Fantastic experience: My first encounter, consultation, was pretty darn good. I have terrible anxiety and cried through most of the appointment. I was never made to feel like a baby for my fear and was treated with compassion and understanding. I’m 61 years old with a lifetime of fear stored up regarding every aspect of dentistry. Shera, Dr. Cassity and Kim(Office Manager) we’re all very kind, took their time explaining everything and were open to any and all questions. We will see where this dental journey goes but they definitely were an A+ in my first impression.

I was confused with the treatment and Camie went out of the way to spend 20 minutes with me to explain it. She wrote down the instructions and explained everyone of them, and the order they came in. The front desk staff were also very helpful and kind, going the extra mile. The first time I went there, I could not find the office and one of the ladies from the front desk come out and stood by the office and waved me in and that’s really going the extra mile. My fist visit Dr Cassidy explained the procedure and was very concerning going over this complicated procedure. This is a top knot office!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental hygienist refer me to this office to check on my implants and if I had any bone loss. I had a thorough exam, X-ray, and consultation. I was very impressed with professional treatment by the doctors and staff. I was told all was well and received info to help me care for my teeth and implants. I would return here for care in the future..

Negative experience: Dr. Badger’s office was dishonest regarding the periodontic oral evaluation. After the meeting with Dr. Badger, the staff took me back to have a panoramic image taken. They said my insurance covers them. It turns out the insurance only covers it once every five years. So that was untrue. Next, the treatment plan was presented to me. The extra $414/tooth charge was not pointed out. I asked about it and was told it was for a required medicine, but the insurance wouldn’t cover it. I asked if there were any other medicine options that the insurance would cover. They said, “no.” After the visit I called my insurance to find out why and/or see if there were alternatives. The treatment plan didn’t include the billing code, so I called the office back to request they submit the treatment plan to the insurance so they could evaluate it. It was only then, that Dr. Badger’s office said there is no billing code for the required medicine. They again stated that the doctor absolutely will not perform the procedure without it. I stated that I would have to consider other options. 10 minutes later the office called back. Miraculously, the doctor had changed his mind. He wouldn’t promise success, but he would do the procedure without the medicine. Now, I find myself paying out of pocket for a panoramic image that was never needed. And I will have to wait until my next benefit year to have another oral evaluation by another doctor. I would not recommend Dr. Badger’s office.

Negative experience: Had 4 bottom teeth pulled at another dentist,went to this place and got a case plan,,in that case plan I was under the impression my teeth were included with implants,so I paid $4500 in cash,,come to find out I paid $4500 just for the surgery for posts and I was to return to first dentist to give me my teeth,,yeah good one,,he wanted $6000,,so all together for 4 teeth to be implanted $10,000,,wow,,so I didn't have $6,000,it was gonna be awhile,,in the course of treatment at Cassidy dental,,I lost my temporary denture about 3 times,,and Everytime I paid $250-$300 to replace it,,so the old blonde dinosaur that works in front,,knew my situation,,knew I wasn't able to pay 6 grand,,I went in to get a new denture to ride me over,,she says it will be $400!!!!,,I never payed that amount,I told her I didn't have all of it and could I get a payment plan,,she said no,and I said,,so what am I supposed to do go around with no teeth? And she had the ugliest look on her face and she just shrugged her shoulders and she goes yeah I guess so, unbelievable I was a cash paying customer and they couldn't even do me a solid on that,,wow, and as far as Cassidy goes I think that he was in cahoots with the other dentist because they were referring me back and forth from each other it still doesn't make sense to me or anybody that I've told that to,, they are completely in cahoots, pay special attention to prices changing

Fantastic experience: Had basically two extractions yesterday. Today I am on no meds and have no pain. The only meds I have had were two Tylenol at 6pm on the day of my dental surgery and 2 Tylenol at 2am this morning. I put it down to my outstanding dental surgeon Dr Cassity……and a lot of ice!. I Highly recommend Cassity & Legacy Implants and Periodontics.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cassidy and his staff are so friendly and professional. Just wow.... Pain free dentistry. My second implant Dr Cassity has done for me in the last year. I have had around 10 single implants done years ago by other providers. Awake thru the procedure hmmm lets get back to Dr Cassity, numb your gum before the needle and felt very little pain and lights out. I woke up and went to my vehicle in no pain with a new implant in my jaw bone that needs to heal for a few months. This appointment they x rayed my implant and it's ready to make the crown and send it to my dentist to put it on my implant in my mouth. No yucky silicone or whatever for an impression of my teeth everyone else used in the past. Digital scan of my mouth, pain free took only a few minutes. In about 3 weeks or less a perfect crown will be put on by my home dentist. The first crown fit perfect with great color and it took less than 15 minutes by Dr Morgan. I do not get any discounts that I know of and my implants are high quality with high quality crowns..... I have insurance! FYI my old dentist retired and that is how I found Dr Cassity and his great staff thru my new dentist. Dr Morgan out of Evanston. Morgan and Cassity make a great team! Morgan isn't cheap either. He is proud of his pain free dentistry... I am so happy to have everything done right THE FIRST TIME!!!!!

