Negative experience: Felt very unwanted in this place. We came in before a caucasian couple and there is absolutely nobody else here and my daughter is having issues with her lungs and they are currently assisting the couple first. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! Save yourself sometime especially if you are African American. They don’t want to work here and it shows. And WE are not welcomed. I felt so out of place.

Negative experience: Never been so insulted by a doctor like I was tonight.

Negative experience: This hospital is very dangerous. Minor care they are great. Anything life threatening be careful. Had many bad experiences myself. Also had family members go in and come out and die days later. I would not recommend to anyone who cares about their life. Sucks that you actually have to dive to find a good ER in this area.

Fantastic experience: Huge thank you to Paris Health Emergency Center and nurse Jon!! We had just made it to Paris and I was in alot of pain and having a hard time breathing because it hurt when I took a breath in. It was the nearest location to me. They got me back quick, did blood work, CT, and ultrasounds and found that I was having a gallbladder attack. They were so attentive and kept me comfortable as possible. Nurse Jon was one of the best nurses I've encountered in a long time. He made sure I was comfortable and checked on me throughout the night. Getting sick when you're out of town is really scary, but they provided excellent care.

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old was having his first ever asthma attack today, after being told he does not have asthma for years! It was a very scary situation my baby could literally not breathe! We walked in with a wheezing kiddo and were sent to the back immediately, they begin hooking him up to oxygen, bp machine, and breathing treatments instantly! I was so scared and nervous I couldn’t get the paper filled out but I did have his insurance and ssn card on hand in sight. The receptionist came to the back told me to initial and sign and she would do the rest, and she took his cards, very helpful! They knew exactly what to do, and I’m forever grateful for their urgency and attention to my baby! Thank you guys so much! We are home with prescriptions and happy kiddo tonight

Fantastic experience: This place was very quick and everyone was friendly. I got the care I needed and was out of there in 1.5 hours. That was probably the fastest trip to an urgent care that I've ever had. I highly recommend this facility if you are in the Paris area and in need of emergency medical care.

Negative experience: Brought my son to the ER Annex and the doctor apparently was in such a hurry to get him out he just said you have allergies and go home. No tests run. Later today I take him to Mt Pleasant and come to find out he has Flu A. That's important because my son's job puts him in close contact with teenage kids every day. Signature Healthcare was far more thorough.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Billing department is outsourced by hard-to-hear Indians that will hang up on you if you call too close to 5pm. Guess I'll have to call back tomorrow.

Negative experience: They treated my husband very poorly he has severe asthma...and they wasn't the least bit concerned I understand they were busy but they had ppl of a different race...going ahead of him that's unacceptable and overlooked him and then the dr gone asked him what do he want him to do...you the one with the doctorate dumb ass you tell him I hope we never have to come back to that place!!

Negative experience: Worst place to go! My daughter went a few days ago and she was completely dismissed. Her pain was not taken seriously and was discharged with a bogus diagnosis. She ended up going to another place and was taken seriously and diagnosed with pleurisy and bronchitis and given the proper prescriptions! Signature claimed it was a problem with her ovaries and did an abdominal CT when her complain was pain in her ribs! This is the reason people seek medical care out of Paris. Anything associated with PRMC is a joke.

Negative experience: Staff is great, and if you have insurance its great, if not... I got a 1500 dollar bill for a Tetanus shot I could of just went to CBS for and it would of been 80 dollars....Ridiculous

Positive experience: The nurses are absolutely wonderful BUT the doctor there shows no compassion at all. Walked in the room and said what’s wrong with you. Never said im dr —— or hello mrs —- just what’s wrong with you! I think he needs to work on his bedside manner

Fantastic experience: The staff here listens and cares. I've never been the patient but yet they still treated me with the same respect and care as if they were getting paid off of me. Door dashed lunch from where ever we wanted. Paris hospital bought them out though, so I hope they don't fall back to their level of care come June they said.

