Fantastic experience: They really care about their patients! I had a dental emergency and they were able to add me to their schedule the same day because of all the pain I was going through. They were extremely understanding and friendly, and were able to do my root canal in record time. I felt that I was in good hands and, unlike the 10 endodontist I called in the morning, they treated me like a patient instead of a walking dollar sign. Would recommend 100%.

Fantastic experience: All things considered I great experience. I felt nothing but a little prick in my gums. I felt like I was going to take a nap for a sec there. Really made the root canal I got from another practice look barbaric. They even give you shades during the procedure so you aren't disturbed by all the lights. Real professionals. No unessary novican ether. Only the spot they wanted numb was numb. I'm super impressed.

Fantastic experience: I met with Dr. Sigalas today for a possible root canal. After taking x-rays, his recommendation was to extract the tooth and get an implant. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I appreciated his honesty in not doing the work because it wasn’t in my best interest. When I left, he and his staff made sure that I had everything (x-rays, report, etc.) I needed to take to the surgeon for the procedure. The appointment was easy to make and the check-in and out process was smooth. They were respectful of my time and got me in at my appointment time. All were friendly and professional. I will definitely go back if I need a root canal.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I had to have a root canal. I’ve had one before so I know how painful it is. Well this experience was completely different. No pain. Like really, none! Dr. Sigalas was funny and fast!!!! The front desk and billing personnel, Alex and Corbin….amazing. They could give classes on how to operate a front desk efficiently. Lastly Joan, the assistant. Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and amazing doctors !!!! I had my second ever root canal done this morning. It’s now 6 hours later, the anesthesia has worn off and I am in no pain and feel 100% better than I did yesterday! I was in bed for a day and a half after my last root canal. Fantastic experience: What do I dread more than getting a root canal treatment? Getting it done by someone other than Dr. Sigalas! I've had 4 treatments but two by Dr. Sigalas. He makes sure that I am sufficiently numb with oral anesthesia before beginning, no matter how long the wait is, then constantly checks with me throughout the procedure, explaining what he will do next and what I should feel (usually nothing!). So it is never too late to administer more anesthesia so he can ensure that I don't feel any pain at all, from start to end. It is as pleasant as root canal treatments can be!

Fantastic experience: I was dreading having a root canal done after past experience at other places. Being a Veteran and getting sent here I figured it would be even worse. It was the complete opposite this was probably the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They explain every step so you’re not surprised and it was quick, painless and easy. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sigalas and his staff Alex, Corbin, and Alexa were amazing!! They all were very kind and professional. For my root canal Dr. Sigalas constantly checked in with me to make sure I was completely comfortable and feeling no pain. He was also very thorough when explaining each step of the process. He is highly recommended!

Negative experience: Be aware the root canal charges and risks. On top of the root canal work, there is bone graph, (after that a new crown somewhere). All said and done, I paid over $4000 for just one tooth, and some items insurance doesn't even cover. I asked the cost at the front desk before the surgery, the receptionist was so unwilling to give me the number and I insisted on knowing and she said I can choose not to get the surgery. Since I had to wait for 2 weeks to get this appointment (there is a typical scheme to create a false impression of business by asking patient wait at least two weeks) and I had no other backup endodontist appt, at that point I had to take this surgery. The worst part is that the root canal hole was so large (I licked the hole during the surgery), that the root cracked after three months, it has to be pulled which wasted all my time, and money. I learned that retroactively the consequence of having a root canal. Before or during the surgery, Dr didn't say a word about the risks. Dr drilled a big hole for the root canal, of course the tooth is dramatically weakened after. As a patient, we need to know this risk before surgery. Don't go just because your regular dentist referred you to this Dr. You could choose implant instead which costs the same as root canal and is permanent. No, Dr didn't tell you this, on top of that he will let you know he is not liable if the surgery is not successful. The Dr just quickly did the root canal and moved on. This Dr. didn't save my tooth, the tooth was destroyed by root canal.

Fantastic experience: The dental assistant, Maggie, was so friendly and motherly. She genuinely showed compassion and kindness. Dr. Budhani took good care of me. She explained what she was doing throughout the root canal procedure. The only pain I felt was the needle prick to numb the area.

Fantastic experience: From check in to check out, awesome experience! Corbin at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Sigalas was superb. Intelligent, friendly, and highly skilled. I felt no pain at all. His assistant Joan was great, funny and made me feel comfortable and welcome. If you need a root canal, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I have to admit that I am beyond impressed with Dr. Sigalas! Being my first root canal I was very nervous. After completing the procedure I can say that it was the fastest and most painless procedure ever including the filling at the end! Both him and Maggie were very tentative, fast and gentle. Communication on the phone, during xray, before and during the procedure was very clear. I am still in shock at how little it took for the procedure. I also am greatful that i was allowed to do the treatment without the biteblock (being that I have allergies right now and breathing throught my nose was impossible). If I ever need another root canal or know anyone else who needs one this is exactly where I recommend to go if you want something honest, effective, and best of all painless! Fantastic experience: This is a place I would definitely recommend! I was in and out very quickly, and they walk you through the process very well. I had a root canal and they made sure I was very comfortable the whole time. They even followed up the next day to see how I was doing. Dr. Sigalas has amazing personality. Fantastic experience: I was absolutely scared to death of getting a root canal, I have a fear of dentists after a bad experience elsewhere. My experience at Endodontic Associates of Irving was amazing! Dr Sigalas was matter of fact and had a pleasant demeanor and calming voice. Joan was the assistant, she was amazing as well, reassuring and supportive. They both talked to me the whole time, but the actual process was super quick and easy. They made it clear that I “wasn’t allowed to be in pain”, so they had a system if I could feel anything to raise my hand. Thankfully, I never felt anything, they finished before the numbing wore off. Afterwards, I only needed a couple Tylenol the day-of and no pain since. That was 3 days ago. They were also able to go through my crown, and save it. The front desk was very helpful too. Excellent all around. I wish I could go here for every dental visit.
