Fantastic experience: Today my niece, who is 6 going on 7, had an appointment for sealant on 4 teeth (2 on each side). From the check in process to the treatment, all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Jenny, who performed the work on my niece, was beyond patient and sympathetic to her anxiousness. She talked my niece through the whole process and even told her she was able to take breaks when she felt uncomfortable. Definitely would recommend this dentistry to any one who is looking for a place that makes their children feel safe and heard.

Negative experience: This marks my second visit with my child for a dental check-up, conducted by a Chinese-American female dentist, which unfortunately turned out to be an extremely unsatisfactory experience. Due to the expiration of my dental insurance and to avoid disrupting our subsequent schedule, I opted to pay out-of-pocket for my child's dental examination. Upon arrival, the child's dental photographs were taken, followed by a wait for the dentist. The dentist arrived, initially inquiring about the use of dental floss, then asking the mother if there were any concerns. She briefly examined the child's teeth for three seconds, repeated the question to the mother, glanced at the teeth again for another three seconds, declared everything was fine, and departed! The dentist simply left??? The child has cavities, which the dentist failed to detect!!! The entire interaction consisted of fewer than ten sentences. I must ask, is this how a dental check-up is conducted? I spent $60 only to be told everything was fine, while the child's cavities went unnoticed! I urge everyone to be cautious with this Chinese-American female dentist. Regrettably, I did not recall her name, but I am certain I will not bring my child to see this dentist again. The experience was truly appalling!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was the hygienist that helped out my daughters. Morgan in the front was sweet Definitely recommend this dentist as they are so caring and attentive with my needs Back for my kids 6 months checkup/cleaning and as you can tell my kids just love coming to the dentist. I can't highly recommend this dentist enough to everyone. The front desk and the billing department were so helpful and very fast in giving me a quote within a few hours for some work that my daughter was going to be getting.

Negative experience: If you don't want to wait a long, long time, don't make an appointment on Saturday. It was a bad memory coming here. After a 40-50 minute wait, when I asked how much longer we had to wait, the young woman at the front desk looked at me like I was rushing their schedule — but I had already waited almost an hour and I came on time! I know, of course, that a kids' office can have delays in treatment. But if it’s going to be like that, they should let me know. If they had told me earlier, I wouldn’t have needed to ask. Later, the assistant lady was nice because she explained to me why it was so late and she said sorry, so I felt better. But when we were leaving, the front desk lady said, "If you don't want to wait, come another day. And actually, this one is for new patients, but I'm gonna give it to you guys." You know, we don’t need a toothbrush or toothpaste. Instead of saying that, it would have been better if she said, "Sorry for the delay today. Next time, you won’t have to wait this long. Would you like to make another appointment?" That would’ve been much better. So now, we changed dental office. Even though this happened a few months ago, when I think about this office, I still remember that day. It was such a bad memory. That’s why I wrote this review.

Negative experience: We usually have a great experience at lollipop but today we brought our toddlers. They were a bit hesitant and even before starting the hygienist started she said my two year old probably won’t open her mouth. She didn’t seem like she cared to try or use tricks to coax. Ultimately we kept pushing the kids and she was able to clean a minimal amount. Given that this is specifically a pediatric dental office I expect more understanding and persistence when kids are hesitant. Dr Karla is great but the hygienist we saw was not.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience at Lollipop Dental! My daughter has struggled with extreme anxiety at previous dental offices and has never made it through a full appointment, until now. The staff here went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and safe. From the moment we walked in, Morgan at the front desk was super kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Julissa, the dental assistant, was so gentle and understanding, helping ease my daughter’s fears throughout the visit. Jennie did amazing with the cleaning and had the perfect gentle touch. She made sure my daughter was ready for every step. The kid-friendly touches like iPads in the waiting area and a TV on the ceiling during the cleaning made a huge difference. For the first time, my daughter completed a full cleaning and even got x-rays done, without a single tear and even had a smile on her face the entire time. It’s such a relief to find a dental office where the staff truly care and know how to work with anxious children and the atmosphere is appealing to children. Highly recommend Lollipop Dental!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience coming here with my 7 yr old son! Upon entering, we were greeted positively by Morgan at the front desk, who checked us in and made my son feel comfortable. My son was able to get all his xrays done for the first time thanks to Stephanie, who also cleaned my son’s teeth. She kept him engaged and calm throughout the experience. My son got a filling today and was so comfortable and not scared at all because of how they made him feel! Negative experience: BEWARE OF INSURANCE FRAUD My 4 children have been patients for many years and unfortunately as new locations have opened up this place is more worried of getting patients in and out and billing insurance! This location is also very dirty the counter tops looked like they have not been wiped down in months. Nothing like it was 5 years ago. They are so pushy for a review and for you to mention their name. I will not be returning to this place. My 4 children had a visit in January where only a cleaning and X-rays were done yet they billed my insurance for an exam and fluoride that was NOT done. I was told Megan was going to contact me to schedule the exam with Dr.Karla almost 2 months went by and no one contacted me but they sure as hell billed the insurance. Now my children are short 1 exam this year. Very disappointed in this place.

Fantastic experience: Best move I made for the kiddo. Staff is super friendly here and help make the kid comfortable. Front staff and assistants that helped Mariana and Vanessa were awesome. Dr. Karla is great with the kid. She makes her feel so comfortable and tries to connect with her. Made us feel cared about. To top it off she's quick. Quick and good is an important combo. Getting them through their procedure as quick as possible make for a much better experience.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kat, Steph and Nicole were all very patient and helpful. The doctor Karla was very patient in answering all my questions with details. She was very attentive and understanding to my child’s needs. I had horrible experiences with other dental practices but this place was very great!

Fantastic experience: Took one daughter for normal check up and Cambria was gentle as usual and friendly to my 2 year old. Also took my 1 yr old for her first dental visit! Her sister has been coming her for a while! The team was awesome as usual and very gentle and friendly with babies and toddler!
