Smile Clubhouse Pediatric Dentistry

Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVE Smile Clubhouse! Dr. Madsen and his entire crew are so friendly and great with my kids. We’ve had some dental trauma in the past, and now my kids actually love to go to the dentist. Smile Clubhouse always reminds us of upcoming appointments and work hard to schedule my kids all at the same time. They always get us in when we have something pop up that needs attention. They really are the best!

Fantastic experience: This was my son’s first dentist appointment and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and kind. They had fun activities in the waiting room and a prize at the end. The dentist and dental hygienist did a great job explaining everything thoroughly and were both great with my son. We’re looking forward to continuing to come here!

Fantastic experience: Everyone we came in contact with today for my one-year-old daughter’s first dentist appointment was so kind. As a first-time mom, I didn’t really know what to expect, but they made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. They were incredibly patient with her and did such an amazing job, even though she was a bit of a hassle . We will definitely be back and look forward to her being a long-time patient here!

Fantastic experience: We love smile clubhouse! The front desk staff is always so kind & welcoming, and SO helpful when scheduling over the phone & dealing with insurance. My girls are both still young & apprehensive, and the assistants/hygienists are always so patient and kind to them. We had Miss. Lainey (I think?) yesterday & she was the best! & Dr. Madsen is SO informative and understanding. Calm & cool. We are so thankful to have a dentist office that genuinely care about kids!

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Smile Clubhouse enough! My daughter is 2 and still feels pretty unsure and nervous, but everyone does such an amazing job helping her pair going to the dentist with a positive experience. They even checked on her bear first :) It has been several months since our last visit and she still talks about how her and bear were "so brave" at the dentist. There is definitely a difference between a dentist that sees kids and a dentist that is for kids!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful to find such an amazing dentist to take both of my children, the environment is completely different than any dentist we've ever been to. The whole team is 100% about what is best for the kids and include them in the whole process, they even offer amazing prizes to win for doing so well during their visits. If your child is scared to go to the dentist or as a parent you're nervous about what they'll "think of you" fear no more the second you walk through the door it feels like home and all the girls and Dr Madsen treat you like family.

Fantastic experience: Best place for kids. We have a 3, 6, and 9 year old. They went out of their way to call and see if we wanted to get them all seen at the same time. The environment is 100% kid oriented. Staff is so nice. Very knowledgeable and has amazing preventive care. And my kids say best part is the “play till you win” claw machine as their reward for being brave at the end.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Madsen and his team are phenomenal! From booking, and working with insurance, to the overall uplifting environment of appointments, they make the experience positive for families. I’m not sure how KK has such a great memory, but she makes the atmosphere personal through the little details she can keep track of. We are very grateful for the team of people at Smile Clubhouse!

BUT THESE PEOPLE, COULDN'T FIND ANY FAULT WITH ANY OF THEIR STAFF, SERVICE, ENVIRONMENT, CLEANLINESS, ATMOSPHERE, STAFF, EQUIPMENT, NOTHING --I COULDN'T EVEN FIND DUST. I ALWAYS LOOK FOR DUST BECAUSE IT BOTHERS ME. I DIDN'T FEEL NOT ONE IOTA OF NEGATIVE ENERGY THAT PEOPLE TRY TO HIDE DEEP INSIDE AS THEY TRY TO BE PROFESSIONAL. THESE EMPLOYEES AND STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY LOVINGGGG THEIR JOBS AND THE KIDS. THAT CAN ONLY HAPPEN IF IT IS REINFORCED ROLLING DOWN HILL FROM THE BOSSES. OH, IF THIS IS YOUR FIELD, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO WORK. AND IT WAS THE END OF THE DAY TOO! USUALLY I CAN SENSE PEOPLE BEING TIRED OR STRESSED, IT BUILDS UP IN THEIR SHOULDERS VISIBLY TOO USUALLY--NOPE NOT HERE, AND THEY HAD PLENTY OF STAFF TOO. SOMETIMES I HATE THE END OF DAY APPTS BECAUSE PEOPLE START TO CUT CORNERS AND GET LAZY, NOT HERE. MAYBE BECAUSE THEIR OWN BOSSES CARE ENOUGH TO HIRE ENOUGH STAFF SO THAT OUR KIDDOS GET GORDON RAMSEY LEVEL OF SERVICE! THE HIRING MGR MUST BE TELEPATHIC TO KNOW WHO TO HIRE. I USUALLY CAN SPOT 1 PERSON THAT IF IT WAS MY BUSINESS, I'D KEEP MY EYE ON BUT NOT HERE. EVEN THE CLEANLINESS, THE BED SIDE MANNERS. I GOT TO BE HONEST, I WISH I WAS A KID BECAUSE MY OWN DENTIST OFFICE ISN'T LIKE THIS. I WANT TO GO HERE, MYSELF! WISH I KNEW ABOUT THIS PLACE SOONER! I COULDN'T BELIEVE AT THE APPT, THEY HAVE POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT FOR THE KIDS WITH A FREE CLAW MACHINE THAT MY FAMILY LOVES WITH GREAT PRIZES AND CAN TRY UNTIL THEY GET SOMETHING BUT AT LEAST THEY MADE SURE THIS CLAW HAS FULL STRENGTH CLAW SO IS EASY AND FUN. MY KIDDO HAS A FEW SPECIAL NEEDS TOO THAT WEREN'T EVEN AN ISSUE FOR ONCE!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most welcoming dental area for kids. All 3 of my kiddos were very comfortable and enjoyed their visit. They jumped right in the chair and the dentist and hygienist made sure to make them feel comfortable. Can’t give enough praise. Especially since my middle child wouldn’t even let a previous dentist come near him.

