Fantastic experience: Truly this was a great experience! The doctor was kind and amazing and compassionate to/with me!! I have a fear of the dentist and he put me at ease for my root canal! His assistant was amazing and kind and his anesthesiologist company he used they were just phenomenal! I 10 out of 10 recommend this place!! There was a wax plug in and I am sensitive to fragrances but that's truly the only thing I can say otherwise everything went perfectly!! Fantastic experience: My Dentist referred me to Dr Fluery due to a very old root canal. I was able to see him pretty quickly and he took care of fixing my root canal without pain. Was expecting a little pain after the Novocain wore off, but feel great. If I ever need another root canal, I know where to go.

Fantastic experience: This place was great! The workers at the front desk were really helpful and answered the questions I had about billing. Dr. Alexandre Fleury performed my Root Canal, and Mabel was assisting him. They made sure I was numbed up very well, and even after my initial numbing, I still felt a bit of pain so they applied more to my gums and that took care of it! The process was completely PAIN FREE and they only took about 45 minutes. I was extremely nervous and expecting the worst, but they all did a good job of easing my mind. If you are worry, don’t be - even me being a big football player, they made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything. I would 1000% recommend this place and if you can, get Dr. Fleury to do it. He told some funny stories and was just great overall!

I was surprised at how well they were all prepared, from the paper work, to knowing what exactly needed to be done and have done it so efficiently and calmly. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Endodontic Associates of Frisco as a referral by my regular dentist for a possible fractured tooth. I was able to be seen the same day as my referral within an hour for pain that had persisted for over four days. I was seen by Dr. Shreya Gakhar, BDS and her Dental Assistant. Both were great and very attentive and provided plenty of details and information. They also answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Deciding on a root canal within hours of finding out it might be needed is a lot to think about. I wish I knew the name of the Dental Assistant or his correct title, but he's the biggest and friendliest employee there. He was also very helpful and professional, much appreciated. I was also impressed with the price I paid compared to the amount of work they put into the procedure. Being home, ten hours later, I feel fine and the procedure seems to have been a success. The pain of the procedure and the time it took was much, much less than expected. And the pain after the fact is almost not noticeable. Dr. Gakhar was awesome, I felt so comfortable with her and by her demeanor I was made to feel I was in good hands. Their office is impressive and their location is convenient. I can't say enough about them.

Fantastic experience: First time visit, easy check in process, friendly staff, little to no wait time, 3D X-ray machine is a newer version. Technician doing the X-ray did a smooth job. Dr. Ai Tran was exceptionally helpful, took his time explaining the issues, provided solution options, the treatment, discomfort afterwards and recovery time. Tonya at the checkout time explained the costs, follow up with the insurance company and scheduling. Overall a meaningful visit.

She said she has no time to talk to me and hanged up while I was talking. I will not use that office again neither my friends and people I know. Fantastic experience: I don't have a root canal story to share, but that's an important story in itself. I was referred to Dr. Fleury by my dentist for a possible root canal on a tooth that was very pressure sensitive but not showing any cause on xrays. After a 10 day antibiotic regimen, the pain had eased, but I felt it better to be safe than sorry and go ahead with a consultation. After a CT scan also indicated no cause for the pain, Dr. Fleury went over possible causes and options. He explained this kind of issue may resolve itself and recommended a wait and see approach. I was very impressed with the professionalism and personal concern demonstrated by Dr. Fleury and his staff. When/if I need a root canal, there's no doubt where I will go.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a wonderful experience!! I not only had a root canal I had two root canals back to back in the same appointment. The staff was very polite and friendly. Mable took me back and stayed with me the entire 3.5 hours I was there. She explained everything to me before it happened and put me at ease which I am very thankful. Front office and dental assistant are both very pleasant and helpful. I get anxious about dental work but was made sufficiently comfortable to return for the recommended procedure.

Fantastic experience: I was very scared because had had very little dental problems in my life at age 78. Roxana made me feel at ease and so did Dr. Fleury. Very little pain. Was not uncomfortable once they cooled the office down and thru the entire procedure.

Fantastic experience: I had very good experience getting a root canal procedure done by Dr. Alex Fleury at Endodontic Associates of Plano. He is a kind and caring doctor who saved my tooth. I had very little pain during or after my treatment. His assistants Roxana and Regina were very attentive, well organized and caring during my surgery which helped to alleviate my anxiety. Front office staff Tania was helpful in scheduling and then rescheduling my appointment due weather related issues.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Endodontic Associates, Plano were prompt at getting me out of the lobby and into the procedure room. No nonsense waiting as I often have to do when visiting a doctor these days. Doctor Alex Fleury, Mable, Roxana, and Tania all worked like a precision team during my visit with them. The BEST part.... Fantastic experience: Super quick and easy service. I got a root canal and was very nervous about it, but I was done pretty quickly and painless. The dental assistants (Regina and Shwetha) were very warm and helped me feel far less anxious about the procedure, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Shahabinejad was very nice, quick with his consult and the procedure was painless. They also checked up on me the next day to make sure all was well. Will come here again for any root canals I need again! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr Fleury!! I was worried about getting a root canal and put it off for months. Dr. Fluery, Shwetha, and Sheila were all very accommodating and made the entire procedure painless! I will definitely be returning for any dental work in the future. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience getting a retreat on two root canals. The staff made me feel extremely comfortable, the front desk team is also very polite and responsive to any inquiries. I was quite nervous, but Dr. Hassan and his assistant were kind and understanding, Dr. Hassan was gentle in his treatment and very efficient, I didn't feel a thing! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of an endodontist.

Fantastic experience: I was originally referred to a different Endodontist but I had seen some poor reviews and wasn’t sure I wanted to risk that. I remembered a great root canal experience from several years back and did some searching through my dental records. I found Dr. Fleury’s info and called their office instead. I’m so glad I did!! Dr. Fleury is so gentle and explains every step along the way. Mabel makes sure you are totally comfortable before beginning any treatment. This is a well run, very friendly dental office. Doctor Fleury was efficient and precise in his work and took time to explain everything and answer questions. Mable (assistant) was also efficient, informative and caring. Fantastic experience: This was absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had at an Endodontic appointment. Everyone was kind, courteous, helpful and on top of their game. Fantastic experience: I had my second root canal done by Dr. Fleury this morning. He is truly an amazing endodontist. He tells you exactly what he is going to do before starting the procedure. I literally felt no discomfort at all. I have always been afraid of dental procedures, but I feel completely confident in Dr. Fleury. I am so lucky to have found him. His staff is also amazing. His surgical assistant Mable was so great! While the shots of the numbing medicine were being given she gently rubbed my shoulder and that really helped so much. She was so knowledgeable and sweet while talking to me. Tania in the office was persistent in obtaining my dental benefits before the procedure and was able to set everything up with my insurance (even though my insurance Medlife takes more time to confirm). This helped me to relax about my insurance covering everything except my small co pay. Thank you so much to Dr. Fleury and his wonderful staff for taking such wonderful care of me!

Fantastic experience: Great place to go. Checked in, got in right away, set in chair, and they got to work. Mable was astonishing. One can tell she loves her career and goes above and beyond makes you feel so comfortable you will fall asleep while getting a root canal. She is great to talk to and has a wonderful mind. Dr. Fleury did not say much but was confident and knew what he was doing. Got to work and got the RC done with no problems. All the staff was great. They also, love us Veterans.
