Fantastic experience: We had a truly FANTASTIC experience at Pediatric Dentistry of Mansfield! My daughter has down syndrome, and from the moment we walked in we were assured that all of my daughter's issues were completely within their realm of normal. Such a RELIEF! I have previously had trouble even finding dentists who felt comfortable treating her, so it was so encouraging how welcoming they were. Brittany was so bubbly and positive, and Dr. Evetts clearly explained everything she saw, and what we could expect moving forward. We left feeling supported and confident about my daughter's dental future. I would highly recommend this office, especially for families who have special needs!

Not only were the staff helpful and extremely welcoming, the Doctor was phenomenal with my nervous 3 year old and had her smiling ear to ear by the end of our appointment! They immediately made my son feel comfortable and completely at ease which is not always easy at the dentist. Fantastic experience: So far we've had nothing but good experiences with this office. The staff is friendly, the patient rooms are kept clean. And when my oldest had a procedure done she said they were very sweet to her. Also, during the procedure, her Dentist kept me updated even though I was sitting right outside the room.

Wanted to give all the praise in the world for all the people who work at this clinic. From making the first call and scheduling all the way to the receptionists , doctors, nurses. My little had an emergency and they walked us through the entire process and took care of him. Sandi specifically worked with us through and through. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the office staff here. From being greeted by front desk, to the back office staff, they’re amazing. They’re patient with my very active 4yr old. I never have a long wait. The dentists are all so nice and very thorough when explaining anything.

Fantastic experience: Our first visit was a top-notch experience! My son has Down syndrome, ADHD, and autism, so outings can be quite stressful. But Marlene, his hygienist, set the right tone from the beginning. She talked directly to him, didn't rush him, and explained things in the cutest kid-friendly way ("We're gonna look to see if you've got any sugar bugs on your teeth!"). And Dr. Wright was excellent with him as well. Very gentle, upbeat, and patient. I feel optimistic that they're laying a foundation for him to feel safe and welcome there and enjoy his routine visits so that if and when he needs to get work done that might involve pain/discomfort, he'll feel able to trust them.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was terrified but the doctor sang to her and made her feel comfortable and was gentle and didn’t rush or push her and let her go at her pace. As pleasant of an experience as I could hope taking a 2 year old to the dentist could be.

Fantastic experience: Sweet & very patient staff! Brittany our hygienist explained each step to my son prior to anything happening. When he needed extractions they printed out the treatment plan, verified how much insurance would cover then said call back if I want to proceed. No hard sell to schedule the treatment. Overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: Brought my son here for his first ever dentist appointment and it was a wonderful experience! Very nice office, friendly hygienist and doctor, and they were very sweet to my son (gave him a rubber duck and ball which he loved). They also offer a 24/7 service for dental emergencies which I am a big fan of! Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Not only is their office beautiful. They are very nice and I loved how quickly they called us up and how quickly we received service. We didn't have to wait in a room to see the dentist. Everything was done respecting our time as well (something i haven't seen in many medical offices). Great service, great time management! Fantastic experience: Overall excellent experience. I had originally been told they couldn’t get me in for another month but put me on a wait list. Then within a few hours called me back to book me only a couple weeks out. Everyone is so nice and the place itself is very nice. My son had a great experience with Brittany getting his teeth cleaned and kept talking about how nice everyone was. The doctor was nice and friendly and overall the best experience. Fantastic experience: I have been taking my kids to this dentist office for more than 10 years. The entire staff has always provide exceptional service but today (Saturday) Dr. Corey Menou and his assistant went far and beyond expectation. My son had tooth trauma and they did not hesitate to come to the office on their day off. My words can’t be express how thankful I am. Dr. Menou and his assistant (dont have her name ‍♀️) are awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: My son Sky has been coming to Pedi Dentistry of Mansfield since he was 6m old. He is almost 16 now. We absolutely LOVE each and every Dr. + the staff. They're professional, knowledgeable and experienced. The entire staff is efficient with appt times, scheduling and ensuring a pleasant experience. When we moved nearly an hour away, I just couldn't bring myself to find a new Dentist. We will continue being seen by the best in the business until he ages out. I HIGHLY recommend PDM! 10/10

Fantastic experience: The team here is very kind and inclusive. They definitely have the right setup to keep kiddos comfortable, the whole staff is well versed in managing little one's emotions. We were super happy with the entire experience and have now found our new pediatric dentist!

Negative experience: I changed from this dentist because of a few things that I was not happy with. Radiology procedures need to be more accurate and taken seriously. Kids should not be exposed to radiation multiple times because they cant get the scan correctly . Also not happy with feeling of the place a little disorganized in my opinion . I also recieved a weird bill over 1 year later that popped up in my email. Customarily if a provider had an error in their system they don't bill any over a year from the date of service,they replied a change in their billing system caused 1 year delay... they need to improve on multiple levels . But I have been happy at the new dentist i chose in Grapevine and will travel to go to a good provider!

