Fantastic experience: I scheduled with Dr Pumilia needing to get in soon and get a credible second opinion on a difficult matter. I was not referred to him by someone I knew, instead my primary referrals were off and so I was being referred by offices I had never used and staff I didn’t know to Dr P if I wanted in faster. I did and I drove an hour to see him. His staff was professional and warm. He was credible, skilled and educational, just what I was needing. He didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear or what would make him more money. He told me truth and I am deeply grateful. So much so that I asked him for a referral to a general dentist he trusts to take over my next steps that are outside the scope of endodontics. I am grateful for that referral and for Dr P. I strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been to multiple dentist trying to get my root canal done. It has always been unsuccessful due to the amount of pain that I can still feel even after multiple numbing shots. This place was absolutely amazing. They were caring, patient and more importantly they were able to completely numb me to get the root canal done. Professional and very fast root canal. Absolutely zero inflamation and pain afterwards. I will be back if the need ever arises again! Highly recommended! Update, Had a problem months later. Went in for a consultation, Dr. took the time to carefully explain what had happened and gave me a plan for action. Wrote a letter to my dentist with details of the problem. Unbelievable level of service! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Woke up with a horrible toothache. Went to my regular dentist who referred me to an ednodotist. First impression: Very friendly and professional office staff. Worked me into the schedule same day. Extremely helpful in coordinating my insurance (only to find out I'd maxed out my benefits), then helped me with a couple of different payment options. CareCredit 6Mos/No interest FTW! Dr. Pumilia was very communicative and informative. He explained the procedure and what he was doing. I felt very comfortable the entire time. Hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I know where I'm going. Should you require a root canal, or any other endodontist services, trust Dr. Pumilia and his staff!

I was a little nervous before a 1 -1/2 hour procedure I was having but Dr. Pumilia and his assistant were super wonderful in explaining the procedure thoroughly and talked me through every detail, step-by-step. Dr. Pumilia (I think sensing my nervousness) was so kind that he stopped early into the procedure to give me a little break. THAT simple act of compassion helped tremendously in putting my mind at ease and it boosted my trust. I was then able to calmly go through the entire thing without any problems. Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to start, this whole place was amazing. From the initial phone call on forward. I was so nervous at the fact that I needed a root canal, I had heard so many stories. I went in, was in the back within 15 mins of my arrival. The root canal took about 45 mins and I didn’t feel A THING! Even the needle in my gums was barely noticed! Juanita was such an amazing help! She made me laugh and comfortable. I hope I never have to get another root canal but if I do, I am going to make sure I come here.

Fantastic experience: I was in extreme pain, I needed two root canals. Endodontic Associates was able to get me in as soon as my regular dentist contacted them.Once the procedure started my pain was gone. It took approximately 90 minutes for two root canals. The process was painless. I would highly recommend.

The visit was my first experience in having a root canal .. however I must say the visit was not only amazing it was quite comforting to be treated so professionally.. respectfully and with great “Care”. Fantastic experience: Nobody likes to get a root canal but Dr Paul Pumillia was great. He explained why I needed it and what going to happen before doing anything. He number my tooth and I barely felt it. He was gentle and caring. Just staff is also wonderful.

