Ryan was efficient with his work, and professional with it as well. Dr. Henderson was very attentive with checking me out with my back also. Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Compassionate, Fast, and Thorough Care for My Toddler – Thank You, SignatureCare Texarkana! I can’t say enough good things about our experience at SignatureCare Emergency Center in Texarkana. I brought my 18-month-old son in after he had been running a high fever for a couple of days, and as a mom, I was anxious and exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel safe, heard, and cared for. Dr. Baugh was so gentle and thorough during the exam and quickly diagnosed my son with an ear infection. Kevin, RN and Ashley, LVN were both amazing—they were patient, reassuring, and so sweet with my baby. Even Shelbie at registration was warm and welcoming, getting us checked in right away with no delay. They explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the visit. The facility was spotless and kid-friendly, which helped ease both of our nerves. Thank you, SignatureCare, for turning a stressful situation into a comforting one. I’m so grateful for your care and will absolutely recommend you to other parents!

Fantastic experience: Jennifer, Mollie, Randall, & Ashley are the best I have ever experienced at a medical center. My son had to go to Signature Care for an emergency . We left the car and they took us straight to a room for a patient. They started to work on immediately. Within an hour his vital signs were up and his fever was down. Thank God and Signature Care!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. Joe was my ER Tech, and not only was he very attentive but he provided much needed comedic relief. Dr. Harris and nurse Ryan were also very thorough and incredibly kind.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain when I went into the facility. Ultimately, I found out that I had broken the outside bone on my left foot. Despite the pain they found ways to make me laugh and feel as comfortable as possible. The entire crew was very caring and knowledgeable in their individual duties. I will always choose Signature Care, if medical emergencies arise in the future for me and my family.

Fantastic experience: I left the ER after 6 hours with not even a single blood work being done !! I came to signaturcare and thank lord . Right away a blanket and seen me immediately . I’m thankful due to I felt like the medical field in Texarkana was trash . I’m thankful it’s not !!!

Fantastic experience: I came into Signaturecare for a cyst that had formed. I was in soo much pain. Ryan got me right into my room & calmed my nerves. Negative experience: Great service but buyer's remorse after we got the bill, 4 months later. My son went in on a Sunday in November because he was running high fever and lethargic. They did COVID, Flu and Strep tests, took temp...nothing out of the ordinary. They billed insurance $7300 with our out-of- pocket was $1900. If you're desperate for care, they were excellent in that aspect but just want people to be aware of the cost.
Hi, Paul , thank you for your feedback. Our billing procedures are in line with other local emergency rooms. In addition to that, emergency room visits, by law, are required to be covered at an in-network rate by commercial insurance policies. ER bills are typically expected to be higher than a doctor's office visit. We do not encourage patients to visit us if they are not experiencing a medical emergency. We can perform CTs, X-rays, blood tests, administer an extensive array of IV medications, and provide an evaluation by board-certified physicians 24/7. Often times we can save our patients time and money with our ability to perform multiple tests and procedures in a single visit, as opposed to the patient having to make multiple visits to different locations and pay for them separately. Fantastic experience: My daughter had a bad cold that kept getting worse and signature care took GREAT care of her! The nurses Josh, Mary, and Andres went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe while they took her vitals and swabbed her nose. Fantastic experience: Everyone was super nice and helpful, I'm not from here and it was late at night but they got me back quickly and immediately got tests started and helped with the pain and recommended a pharmacy here so I didn't have to wait until I got home. My nurse Linda was super sweet and calming and the provider Dr. Henderson were all very nice and explained everything!

Fantastic experience: When ever I come to Signature Care rather myself or for my kids the staff are always helpful. Ryan and Dr. Henderson were really amazing while taking care of my son.
