Fantastic experience: They was the best ever from the time I walk through the door!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was wonderful. I believe the dental assistants name was Jasmine, I really liked her professionalism, how attentive she was, and making sure I was okay throughout my treatment. The provider was wonderful. She was very kind, explained everything well and overall very informative. I’m very pleased with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I had the best ever endodontist experience with Dr Nair and her team! A previous root canal was very painful during the procedure. My root canal by Dr Nair was pain free during the procedure. I cannot thank her and her team enough for their patience while providing a pain free dental experience.

Fantastic experience: They were all nice and professional. Dr was gentle Anna explained everything clearly. Assistance explained and made sure I was comfortable.

Negative experience: Wow I made an appointment for today at 1140 am and upon arrival was told because I didn’t Answer my phone to confirm my appointment They canceled it. I’ve never heard of something, so Idiotic in my life! I made the appointment and I showed up and your not going to see me! Better for me God didn’t want me here for a reason so I’ll be looking for a new endo that doesn’t cancel on me!!!

Positive experience: I had to really think about how to rate this practice without bringing the endodontist who treated me in to the customer service part. The admin part of this practice needs to be more helpful;especially , when it comes to initial visits. If there's paperwork to fill out, make sure that the client get those in advance because they may have a host of medication they take and can't list all off them on their form, so they can just print them out and bring themselves. So, if I had to score it separately, the endodontist would get a 10+ the administration would get a 7.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice and explained everything! I hate to come to the dentist! Dr. Nair was amazing!! She had it where I literally felt NO pain!!! Definitely a 10 in my books!!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Nair was great with what she done. Jasmine the assistant made sure I was comfortable while the Dr. was doing the procedure. Tanya was great at the front desk. I’ll let my family and friends know how great everyone treated me.

Fantastic experience: Having to have a root canal is not a great thing; however, having to have one done at this office is the ONLY way to go. All of the staff was very professional and kind. The endodontist took time to make sure all of our questions were answered And to explain everything that she was about to do and what to expect afterward I actually wish the endodontist could be our regular dentist!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to them by my dentist because I had a sore tooth but no cavity on basic X-rays. The team here did further X-rays, and repeated the cold test. I had done antibiotics in the time since my last dentist visit. I was still sensitive to cold but not overly so. Dr Nair said I didn't need a root canal at this time, but gave clear instructions on what to watch for, and invited me to call directly back if my symptoms worsened at all. I paid $75 with insurance. They could have just done the root canal after all and charged over $500, but they didn't. Truly a mark of a good doctor is one who does not intervene if not truly required. Love this place! (And hope I never need them LOL)

Any anxiety you may have about dental work will truly subside once you're in her chair. They talk you through the process an truly show they genuinely care.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience at Endodontic Associates of Dallas (Duncanville) today. I received my appointment within 2 weeks of my call. Which I was grateful for because I had been experiencing pain for well over a month. My general dentist could not locate the issue and I was taken care of today. I was treated great from the front desk, the dental assistant to the dentist. I would recommend!

Fantastic experience: 2nd VISIT/Possible treatment Review - Once again, Dr. Nair proves to be honest & trustworthy in my honest opinion. My dentist referred me to ho see her for her opinion and that’s exactly what she did. SHES GOOD AT HER PROFESSION AND CAN BE TRUSTED Original Review - I had to go here for my first ever root canal and ended up having to have 2 done. Dr. Nair has very gentle hands and I’d give anything to have her as my dentist but that’s not an option; she performs root canals only. Her hands are gentle and she went that extra mile to save my tooth. After my 1st root canal I expected some discomfort but notta, had no sort of pain nor discomfort, didn’t even have to take a Tylenol. Her assistant jasmine is very kind and they work very good together. I was fortunate to meet Cande, she was a new gal training under Jasmine and she was in good hands with Jasmine and she was very personable & respectful. Tanya & Kaitlyn work the front desk and they made me feel like part of their family. They are a hoot but a good hoot; I imagine there’s never a dull moment in their office/cubicle. On my 2nd root canal I received the same treatment from everyone, 1 visit was no different then the other visit. They make a fantastic team and I’m very blessed to have been under Dr. Nairs care. Fantastic experience: Easy process from beginning to end. No problem to book an appointment; verified insurance payment and followed up with me for each step. I was referred to Dr. Nair by a friend and my dentist for a root canal retreatment (my former endodontist has retired). Dr. Nair explained the process; She and Heather made it a comfortable experience the moment I sat in the chair. Received a follow up call the next day to check on how I was doing.

