Fantastic experience: 5* all the way!!! Dr melanie took the time to explain to me how my 8 year olds first teeth extraction would go - she said he wouldn’t feel it and he would not be scared - as a mom you know the concern I had going in today - I was a wreck inside. Dr M was so funny and chatty with my son - he laughed w her and before too long the teeth were out. No pain. No drama. NO TRAUMA …. He thinks they fell out while they were cleaning them!! Such a win - thank you Dr M for being so kind and gentle with both of us today ❤️

Fantastic experience: My kids truly have the best dentist! DR Melanie Rothberg, not only is she incredible at her job, but she also goes above and beyond—dropping everything to help with a dental emergency even on days the office is closed (see my 1st post for that story ), and always providing the best recommendations outside of the office, other specialist such as orthodontists, endodontists etc, they are also top-notch, and every referral has led us to wonderful experience. I was recently recommended to an endodontists for my daughter who needed a root canal and we could not have asked for a better endodontist , Dr Melanie sent us to the best. The front desk staff at south florida dentistry is amazing from start to finish, always welcoming and professional. This is hands down the best dental office in South Florida, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are a true gem, and I hope they are cherished forever! Thank you I will forever be grateful to you and you staff!

My son had to get a second opinion and ultimately, a tooth pulled. The process was smooth, pricing was fair, and the service was top tier. My son was extremely comfortable with every visit. Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Bennett and his team from when I was six years old until 26. The staff told me he usually kicks out all his patients when they turn 18 but that I must be special if he let me keep coming back. During my time there as a patient I had a few somewhat rough dental assistants around my mouth bones but Dr. Bennett and his team made me want to take care of my mouth from a young age. They performed a couple minor surgeries, fillings, and of course, routine maintenance in my time. If I was ever going to have kids, I'd bring them here. Dr. B was always great. He's interested in his patients, wants them to do well, and not just with their teeth. They don't make 'em like him and his staff anymore. Bring your kids here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Melanie is a lovely dentist and has been caring for my child since 4 years old and now 13! She is always informative on preventative care and treatments. The office staff and assistants are polite, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend any of their offices.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing first experience at this office. Every step along the way was perfect. From making the appointment, to walking in and being greeted, the visit and exam itself to leaving. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable, everything was clean and the entire office made myself and my son feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: Took my 18 month old to her first dentist visit and it was unexpectedly really pleasant! Dr. Rothberg was wonderful! She answered all of my questions and even gave me a demonstration on how to properly brush my little one's teeth. And to top it off, not only were we given a dental goody bag at the end, but my little girl got a balloon and little rubber ducky. I'm really thankful for such an amazing way to introduce my child to dental care!

Negative experience: 0 Stars, No longer recommend this dentist. After my 2 children has been coming to the dentist office for years, today my appointment got canceled, for being 5 minutes late.I called up front saying I am struck in traffic please give me 5 minutes.She called me again how far are you I said 2 minutes please keep my appointment.When I reached to the office the front desk lady said you were late we need to reschedule.I asked her politely I can stay for 30 minutes please do the needful.Doctors are good no complaints on them.The front desk lady is the one who is taking control of the situation. So unprofessional...This is not right, because when we arrive on time they make us sit for longer time for the doctor to visit. Now we are late by 5 minutes treating patients like garbage. After so many years, this horrific experience pushed us away and I'm taking my kids to another dentist.I am totally disappointed with the front desk lady if they don’t take care of this type of situation they will loose loyal customers.This happened at Coral Springs south Florida dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I came across South Florida Dentistry for Children google searching for a dentist to bond my daughter’s tooth after she chipped it. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. I called in the morning, they got us in for an appointment that same afternoon. AND Dr. Bennett fixed her tooth that same day too!! We thought we would just be going for a consultation and to our surprise, my daughter walked out with her beautiful smile. The staff is so friendly and professional. The wait time was little to none. This is hands down our new pediatric dentist. Thank you Dr Bennett!

Fantastic experience: Let’s start from when we parked. Looks like a house. With a balcony wrapped around with chairs a very home feel. When you walk in. I felt like I walked into a living room the ambiance they aimed for I totally felt it. The reception was very warm and friendly. Since it October. I think the staff made pumpkin contest which we voted on the way out and my kiddo absolutely loved it. We were assisted to the back where my daughter would get her cleaning the hygienist was extremely patient and professional.during that process she asked my daughter. Her favorite color and what sports she wa in She made every attempt to make my daughter feel comfortable we met the doctor shortly agate their cleaning. Dr Stewart. Great bedside manners!! And professional. Explained everything. After everything was done. They gave my daughter. Her dental bag with toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. She also gave my daughter a purple balloon give that my daughter favorite color. Full of stickers! On the way out. We voted on the pumpkins as I mentioned earlier and the reception offered my daughter more treats. ( toy Halloween ring and Halloween eraser). I’m so glad I chose this group. We absolutely love it. I already recommended this dentistry to my friends. Definitely a must book!!! They definitely go the extra mile to make it easy for the kids.

Fantastic experience: I have been very unhappy with all the pediatric dental offices we have gone to for the past 8 years. This office was recommended to me by Rozen orthodontics. Dr. Rozen himself said this is where he would take his kids. Very Nice and clean office. All the Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment was on time, we might have waited maybe 2 mins (i love that). They made my kids feel comfortable, even my 5 year old who is very scared of the dentist office. We were all very happy after our visit and I think we have found our permanent Pediatric dentist! I have only great things to say.

Fantastic experience: After 7+ years I still love this pediatric dental practice. I found this place when my kids other dentist was charging an arm, leg and butt. Its clean and beautiful. Fabulous front office staff (Hi Mercedes!). Dr. Bennet is still awesome, you can literally call him anytime there’s an emergency and he’s there like a dental superhero, and all the hygienist are equally awesome, (we do miss Rosie). They always decorate for every holiday which we all love, and they have a tooth fairy garden!! Simply excellent.

Negative experience: We didn’t even make it to the dentist, so this review is regarding desk staff - gate keepers. They have made wrong appointments, sent the link for the paperwork which is unable to open. We pull the kid out of school, I took day-off, came from Boca 20 minutes earlier to do the paperwork before appointment, not to tell that our 5y/o was so exited that he carry ziplock bag for his milks last two days and then super nice lady start explaining that they will do Xray and cleaning and then we have to schedule again for extraction… I was absolutely shocked, my 5 y/o was holding his ziplock showing her his loose-barely present front teeth…. Thank God I was there with my boy and had to keep myself calm and smiling!!!! I understand that this is a money making private practice, OK with that, but for my money give me some decency and help me my kid like dentists. Giving them 2 stars only because we had great and funny rest of the day after we turned our back to the evil gate-keepers of this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Ms Arianne is very gentle and patient when she was cleaning my 8year old teeth. The entire office staff is organized and runs like a well-oiled machine. Customer service is top notch and the kids get their teeth cleaned.

He and his staff take great care of my son with autism. They are always patient and understanding to his quirks and needs and they know him very well and how to handle him in all situations. If you are looking for a team of highly professional and caring dental staff to work with your children, look no further.... this is the place! We have been coming here for well over 15 years and we never want to leave!

Fantastic experience: The staff is wonderful, happy and caring. You can see they genuinely enjoy what they do and they’re appreciated for it. During her exam, Dr. Bennett showed me my five year old’s two bottom teeth were loose and I teared up. She was so sweet as she said to me ‘it’s okay mom, it just shows your baby is growing up.’ Totally priceless!!!!!