Fantastic experience: Dr Menou was great with my son! My kiddo often asks a ton of questions and is very skeptical about new things. Dr Menou explained what he found and what the plan was in a way that didn’t leave any questions or fear. Both my kids enjoyed the game table, the movie, and the video games while waiting. The entire office was very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad we chose this place. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful! My daughter is a bit traumatized by doctors from a hospital stay, but they were very patient, kind, and gentle, winning her over towards the end. They weren’t pushy or alarmist which I very much appreciated, and they have a very nice and fun environment for kids! Highly highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience here. My two year old needed crowns and extractions and they handled everything wonderfully. The office staff is very organized, communication was great, and Dr Wright took time to talk us through all the options and how the procedure would go. We were very nervous for our daughter to have to have such extensive work done but her teeth were decaying and breaking. Our experience could not have been any better though and we definitely recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Mansfield.

Fantastic experience: My son absolutely loves this place. They made him so comfortable. He’s it gets excited to go. I love the fact that the dentist explains everything to him as well as to me so he feels involved with the treatments and the process of cleaning with his mouth. He especially loves video games in the lobby, of course 10 out of 10 recommend to everyone that has children, especially if they’re nervous or scared about going to the dentist. This place is absolutely friendly and will make them feel comfortable and they will get excited to go.

Fantastic experience: Timely visit. Did not have to wait long to be seen. My child's dentist was very pleasant and friendly. He took time to ask if I had any concerns and answer any questions I had. Front desk staff is very pleasant as well, along with all other clinic staff. I've always had good experiences with my kids going here. They've been patients since they were toddlers and they are now teenagers!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so kind and helpful! Great experience from A-Z. I have 2 toddlers needing appointments and was wanting to bring them at the same time. I ended up having to schedule them on different days. A couple days later I received a call and they had a cancellation and I was able to bring them both in at the same time. Same room same doctor! My babies loved it and my 2 1/2 yr old let her clean his teeth. Very patient staff.

Fantastic experience: We took our 4 & 2 year olds to see Dr. Sullivan after waiting months to be able to get in. The wait was worth it because she is amazing!!! As soon as we got in the car after their appts, my husband and I both agreed that she is amazing. She was put on this earth to work with kids. She has so much patience and is so soft spoken to them. If you’re able to get in to see her I would highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: We love Pediatric Dentistry of Mansfield! We’ve been going here for years and every single hygienist has been great with our kiddos and every experience positive. They have fun things for the kids to do and make it a fun experience. My work has changed dental insurance and this office is no longer in network but we will still go here, that’s how much we love it.

Fantastic experience: We love this dentist office and all the stuff & dentist there! Dr Sullivan, which I have learned recently retired was great, but Dr., Manu, and Dr Wright are both wonderful doctors and we trust them with our kids care ! My middle son went there until he aged out! & now my youngest son has been going there since he was four years old and now almost 14. When he was 4, he had about 8 cavities that needed to be taken care of, and they did a very good job of helping him through the process ! I’ve only had good experiences and will continue to go there! I would recommend it!

Fantastic experience: We first visited this office in 2023 after an unpleasant experience with another office in another city. We absolutely loved the entire experience here! Unfortunately, shortly after they called to let us know that they are no longer contracted with our insurance. So I took my boys to another dentist nearby and it was not the same at all. The dentist hardly talked to us and my youngest was in tears. They claimed my oldest son had several cavities and the vibe was just off. So, I called this office back and said I do not mind paying whatever the out of pocket expense will be if there is one bc I knew the experience would be worth it. So fast forward to the boys’ next 6 month cleaning and it was just as great as the first visit. So glad to have switched back! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to actually like kids ❤️ I absolutely love the dentists! This was my 2yo first visit here and he wasn’t afraid at all thanks to their soft kind tone with him. The best part, the cavities the other place claimed my son had they saw no trace :) it’s the integrity for me. 10/10 highly recommend this office ❤️

Fantastic experience: Our family loves Pediatric Dentistry of Mansfield. My children have been coming to Dr. Wright since they were 2 years old and my kiddos are now 8 . This place is welcoming and the atmosphere is kid friendly. They have video games the kiddos can play before appointments. My kids absolutely look forward to coming to the dentist to get their prize after their cleaning as well. We have since moved to Florida but make the trip back for our kids 6 month cleanings :) .

