Fantastic experience: What a awesome experience we had I highly recommend this dental clinic the Dentist was amazing and excellent with my daughter staff members went above and beyond with how kind hearted and professional to us answered are questions we felt good about the service when we left our daughters appointment

Negative experience: I asked to be referred here due to his previous history with Dr Molly, and today met Dr Kyle (I think). My son was to be assessed for 3 dental crowns and some fillings as diagnosed by our general dentist. Kyle recommended numerous caps and even 4 extractions under general anesthesia for my 4 year old who had seen a dentist 2 weeks prior. The price I was quoted by this dentist was $5494.00 where my general dentist quoted us $1610. Ludicrous! I’m not sure if it’s because my insurance was pay to patient but this seems like a cash grab to me. The scheduling manager, Amanda, also called and was directing me to go to Amarillo. I don’t live anywhere near Amarillo or even in Texas. Doctor Molly was great previously but apparently her staff has taken a turn for the worst.

Positive experience: Fast, friendly, professional, Dr Kyle listened to my concerns.and did a great job in easing them.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Dr Molly for both of my children for some time and she is amazing, takes her time and makes sure my children are comfortable and have a good experience, my son has a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting in the chair and they are so patient with working with him amazing offices and great staff.

Negative experience: (Continued from Amber Estrada) I said, "I am not an idiot. I would appreciate if you would make your point and not just keep reiterating the same information so I can take my daughter and leave." She said, "You can't leave just yet." I said, "Yes, I am aware she needs to stay on oxygen for a bit longer." She again repeated that they would no longer treat my child, and said she just wanted to make sure I understood. I have a college level education. I am perfectly able to comprehend when a person is saying they are refusing to treat my child simply because I chose to advocate for them. The sedative they gave her did not take effect until about an hour after they had her take it. She showed no signs of it being in effect while in the office. The only thing that was obvious was her heightened anxiety due to the nitrous. On our way home she was obviously affected by the oral sedative and was saying she was seeing double. She also began sobbing and again saying, " It was all her fault." & "That was the worst dentist I've ever been to." My child experienced something traumatic and then was blamed for it. I was not charged anything for the visit, even though they gave her the oral sedative and did administer some local. To me this shows that they realize they did something wrong, and instead of aknowledging this fact they chose to attempt to placate me. Please do not bring your children to this dentist. Trust is a two way street and is earned, not bestowed just because of a degree and title.

Fantastic experience: We love Doctor Dusty and his team!! He saved my 3 year old daughter’s teeth!! We lived in Europe for several years with limited available dental care for children. We moved to Puerto Rico with even less available care for our children. Despite our best efforts, our 3 year old seems to have a predisposition for cavities. I can’t remember how many she had, but she needed EXTENSIVE dental work and it looked like her teeth were rotting off. We took a risk and I flew with her from PRA to Lubbock TX and she came out with a movie star smile that has lasted her years!! She’s 5 now and her teeth still look perfect. I was also amazed he was able to get all the work done so fast so I could get her back home. His office does such amazing work and is so caring!! His mother even made her a blanket for her to have after the procedure and she still sleeps with it to this day. I remember since we flew in we had forgotten Tylenol or anything for after the procedure and they gave us a whole bottle!! They took super good care of her!! I would highly highly recommend them!!!:)

Fantastic experience: I brought my little one in for a frenectomy with Dr. Janssen and I was *crazy* nervous. Every single person in that office was so warm and welcoming, but Valerie and Dr. Janssen made me so comfortable and answered several questions I had before I had the chance to ask. I felt like my sweet girl was cared for the entire time and I am so excited to establish care there because I know as my kiddo grows, she’ll be in kind and highly capable hands. Updating to say that we had our first cleaning and Dr. Dusty did an incredible job with our now 15 month old. I am absolutely certain we made the right choice. 12/2/2024 Our daughter is 4 now and has no stress or sadness whatsoever when she goes to the dentist. Dr. Janssen is highly competent and compassionate and our daughter loves going to see “Dr. Dusty”

Fantastic experience: After a number of bad experiences with a dentist before we moved to Lubbock, my child was afraid to go to the dentist. We moved to Lubbock for a short time and needed to be seen quickly as an emergency visit, Dr Dusty saw us and was awesome with my child. Dr Dusty calmed both my child's fears and my concerns, answered all of my questions, did not make me feel like any of it was silly or wrong, he walked us through every step of the procedure, he brought my child into the conversation and heard him talk, ask questions, and voice his concerns. After that visit, we saw Dr Z, who is also amazing. She answered my questions and then started asking me questions, like if he snores or wakes up a lot in the night, which validated my concerns that my child has a tongue tie. I'd been asking doctors and dentists if he had a tongue tie since my child was born - 8 years! And she validated the research I had done about other issue in the body that a tongue tie would cause, in 1 visit. I cried... More recently, we scheduled with Dr Dusty for a cleaning and to have hardware removed from the mouth to add new hardware for braces. My child was once again very nervous and had lots of concerns that Dr Dusty was able to calm the fears, answer questions and successfully complete the treatment... We've now moved out of state and travel back for Orthodontics and for the team at Parkview. I know my child is being cared for by people who genuinely care about my child and his wellbeing. Every day of the week, they're worth an 8-hour drive for my child not be afraid of the dentist. Thank you, Dr Dusty, Dr Z and teams!