Negative experience: I have never cried on a dental chair EVER! They treated me so poorly! I was so optimistic about this appointment because the dentist that referred me to this Endodontist was amazing. I arrive at dental office and woman at front desk was very nice! I wait for 1 hour before I was called back to be seen. After a hour the Dental Assistant comes and get me. She seems nice, but was a little impatient as she was trying to get x-rays. I brushed it off even though I’m nervous at this point. Next, the Dr. Paul Pumilia comes in the room and greets me, he seems nice. He explains my root canal procedure very well. Then before he starts the anesthesia injections I tell him “hey please go light with me because my pain tolerance is very low and I’m afraid of needles.” He said, “okay sure no problem I’ve been in that seat before I understand.” So he begins his 1st injection and he goes straight in and does not let up at all. I grip chair to endure the pain. After a few moments, I started tapping the chair signaling him to stop. He doesn’t letup or stop AT ALL! So it gets more painful and he’s not easing up at all or allowing me a break so I put my hand gently up against his chest to signal him more to stop since me tapping on the chair didn’t work. He pushed my hand down off of him and said “Don’t touch me. Don’t put your hands on me or we will have to stop. We can stop procedure if you want”. While he was saying that his assistant was also reaching for my arm and said “no don’t touch him” I said “I’m sorry for touching you. I was trying to explain it was hurting really bad.” He said, “I understand but we have to get you numb.” Guys, I understood that, but their bedside manners was terrible. There was no empathy or sympathy. And he made me feel so dirty and like I was nothing. Like don’t touch him… but you touching me and having no regard to being a little more gentle, patient and courteous with me…. By this time I’m hurt, physically and emotionally. After they did that I just laid there quietly with tears rolling down my face and not one of them cared how they made me feel - which is fine. It told me everything I needed to know about their ethics and clinic morals as well as values. To add to all of that … the DA was barely suctioning me so I was literally choking on my own saliva multiple times. After Dr finished the procedure he didn’t prescribe me any pain medication at all. He told me to take some ibuprofen. The DA told me once I got up front I “will be in pain with as many injections that I received.” I was injected 7-8 times. I just stayed quiet at this point. They showed me the work after he was done and I noticed there was still a dark spot on my X-Ray and it was dismissed. So I’m truly afraid if they removed all the decay in my tooth. Because I was referred to them by general dentist I don’t know that I will even go back to my general dentist now. When you refer someone you are expecting them to have did due diligence on these type of things. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because front office woman was very nice. I’m deeply saddened about my experience today and I’m hurt by how I was treated. I pray they do better. God Bless!

Fantastic experience: I have an abscess in my gum and I was referred by my general dentist to Endodontics of Tarrant County for an evaluation and a second opinion. They were ready for me at the time of my Appointment and the doctor who see me explained everything in a simple way I can understand and moreover the procedure was an absolute success. I got my abscess reduced to nothing and I’m more than happy now

