfortable, which was a huge deal because my 2 year old typically struggles a lot at appointments. He also took a lot of time to alleviate some stress I was having about one of my daughter’s past dental appointments. We are looking forward to seeing Dr. Kevin and his staff again. Thank you for the positive experience for my kids and me! **Also wanted to shout out Abi and Ashley - they were incredible assistants and did so wonderful with all three kids! Especially my just-turned three-year-old, who didn't want to cooperate :) they were so patient, nonjudgmental, and gentle with him.

Fantastic experience: We love the helena pediatric dentistry. Dr. Kevin and Dr. Mari are always so friendly and do a great job. We've been going there for about 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Today I took my daughter in today for her appt and Abi cleaned her teeth. She was very sweet and my daughter felt very comfortable with her. I love the easy-going environment that this place has. My kids always find something new in the jungle themed establishment. You can tell that mostly everyone really enjoys their job and loves to work with the kiddos.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience coming in the other day. I brought in my daughter for her cleaning and she was so comfortable and calm because of the assistant, Maddy F. We left both feeling calm and taken care of and she did an amazing job!

Positive experience: I’ve taken my daughter here multiple times and the staff is always very sweet but today we got Katie and she was all around great! Very gentle and soft spoken and included my daughter in picking things that she liked! The best experience we’ve had so far

Fantastic experience: Today, my 17yr old daughter had a cleaning appointment. We were early and they got us in right away. Shayla was her hygienist.. I appreciated Shayla for her age appropriate conversation, humor, and kindness. My twins have been seeing Dr. Rencher since they were 2yrs old. We are overjoyed with the care, kindness, and fun we have had over the years with ALL the staff at Helena Pediatric Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Ylenia and Shayla were amazing as well as Dr. Brian. Everyone was really amazing. If I didn’t love the job I have I would consider working here just to hang out with such a fun group. My kids didn’t want to leave! They love going to the dentist!

My three-year-old son was so nervous about his appointment this morning, and Shayla and Dr. Brian helped him work through his nerves and have a great visit. We entered the building with my son saying, “I don’t want to go to the dentist,” and when we left, he said, “ I want to go again.”

Fantastic experience: Helena Pediatric Dentistry is fantastic! They are very professional, however, they always make you feel like family. On our most recent visit the staff took great care of my four children. Specifically, dental assistant Tessa, was great with them. She was thorough while also making them feel at ease. They are always efficient and timely. The atmosphere is kid friendly and inviting. My kids actually like going to see the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Rencher and his wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Tessa went out of her way to explain the X-ray and tools she used to check my littles teeth. She made them both very comfortable and they gladly let her check! Tessa approaches her job with kindness and patience. Highly recommend, and a business I will support again and again.
