Fantastic experience: Always a great place to take my kids! Great environment, great workers and just a fun environment to bring my kids to get thier teeth cleaned and taken care of. Thank you so much for all you do. My kids love coming here!

Negative experience: Don’t even waste your time. This place charges ridiculous amount of money for what they call a “pediatric dentist”. Called around to other offices and were given significantly less quotes for “pediatric dental care”. I knew I should have listened to other family and friends who warned me about experiences with this office but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.. bad idea. Like I said don’t waste your time. Plenty of other pediatric dentist offices in Missoula with exceptional care. Also if you have an emergency and call after hours they DO NOT call you back in a timely manner. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! :)

Negative experience: I love Dr. Tiede, love her, and I have taken my children to her for 17 years now. BUT- at the first of this year I lost my medical insurance and since then have paid monthly for my youngest (12) braces out of pocket. I make payments every single month without fail and even though I have talked to several people now on these payment plans to finish out my daughters braces, I get calls on the monthly reminding me I do not have insurance and they want the Ortho down payment in full. I am so ready to be done now and transfer care elsewhere, where they read the files before calling to threaten me that they are dropping my daughter MID-BRACES unless DOWN payment (OVER A YEAR IN) is made in full!!!! Yes, again after yet another conversation they agreed to the ALREADY made payment plan, but I am sure the monthly phone calls will continue. I have NEVER not made my payments or bounced any checks!!! So the review should simply say, great place IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE!!!! Other wise expect to be harassed on a monthly and treated like you never pay your bill. I feel like dog poo for being a mom who can't pay for my daughters braces in full and can only pay Monthly because I live paycheck to paycheck!!!!!!!! Great Dr. Not so great Office Staff

Negative experience: I sent my kids here. They did not understand my insurance and didn't listen to me when I told them how to bill me. They never refunded me. My daughter has issues with the spacers they put in and my doctor from az said they never should have put a could of the spacers in. They did however care for my children by being kind and providing toys after treatment. I wouldn't recommend however, Missoula is a small town with limited options, so this is probably the best dental office in Missoula.

Fantastic experience: We love MPD! It’s evident that Dr Tiede takes great pride in who she allows on her team. From phone calls through our kiddos visit, we can’t say enough great things about the staff. We’ve had Emma a few times and we just adore her- such an amazing assistant! And, we got to meet Dr Clark today who is also wonderful. Thank you MPD for making our visits so easy and fun!

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years, and it's always been a pretty good experience, but today really stood out. My oldest kid really hates going to the dentist, and the dental assistant we had today really tried to make it easier and more comfortable for him, offering options and solutions we didn't know were available for some of the parts he struggled with.

The entire staff was warm, patient, and incredibly skilled at helping young kids feel comfortable. From the moment we walked in, they made everything fun and stress-free — explaining each step in a way our kids could understand and even making them excited about brushing and flossing at home. The office is clean, welcoming, and clearly designed with little ones in mind. As parents, we were so grateful for how gently and kindly they handled both appointments. Highly recommend to any family looking for a positive, kid-friendly dental experience!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous not to be in the same room with my 5 year old, but the dental assistant did great with him. Was patient and they were in a room where I could still see them. Good experience.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place!!! I went here as a kid myself and they're all still so friendly and lovely as can be! Dr Tiede definitely knows her stuff, my little one even blew her a kiss at the end! Taylor was out DA and my little one loved her, she was so friendly and I loved the fact that she was talking to Kinzley. Jill checked us out at the end and even gave Kinzley a special little toy. 10/10 recommend this place for every parent out here in Missoula!!!
