Fantastic experience: This place was fantastic! I had a few bad experiences with other dentists that said i needed so much work. and when i went to MINT they said my teeth were perfect and saved me thousands of dollars. If you want dentist that will tell you the truth or you know your teeth and want to make sure you are truly healthy go to MINT!

Fantastic experience: The front desk, Shareca, and Fabian helped me out with my dental appointment, and I was completely satisfied! I have never had issues with this location since I started Mint Dentistry in 2022. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the BEST dental experience of my life! As someone who’s avoided dental procedures for years due to extreme anxiety, I walked in today absolutely terrified. But from the moment I met DahjaNae and Dr. Jackson, my nerves began to settle—and by the end, I couldn’t believe how easy and pain-free everything was! They offered an amazing laughing gas special that was perfect for someone like me. I didn’t flinch once during my extractions or bone graft—seriously, not once. The atmosphere was calm and full of positive energy from start to finish. DahjaNae gave the most thoughtful advice, from encouraging me to eat a snack from my purse beforehand to making sure I emptied my bladder to reduce nervous tension. She truly cared and it showed. Dr. Jackson? Phenomenal. So gentle, so reassuring—he completely changed my view of dental care. I’ve never said this in my life, but: I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment! That’s how good they are. Leaving this review everywhere I can—because others with dental fear need to know: this is the place you’ve been searching for.

Negative experience: I would strongly recommend choosing another dentist / provider. They must be hurting for money because they double and triple booked appointments. Had a 1pm appointment and didn’t even get taken back for over an hour. People after us waited nearly two hours before they were taken back. Son needed treatment and they numbed his mouth and then left him sitting there for over 20 minutes without anyone even in the room. Long story short we didn’t leave for over 3 hours. Appointment at 1 and left at 4. Unless you enjoy wasting time or just like people walking around without accomplishing anything, probably best to find a provider that delivers a much better experience.

Negative experience: Hi, I hope this message reaches the correct person or people. I visited this mint dentistry today for a X-ray and cleaning and unfortunately received some of the WORST customer service or experience EVER from this establishment. I would like to announce the team member who has made this experience absolutely uncomfortable and unforgettable in the worst way possible. Team member Maricella C . A Hispanic woman who works as a dental assistant was very rude from the moment she called me back . She had a look of disgust and irritation from the moment I got up and walked to the back . As she proceeded with my x rays I noticed she dropped equipment on the floor and touched equipment to check the photos she was taking and then proceeded to use the same unsanitary gloves to touch my mouth and lips . I asked her to not use those infected gloves in my mouth and out of retaliation and disrespect she hooked her finger in the entire side of my mouth aggressively with the same gloves and pretended as if my request was non existent or relevant . I immediately felt uncomfortable and infected with whatever germs were on her gloves . This has NEVER happened to me at this specific location . And it has drawn me to continue my dental visit elsewhere . Maricela C has represented this location in the worst way possible which is very unfortunate. Please take my review into consideration as well as my feelings and experience. I am truly disappointed this location should not allow people like her to tarnish the reputation it has with loyal life long clients .

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best dental team you could ask for—I truly trust them with my life! The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and there’s no better feeling than knowing you’re in such capable hands. Fantastic experience: Nice clean office. Beautiful atmosphere and very friendly staff!! They let you watch tv or listen to music of your choice while getting serviced!! What other dentist office does that!!!! They’re concerned about your teeth and you as a person. Would recommend mint dentist to any and everybody!!! You can also get a massage while being serviced!!! Also they recommended me to an oral surgeon office that was amazing. I had two wisdom teeth and another tooth removed and never experienced any pain. The pain medication they prescribed was a waste of money because i didn’t need it or use any of it.

Negative experience: I called and set new patient appointment for two fillings. (My current dentist recommended the fillings, but I wanted a second opinion.) I researched dentists and called and explained the situation. I said is have my xrays (less than a month old) over. I set appointment and shared the name of the dentists that I would like to be seen by. When I arrived they told me: 1. I would have to get new xrays (that wouldn’t be covered by ins since i just got new ones last month) 2. They don’t accept xrays from anyone. 3. The dentists I asked for werent at this location. 4. I can’t get a filling at first appointment. I went in my car and cried. What a pack of transparency and waste of my time. This could have been resolved when i made the appointment if there was any respect for the client. Very disappointed by this avoidable scenario. They have lost my trust.

Negative experience: I really loved this place starting out. However the staff has never been the same at each visit. I have never had the same hygienist or doctor. At my last appointment I pointed out a gum concern and they just referred me to a specialist after my cleaning. This was an issue that should’ve been caught earlier on so I wanted to let their corporate office know. Corporate said they would get back with me after investigating and never did… The doctor also advised that it might’ve been an issue that came about from the care at my orthodontist after having my braces removed, which made no sense whatsoever. Now that I have moved away, I’m having to find another dentist in my area and is extremely difficult because I now have a bigger issue and just want to be taken seriously.

