Fantastic experience: Kelli was my nurse and she was fabulous!! Her personality and of course professionalism was remarkable. She was the Bestest in the Westest!! I don’t want to forget George who was the tech that took my vitals. He was very sweet and professional. This exceptional service is the reason I always return!

Fantastic experience: As a military spouse I have access to medical facilities on an installation. This is the ONLY clinic I will visit. The staff is always so courteous. The beside manner of Nurse KELLI just put me at ease. Sis already has a warm blanket ready for me!! The ER tech Avery was also nice. This is my GO TO spot! Keep doing what you are doing ladies and know that you are appreciated!!

Fantastic experience: Daughter had an allergic reaction, was brought straight into a room and seen straight away with no issues. Super friendly/professional staff. Definitely recommend coming here instead of sitting in the ER waiting for hours to be seen.

I was especially surprised by how much quicker the intake and triage processes are when compared to a traditional emergency room. I also appreciated the thoroughness and swiftness the of the staff including Dumpit and Kayla. Signature Care is a wonderful addition to the medical and health care assets in Killeen.

Fantastic experience: My wife was seen by Dr. Desai and RN David. They did everything to make her comfortable. Gave her a blanket walking through the door. She had an 6mm kidney stone and they were very thorough in their explanation so my wife and her anxiety would understand that she is going to be okay. Can’t thank them enough for, and excuse my pun, their hospitality.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this place. I have recurring kidney stones and if you’ve had one you know the pain is almost unbearable. I went to a different ER one time and it was a HOT MESS. I decided to try Signature Care and every single time I kid you not, it’s amazing. I came in around 2am and I was seen by RN Susan and let me tell you, she was the sweetest, always asking if I was okay, always checking on me, didn’t get mad or upset that I was crying and made sure I was taken care of, gave me blankets and when the doctor wanted to keep me longer, they switched me to a comfortable bed and let me rest. The shift change came around and then I got Colby, so sweet, made sure to let the dr know each time I wasn’t feeling good, and got me warm blankets because I was shivering. Both of these nurses had amazing bedside manner and being in the amount of pain I was in, it was so heart warming to be treated with such care. The woman who gave me an IV and the guy who did my CT scan also were the sweetest and were both very gentle and calming. I will always go here for an emergency. Thank you signature!!

Dr.listened to my concerns & accepted my request for an x-ray 9.11- Amazing staff 7.24 came back & again awesome service. Rn was very calming & careful with the nail wound Walked in & was greeted with a worried face soon to call for check up from the back Mr. David came to check on my girl & made sure to make her feel comfortable. When a Dr sits down & listens. You are in good hands x-ray tech was super sweet & Dr. Strelnieks made sure my girl was sent home with help to breath not just antibiotics This place is amazing! Fantastic experience: Signature Care team is the absolute best! DR. Strelnieks, Erik And his nurse Melissa Lynn P were very thorough and so kind. I have never had a bad experience here. Even the front desk associate Stephanie Elaine D delivered the most kind and warm customer service. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here for great and fast care.

Fantastic experience: It is a neat and quiet little emergency room. They got us in and out pretty quickly and they are very Efficient. The Staff kelli and Misty Were very helpful. They tended to any of my needs as well as my daughters while there we felt like family and this was our very first visit. Will definitely be coming here in future visits instead of going to the military hospital on Post.

Fantastic experience: Signature care is amazing. I went in extremely ill, was seen immediately, and my concerns and my nausea and pain were also addressed immediately. The following were my staff and Cheryl specifically was fantastic and caring and kind and patient. The doctor heard my concerns and did not treat me like a number. His name was Dr. Harding. And then Elizabeth and Simona were very kind. Grant, the technician was not only kind but he got my mind off of how bad I felt if you're sick and you need to go to urgent care go here.

Fantastic experience: David T. was my initial nurse when I got in and he was amazing. Very polite, sweet, and attentive to my needs. He even offered a warm blanket for my stay. The nurse practitioner was also very polite, she asked me relevant questions, and made my concerns priority.