Fantastic experience: Smile Clubhouse has been the best dentist experience I could ask for for my child. He broke all four of his front teeth not long after they grew in. I went several places before I found Smile and I knew I was at the right place once I met them. He had to have extractions and crowns and he still loves to go back to see them. Dr. Madsen is wonderful. He is so good with my son and so are his assistants. They know exactly what to do to make a good experience for alittle ones so they're not scared to go back. Thank you for being so good to us.

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a dentist for our three children. Our youngest (M,7) was very nervous as he had a negative experience at a previous dentist, so I knew we needed a pediatric dentist. Dr Madsen and all of his staff were so friendly and reassuring. They made sure he was comfortable and answered all of our questions. They were absolutely wonderful and so patient with him! My oldest (F,14) also had her teeth cleaned, she was equally as impressed and happy with her experience. She has an underdeveloped tooth that she does not want to have capped or have anything done, it doesn’t make her self conscious and she thinks it’s cute. Dr. Madsen was the first dentist that didn’t pressure us to do anything about this tooth. We are so glad we found Smile Clubhouse. If you have kids that are nervous about doctors or dentists, this place is amazing! I can’t say enough about our great experience.

It’s hard to find an HONEST dentist that actually cares about your children’s mental AND physical health. This office has changed everything for us and my 5 year old said he actually likes the dentist! Recommend ☺️

Very kid friendly and a lot of the staff have kids themselves, so they were especially good with my child at her first ever dentist appointment ❤️ so happy they accept Medicaid and we can go here instead! They have TV and books and blocks for the kids to play with- even craft supplies for bigger children. Super fun visit to the dentist, and best of all- she got to pick a stuffie from the claw machine after our visit!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this dentist! He did a phenomenal job with my grandson and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, and the doctor’s kindness and patience really stood out. My grandson was a little nervous at first, but the dentist explained everything in a way that made him feel safe and cared for. The work he did was excellent, and we are so grateful for the care and professionalism. I highly I am beyond impressed with the care my grandson received here. Dr. Trent did a phenomenal job, not only with the dental work itself but also with the way he treated my grandson throughout the whole process. He was gentle, patient, and explained everything in a way that my grandson could understand, which really helped ease his nerves. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the environment felt clean, safe, and kid-friendly. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Trent went above and beyond to make sure my grandson was comfortable and confident during the visit. The quality of his work was outstanding, and it’s clear he truly cares about his patients. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such high skill with genuine compassion, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially parents or grandparents looking for someone they can trust with their children’s dental care.

Fantastic experience: As someone with a background in the dental field and high expectations, we had an absolutely wonderful experience at Smile Clubhouse! My son tends to be very apprehensive, but Miss KK was amazing with him and he did great! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and informative. Dr. Madsen took his time with us and also put my son at ease. Front office - also great! They are all very welcoming and kind. Clean, beautiful, fun office. Highly recommend. Oh, and my son absolutely loved the claw machine! 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: This has been the best pediatric dentist any of my children have seen. The whole staff is so kind and caring. My youngest child is non-verbal and Autistic, and they are so patient and work with him in every way. The rest of my kids love it there as well. They actually look forward to going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Just had both my littles in for a checkup. The staff was super awesome with our kids, especially our 4 yr old. He can be a real handful and they made it look easy!