Fantastic experience: I had no problem they got me in pretty quick I was having back trouble. All of staff was very nice even the lady at the front is super sweet. They listen to me and took care of me I felt comfortable even when having back pains

Fantastic experience: I have had the best care every single time I or my husband have had to go here. This trip was no exception. From the front desk with Amelia all the way to the back with Alice and Ashley to Dr. Garcia. Everyone was helpful, friends, knowledgeable, and listen to us rant on and on without missing a beat. Never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Offered us warm blankets and anything else we needed in our three hour visit that didn't feel that long. We will always choose Signature Care for our immediate medical needs. Thank you all for your warm hospitality.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate all the care and compassion Signature offers for myself and my famiky and are hands down the TOP ER!!! Kim Jones was our registration and was so compassionate, thorough and got us back quickly. Meagan Hurst was our nurse and showed so much compassion and care!!!

Fantastic experience: Cami, Lennie and Clasel were wonderful at Signature ER. Never kept us wondering about what was going on. Constantly checking on us to see if we needed something to drink or eat. It was one of the best ER experiences we have ever had. Thanks girls!!!

Negative experience: Rudest and one of the most disengaged doctors I’ve ever encountered. Abrupt, unable or unwilling to explain things. Seemed bothered with questions, even though he asked if there were any questions. I’m so tired of the medical field that treats patients like $$$$ instead of people. If you don’t have empathy or compassion, or if you hate your job then find a new profession. It shouldn’t matter how much a patient is spending in your office or how small or severe their injuries are and it certainly shouldn't dictate the level of care and concern they receive; especially when your office is not busy, and you are not short staffed. By the way, when a patient ask a question, you never tell them “obviously I would have told you that if that’s the case”. That is very dismissive. Also, to the doctor that was on duty around 5pm this evening…. Here’s the answer to one of the questions you were unable to answer. Perhaps they didn’t teach you this in medical school and perhaps google should be getting paid to do the job that you obviously can’t. “Moderate to severe muscle contusions may take four to six weeks to heal. Mild muscle contusions take much less time — usually five to seven days. If you use the muscle too much or overstretch it after the injury, it could take longer to heal. Your healthcare provider will give you the best idea of what to expect.” As for the above stating your healthcare provider will give you the best idea, that was not the case today.

Fantastic experience: My nurse was Clayton he was very good. Efficient, knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. The doctor seemed like he had just woke up outta bed. Other than that, the experience was great.

Positive experience: Got in and seen a doctor in a timely manner and all the staff were very helpful and courteous

Fantastic experience: As this being my first time ever coming to signature care, everything was amazing from registering with Makinsly. Each one of my nurses, Donna and Jinci and my Tech, Elexus and Rhonda were amazing! They took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me accordingly. If the need arises I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: The nurses were all really nice and they made sure I was comfortable! I’ve been to the er 3 times in just this past year and every time everyone is super caring and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I have come here often over the years, I trust signature care more than any other ER today I had a minor emergency and Takara took very good care of me in the front which there was hardly a wait and the staff in the back made me comfortable and made me feel like my concerns were heard and my opinions respected.

The nurses and doctors in the back took care of me without hesitation making my visit effortlessly easy. 10/10 recommended.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Signature Care Emergency. Makinsly got us registered very quickly and off to the nurse Donna & Tammy. Radiologist Brooke was very good with getting blood drawn and back scanned for the CT. The whole staff was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely use Signature Care Emergency again when needed.

Fantastic experience: Went in feeling absolutely terrible. Raneshia M was representing this company very well as the first point of contact. She was very soft and understanding. One thing I can’t stand is for the front desk to be rude and she wasn’t at all. I was in and out in a little less than 2 hrs. No need to elaborate too much because from the front desk the service got even better once in the back to see the doctor.

Fantastic experience: This experience has been by far the greatest Urgent Care I’ve ever gone too. I brought my husband in and met Kiara (extremely polite) at the front and they took us back immediately, everything was assessed and shows 100% attention. Every one of the staff members was very attentive, on their toes, and extremely polite. I hope I won’t need to be back any time soon, but if I do I will definitely be making the drive back. Very much highly recommend this facility!

Fantastic experience: Quick and easy check in with Mackenzly (spelling?) Flowers up front. The nurses were all friendly and very helpful. And the Dr was incredible as well. I never felt like a burden or rushed even though they were busy.

Positive experience: Nurses attended to my son right away, the dr came in directly and actually listened to what my sons issues were, ran test. Offered him the blanket and everyone was friendly and concerned. Most places don’t make you feel like you are a priority, so thanks.

