Fantastic experience: Patrick, Ricky, Monica, Patricia, Megan, and Dr.Wright all came together and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone was kind and I even got offered a warm blanket. Allergic reactions are stressful, but the team did an outstanding job at staying calm and keeping me calm as well.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but amazing things to say about the people here. I saw Radiology tech Patrick, ER tech Ricky, Monica in registration and the most amazing nurses Patricia and Megan. My Dr was DR Wright and he listened to everything I said. First time medical professionals actually listened to me and didn’t just say my symptoms were allergies or anxiety. Did multiple tests and I got the results right away. Now I have a better understanding on what to tell my pcp. 100000% recommend them

Fantastic experience: Went here for a cut, they treated me well. Not too long of a wait, and the staff was very kind and polite especially nurse Patricia. Dr.Wright was also clear with the follow-up instructions, which I appreciate.

Fantastic experience: The best ER you will ever go to. Dr. Kimball, Dr. Wright and everyone there will go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible regardless of the pain level. They have a lab tech on staff providing a quick turn on results as well as a Rad Tech. The nurse assigned to me (Mattie) was the best nurse I have ever had in all of my many hospital visits. She was constantly concerned about my comfort level and the laughs and conversations will be memorable. You will feel like you own the clinic and they are all your employees from the minute you check in with Daisy and seen by Emily, Dawn and Mattie. Go here and don’t bother with anyplace else.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I got hurt I knew that I needed to get to signature care as soon as possible. I have been a patient of several of the doctors and they have an amazing staff! Shane did an awesome job, x-rayong my arm, and Maddie took very good care of me while I was there asking detailed questions and really trying to understand the issue. From the staff members at registration all the way to the nurse and ER tech registration was easy. The doctor was amazing. I will always come to signature care!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I visited SignatureCare today for some back pain that he had. They were so helpful and so extremely nice. We were under the care of Clark, Rayven, Adam, Patricia, and Dr Mitchell. This was an amazing group of people. They had no wait time. They got us both warm blankets which was very helpful.

Fantastic experience: This place was the best! I had an allergic reaction that came on fast and checked in to Signature Care. The receptionist, Amy, was amazing, helping us navigate a fairly simple check-in and paperwork completion process. The team greeted me and my husband and brought us back. I say team, because they indeed were a well-oil team/machine and went right to work. The doctor, Dr. Wright, did an excellent job of questioning, in an effort to find out what might have triggered the allergic response. He was kind and compassionate and above all, knew just what to do help me. All of the others Charla, Caitlyn, Patricia and Dawn did an amazing job including hooking up IVs, doing an EKG, piling blankets on me and monitoring me overall. A particular thanks to Patty, the nurse who I spoke to last as I was preparing to leave. She and Dr. Wright left us with detailed info on what to do next and wertruly an amazing medical professionals. Thank you, Signature Care Team!

Fantastic experience: I have been here a few times and trust this urgent care. They are easily 10 minutes farther than the closest one to me, the extra time/fare is worth it every time. Amy checked me in and allowed me to do registration via paperwork as opposed to on my phone. Generally, virtual check in is more convenient for them but I appreciate the attention to my comfort. Dr Wright was attentive and knowledgeable and was able to help me locate the concern. Charla and Caitlyn (my techs) took my labs with ease and my Patricia and dawn made sure I understood what tests and medications I was being given and how they could affect me. The few times I come have been not just acceptable but a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I experienced exceptional service today . The check in with Monica was quick and easy and she made me feel comfortable while I waited. Patricia went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even staying later than her shift to make sure there was a female on staff to make sure I didn’t feel uncomfortable. Dr. Mitchell really took care of my concerns and even showed compassion for me and my mental health/physical health i was more than the reason I came in , more than just a patient I was a person and I felt seen and cared about and like my health matters. I really felt comfortable here.

Fantastic experience: Ricky and Rosa were very nice and funny. They kept me laughing during my entire experience at the clinic. I’m a social worker in the making and Ricky gave me encouragement to keep pursuing my goals. While giving me antibiotics for my strep throat diagnosis, they were very communicative about the side effects specific medications/steroids can cause. On top of this, they respected when I was getting rest, unless something was absolutely necessary, they never tried to wake me up. They would simply come back and if I was awake, perform the tasks they were previously trying to accomplish. I also got a robe and a hygiene kit! Yay!