Positive experience: I've taken my son here a couple times, and really they're pretty great overall. It's hard to get an appointment, even as an established patient, and it is extremely cramped. The exam rooms are just one room partitioned into 4, so little privacy and a sort of chaotic enviroment. My main complaint comes from my most recent attempt to reach out to them in hopes of getting my autistic son some help. I called hoping they could see him. Staff relayed my message to the dentist, and instead of really addressing my concerns they just told me he wasn't worried about it, and to just bring him to his next appointment, 4 months from now. It's just frustrating when the pediatrician tells you they can't help and to take him to the dentist, only to have the dentist also decline to help. Again, this isn't a bad place to take your kids for routine checkups. I just might start looking elsewhere, personally.

Fantastic experience: I had a run around getting my child in the dentist over my insurance. I called them first thing and they got me in within 2-3 days. I had to reschedule a few times and they was all very nice about it. Sandy text me everyday about Camrenn and I loved that. When I took my daughter in she is shy and it’s hard to get her to open up to new people. Soon as we walked in her nurse was kk she was excellent and super great with her. My daughter lit right up to her and played with her the whole time and talked away to her. The doc was super nice and good with kids my daughter was kinda scared of him at first as most children are but within 5 minutes she lit up to him and he was playing with her. This dentist office is great at what they do my daughter has to have surgery and it took them 4-5days to get her to surgery. The doc explained everything about her teeth and what was going on. Everyone there makes u feel welcomed from the front to the back of the office. If I could give this office more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I took my son here for the first time today. First off walking in the door makes you want to be a kid again. It’s very inviting and stimulating. You are greeted right away with some friendly smiles. Check in was super easy. The doctor was awesome and very informative on the oral needs my son will need as he grows ( my son was a micro premie and was on TPN for a while which is bad for teeth as they come in) the dental assistants are hands down some of the best I've ever seen. Made my son feel comfortable and made the whole process easy. Hands down the best dentist office we have ever been to. Thank you for the great experience! We are looking forward to our next visit! If I could give 10 stars, I would. My son looks forward to going to each visit!! Best dentist office around!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had to get some crowns and work done, and they all were super sweet, very caring, and informative on everything. As a single parent it’s relieving to know they’ve got the talent, and compassion to do this work for these children and so well at that.

My now four year old had a dental emergency when he was 3. They were not open on Fridays but Dr. Madsen came into the office and was able to take care of us. They went above and beyond, and I could not be more grateful for this dentist office!! Both my kids love coming to the dentist and it is because they put an emphasis on kindness and gentleness!

Fantastic experience: Today was our first encounter with Smile Clubhouse and it exceeded every expectation!! Every aspect of our appointment was wonderful. The entire staff made my daughter feel so much more comfortable. Dr. Madsen explained everything so clearly and answered all of my questions. Fantastic experience: AMAZING! We have had poor experiences elsewhere The smile clubhouse was warm welcoming and honestly put those mommy nerves at ease. Put themselves in my shoes and honestly were more than happy to explain everything more than once if needed. I was so impressed and grateful I even signed up my youngest baby to start seeing Dr.Madsen & his crew!! Such a warm welcoming environment. My kiddo was asking when we were coming back!

Fantastic experience: The BEST experience! We went to Smith Clubhouse for the first time today and we were blown away. From check in, to check out, and everything in between, it was such a wonderful experience, especially with a 3 and 4 year old. Cadence and Dr. Madison were awesome to work with; our boys loved them! Can’t believe I’m saying that we’re looking forward to our next visit (to the dentist!) but we sure are!

Fantastic experience: My twin boys had their very first dentist appointment today (they are 21 months old) and I am very happy with how our visit went!! The staff helped ease my anxiety and reassured me through the entire process and Dr. Madsen was phenomenal with the boys. Very gentle and understanding and great patient education. They definitely spoiled the boys and made it very fun and entertaining with lots of kid friendly activities and amenities

Fantastic experience: Took our one year old here after a few friend and family recommendations. The whole staff was extremely friendly, from the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was great! They made my child feel comfortable and were very patient with him. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist for their child!

Fantastic experience: They were so welcoming and helpful. My 2 yr old has an oral aversion and has had a previous bad experience at another dentist but they did so well with him and we were able to have a good visit and leave happy!

Fantastic experience: My kids, 5, 3 and 2 years old loved their visit to Smile Clubhouse. The hygienist was extremely patient with them. Dr. Madsen is incredible with kids. The waiting room is fun and is stocked with blocks and coloring pages. I would highly recommend Smile Clubhouse, especially for younger kids like mine.

Fantastic experience: When we went in for our second opinion for my son I was apprehensive. Our experience was great. From the welcoming front desk staff, attentive dental hygienist, and Dr Trent who was a real person! He was honest about the issues he was seeing but fair in the treatment plan compared to other dentists. He is knowledgeable and cares for the child who will deal with the effect of the dental treatments. I can say with confidence we have found our dentist!