Negative experience: My husband had his teeth done back in October, we paid the full price out of pocket for the work to be done with the understanding they would bill the insurance for there portion to be paid. We were pleased with how the teeth turned out. In February my son had his 2 front teeth done by them also, same thing we paid up front for his teeth with the expectation of them billing the insurance. 2 weeks later we got a call that the insurance paid and they would issue us a refund check for my son's teeth $2000, that's great but we hadn't heard anything about a refund on my husband's teeth that had been done 4 months earlier. My husband called the insurance they hadn't been billed so he called the dentist they said they billed it to the insurance but would send it again. We saw the bill come through the insurance so we know they paid. My husband called the dentist they said yes it had been paid and they owed us a refund. So now we are owed $4000, this was mid March they told us it was just going through their corporate office and then it would be dispersed. We are now into July and still no check for $4000 every time my husband calls they assure him they will call him back and they never do. Last Wednesday they told us the check was in the mail priority we still haven't seen a check. They won't give us a tracking number and they won't give us an address that we can just pick a check up at. We are so over it. If we owed them $4000 we would be in collections by now. We are very happy with the work they did. But we will never refer anybody to them or be back because of there business office. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY.

Fantastic experience: I went from having a tooth that was causing pain and that could not be saved to having an implant stud ready for my dentist to put on a crown. The office was able to get me in on short notice, extract the problem tooth and proceed with the implant process. Everybody from Dr Cassity to all of the staff were always friendly and helpful. Wait times were mostly on time and when they were running late, it appears to be other patients who were late causing delays for other patients. Overall, very happy with the process and outcome.

Fantastic experience: They were very attentive and got the tooth extracted, bone graph done and the implant in over the course of several months, with a lot of healing in between. Did a great job!!

Negative experience: Did not offer lead vest for protection during high beam 3-D X-Ray Scan. I have had 8 such scans in the past 6 years and was always offered a vest before. There is exposure to higher radiation then a normal bitewing during these scans. I find this irresponsible and shady after all a vest was hanging up in plain view but it was under a table. I only noticed this after scan was in progress.

Fantastic experience: Employees are very professional. They explained everything in detail. Very nice. Dr. Dykman is great. Goes over everything . Answers all questions. Good experience.

Negative experience: Everyone was friendly. However, they charged me $90 to use a credit card, as if $4900 wasn't enough. The charge to use a credit card was very off-putting. And the temporary "cosmetic" tooth that is connected to the implant was put in crooked. Later they offered to straighten the crooked tooth, which was nice, but I turned them down. When the implant was first put in they told me that it was so fragile that I should not even brush it for 2 weeks. Straightening it would be much more invasive than brushing and seems like a bad idea. On a good note, the gum is healing nicely.

He knows what he is doing and does it Flawlessly. Everyone involved knows exactly what they are doing and do it extremely well. They go out of their way making sure you are well taken care of, answering all your questions and concerns. They ensure you are comfortable, at ease, knowledgeable about what the procedure involves – all while being extremely friendly & kind in the process. I hate shots, scare me to death. Dr. Erik Badger made sure I felt as little pain as possible during the needle part. Well, I felt no pain what’s-so-ever. Thanks Doc!! You Rock!! If you need special dental/gum work accomplished, I highly recommend Cassity Implants & Periodontics. From my experiences I feel they are the Best in Northern Utah, venture to say all of Utah. Don’t take my word for it - - give them a try. You will be so pleased you did.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good to say about this location. The waiting area is almost elegant, there's always 2 to 3 people on the front desk and everyone is so friendly. My favorite is Shera. She's very easy to connect with and is incredibly informative. The team here came up with a treatment plan for me that didn't include ripping everything out as many other places told me HAD to happen but something that will suit my needs and at the same time is financially sound. I have not started my plan yet, but will when the dentist office they've teamed with has their portion in order for me as well. I highly recommend this company and it's people!

Negative experience: Dr cassity is really nice. The procedure and everything is good. except, the follow up and communication is horrible. I am still waiting for them to send the paperwork to my dentist and it's been 3 weeks now.