Fantastic experience: From the time we entered into this place to the time we were seen which was under 30-45mins!!! Check in was very simple and quick!!! Nurse David and Dr. Lindsey were amazing!!! They were very kind, patient and understanding and were able to alleviate my husband’s needs because we had an emergency visit for a toothache!!! The pain was so excruciating for him he wasn’t even able to wait when we tried to go get it extracted. So we ended up coming to 24 because I seen on google that they don’t do extractions but they will help with pain. Which was kind of what he needs at the moment. Toothaches are the worst especially when they come out of no where the pain can be very painful. I felt so bad for him but I’m glad we came to see these guys because they moved quickly and were very caring towards his needs!!! Thank you Signature Care!!!

Fantastic experience: David was an incredible nurse he was very nice and caring and playful with our daughter. He offered us refreshments and blankets, and helped our daughter feel more comfortable as well as us. The teddy bear he gave her was a good distraction and she loves it very much.

Fantastic experience: Our nurse David was so kind, truly made me forget sometimes why we were there with the stories he tells. Highly recommended this Er, took me in within Five minutes and usually have to wait 2-4 hours on post to be seen. 1st time and will definitely come back again if need be.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the most expedient visits i have ever received in an ER and the best medical experiences in the last 30 years. Pain was addressed immediately and appropriately without any judgement. Everyone was professional and very competent and compassionate. I even got a call the next day! Stellar care thank you from the front desk, to nurse (great IV) to DR who was very supportive and knowledgeable to the radiologist!!! Thank you, it really felt like they cared!!!

I came in Monday night early Tuesday morning and got diagnosed with strep and I came back and some of my symptoms were persisting so I came back. Kelli and Lacey took me in and took care of me with kindness and compassion. I will be coming back here this place is WAY better than Darnall or advent

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share my experience at SignatureCare in Killeen—Nurse Kelly and the ER tech were amazing. I was seen quickly, and they got me checked out fast and professionally. They were kind, efficient, and made the whole thing a lot easier than I expected. Only thing I didn’t love was the phone-based registration. It was easy to do and I understand why they use it, but I prefer in-person interaction. That said, the process was smooth, and the team more than made up for it with their great care. Thanks again to the staff—y’all were awesome.

Fantastic experience: I am beyond impressed with this place. I have driven past it many times not knowing what goodness lies inside “that unique looking building.” Every staff member with whom I came into contact is kind, considerate and fantastic at their respective jobs. Charlie is the first person I met and guided me as I used the unique system they have to process a patient. The method they use, albeit different than I have experienced before, allows for more than one person to be processed at a time and seems quite efficient! Colby got my vital signs and got me in a room. Then I saw Dr. Elsbecker, then George came and got me for x-rays. They were busy the day I went, so there were some delays, but way better than what is typical at an ER. I’m truly glad I came today! I will choose to come here again should I need to be seen imminently.

Fantastic experience: My experience tonight was great. From checking in at the front desk with Lovanna to being triaged and taken care of after by Ms. Heather. Ms. Heather made sure that I understood everything that was happening and even explained what I didn’t quite understand. Dr. Strelnieks was also great too!

Fantastic experience: If you’re military don’t even waste your time at Darnell. I spent half a day waiting in the ER to get nowhere. I came here the following day, was seen and treated within 30 minutes. My RN, Katherine was super friendly and helpful and did a great job. The Rad tech George was quick and helpful and Dr Lindsey was knowledgeable and personable. He knew what was wrong with me within a few moments of examining me. Great experience, thank you.

Fantastic experience: The care my spouse received was amazing, they checked on him every hour even every thirty minutes. i recommend coming here all the time, they got us back immediately and instantly started treatment. 10/10 our nurse Heather was amazing <3

Fantastic experience: I come here for any medical issues my children or myself ever have if my primary care is closed. They are quick to help with symptoms and pain management, it’s never more than a 20min wait to get a bed, and they are diligent in diagnosis. They acted quickly and save my son’s life from a really bad RSV and viral infection some months back. I’ve been here often enough over the year to confidently confirm that the staff here is the best urgent care and emergency care you’ll get in the killeen area. Dani and Lacy were the best today. Thank you signature care team!

