Fantastic experience: Mercy was a great nurse she was really nice. Dr Adekunle was great also he gave us great detail in my diagnosis.

Fantastic experience: The nurse Britney , Dr Andres and my Radiology tech Sendra were great. Kept me.informed every step of the way. Great staff very friendly and kind.

Positive experience: Went in for a non emergent situation. Facility is clean. White boards filled out and up to date. However, staff didn’t really introduce themselves. They did do a great job getting me in and taken care. In regards to payments I kind of got the run around with total cost. I did notice a QR code on the wall where you can look at prices. Unfortunately I had to find it and was not told about it when asked about pricing. Overall my experience was good.

Fantastic experience: Dr alvino was super helpful and listen to me and my sons needs. After multiple ER hospital visits this was the only dr who actually prescribed medicine for my 17 month old who has an infection/ high fever causing seizures. Super satisified highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very fast and very caring. They get to the root cause of any pain or anything that is going on with you. I was immediately seen by someone for my foot. I was in a great deal of pain. Not to mention, the registration process was easy. All done from the phone.

Negative experience: Went therefore, mastitis symptoms Was told I didn’t have any which I do Dr. Jolly or whatever his name is treated me and He didn’t seem like he cared to be treating me or told me I was basically wrong about what I was telling him when I Wasn’t seem bothered I didn’t wanna be tested for stupid flu and Covid wouldn’t recommend being treated by him. Doesn’t seem to care and rushes you out the door with antibiotics that you’re severely allergic to when I told him what I’m allergic to and those antibiotics were in the family of penicillin so he knew.

Fantastic experience: Bridget C. was wonderful. She was very gentle and comfortable as she stuck me. And she made sure I was doing ok after my breathing treatment. She is a very passionate about her job and to me that’s what makes her shine. Thank you Bridget. I really appreciate you.

Fantastic experience: Im very pleased with the help im getting from my tech Magda and my nurse Alexis. Both very sweet and respectful woman who listen to what’s wrong and don’t just brush it off like it’s nothing. They got me in very quickly and only had to wait about 10 minutes. This is my first time here but i definitely will be coming back if in the future I ever have to.

Fantastic experience: Both of my daughters and I came to get checked for a wet cough. We were all able to be seen at the same time & the staff was friendly and fast at getting us all taken care of. Alexis had been extra patient and gentle, with both my toddler & infant. My toddler warmed up to her fast and was smiling at her the majority of the time, which was a first. She’s usually very apprehensive when it comes to new faces but she had gotten comfortable almost instantly with her! Alexis had even given each of my girls a cute teddy and stickers towards the end of our visit. Overall we had a smooth visit and left with all of our concerns answered.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Veronica and Jason Cooper, PA! They were so nice and took their time to explain and listen. My daughter was sick and initially took her to a clinic and wasn’t getting better. Came here and she was brought back and treated within the hour, finally have answers and medication to get her better! I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Went in with a kidney infection 4 days postpartum! The Dr. was extremely rude, and ruled it as non emergent!!! Then continued to mom shame me for taking my newborn with me, when i had no one to watch her!! Drove to ORMC instead, they took me in immediately! They told me I could have gone into sepsis due to the fact that I had just given birth 4 days ago! I didn't catch the Dr's bame at Signature Care, but it was a hispanic male with glasses.

Negative experience: This place is a scam they will hold your ID hostage and they will charge you $400 to just walk in the doors and do nothing! Would NOT recommend coming here I tried using my insured and they refused to take it and I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and they wanted me to pay out of pocket, the people are rude and the service is terrible next time I know bettter

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the care that we received during our visit. Everyone was very pleasant and worked in an efficient and timely manner. We were in and out of there very quickly, while receiving all the care we expected. Testing was done quickly and we were seen by the Dr several times. The nurses were great at letting us know what all was going on. The dr also came back with testing results very quickly.

Fantastic experience: I had the unfortunate circumstance of receiving a puncture wound and tear to my right index finger on Christmas Day. Luckily, when I arrived at the ER at 9 PM, the waiting room was empty so I will see immediately. The nurse was very thorough questions at the doctor came in shortly thereafter and sutured me up. I was headed out in less than an hour. Staff was very friendly and caring

Negative experience: Customer service very poor at front desk during check in. Not impressed with medical staff either. Suggest going somewhere else if u need to see a dr. This place was a joke and waste of money thats for sure.

Positive experience: Good professional bed side manners they just take a tad bit too long been come in and plan to stay at least 5-6 hours even after they give you a shot.