Speaking with my son, very gentle, but firm in letting my son know that his concerns were my son being as comfortable as can be. Fantastic experience: Parkview dentistry has been the best experience. My child has had a procedure done and her first cleaning and it was so easy. The nurses made them feel loved and brave even though some tools are a little scary. The doctors are upbeat and love kids and I appreciate that as a parent that is just as nervous as my children. Also, the process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their children.

Fantastic experience: We went in with our two year old daughter, who had a trauma to the face that affected a tooth. The entire staff were extremely attentive and helpful during her appointment and a hard X-ray. We so appreciated the care we had with our emergency visit.

Negative experience: My son is 3 months old and had 4 ties in his mouth (Lip, Tongue and Both Cheeks). We did the laser surgery and it was such a traumatic experience. Dr. Dusty did not wait for the lidocaine shots to kick in. Yes my son started crying from the shots but I have never seen my baby cry so hard once the doctor started using the laser. My son started to hold his breath and was choking on his blood and saliva from them not using the saliva ejector tube. The blood and saliva started coming out of his nose. I asked the doctor to use more lidocaine because of how much pain my son was in and I was completely ignored. Please take this review serious if your child has any type of ties and needs this surgery done. Side note: After speaking with Dr. Dusty after writing my review. I stand by everything I said above. Other parent’s need to know exactly what our experience was however, I’ve seen so many great reviews about Dr. Dusty and how his surgeries have gone for other patients. I can’t speak for everyone this was just our experience. The surgery did help my son but I wasn’t expecting for him to go through what he did. The doctor was very apologetic and assured me that was not their intention. He stated that my son was bleeding from the shots and not the laser. The staff was very nice during our visits and answered all the questions we had. The surgery was just very hard for us to see our son go through.

Negative experience: No stars. COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO PERFORM THE JOB. The staff came to our daycare and presented their services. So, I called to make an appointment during the business hours listed on their website and the person who answered the phone declined to allow me to schedule appointment citing their office was closed; however, per their website hours, I called during business hours. The woman couldn't be bothered.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for a few years now and we absolutely love this place. All the staff and doctors are so amazing. Hands down the best place to bring your babies for their dental care.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very kind and gentle with my kiddo. The dentist was helpful and gave me all the information we needed to keep my daughters teeth healthy. She did get a little freaked out when they put some medicine on her teeth but they made it up to her with a no sugar lollipop from dr. Johns healthy sweets. Overall it was an excellent visit!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dusty is amazing! I came to him with my 3 1/2 month old, we had been in the NICU and had to place a gtube in order to be released since she wasn’t feeding on her own. No one there noticed she had lip and tongue tie!! NO ONE!! We finally went home and were recommended to Dr. Dusty by a speech therapist we hired and on our first visit he took care of her lip/tongue tie! It was quick and after that we went into a room and she started breastfeeding immediately! Everyone was so helpful, kind and over all just amazing!!! They went above and beyond to make us feel so comfortable!! I couldn’t believe she was breastfeeding!! A few days later the g tube came out!! Both of my kids are seen here now and we won’t be going ABSOLUTELY anywhere else. These people are best!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dusty is the best. My daughter had issues while she was 1.5 years old and he took care of them. He explained every step and made sure we were comfortable. You can be assured that he will take care of the kids and you will get the best service.

Despite being busy and slightly behind, he still took the time to talk to my 5 year old daughter about her summer and made her feel like the most important person in the building at that moment. Fantastic experience: We had our first appointment for my four year old with Parkview today and the staff and Dr. Kyle were so wonderful with my son! All of the staff showed so much patience and compassion. We had used a family practice prior and I can now see the huge benefit in using a pediatric specific dentist.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff and Doctors! They made my 3 yr old feel right at home for his very first appt. Dr Kyle was very kind and informative! Highly recommend this office to anyone for their kids! You will be taken care of!

Positive experience: I absolutely love the staff very friendly and helpful we love Dr. Dusty. However the billing is not clear. We got a referral from Hobbs and I chose to go to Parkview from a previous experience I had with them when we did not have insurance. When I called to make an appointment for my daughter I told then we had a change in insurance and that it was BSBC of Texas and if it was accepted and she said yes. We go to the appointment and they have me sign consent and pricing that a agreed too, I go to the front to check out and it's over $100 more than I was ready to pay! They explained to me that it was examination fee but if I'd known about that fee I would have rescheduled for her actual dental work or at least been more prepared for the large amount I was going to have to pay. When I called they also explained they are out of network with my insurance plan if I would have known that when I first called to set up the appointment I probably would have looked else where. Times are hard and we are still recovering from the covid set back and playing catch up. Wish they would have been a little more up front with cost.

Fantastic experience: Amazing ! Doctor Dusty explains everything and makes you feel comfortable to ask questions. He takes the time to make sure you know all the ends and outs. When there was an issue with our appointment it he reached out and made sure it was all taken care of. The Staff was so friendly, and the office is so inviting and cute for kids ! Highly recommend. Great experience all around!
