Fantastic experience: Elite Oral and Facial Surgery was amazing. I went to a local dentist and was recommended to extract a wisdom tooth. My dentist referred me to Elite Oral. When I left my dentist office I called Elite Oral immediately to make an appointment and was scheduled for the following morning. The dentist and staff were absolutely amazing. The staff was super kind and caring!! I would definitely recommend Elite Oral and Facial Surgery.

Fantastic experience: I went in for extraction of a broken baby tooth. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. They patiently took time to explain procedure options and payment plans with me until I understood. The Dr. and all those working with her in the surgery room were also very open and willing to answer questions. They made sure I understood the procedure I was about to have done, and at every step they informed me what they’d just done and what to expect next. They made sure I was completely numb in the area to be operated on before beginning. During the operation they were very comforting and efficient. They offered me a lot of reassurance and helped me stay strong through a procedure that can be a little scary sometimes.

Fantastic experience: It was sooo nice and painless. I was gonna ask how long it would take for the anesthesia to take effect but before I could ask, I was already waking up. After surgery pain didn’t even last the night. As a matter of fact I had forgotten I had surgery and mistakenly put a tootsie roll in my mouth. Oops. This place deserves more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Went to Elite Oral for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction last minute and all the staff members were friendly and welcoming. The procedure was done by Dr. Alex and Dr. Lacey and everything turned out super well. I was afraid that it would hurt after the procedure but no pain whatsoever and didn’t need to take any pain medication. Would highly recommend Elite Oral & Facial Surgery to anyone needing any dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is super nice and sweet! Had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and the entire experience was relaxing. They even gave me a blanket because I get cold easily. I don't even remember going under. Entire surgery felt like a blink. And only 1 day into healing, I'm feeling great. They even let me keep my wisdom teeth, which I was super stoked about. I would recommend them for anyone needing oral surgery!

Negative experience: Receptionist disrespectful! Very strict on attendance policies but then make you wait forever! Not pleased with this place but in network prices are worth sticking it out.

I found the written pre and post procedure instructions very helpful. The facility is immaculate. My wife appreciated the comfortable chairs in the waiting area where she stayed while I had the oral surgery. Prescriptions were seamlessly forwarded to my pharmacy of choice. Fantastic experience: The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. During the consultation, I was told everything I needed to know ahead of the surgery to remove my wisdom teeth. Prior to the surgery date, I had some financial issues and was about to cancel. However, their staff gave me an alternative option to help me out to pay for the procedure. The surgery went really well and they make you feel comfortable. It worked for me considering I have huge anxiety over anything medically invasive. They played music during the extraction, make sure you’re comfortable on the chair, and then next thing, everything’s done and you’re sent off on your way. They did a good job overall and haven’t had any issues pre and post procedure. They really care about their patients and their needs.

Fantastic experience: Hope worked to get my required patient information form to me. She called my dentist to have them fax x-rays so I would not have to repeat. Her work enabled me to have "same day service". She is very friendly and helpful. Nurse is very knowledgeable and watched over my vital signs as I enjoyed IV sedation. Doctor is caring and worked to make my procedure pain free. It's only been 24 hours since extraction but having followed their detailed recovery instructions I have very little swelling and no bleeding. This place is good for nervous patients. I highly recommend them.

Positive experience: Had a consultation visit done and everyone one was incredibly nice. The problem was I was told a consultation visit would only take 30-45 minutes. But in reality it took me over an hour and half just to go through the consultation visit and getting X-rays done. This was meant to be a quick break from a work schedule, but turned into a whole afternoon event.

Called them first thing in the morning and they were able to fit me in for not only a consultation, but also the surgery. Everyone was incredibly sweet, answered all my questions, and took great care of me. I HIGHLY recommend them for wisdom teeth removal. It’s been a few days and I am in no pain whatsoever and the procedure went really smoothly.

He needed to get his wisdom teeth pulled as they have been giving him problems. We had an appointment with our dentist but they cancelled last minute. I call Elite Oral and they got us in no problem. They were able to do the consultation and removal within a few hours. They worked with our dental insurance which was a huge relief. Fantastic experience: Let me just say this was the best oral surgery I ever had. 2 erupted teeth (less than half the tooth) and 2 sets of broken roots, got them pulled Friday and haven't had pain 6 days later, this was one of the best dental experiences I've had, i fear the dentist and the person who did my teeth, i will be forever thankful because they helped me in more ways than I could ever repay them. Thank you for the amazing dentistry.

Fantastic experience: My experience was great!!. I was so scared of my surgery I almost cried in the room but the girl who prepared me for my surgery was awesome. She eased my nerves by playing my favorite music and talking to me the entire time. She answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed. The surgery was so fast when I woke up I couldn’t believe it was over I thought for a moment the didn’t do it. I highly recommend.

I was sent home with a complete care kit and instructions for the following days post-op.The staff was kind and made sure the procedure went will (only about 45min total). Not the outcome I had hoped for, but somewhat expected. I am very satisfied with my procedure and anticipate great a follow-up. Was sent home with great instructions and necessary medications. Fantastic experience: It was and is an event that marks a moment in my life that one could call it, “As being pivotal!”. The staff was kind, you got the the feeling that cared about the individual, not the bank account or insurance tied to them. Doctor B. (I would butcher the rest his name trying to spell it so hence the Dr. B) took his work as an artisan or craftsman would. He was sharing his skill and craftsmanship with me. The man, Dr. B, and his staff impressed me which is rare in this era. The surgery went smoothly, the healing process was minimal

Fantastic experience: Honestly was in so much pain from an infection on a tooth, call stating that I was in pain and would pay whatever to get in. Was in that morning, looked at the x-rays and thirty minutes later was asleep and tooth was out. No pain later that day after it was pulled, maybe took one pain pill the night after but two weeks later almost healed up and good to go. Might add photos of the tooth later because I got to keep it. Also big shout out to Dr. Thang and Miss Kimberly they made it super smooth, fast, pain free, and fun.

Fantastic experience: When I first walked in it was so homey and delightful. They treated me with so much respect and care. I was extremely nervous, but with help of the dental assistant, being the best DJ ever! And her holding conversations with me help me relax. I became more relaxed as well once the Dentist came in to talk to me. They made me feel extremely comfortable and understood my situation. If I need any other work done I definitely will be going back to them.

My son had an extra tooth that was bothering him and was at the top right in front between his two big teeth, causing potential damage.