Fantastic experience: Signature care is the best urgent care and trust me I’ve been to a few. The efficiency, care, timeliness and cleanliness are big factors for me and my family’s care. I highly recommend Signature to anyone in urgent need of care. Also to note, they do X-rays, MRI’s, labs and full check ups here too which is a plus. I would gratefully like to give a huge thank you to my wonderful care team whose truly helped me in my most painful moment RN Kelli (thank you for being so calm and caring), ER Tech Lacy (thank you for the effective but gentle swabs), Radiology Tech Grant (thank you for working with me and my uncoordinated limbs) and Signature for the best urgent care experience.

Fantastic experience: By far one of the best experiences I had at a clinic so far. When I arrived I was greeted and immediately helped. The environment here is very welcoming. Both Jones and Kayla were extremely professional. All my needs were met and the service provided was in a timely manner. I was encouraged to ask any questions if I had any. Going here I’ve experienced respect and patience which is hard to come across sometimes in the medical field. I prefer to come here for my health needs.

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end the staff, most notably David T., were amazing! They were knowledgeable, professional, hilarious without effort, & made me feel right at home during my visit. I don’t plan on visiting urgent/emergency cares often, but if I need to again it will definitely be Killeen’s Signature Care Center Emergency Care.

Negative experience: I want to start by saying that the staff at this facility was pleasant and professional — I’d rate them a solid B for friendliness. However, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. As someone from out of town who experienced a medical emergency, I searched “emergency room near me” on Google. This facility appeared in the results, but unfortunately, it was not an emergency room and was not equipped to handle my injury. Despite having insurance and being a Veteran, I was unfamiliar with the area and trusted the information I found online. Upon arrival, I learned they couldn’t perform any scans or provide the level of care I needed. I ended up receiving only a sling, a prescription, and one Motrin for pain — which I wasn’t even feeling at the time. No imaging was done. After the visit, I was surprised to be charged $350. That cost was not disclosed up front, which I found deceptive and unfair. Typically, costs are presented before treatment, but in this case, it wasn’t mentioned until afterward. Since this experience, I have avoided seeking further medical care in this area because it severely damaged my trust in local healthcare. I also believe Google should reevaluate how it ranks and displays medical facilities. Emergency rooms should be clearly distinguished from urgent care centers or other clinics, especially in search results. In summary: • Staff: B for courtesy and professionalism. • Facility: F for inadequate equipment and lack of transparency. • Google: F for its role in providing misleading information during a time-sensitive situation. I hope this feedback helps others avoid the same confusion and encourages both the facility and search platforms to make meaningful improvements.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. My nurse Kelly , ER Tech Lacey and Doctor Desai were all amazing. Of course no one is happy to be at an urgent care but they all made my visit very comforting.

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10 the Best place when your not feeling so well...Cheryl, Esha and George made me feel super comfortable with the procedures. Taking time to explain in detail what I would be feeling. Caroline was the sweetest understanding what I was experiencing and checking all the boxes before I was discharged. Fantastic experience: My experience with SignatureCare has always been positive. The wait times for a room are low but sometimes it takes a bit to see the DR. I don't mind though because the standard of care is high. Cheryl and Lacey were wonderful today when helping me with an ear issue.

Fantastic experience: Everytime I come here with either of my kids they are extremely kind and helpful. Kids are naturally impatient and they always give them something to snack on or a teddy bear to comfort them. This is the only place I bring my kids instead of sitting at the hospital all nigtt hurt. They have always been fast and very thorough with their testing.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time visiting Signature Care. My hairdresser recommended them. All the staff were very polite and pretty quick, I didn’t have to wait too long to get seen. I recommend visiting them for health related issues.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at SignatureCare. Once I arrived I was given a warm blanket. Elizabeth and Kelli were very sweet. Kelli even came to calm me down and take my mind off of what was going on. Overall great experience

Fantastic experience: Best experience that I've had at an urgent care. Nurse Kelli & Esha were super sweet, and very attentive while I waited for my results. They also made sure that I was comfortable while waiting. Dr. Kristin was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs! Best visit yet! And it was very CLEAN!