Fantastic experience: Best place to come in town.. they are very attentive, and professional. My baby was having a reaction from ants, and they provided us with service quickly. Gave him a teddy bear, and stickers.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and personable staff that make sure you're as comfortable as possible. Dr. Choudhury was efficient, patient, and understanding while listening to my complaints of my symptoms and explaining the process of treatment from what he determined was the problem. Always will highly recommend the care here, they always make sure you are well taken care of.

My nurse Katy and Radiology tech Christy was phenomenal they both gave me great knowledge on what they was doing as well as made sure I was okay. I will definitely be back here.

Fantastic experience: Great visit… everyone was so polite and caring. We came in for my friend. She was a nervous wreck but everyone was so polite and caring it made it so easy for her… these guys are great!!!! Thank you to the staff… Amelia and Elexus for making it easy and fast to get in and Brittany and Meagan for making sure we was tended to and cared for. The rad tech being so sweet and understanding while doing the ulta scan then Dr Shaik for being very attentive and aware with the issue and having so much respect!

Negative experience: Went to this hospital, I was told good things about it. When we were checked in we were informed by one of the nurses there would be a 500$ co pay before they could even take you. And if you had an emergency but could not afford to make that payment the will kick you to the curve. This place only cares about how much money you have. Not you medical issues. The doctor needs his license taken away. He would no listen to a word I would tell him. And discharged me saying I was fine!!!! while then a few day later I ended up having to go to the er all because this doctor doesn’t care for his patients only what they carry in their wallet

Fantastic experience: Love it here, staff and doctors are always polite and so professional. Son was seen by Dr Choudhury and Nurse Katy and Tammy and they all were amazing. Took good care of my baby boy and got us in and out.

Fantastic experience: Becky has helped me feel welcome, safe, and secure while in her care; she's almost like another mother. The building is nice and clean, and there is the most welcoming front desk staff, especially Makinsly, and medical professionals who are willing and able to assist with whatever ailments we struggle with. Great establishment, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been there in emergency situations and they are all a great staff of Nurses and Doctors! They do care and treat us with the utmost respect. Even the people at the front desk are great! I recommend this place to anyone that has an emergency situation!

Fantastic experience: After inadequate treatment elsewhere and a lengthy illness, SCEC got me checked in and in a room in less than 15 minutes. They were very thorough they treated my illness extensively, went through lengths to make sure there were no other issues, and got me feeling so much better in my short stay here. Kept me comfortable and offered a number of things to make our stay the best. The nurses & staff were truly some of the best I’ve ever experienced! And the Dr I seen was not your average ER doctor, very determined to treat onsite and solve the issue. I highly recommend for an after hours treatment center!!

Fantastic experience: Was there just a few days ago and was treated for a dislocated shoulder and abrasions from a fall. Everyone was fantastic! Got in quick and all the nurses were wonderful and kind. Dr was great as well. Definitely will be my go to "er" from now on. I'm sure I wasn't the best patient because I was in a lot of pain but they were very understanding and stayed with me. Thanks so much. A++

Fantastic experience: The SignatureCare ER staff are so incredibly kind! We’ve been on several occasions and have always been treated well. They are hands down the best with patient care when it comes to kids! Makinsly was so kind getting us checked in and though she didn’t help us this time Tammy was so great with my little one one previous visits. I wish I would have gotten more names because they are all great!

Fantastic experience: I brought my niece in because of a rash on her face. Everyone was courteous and fast action was taken. They ran different tests on her to make sure she was cure of different things that could be causing the rash. The doctor and nurses made her feel comfortable and they were very gentle with her. I will definitely continue to recommend them to everyone! Fantastic experience: My problem was not major, but I needed help. My throat was the sorest and closing up. They were the nicest from the front desk to nurse Alice and Doctor Shaik!! I was there at 2 in the morning but they got right on it!! I was in and out within 1 1/2. I am feeling So Much Better today Thank you all very much Elizabeth Arnold

Fantastic experience: My experiences at Signature Care in Paris both times, were to bring another person for treatment.Each time has been Great! Everyone from the front desk to the Nursing staff on duty, from beginning of our visit through shift change was Excellent! Radiology, Nurse(Alice)and also Dr Garcia treated us with Great care. Everyone was informative, punctual, attentive, thorough and Very Professional! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We had a scare with my 9 year old this evening. I was so relieved that Brandy W., the nurse was calm and reassuring! She has the same even keel temperament as my kiddo and that DEFINITELY eased the anxious tension. Dr. Azad was also compassionate, they seemed to truly care (even Ashley the sono tech was ) ! When you don’t know how serious an ailment is, it’s better to be safe than sorry!