Fantastic experience: Coming in with chest pain is terrifying but Monica over in registration got me in nice and quick. My care team including Dr. Wright, Sam, Patricia, Ricky and Rosa did a great job keeping me warm and informed on my case and everything needed for today and got my issue under control. I feel so blessed to be taken care of so efficiently in a time like this. The blanket really helped :D this will always be my preferred location when something goes wrong. They truly do care. Fantastic experience: I've been to this ER a couple of times and keep coming back because they are quick and considerate. Adam the ER tech kept us informed of what was going on and was very nice. Patricia and Jared the nurses were very amiable. Rayven at registration got us checked in quickly and was nice. Clark the radiology tech was very polite and respectful during the X-ray. And lastly, Dr. Herbert figured out what was going on and got us out with a prescription and detailed explanation of next steps Overall, fast, efficient, and friendly!

Fantastic experience: Rayven was great at check in. I was seen by Dr. Herbert she was amazing. She listened to all my symptoms and made me feel so comfortable under her care. Clark was also very nice when he took me to get my CT scan done. Staff overall was amazing.

Negative experience: The receptionist wasn’t very knowledgeable about insurance. Upon registration I was presented with two forms one of which was page 6 of 6. When I asked what was the one form the receptionist looked puzzled. I asked to see the forms prior to me signing she later returned with page 4 of 6. I never got a clear understanding as to what the forms were she wanted me to sign. I went in with chest pain it took the physician 30 mins to come in to see me it was after I asked for my IV to be removed did I began to be serviced. Also I had to exit the room for a moment the nurse unplugged the monitor from the wall and proceeded to drape the cords around my neck. The service I received from the time I walked in the door was horrible. My first time servicing this location and definitely my last.

Fantastic experience: Patty was my nurse, she’s great! She let me keep the tweezers instead of throw them away how fun. Nurse Jared was my guy when the cut initially happened. He was very nice and communicative. I just really enjoyed all my visits here. Very fast and easy.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff was amazing. From the front desk, to the facility manager Max, it was a smooth experience. They took less than 30 minutes to get me stitched up after a small laceration. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: As someone with a chronic illness that is often in and out of hospitals and ERs this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The staff were so amazing, kind, and compassionate. I'm good at hiding my pain and not very good at expressing it and I often get put down if I say my pain is high on the pain scale yet I seem perfectly fine just because I'm used to it. The staff did not do that at all! They were very understanding. I was taken back almost immediately and taken care of. They often check in with you to make sure you're okay and they were talking and joking with my parents and I. I cannot express how much I love this place I have never felt more cared for and loved in a medical setting before. Thank you guys so so much.

Negative experience: I went at night in very serious condition. When I went in, it took them forever to call me (even though I was the only person in the waiting room). When I finally got called, I got situated in the room and began to text my mom, telling her about the situation when a doctor grabbed my shoulder, then took my phone. He continued to talk about how my problem was completely my phones fault, and I need to “cut it out.” The doctor then raised his voice at me and seemed to have no remorse after. A little later on, a nurse came to draw my blood and once again, I was worried and shaking. When he came in to start my IV he said, “I’m not dealing with this,” then continued to get another nurse to do it, who also was very rude. The staff treated me HORRIBLY and you should NOT go to this emergency room.

Fantastic experience: SignatureCare Emergency Center has been one of the most caring staff and care I have ever received. From the second we walked through the door greeted with hospitality by Monica, to the instant care received by my nurse Patricia & Ricky. There was no wait time and there service was top tier. Our Rad tech Patrick was a gentleman with the upmost caring attitude and cared about my arm while taking X-rays. Last but not least, Dr. Wright was the most humbling and caring Dr. My overall experience was great, I definitely recommend this emergency care for anyone needing immediate assistance.

Fantastic experience: Ricky, Monica, Sharla, Patricia, and Dr. Wright were all wonderful. I was not even sure if I should have come to the ER but they handled it well and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. As far as an emergency room goes, it could not have been a better experience.

Fantastic experience: I read all the reviews before coming here and they were absolutely Dr. Wright was able to help me with my infected tooth until I am able to get into the oral surgeon. Sharla and Patricia were AMAZING! Best nurses! Monica, Patrick and Ricky were great as well! The staff at this office is phenomenal and I was in and out in no time!

Coming in to the ER in severe pain, my wait time was very minimal and they worked swiftly to make sure my pain was under control as quickly as possible. Fantastic experience: The service here was excellent all the staff was very nice specially nurse Patrica. She was on top of everything and kept checking in on me. During the registration Rayven got me in quick as I was in so much pain. Dr. Herbert was very professional and gave me the quality care I needed. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The process was quick, clean, and done with care, I ended up needing two stitches, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciate how attentive everyone was. Definitely recommend if you ever need urgent help!

Fantastic experience: Mattie and Dr. Vakey went above and beyond to help my son! We are flying out to Hawaii soon and they both prioritized his care accordingly to ensure he would enjoy vacation as a happy healthy boy. Fantastic experience: I came in with symptoms of a cold or Covid. Daisy the registration clerk did her job in less than 5 minutes. Then Patricia called me to the back. They ran some test , then Dr Bare and Sam ( student )where very prompt and attentive. This an awesome staff that move quickly. Any ER I have I will return here for treatment. Thank you guys for all the hard work dedication to your jobs.