Fantastic experience: My son is on the spectrum and had always hated to going in for his cleanings and checkups but Dr. Manu and the staff have been so patient and understanding with him and now he doesn’t complain anymore and is very cooperative when go in for his appointments. Fantastic experience: Great experience from front office, back office and with Dr. Wright for the last four the past 7 yrs. I love the fact you can stick with one doctor as our son was very anxious. The staff and Dr. Wright were able to assure him that he is safe and now I can wait in the waiting room while he gets his check up

Positive experience: The Service is always good. The technician are very helpful and do a good Job. The Dentist are dedicated and give clear answers. Only one issue. Got a bill after 5 Months that the insurance we used at the time of service is out of network. I wish they could tell me that before the service so I could decide what to do. The charged was like no insurance at all ( they said out of network). when normally that routine service is covered at cero cost.

Fantastic experience: This was my daughter’s first appointment! I will say I am so happy I made the switch to Mansfield Pediatric Dentistry. The hygienist we had was amazing. She was very informative and receptive. For the first appointment they put you in a private room to complete the cleaning. Dr. Wright was professional as well. I look forward to the journey with this office. If you’re thinking about choosing this office, you won’t regret it. The office is kid friendly and I love that they allow parents back with the child.

A great experience for my 22 month old from scheduling the appointment to being seen in the office. I was very worried about how everything would happen. But it went really well! Fantastic experience: This was our 1st time getting a teeth cleaning done. it's usually extremely over whelming for my child that's on the spectrum. It was an amazing experience. I could not believe they got her to sit and get her teeth cleaned. I'm still in shock! Thank you so much Dr. Debbie & Brittany! They both went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. I would definitely request for them if you have a child with special needs & has anxiety when going to the dentist. Update: Dr Debbie is retired but my daughter has still made so much progress with seeing different people. Last two visits she's sat on the big chair! That's a huge deal! We can't thank the whole team enough!

We had a negative experience with our previous dentist and my daughter became very anxious about even her routine cleanings. However, we recently switched to Pediatric Dentistry of Mansfield and I can’t say enough good things. The team at Pediatric Dentistry of Mansfield, did an outstanding job from check in to check out. They explained the care/ treatment they were going to provide talked to her every step of the way and were patient with my daughter during the process. So grateful we found them!

Fantastic experience: My Grandson Kaiden had his first visit to the Dentist. The Doctor and Hygienist were amazing with him! The hygienist Alicia calmed his nerves by explaining everything to him and showing him that she could be trusted which was key. All worked out when it was time for her to clean! Fantastic experience: Had an appointment at 8. Waiting room was clean and only had to wait a few minutes to go back. Office was very clean. Hygienist was super informative and walked us through the process of getting my 13 month old teeth clean. Only took a few minutes. Doctor was very nice answered any questions we had and was patient with our son. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: Love this place. They helped both my boys. Kind caring and amazing. They listen to the parents and keep them involved in every choice. Gives options and this is just a great dentist. Took my years to find a place like this.

Negative experience: We are new to the area, scheduled an appointment and told them who our insurance provider is. Everything was set. We get a call on the Friday before, stating because of who our insurance is, we would have to pay in full up front, and coordinate our own reimbursement. On top of that, I was also notified, even though we are coming there for a cracked tooth, my daughter would not be treated that day, regardless of pain level. The rep said if their schedule is full, they will give medicine for the pain, but do not do same day treatment. It seems like this new way of billing is more focused on avoiding insurance reimbursements they don’t like, and obviously does not care about the state of the child’s dental situation. They wanted to charge 480 up front just for cleaning and X-rays! Steer clear.

Fantastic experience: My child has been seeing Dr. Menou for approximately a year now. We truly appreciate how thorough, patient and kind Dr. Menou is. He takes time to explain things to my little one, compliment him, as well as ask for my little one’s permission during procedures. I notice that this makes my child feel safe and collaborative in his own care. I also appreciate that when I have questions regarding scheduling or billing, it is never a hassle to reach someone in the front office.

Fantastic experience: I love these people!! They are great with kids and keeping adults informed! Switch well beyond talking to both. ( they talk to adults like an adult and children like children). My son was excited to see where we were after the first time of going. The Dr, assistant, and lady who cleaned his teeth were amazing!! Thank you staff so very much!!

Positive experience: Love this place, however our last visit wasn't up to par. During our last visit the hygienist broke my daughters permanent retainer. My daughter had told me this when it happened but when I was called back not a word was said about it. I had to ask about it as we were checking out. The response was oh sorry just go to your orthodontist to have it fixed..like it was no big deal. It was a big deal and the orthodontist wasn't happy another client of his was back to get something like this fixed.

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming to this dentist for over 2 years now. I always have the same amazing experience. They care about the children, they make an extra effort to make them feel comfortable and secure. My son loves it! I have to give Charlotte a special shout because she is OUTSTANDING!