My previous root canal a different dentist lost confidence half way through and verbalized it. I became anxious. Complete 180 here at Endodontic Associates!! Dr. Pumilia reviewed and discussed with me a CT scan and x-ray results, explained the condition likely causing the pain, and options for treatment. He also explained the probabilities for a successful root canal re-treatment result, and options. I found Dr. Pumilia and the office staff to be professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Omgoodness. So much to say and I hate any type of dentistry. I was referred to Endodontic Associates of Tarrant County. My first phone call I was greeted by Sammie. She is so sweet and we made my appointment and emailed me forms and even followed up. When I arrived I was really nervous and Sammie, Juanita and Bianca started calming me down and were making me laugh! I went in for 2 1/2 hours Dr. Pumilia and assistant, Bianca. Omgosh such great bed side manner. Dr. Pumilia told me step by step what we were doing. I had gas, anesthesia and many shots (which were numbed prior to shots). I honestly cannot tell you how many I had. If I winced he immediately gave me another shot! Incredible man and I don’t say that lightly. We finally finished and I only had one problem, he kept calling me ma’am and he couldn’t understand so he let me write and I said DAWN not ma’am. Okay, I’m very married for 30 years but Dr. Pumilia is HOT! Seriously! I felt like family because of the way Dr. Pumilia, Bianca, Sammie and Juanita embraced me. This is also a first!!! They took pics with me! Love them all! More than highly recommended! First pic is of me, Bianca (anssistant) and the sweet gorgeous Dr. Pumilia! Next pic is of me and Sammie and Juanita that helped with check in and our! So sweet. Hope you never need this but if so… I only recommend Dr. Pumilia, Bianca, Sammie and Juanita! Fantastic experience: Firstly, let's be honest, no one looks forward to dental work. However, I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Budhani at Endodontic Associates of Tarrant County. Every aspect from setting the appointment, to the x-rays to the actual root canal was a seamless experience. Maggie, the assistant and Bianca at the front desk were very professional, yet personable. I have personally had multiple dental procedures over the years and this was one of the simplest and less stressful than any I have ever experienced. Five stars for every aspect of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Sammi at front office was efficient and made sure to explain my dental coverage and what I might expect to pay (nice surprise when the actual cost was less than quoted) Juanita the assistant was great- very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Dr Pumilia was also great- explained everything and frequently checked to make sure I was ok. For a root canal it wasn’t a bad experience. Highly recommend this very clean and efficient group.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the receptionist Sammie, the assistant Maggie, and Dr. Budhani were so kind and patient. They truly listened and took the time to explain things to my comfort level. They checked in with me often and did a great job. They also showed me before and after pictures and a detailed breakdown of the procedure and the bill, which aren't things I routinely get offered in the medical world. They gave me a paper copy of the steps to follow afterwards, as well as the pictures and report for my dentist which is very nice as sometimes all the information doesn't get absorbed in a time that's normally stressful. They also followed up afterwards to make sure I was doing okay and answered my questions. They are available and open to any care you may need without making you feel bad or rushed. It's clear their patients are important to them. I would love to see this level of care in all medical offices. The only negative thing I have to say is that they are extremely pushy about getting a review. I told them I would as I am a regular reviewer and still got followup "reminders" to review them. I understand that can be important to a business but I got the hint with the QR codes everywhere, being asked in person, paper reminders and multiple texts asking. It was a bit much, especially since I already told them I would. That said, again, my experience was great while there and I would definitely return if I needed this type of work done in the future. I'm grateful that they give such a high level of care to their patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Budhani, Ana, Sammie & Bianca were all outstanding. Had a root canal on the tooth which is the back support for my bridge and the Dr & Ana did a very smooth job. Fantastic experience: I had a lot of anxiety before my root canal. But that was quickly eased by Sammie. Who then introduced to Maggie. Maggie, the assistant, treated like I was as family. Fantastic experience: I want to thank everyone in the office for their professional attention and attitude. I had a root canal performed that was almost painless. I barely felt the numbing agent being applied, no pain during the process and barely pain later in the day. The constant communication during the process made me feel at ease. The staff took care of the insurance promptly so the financial aspect was worry free. I will be back next year to have another root canal done, Lord willing and the creek doesn’t rise.