Positive experience: Billing was a little slow with my secondary but service is awesome. I nearly fall asleep during my visits. First visit they made sure I was numbed up (usually hard for me) and felt totally at ease -relaxed during periodontic deep clean and a tiny filling! Highly recommend! Team is very pleasant and professional!

Fantastic experience: I was a first-time patient and scheduled a 10 AM cleaning. At 11:30 and after waiting 30 minutes for the dentist with no update, I decided to leave. Patients have schedules too, and excessive wait times are frustrating. They called at the end of the day and that matters. They apologized for the longer than usual wait. I'll give them a second chance.

Fantastic experience: I have tried to get dental work done for years but couldn’t afford even the deep cleaning I needed to get started. Every dentist office wanted to charge me several hundreds for each appointment. On top of that they wanted to do the deep cleaning in 4 appointments. I went to Mint and they are doing it in two visits for $100 said and done! So far I am super satisfied with the staff and billing!

Fantastic experience: I am so very pleased with all the staff in this location I am for ever thankful. I was able to get my front tooth fix immediately great job Dr I also got my cleaning done all in one day I Totally recommend this place.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 11. I didn’t get called back until 11:30. Cleaning and x-rays took 20-25 minutes so that was done a little after noon. It’s now 12:30 and I’m still waiting for the Dr to do my exam. Meanwhile no one checked on me for an update and I just heard people giggling and chatting in the hallway… This is unfortunately a recurring theme every time I come here. Update: walked out before the exam. Will not be retuning.

Positive experience: I really liked the Dr and the gentlemen, that cleaned my teeth. The staff they had me sit for 30 minutes before they notified them that I was there. Then the young lady trying to take the pictures of my teeth, had all kinds of issues! I was not offered any whitening teeth tray as advertised on the Radio that has been advertised! I will go back Because of insurance, that’s the only reason!

Negative experience: We called to make an appointment to get our teeth cleaned instead we had X-rays then told it would be more expensive They were not able to do our cleaning as it took too long over an hour to get through all the crap. Was not feeling very confident in the process Had to make an appointment for another day Because they did not have enough hygienists

Negative experience: My husband has been a patient at Mint for the past 4 years multiple root canal’s and other procedures many dollar's spent, his tooth started hurting on a Friday morning and they were not able to work him in, assist with calling in medication to manage pain, unable to referral him to another practice or any direction. Tooth pain is the worst. If you have a practice this large at least have a clinician on-call to assist because once a patient of one practice or group it is hard to get an appointment with another group for an emergency situation. Patients should not be left in pain for any reason.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency back in October and needed immediate help. After trying three other dentists with no luck, I went to Mint Denton and I am so glad I did! The staff was kind and understanding, and Dr. Jackson went above and beyond. Initially, I was told the treatment couldn’t be performed that day, but Dr. Jackson found a temporary solution that not only got me through my event but has lasted for months. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion I received here!

Negative experience: My experience here has been hit or miss. There does not ever seem to be any consistency among the dentists or the work they perform. I had a bridge crack and break apart that they did 5 years ago. They are unwilling to guarantee the work beyond 5 years and stated that they would need to replace the entire bridge at a cost of $6300. I have had several bridges over the years and have never experienced an issue like this. It is concerning that MINT DENTISTRY seems to care more about charging more money for work to be repeated than quality work and patient care. I would think twice about using MINT DENTISTRY for any major dental care.

Negative experience: I recently visited Mint dentistry for a teeth cleaning appointment and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. First, I was made to wait for an unacceptable 1 hour and 20 minutes. To make matters worse, the hygienist was careless during the cleaning process and hurt my tongue with the cleaning pipe. The lack of attention to patient comfort and care is alarming. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten 13 fillings in the past at other dentist offices and one of them fell. I had one redone here and OMG it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I have a huge anxiety of needles and just dental procedures in general. They took such great care of me. I didn’t feel a thing! Dr Jackson and MA Brandi were both amazing. Dr.Jackson knows what he’s doing and he’s good at it!!! So thankful. Hygienist UG was also great and supper friendly.

I went in this morning with bad tooth pain and he did several fillings and a root canal all in one day. I am grateful and I plan on going back.