Fantastic experience: I went to Endodontic Associates of Dallas to have root canals done on two of my teeth. I was pretty nervous about it but Dr. Uma Devi P. Nair and her staff were very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The build up to the procedure was the worst part. The local anesthetic they provide to numb the area was a tiny pinch but not painful at all. The entire experience was about an hour long. The process was very smooth and professional. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Let’s start with the thing most people worry about, the money. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. On top of the the dentist was as thorough as I’ve ever had and very timely. They listened to me and made me feel as if I were in great hands. Fantastic experience: I had a root canal performed on a molar that had 4 canals. I am usually full of anxiety with dental work, but the staff in Dr. Nair's office created an atmosphere of professionalism, organization, skill and pleasant demeanors in working with each other. The person in charge of verifying benefits was very helpful. I'm mostly impressed with Dr. Nair's skill and competency and I could tell she was very thorough and did not rush on my procedure. I left there wanting her to do any future root canals I might need!

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience today. It was at 7:45am and I was done by 9:20am. That’s the evaluation and treatment all together. Tanya checked me in and she was very nice and explained everything to me and answered all my financial questions. Jasmine was the assistant and she made sure I was comfortable asking me if I was okay throughout the whole procedure and reminding to raise my hand if I experienced any pain. Fantastic experience: Best Root Canal procedure ever! Serving in the customer service field for 29 years, I must say that Tanya and Kaitlyn provided SUPREME CUSTOMER SERVICE! They both were extremely polite and professional. They both smiled and greeted me when I entered the reception area. They even offered me water and a coke along with their smile. The next staff member I encountered was Jasmine, the assistant. She was also very polite and thorough. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable, which is in contrast to the norm. I’m usually nervous! Dr. Nair was awesome! She even allowed me to listen to my over the ear headphones as she performed my root canal! I didn’t feel a thing the entire process. She made sure the are she was performing the root canal on was numb and she asked periodically how I was doing and if I was ok. Before I knew it she was done! The entire staff was AWESOME! The perception of an organization begins once you enter the front door. I must say Tanya and Kaitlyn were on point and are value-added office staff members who elicits a positive culture and climate for your organization.

Dr. Nair did a thorough exam based on the X-rays. Everything was done with excellence and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: My mom was here for a root canal. The whole experience went very well. The office staff (Tanya and Kaitlyn) were very welcoming and professional. Jasmine and Dr Nair informed us of the procedure and informed us of what they found and let us know our options so that we could make the best decision possible.

Fantastic experience: When I called Kaitlyn answered and was very friendly and helpful in getting me seen. Once I got the office she was the one that checked me in. She was professional and efficient, I like efficiency. Once I was seen the office seem pleasant and busy. They started the evaluation process and once the Dr. came to see me she was again efficient and fast with what I needed. I need to mention when I called I got the same day appointment, when you're in pain that helps.

Fantastic experience: Referred for root canal. I’d start off by saying please get a better sign for those like me that keeps passing the place up, as the front of the building on displays a location that provides treatment for “kids!” Lol. Now, staff wise Erica, Jasmine, and Kaitlyn were great!!! Super nice and helpful. Heather the young lady training Erica, she was nice, however, I was listening while you were training and your delivery can come off a little condescending. Always remember, we too, have been in Erica shoes. She’s there to learn, she’s not incompetent. However, your interaction with patients was great! Dr.Nair was very nice. Came in, explained everything, did what was needed, and I was out! I’d definitely go back again if I had to, but hopefully that was my first and last visit! Thanks Endodontics Associates! ☺️

Fantastic experience: The visit went very well. Getting started with the front office staff Tanya and Kaitlyn made the sign in process pretty fast. The doctors assistant Mabel was very polite and really put me at ease before and during the operation. The operation itself was also quick and painless and Dr Nair did an excellent job.