Fantastic experience: From the minute l walked into the office l felt such a warmth from Sammie who greeted me immediately. Then l met bianca who assured me with the paperwork and it was very expedient. I had barely sat down when Maggie the nurse introduced herself and explained the steps that were going to happen. I have had several root canals but l have never been treated with such care. Pain was almost non existent. Dr Budhani was marvelous. Fantastic experience: I had such a positive and pleasant experience at this office today. Actually, it all started with my first call to the office. They were very accommodating with my schedule, and Bianca followed up with an estimated out of pocket cost prior to my visit. I had a warm and friendly welcome from Sammie when I arrived and a very short wait before being taken to the exam room by Juanita. She was very sweet and explained the X-ray and scan procedures. Dr. Budhani then completed a thorough evaluation of my tooth and explained in detail the clinical and X-ray findings. I expected to have a root canal while there and was told that I did not need one at this time. I am totally impressed with the kindness and honesty of Dr. Budhani and the entire staff. Sammie reviewed my cost again after the procedure and it was exactly as quotes. The entire practice was so kind and respectful. I will definitely return if my tooth become bothersome again, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a root canal or an honest evaluation for the need of a root canal.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a Root Canal done by Dr.Horn. It’s a understatement to say that I was terrified. When I arrived I was greeted by Ms Sammie with a warm smile and she was so nice and welcoming, assuring me that I would be in no pain. My X-rays and pre-treatment were taken care of by the best Dental Assistant ever Ms Maggie. She made me feel at ease and cleared my nerves, and got me to talking and feeling comfortable. And omg Dr Horn was amazing. Super nice and talked me through the whole process, made sure I was comfortable and all taken care of. I have no pain and I’m so happy they took great care of me. I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this office! I was so pleased that they were able to get me in the next day after calling to make an appointment! Sammie at the front desk was so genuinely sweet, personable, and explained everything so well. Maggie, the assistant, was equally as wonderful! Again, so personable and caring. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. Dr. Horn was very gentle and the root canal felt no different than getting a typical filling. They are the perfect team who worked together to make my experience as wonderful as a root canal could be! I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Great people here. I highly recommend getting any work done on your teeth here. I was in a lot of pain and they accommodated me with a quick appointment. Sammie was great in setting that up on the phone and also made me feel like family when I walked in the door. Juanita did a great job assisting and getting all my X-rays done with minimal discomfort. Fantastic experience: Root canals are never fun, but I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and the service at the Bedford location. From the first conversation via phone with Sammie, the service was great. (I spoke with the Arlington location first and the young lady was just as friendly!!) I was in some pretty significant pain and the Bedford office was able to fit me in the same day. Sammie and Juanita were so welcoming and friendly and made sure I understood what costs would be up front. The medical assistants, Maggie and Juanita, eased my anxiety while prepping me for the procedure. Dr. Budhani was AWESOME! She made sure that I was comfortable and explained the procedure as we she was performing it. I would highly recommend this office for all endodontic needs and their staff is great! Fantastic experience: Dr. Horn is one of the endodontic doctors I met. He is very professional, very detailed and patient to explain the procedure before he started because I have multiple teeth that need the root canal. He even called my general dentist to ask her questions because he had some doubts about my case. I don't have much pain afterwards, that is amazing! I recommend all my friends to him. Juanita is the best medical assistant I met so far (in TX and CA). She is very caring, knowledge and comforting when she did all my Xray. Fantastic experience: I am new to Dallas and found myself needing a root canal. Sammie took great care in welcoming me and guiding me through paperwork and insurance! Jaunita was my dental nurse, she made me feel comfortable and at ease with my procedure! Dr Horn took time to explain that I actually needed a double root canal and promptly took care of it.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I called I got a feeling that I made a great choice. Sammie answered the phone and was very professional and courteous in my time of need. She informed me that they would take care of me and quickly got me in. Upon arrival both Sammie and Brianea (?sp), were friendly and efficient. As the first contact for their company, they demonstrated a level of customer service that is sorely lacking in today's world. They in fact did their company proud. I was quickly taken back by Maggie Dr. Horn's assistant. My wait time in the lobby was minimal. Maggie was warm and friendly immediately making me feel welcome. She was professional and demonstrated a touching level of sympathy and empathy which I truly appreciated. Dr. Horn was pleasant, friendly, and of course professional. Both he and Maggie worked well together quickly assessing my condition and taking care of me. As if this were not enough, the office was clean and comforting. Fantastic experience: Okay so let me start with saying I do NOT like having my teeth worked on ever let alone when I’m in terrible pain. Sammie got me in the same day, she and Bianca greeted me with a smile when arriving. I told Juanita and Dr. Budhani I was super nervous. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Endodontic Associates by my dentist for a root canal in a tooth that had a crown. I've had root canals in the past by two different dentists. Based on my prior experiences, I was delighted with my experience with Dr. Patel. It makes sense as that's what he specializes in compared to my dentist who performs many other dental procedures. Brooke was very helpful at the front desk. Sammie did a great job assisting with setup and prep. I had lots of questions along the way and Dr. Patel seemed very interested in satisfying my curiosity. The procedure was much more comfortable than I expected in large part because they cover the mouth except for the subject tooth. This virtually eliminates the possibility of water or debris being swallowed or triggering a gag reflex. Overall, a great experience and I won't hesitate to go back should I need this service again.