Fantastic experience: When I tell u I had the best experience there I mean it. I have an ongoing chronic condition to where I vomit for days at a time. I had been to Paris e.r 4 times while In this flare up and was treated really bad. I had a family member tell me that’s where she went and we have the same insurance so when I got down again yesterday I asked her to take me there. I didn’t even have to sit down, as soon as I walked through the door nurses were coming to the front with a wheelchair so they could take me to the back. I was a hard stick due to being dehydrated and instead of sticking me 100 times, the doctor felt it was best to put a central line in. I was a bit afraid bc I had never had that done before but the doctor was awesome. It didn’t hurt one bit going in or coming out and I couldn’t even feel it while it was in. The whole staff is friendly from the front desk to the nurses, doctors, even the cleaning lady. I don’t remember everyone’s name but Donna and Becky are two names that I do remember and they were pretty awesome. 10/10 highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: As always, the staff is always incredible night and day shift! They are always clean, welcoming and happy! Couldn't ask for a better experience. Dr. Naeem was very thorough! I had the most wonderful nurses Alice and Nolan, Jenna (I believe) in radiology and the front desk worker Amelia was extremely helpful.

Fantastic experience: My husband was not feeling well so we made a quick trip to Signature Care ER in Paris, Texas to get him checked out. Everyone was absolutely amazing. Amelia Long was so kind and helpful at the front desk getting all of our information. They got us in right away and we saw Dr. Choudhury within minutes. This is probably about the 6th or 7th time we have used Signature Care in the past few years. We don’t go anywhere else. We know that every time we come to Signature Care, we will be in good hands. 10/10 would always recommend Signature Care to anyone in need!

Fantastic experience: The best experience from start to finish. We were made comfortable and welcome by the whole staff. Amelia was the sweetest registration clerk providing us water, offering warm blankets and even let me use her personal phone charger when my phone completely died. Nolen, Jenni, Danni, and Dr. Azad communicated frequently and we were treated in a timely manner. We will definitely be using Signature Care ER for all future needs

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front desk staff, (Michelle S. and Raneshia M.) to the Rn's (Jenci and Lennie) and the lvn's, (Sarah and Rhonda), was AMAZING! We were warmly welcomed at the front desk when we first walked in, we were seen very promptly. Dr García came in immediately. He listened to my husband's symptoms. He then explained everything they were going to do, tests, etc The tests were performed quickly and they immediately started an i.v. The nurses checked on us constantly ! Matt the radiology tech was also extremely nice. All of our regular physicians are in Sherman, but we decided to come here. We are so glad to have a place close to home when we are ill. Everyone at Signature Care in Paris is amazing! We will never go anywhere but here when we need immediate medical attention! !

Fantastic experience: The check in process was very easy and quick and the nurses and doctors worked great with my son. Michelle and Raneshia were very helpful with the process and Dr. Garcia was quick to explain exactly what was going on and put us at ease.

Fantastic experience: Got in a room as soon as I was done checking in. Alice was my RN and she was very personable and made sure I was comfortable. She also let me know every step of my visit. The doctors listened to my concerns and handled everything quickly and professionally.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very caring. They take their time and listen…making sure to give you adequate care. Becky at the front desk was very sweet as well. I was there for awhile and she wanted to make sure I was comfortable and offered anything I needed.

Fantastic experience: I brought my husband in because he was very ill, they got right to him and found out that he was having heart problems and his blood pressure was extremely low and was also having kidney failure. They didn’t waste any time to get him the help he needed. The doctor and nurses was extremely polite, compassionate and helpful, they also kept me informed on everything that was going on. I would highly recommend this facility. I have used them for myself, my daughter and my grand daughters. This is definitely my whole family’s first choice of medical services! They are definitely a 5+ star!