Negative experience: I recently had an appointment with Mint Dentistry. My worst experience ever!!! I showed up earlier than my scheduled appointment, because they text my phone and said they had some cancellation so I could come early. I showed up, checked in, they didn’t take long getting me to the dentist chair. I got X-rays done. The Orthodontist looked at my teeth, which lasted less than a minute. Time to clean my teeth, and I waited and waited and waited. I waited at least 20 minutes waiting for my cleaning. I decided to leave because how rude is it to have a patient waiting so long. As I was leaving, I see the hygienist talking with a coworker, gossiping. I left and never made a 6 month appointment. They sent a bill and charged me for teeth cleaning. WTH!!! So I called to find out why they charged me for a cleaning service I never received. The receptionist informed me that she asked and they said that he cleaned my teeth. Now I’m really pissed because they never reimburse my account.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, yet again. This was my first time coming here for general dentistry needs. My previous visit was due a dental emergency, in which they handled quickly and efficiently. This experience lead me to come back for my next cleaning. Needless to say, I will be back in 6 months for my next check up.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute best 1st time patient experience with the Denton location. From the clean and tidy office with a very polite and professional admin staff, to the tech (so sorry,but I forgot his name), to the cleaning tech Cynthia, and then the dentist Dr.Jackson, everyone was just so professional, courteous, informative, and efficient. The wait time was barely 5 mins and they took so much care and time with me during the appt, doing a very thorough job. Everything was explained before every and each procedure. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but I can say, this visit changed my whole outlook. I'm actually looking forward to going back for the next visit.

Negative experience: I normally go to the Plano office but they are closed every Wednesday this month so I decided to try the Denton office. My husband and I were scheduled for services 5/8 which were made and confirmed after our 5/1 visit. We got to the office no appointments were scheduled for us.... I'll be going back to the Plano office or not use Mint at all

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to even start. Everyone in this location has been awesome! Quick, personal, and professional. I the staff was amazing, but who really went above and beyond, to start with Dr. B and forgot to catch the other wonderful lady that was with Dr. B that has been nothing but sweet and supportive when checking my teeth. Lastly Mr. Gv, now that guy has been one of the best individuals that I’ve received a cleaning from period. Gv ensured I was taken care of at the same time being able to connect about sports with such a positive energy. Knowing it’s towards the end of the day and to have such energy. Great all around!

Negative experience: It's a very long story with many details. However, I will do my best to keep it short. I was contacted by Pure Oral surgery and told that I had a credit from my last procedure and that I could use it to go towards my implants. I had my consultation however the dentist office was extremely busy, and after an hour past my scheduled appointment time, I still hadn't seen anyone. I had another appointment so I had to leave. The assistant from Pure Oral called me later that day and told me what the pricing would be and when I could get scheduled. She gave me the total for the procedure after insurance, my credit, and my cash pay. I was OK with it, so we proceeded. The 1st red flag was when I entered the office on the day of my appointment, and the office had a different cash balance for me. When I refused to pay the additional $1000, the clerk later found the accurate amount. I proceeded with my procedure, and later in the I removed the gauze I was surprised to not have my Implants. I called first thing in the morning and that was the first time I ever heard that they do not add the teeth at this time. That the first part of my procedure was just the screws. That the screws ARE THE IMPLANT. This was never explained to me . I returned to the office for a checkup after 30 days which I was told to do. However I now found out I should not return for about 4 months. Now at this appointment it was the 1st time I learned that I would have to go back to my Mint dentistry for crowns. I was so confused. I believed the dentist doing my implants was......doing my implants. I didn't even know the teeth were called crowns.I actually asked ....what are you talking about I don't need crowns. I learned that that's what it's called. I contacted Mint to schedule my fitting, and this is when I learned there was going to be about an additional $3000 dollars for this part of the procedure. Again no one told me this. If this procedure would have been explained to me in detail, I would never gone along with it. Once I spoke with Mint Dentistry, I was also told that my insurance would not cover any of this portion. That the crowns are considered cosmetic. How on earth is this possible when it covers the first portion. I am beyond frustrated. I contacted both companies and both have apologized however an apology does nothing to fix my issue. UPDATE. It is July 15th and my procedure is not complete! This all started in Dec 2022. New issues. The screw fell out and I had to return to the Oral Surgeon. When he replaced the screw it was done tightly. So tightly that the dentist was unable to lossen it to place my crown. At this point I have one crown complete and now waiting on a speciality tool. I'm so very unhappy with Mint and my experience. I will admit that your staff have all been Extremely kind and have attempted to correct all issues. Update!! It is now April of 2024. And I still have not heard from Mint. I posted in the Better Business Bureau and they replied saying the issue has been resolved, which is a lie. Clear on google review that show concern, however, have not reached out and or tried to make things right.

Fantastic experience: My visit at the Denton location was great, from the time I entered up to checking out. Everyone was very perfessonal and helpful, and l also like to give a special thank you to Sheridan for being gentle and thorough with my cleaning. I must say that my overall experience at Mint today will definitely keep me coming back. Thank you all!

