Fantastic experience: Agave Dental Clinic is very professional and up to date with the latest dental equipment. They're even open on Saturday! Their clinic is clean and well lit with views from the dental chairs to the Franklin Mountains or Northeast El Paso. My 92-year old mother and I were able to schedule routine cleanings at the same time, making our visit very convenient.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. The front desk does not have it together. They scheduled me for an appointment. I have a newborn so I had to arrange for child care. I got a text confirming the appointment. I showed up on the day of, and they said the appointment “got deleted.” Instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake, they rescheduled me. Very disappointing. Absolute waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Havig was great! Had an infection and it was New Year's Eve and I was able to get in to see him and get an antibiotic started without suffering the whole weekend. They also seem to not overbook appts so no long wait to see the doc. Absolutely great experience.

Positive experience: Everything went well. I went in for a bridge but wasn’t told it would be a temporary and it would have to go back in two weeks for the permanent. I do wish they would have explained what they were going to do

Fantastic experience: My hygiene dental appointment was awesome. Patsy Rosales is an excellent hygienist. Thorough yet gentle and quite observant. I can’t ask for a better hygienist. Dr Rice did an oral exam and she is very gentle and very informative with checking my teeth and gums. I would recommend Agave Dental Care to anyone looking for good hygiene care and a good dentist.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. I had to cancel the day prior to my appointment due to me being sick and the appointment was rescheduled for the following week on a Tuesday at 5:30PM. I call again at 7:00AM the Monday morning prior to the new appointment to cancel the appointment as the allergies I had turned into a sinus infection. They proceeded to charge me a $50 cancellation fee even though the service I was to be receiving was AT NO CHARGE after I got a cavity incorrectly filled by a doctor of theirs in August 2024 that still had a cavity underneath. So, not only do I have the inconvenience of having to go back for a mistake on their end, I was now charged $50 when I shouldn’t have been charged at all. The dentist was unwilling to budge on their policy in any way.

Fantastic experience: Both dentist and assistant were quick and highly communicative about the care I was given. Front office staff was thorough both for getting patient preferences and communicating cost estimates on the treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to Agave dental for a little over a year now. I have severe dental anxiety. They have continued to be patient and caring. Everyone from office staff to techs and doctors have treated me with compassion and provided me with the best care. Again, i highly recommend. It's been 10 months since my first visit. I have had cleanings and other services. The staff has continued to treat me with the utmost care and compassion. I still have a great deal of anxiety about the dentist office. But the staff and doctors have all been very patient and understanding. I will continue with my dental care here. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Needless to say I suffer a great deal of anxiety when I need dental care. I avoid it at all cost. But getting older means needing more care. I recently needed a tooth extraction and my husband brought me here. I still suffered the anxiety, but for the first time someone actually respected it. Everyone was kind, patient and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more or been more surprised! I will need more care in the future. I won't be going anywhere else but here. Highly recommend!! Agave dental, thank you very much!! Fantastic experience: Excellent service, as I entered I felt a pleasant atmosphere. Beginning with your receptionist, who helped me right away, and try to get me an appt as soon as possible. The Dr asst Kelsey was super friendly and professional, right away she took the x rays Dr might need to see my problem, and Dr Kasallis, super empathic with my teeth problems and the pain I was in, he made sure than when I left the office I would have the antibiotics, and painkillers I needed for my problem. And gave th closest appt as soon as possible. For sure ii I will recommend this clinic to all my family and friends! Thank you so much to all Agave Clinic staff.

Fantastic experience: Great Dentist and Dentist technician. I’m very anxious when it comes to getting any type of dental procedure especially if it involves getting a shot to numb me. My dentist was patient and gave me more medication when I said I could still feel the cold air. They lighten the mood by engaging me in conversation which helped with my anxiety. Thank you for being an Awesome Team and getting me through the dental procedure. I love that the office is open 6 days a week and accommodates those of us who work too.

Doctor n staff was very friendly, professional being my first time at this Dental Office. Was in n out in less the 2hrs and process was pretty easy for the removal of tooth. Fantastic experience: Thorough yet efficient. I got there on time they called me after 5 minutes of wait. The entire visit took an hour, but I never waited on them. Very hands on and awesome bedside manner. I've been to many dentists in the past and Agave is miles and miles better than the others.

Positive experience: Visit with Fallah was excellent. He took time with exam and explanation. Unnecessary referral to him may have been avoided with more communication with DDS. Consultation was costly for me. Left Fallah feeling relieved confident with his opinion.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Williams, was a wonderful and very informative Dr... loved my visit, the establishment was very clean, I felt safe even though we are in the middle of a pandemic. Very modern and comfortable place. The staff are great and very helpful and pleasant. All in all I would recommend anyone who doesn’t like to go to the dentist, give Dr Williams a try, you will change your mind about the dentist really quick. Update it’s been all this time and I’m still going to the same dentist. They are still the best in town in my opinion and they have expanded to the point that they have every service you need in one location, a big peace of mind in my opinion. Great place.

They are very comforting and everyone that I have interacted with have been so nice, from reception to hygienist to dentist. They are very affordable and they don't say you need more work than actually necessary. They take most insurance. They offer sedation dentistry as well which is helpful for someone like me.
