Fantastic experience: My daughter is 17 months old and had her very first exam and cleaning today. She wasn't the happiest of campers due to the fact everything was new. Dr. Wilson and his assistants/associates were so nice and patient and didn't make me feel bad that my child had a fit. In fact, they said she actually did fairly well for her first time and reassured me that it'll get better as time goes on. Everyone in the office was kind, patient, and very upbeat and bubbly. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chris and staff are the best! From the front desk, hygienists, and everyone in between, they are the best! We have no issue making the 2 hour trip because my kids love going there. Crazy to believe kids look forward to going to the dentist but this place makes it happen! Can't say enough praise about Happy Teeth Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I love, love this dentist and the nurses. They are so gentle and patient with my babies. My boys have been going to them since the start.

Negative experience: The dentist is EXTREMELY rude and needs a wake up call that how you treat your patients is what writes your paycheck! Wouldn’t recommend!

Negative experience: These people are so rude and do not let you reschedule appointments. They would rather you bring in your sick kids and infect all other kids.

Negative experience: Expect to be out on hold numerous times. Whoever the girl was answering phone “couldn’t find” my daughter’s insurance information in the system. Asked for her SS number when all paper work has been filled out prior and she had the information. After going back and forth and being put on hold numerous, I called a different dentist office and scheduled an appointment where they were able to pull her insurance just fine. If you don’t want to schedule someone then just say so. Shady vibes from them for sure.

Fantastic experience: We have always had the best experience with Happy Teeth. The front desk staff are always so kind. The staff in the back are always so patient and do everything they can to make sure my daughter is comfortable. Dr. Chris is awesome! He’s informative and personable. We had an incident over the summer while on vacation. I called they had me email photos, responded promptly, and had us an appointment set up as soon as we got home. Overall such a wonderful group of people!! We appreciate all they do!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chris was so great with my 8 year old son with autism. We traveled all the way from Dyersburg to Martin and they got us back there right at our appointment time. All the staff were super kind and their office was very clean and kid friendly. After my child's appointment, he got to chose a little toy and a nice new toothbrush. Fantastic experience: This is a pediatric dentistry, but if I could go here myself, I absolutely would. Dr. Chris and all of the staff are top notch. They are friendly, patient, and accommodating. They are one of the few dental offices around that typically accept new patients and most major insurance - including Tncare. They don't have a ridiculously full schedule so you can typically get in quickly-even as a new patient. As a foster parent, I so appreciate this because a lot of times kids come to me needing checkups immediately. The office is always clean and my kiddos appreciate the entertainment. Even apprehensive kids with dental anxiety are at ease here between the cool atmosphere and the extremely kind staff. I cannot say enough good things about Happy Teeth.

The ceilings having tvs while they get their teeth cleaned amazed me!! And they also asked the kids what's their favorite show suggesting them a cartoon of their favorite to put on the Tv!! And the gifts bags were amazing! They came with cute character tooth brushes

The waiting lobby is equipped with learning activities for your toddler. The TV with Disney placed on the ceilings was a PLUS. Dr. Wilson is professional and timely. Happy Teeth highly recommended!!

I had been looking for a dentist for about 6 months because her pediatric dentist discharged her due to her being 15 yo. They also done a referral to two different places for her. All the staff was so kind and patient with our scared two year old. I have an older son and have been to other pediatric dentists, but Dr. Chris is amazing. He was calm, so compassionate, and took the time to explain everything. We didn’t feel rushed and he was so genuine. I honestly couldn’t recommend anywhere else more.

My oldest even said she likes it better than our previous office. The atmosphere was very supportive and inviting.
