During each appointment, the office staff were amazing, the doctor has been very competent -- she explained everything to me -- and so far, my tooth extraction is going much better than expected. If you are looking for a new dentist, who is current on the latest technologies and trends, this is a great place to start... especially because the initial consultation was free (in my case).

Negative experience: Thanks for nothing! I called for an appointment bc I have tooth pain for a few days now and although the receptionist at the Manorville location told me there are multiple appointments available after 3pm, the new patient intake receptionist told me I can’t have one of those currently available appointments bc I am a new patient and they hold them in case an existing patient calls. She offered one 3 days later. Next time don’t tell people you have appointments available if you won’t give them out to everyone. I am a manorville resident trying to use a Manorville dentist. Thanks for nothing!

Fantastic experience: I went in for emergency extractions after a visit to the ER, my current dentist and an emergency dental practice. The West Seneca dentist referred me specifically to Dr. White. Not only are you in my backyard but you have an amazing office that adults can appreciate. The state of the art equipment is impressive, rooms are more than comfortable. Dr. White's assistants and staff are kind and amazingly patient. I didn't feel like a number. The doctor assessed me and was able to get the extractions out quickly and drained the infection. I don't plan on having more teeth out but my experience was unparalleled. Life needs more kind people like them.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the lack of care at this office. Instead of properly evaluating and treating concerns, they simply refer patients elsewhere without offering real solutions. This has happened multiple times, including during my daughter’s visit to their Patchogue office. If you're seeking thorough and attentive medical care rather than just referrals, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: This was a first visit and somewhat of an emergency. The office personnel was so kind and got us an appointment the next day. The entire staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and was able to help my husband the same day. We will be going back for some extensive cosmetic dental work but I have absolutely no worries as I know he is in great hands.

Fantastic experience: I want anyone who is not sure about Pure Dental and getting your smile back. That was me so I went for a Consultation. When you walk in all you see is the ladies at the front desk are waiting to help you and also how clean this office is. After my consultation I was so excited to start my life smiling again. I was told that Dr. Keith Vibert was gonna give me that smile. Well let me tell you after 4 hours I had my new temporary teeth in. They looked great and I didn't feel anything. Everyone there takes such good care of you. Well after your gums heal you go get another temp that's smaller cause your gums are healing. Not long after that you go get your permanent teeth. What a great feeling to be able to smile again. Dr. Vibert did an awesome job with my teeth. It was well worth it. It will change your life cause you can just smile all day long. You can eat anything you want. I'm telling you you won't regret your decision to get a beautiful smile again. Trust me this was the best dentist office I ever went to. JUST DO IT!!! Fantastic experience: Don't make the same mistake that I made I went to a different dentist over 7 years ago and they told me I was not eligible for implants too much bone loss and I paid through the nose for 7 years when one of my stops should have been pure Dental of Manorville I walked in they gave me the free evaluation and before I knew it I had teeth in my mouth and smiling from ear to ear don't waste your money at other dentists go get an evaluation from Pure Dental I now recommend them to everybody

Negative experience: I had to have 6 surgeries to fix what they did to my mouth. They lied and said I had cavities that I didn’t have in order to charge my insurance. Every tooth they filled fell out of my head. The worst experience i’ve ever had. I know dozens of other people they did this to. Cannot believe they’re still allowed to practice at all.

Fantastic experience: Excellent ! Wound up having to have broken tooth pulled day before Thanksgiving and had tooth next to it pulled because of infection and poor condition. Dr.Vibert is outstanding and best dentist I have seen . Everyone from the receptionist to his assistant to office manager Chapin went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and answered my questions. I wish I remembered their names but I do not. December 21 2024 has been one year since receiving my all on four dental implants. Dr. Vibert and total staff at Hauppauge surgery center and Manorville office were professional and yet courteous and compassionate. If your considering implants this is the place to go for top notch care and Dr.Vibert is the man to see! Negative experience: I had problems from day 1 with this poorly managed dental firm. Signed a contract implants & full cost and 15 minutes later I was contacted and told that they made a huge error and it would cost an additional 22k. The dentist who did initial work was fired from firm snd I was never given a reason for my new dentist. And I was guaranteed to have cleaning service 1x a year but now they charge $674 for cleaning. Run from this place! It’s not reputable

Positive experience: Pure dental was a great experience for my family. They allowed my husband to have his smile back. We would have rated them a 5 however the temporary pain lasted a little longer then expected otherwise we had a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Pure Dental did an incredible job with their work. The people there were all very nice and helpful and I can smile now a lot more confidently. They even sent a get well soon card after my procedure was done. Now getting routine work to keep up with everything, the staff and everyone continues to be kind and professional.

Fantastic experience: I had the BEST experience ever at this dentist. I am terrified of the dentist because as a 19 year old I have had a lot of teeth pulling, temporary implants put in, braces, and so many other things sooo usually not my favorite place. BUT Pure dental made my experience so amazing. I have very sensitive gums so during my cleaning they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Not only that, I had my two temporary implants redone/ recolored and I cried happy tears walking out of there because i felt like i had my smile back. I am so insanely grateful for everyone that works here and took care of me. Everyone is AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit in the Manorville office. The staff is wonderful! Walking in you’re greeted by friendly and warm staff. I had my cleaning done by Elvison and he was phenomenal! Made me feel so comfortable and took away any nerves I had. He was super knowledgeable and answered any question and really went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant. The checking out process was easy too! Everyone I encountered was patient and kind and really felt like they got to know you!