Fantastic experience: Clark, Adam, Rayven, Sam, Patricia, and Dr.Bare were all exceptional! We came in for a smashed finger from work and were helped very quickly. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the environment was so nice to be in. We were offered a warm blanket, water, and gatorade and everyone made sure we were all set. We definitely would recommend this center to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this place enough, I dont usually do reviews, unless the place really leaves an impact on me, I've been self diagnosing and stressing about a rash on my feet for over a month and a half and dont currently have medical insurance, well the rash was getting much worse and I finally bit the bullet and came here. To start, the receptionist Rayven was extremely informative and patient and understanding as I was undoubtedly a babbling mess, she explained the payment system and how things would work going forward in a way that made sense, then on my way in, Patricia was extremely nice, she allowed my partner to accompany me, and she started taking down general information and all the symptoms and things I had been trying, being extremely patient and taking down everything I said, and Sam was quiet but nice and helped me get comfortable while doing the blood pressure test. After that Dr. Caraway came in, he examined my legs and feet throughly checking the rash and listening to everything I had to say on the matter, he was light hearted and funny saying things that made me laugh and put me at ease, he gave me his thoughts as to what it might be, seeing as this is a bit outside his ballpark of medical practice, he informed me of some general physicians who I could see without waiting 3 months for a new patient appointment, and then gave me a list of people I could go see, and also gave me some treatment options he would recommend for what he thought I might have, then rayven came in and informed me of the cost of treatment which was pretty affordable considering this is a 24hr urgent care, for the shot and treatment, it would only be 250$ which I feel like is not bad at all, but for the whole visit and evaluation, since I opted out of treatment for now until I can see a primary physician, it was free. This has taken an incredible amount of stress off and everyone here was extremely accommodating and overly nice, I genuinely dont think I could have came to a better place, please visit here if you want fast and compassionate care. The whole visit was about an hour.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place!! We were first greeted at the front desk by a very helpful and informative Rayven! She was super well spoken and very polite and helped us get checked in and registered within, I swear what felt like just 5 minutes. We did come earlier in the morning, around 4am, but regardless. Patricia and Sam helped us very quickly. Sam was very kind and respectful towards my partner who he was taking the blood pressure of. Patricia was such a cheer to be around! Just lit the entire room up with her personality. Finally, Dr.Caraway was very accommodating and listened to every word my partner had to say regarding his concerns. Dr.Caraway even cracked a few jokes along the way. Lastly, the atmosphere in here was quite pleasant. They were playing Bob Ross on the TVs, dim lights, nice decor...and as someone who is not too keen on hospitals or ER's (they creep me out), I felt very comfortable and welcomed here! Would definitely be returning here (if need be).

Fantastic experience: Signature ER was honestly such a relief when I needed care. Check-in was super smooth—registration didn’t take long, and everyone was friendly right from the start. Adam, the tech, was great. He kept things light and made sure I was comfortable, which really helped. Nurse Sam and Patricia were both so kind and professional. They explained everything clearly and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. Overall, I felt like I was in really good hands. It’s not fun being in the ER, but the team at signature care made it a lot less stressful. I’d definitely go back if i needed to.

Fantastic experience: Insanely fast and so nice. Ms.Rayven at the front was quick getting us back; Adam, Patricia, and Sam were quick with all the tests, and Dr.Caraway was so helpful with my questions. In and out in 45mins.

Fantastic experience: I always come here when I’m feeling bad. Not only are they efficient but they truly care about you and your well being. I live out of town and will always make the extra drive to get the best care. Registration was fast (Rayven) and they got my back very fast. Thank you to my nurses Patricia and Sam as well as Dr. Caraway for taking amazing care of me. Will always be my number one choice in the BCS area.

Fantastic experience: I went to Signatures Care Emergency Center with my wife, we had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel cared for and at ease. Monica at registration was welcoming and efficient, setting a positive tone from the start. Rosa, the Radiology Tech, was incredibly kind and professional, ensuring I was comfortable during my imaging. ER Tech Ricky was attentive and helpful throughout my visit, and both Nurses Patricia and Liz provided compassionate, top-notch care. Dr. Mitchell was thorough, clear in his explanations, and truly made me feel like I was in good hands. Thank you all for your dedication and exceptional service!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was kind and informative of the care we needed. Time to be seen was short and quick. Would definitely recommend this location. We were served by Daisy at registration, Stephanie and Emily as the tech and our nurse Gabe Dawn! Gabe spent time thoroughly explaining the home care we needed to ensure we continue to recovery at home!