Positive experience: The personnel I met were wonderful! The technology is great -no more biting down on those awful cardboard separators when getting xrays. And who doesn’t love a massaging chair or listening to our own favorite Pandora channel?!? Advice for new clients - wear a sweater, it’s cold in there! And don’t count on getting out in an hour, plan for longer. But the technicians and doctor make it worth it to go back.

Negative experience: Our in office experience has been good for basic care but it has been an absolute pain dealing with them for referral to an oral surgeon & obtaining x-rays for that referral. The x-rays they finally sent over a week later (after 4 requests via phone and email) were OLD xrays that did not even show the issues they were referring my son to have done. Thankfully the oral surgeon caught that & did new x-rays. We did not use the oral surgeon they referred us to. If you just need maintenance/cleanings Mint is pretty good but anything beyond that I do not recommend. Nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone other than at their call center, even those reps had trouble reaching someone in the Denton office + they did not reply to any of my emails. Not fun to be completely ignored when you have a child w/ serious tooth pain & you're trying to get them some relief.

Fantastic experience: Mint Dentistry in Denton is a great location. I use to go to the Addison location (which is also good) but when I moved to Denton I was happy to see a location here. The employees are friendly and help walk you through everything. There is very little of that awkwardness while they are messing around in your mouth. They understand the limitations you have and give you the opertunitu to speak up or get comfortable.

Fantastic experience: From the check/in- check/out process it was so smooth. Stylish and comfortable and clean was the vibe. The tech and the hygienist were so nice and carried conversation. I got to enjoy a heated massage and watch Netflix. It was a great time.

Fantastic experience: I have had bad experiences at other Dentist Office in the past, so wasn’t looking forward to my appointment. I am so glad I went to Mint Dentistry. My Doctor and his assistant has helped with my anxiety. And the office staff are so helpful. I recommend Mint Dentistry to everyone!

Positive experience: The staff is super nice, places are clean but I have more pain now then when i started and still haven't accomplished the goal I started for in the first place. The commercials sound great, I'm 10k in and still along way to go

Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing! Everyone was so very nice! And my teeth feel so clean, they did a great job! 2024 - I am not a fan of going to the dentist (no dentists fault, haha). They make me very comfortable and listen to my concerns. I laughed during my appointment today, more then I ever have at the dentist!

Fantastic experience: This has to be the best dental clinic I have ever been to. My friend referred me to them and I’m glad I came here. The space was so clean and felt like home. Great ambiance I must say. The price is also very affordable compared to other clinics I’ve been to. I was highly impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone. The staffs were so professional and nice. Big thumbs up to Conley (the dental assistant who assisted with my routine exam), the lady at the front desk and Dr. Bell. Great job guys!!!

Fantastic experience: As someone with bad experiences from past dentists and extreme anxiety about getting anything done to my teeth, I LOVE this office! The staff is always super friendly and sweet, from the front desk to the doctors! The office is cute and clean, they make payment and scheduling a breeze, and I got my fillings taken care of with ZERO pain - or any feeling at all, because they did a phenomenal job getting both sides of my mouth numbed up. I’m so glad I found this place!

Fantastic experience: This is the place to go for fast and friendly service. The staff is very friendly. Appointments are always made easy. They’ve gotten me in quickly (same day) when I had a tooth ache. I have to give a special shout out to GV (hygienist) I am not exaggerating when I say he was the best I’ve EVER had! Thorough is an understatement! Excellent work from this young man. I’m very pleased with the Denton office.

Fantastic experience: I have had incredible experiences at Mint Dentistry Denton since I started coming here from January of 2023. Dr. Deandrea Bell-Nagle is always personable and professional and provides helpful advice on how to maintain good oral hygiene. She and her staff have helped me maintain my ideal smile with Invisalign retainers and regular check-ups. Today was my most recent visit, where Dr. Bell-Nagle was accompanied by Gervaisson for a check-up and cleaning. Both of them made me feel comfortable and at ease as they performed diagnostics and the teeth cleaning. I left the office with a picture-perfect smile and look forward to my next appointment in 6 months. If anyone is looking for a dental office that will make you feel great and support you on your oral health journey, I could not recommend a better office.

Negative experience: Bad Experiences: The dentist to refuse to pull a tooth on the basis that he just didn’t want to it. After complaining and protesting he decided he would but by the time he changed his mind I was no longer interested in his services. So I scheduled another appointment with a different dentist on a different day — the wait is terrible! I mean like HORRIBLE and they don’t check in you to let you know the dentist is running behind or anything. I had enough time to fall into a very deep sleep on the couch in the waiting room. Needless to say I don’t think I’ll be returning here anytime time soon.