Fantastic experience: I am always greeted as soon as I walk through the door. The nurses always go above & beyond to make sure I’m comfortable with a warm blanket, water, etc. the nurses have the most gentle hands when it comes to giving shots. I always felt heard & respected. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: When our kids can't see their pediatrician, we always bring them here to signature care. Drs, nurses and staff are always so kind and understanding. And do a great job at examining our kids. Never really a wait time in the lobby.

Positive experience: Had to go back in after getting the wrong treatment the first time. But the care is incredible!! Every nurse was amazing!! Dr. Starr figured everything out quickly. They took get care of me!

Fantastic experience: I always have a really good experience here. This is probably my 4th/5th time having to come here to get tested for common flu colds. This particular time I was given an X-ray & they found pneumonia in my lungs. I’m so grateful for the doctor that helped me. I think his name was Scotty & his nurse name was TASHA & she was amazing!! She was so nice and came to check on me several times. I waited in the wait room for probably 30mins and then once I got to the back. Did tests, swabs, X-rays I was done within another hour so they are very quick! Thank you again everyone!

Fantastic experience: I have taken my youngest son here a couple of times and every time we have visited, the nurses and doctors on call have been absolutely wonderful. Recently, we had Dr. Jolly and he was so nice and Maci (the nurse) and the best bedside manner. I will continue to go here rather than a big hospital ER any day!

She was kind, compassionate,Professional and extremely knowledgeable.Going to an Emergency facility is very scary, She made my daughter and myself feel very much at ease . Brittaney must really enjoy her profession, because she makes it seem effortless. I wish there are more people like her in the medical profession.

Fantastic experience: Great experience it was lovely I came in and was treated for cramps and lower back pain. Which I thought was in connection to my pregnancy, they did everything to ensure that baby was Healthy it was amazing, jolly(doc) very understanding nice guy!, Kiera was very patient and supportive. Jessica did my surprise ultrasound for free she was a beginner but did beautifully we both witnessed a little fighter lol. Amazing staff and took my worries serious

Fantastic experience: The front desk (Kimberly R) was amazing. Katie was the PA and she was very thorough. Jesus G was my nurse and he was above and beyond. Randi was the CT Scan administrator and made sure I was super comfortable. Meagan inserted my IV with care and was very friendly. The Dr. Patel was amazing and spent extra time explaining everything to me. I would return just based on the friendly people alone, but the facility is very clean and stocked.

They attended to us last night, got her in quickly. Made everything so easy, we were out of there in less than an hour! Will forever recommend Signature Care!!

Negative experience: The nursing staff and receptionist were wonderful. The Doctor on duty was rude, dismissive and did nothing to help my daughter’s pain. I took her here because she was up all night with severe stomach cramping, we didn’t feel like was life or death emergency room serious but her pain was bad. and her primary doctors office wasn’t open. Other than running a tests and giving her a little IV fluid they gave her nothing to help with the cramping. Instead the doctor told us “there is no magic pill” and prescribed her Naproxen which is basically ibuprofen which needs to be taken with food. Food she can’t eat because she is having severe stomach cramping. This was a waste of time and now we’re at her primary doctors office to see if she can prescribe her something for her stomach to calm it down.

Fantastic experience: SignatureCare was great with my wife needs. Dr. Jolly was awesome. The physician assistant and the nurses were top notch!

Fantastic experience: Mariah did a wonderful job administering the medical shots. Nurse Denise that completed the ultrasound was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. My doctors bedside manner was amazing. Overall my ER visit was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and I was in and out probably as fast as you could be. The only thing I would stress is that this place is NOT an urgent care center. They say it is a free standing ER, and as a result, you will have a larger co-pay. With that said, they were still delightful people and seemed to care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: The staff has been very helpful, kind, and timely. I've been here before as well and had good encounters most times. They work as quickly as possible and are very present when I'm asking questions or need information.

Fantastic experience: First time going to SignatureCare Emergency Center, registration ladies were very welcoming and quick, wait time was not long. Nurses along with the doctor are very understanding with very quick diagnosis and treatment. They send you home with a folder with information of what you have and how to care for yourself along with your prescription, Dr's note for work/school and the following day they give you a call to check on you if you are doing better or if they can further help you with more care . I'm very impressed! Thank you SignatureCare! I will be back to this facility in the future.

Fantastic experience: Was fast to get checked but the tests did take awhile for it to come back with little communication of how long it was going to take. Glad I came here then the E.R. to be frank. Rebecca, Marks, Evelyn and Emma were all amazing. Really sweet and helpful. I will definitely come here again. Best experience I have had with a Dr visit.
