Negative experience: I’m rating these people 0 stars although they made me give yall 1. My wife went in for a teeth cleaning and told you people that she doesn’t want any medicine or numbing shots. Yall proceeded to do so against her will. It made her very sick. Giving people dope against their will is illegal. At this point yall can careless if a person doesn’t consent. NO MEANS NO!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The young lady who did my xrays was amazing and really did her big one comforting me through a difficult time I was having after getting bad news of my cavities from the doctor. Also the guy who did my cleaning was great as well. Give them both kudos and also tell the lady who did my xrays I apologize for getting snappy I was upset and I shouldn't have been mean like that. She did nothing wrong. Both of them deserve a raise !

Negative experience: Mint Dentistry is in my opinion a “Rip-Off.” A few weeks ago, I had an appointment with Mint. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning, and I was fine with the recommendation. By the way, the exam and X-rays were $380. Fortunately, my insurance covered the cost, but the cost was a significant amount of my $1,500 annual allotment. However, my insurance company doesn’t cover periodontal service, and my out of pocket would have been approximately $2,300. After taking a minute to reflect and research, I found a dental office that performed the procedure for approximately a third of the cost, $670. My advice is don’t get caught up in the commercials and the nice offices. If you find yourself with an out of pocket cost with Mint, make sure you’re not being taken advantage of. Additionally, I was seen by other dentist who said that I didn’t need a deep cleaning nor did I have bone loss due to periodontal disease. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to Mint Dentistry ever again. It seems that they prioritize profit over patient care.

Negative experience: The dentist Dr. O came into the room with her mask on which is understandable she did my examination however afterwards she spoke to me with her mask still on which made it difficult to understand what she was saying. She never took her mask off while discussing my evaluation which made me uncomfortable as I don't really know who she is as I only saw her hair and eyes. Her demeanor and customer service was below average and she was not friendly. I've been in the healthcare field over 20 years therefore I understand professionalism in the healthcare arena. I likely won't go back. Wasn't all bad though the tech was good.

Fantastic experience: I just had to come and share my experience with Mint Dentistry in Desoto. The Staff was absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Taylor who is from the Cedar Hill Location but was working at the Desoto location today. He took his time and explained everything to me and what I needed to know about my exam and provided tips on keeping my teeth healthy and clean. Very Very professional guy and made sure I was comfortable during my treatment. Thank you Taylor and Mint Dentistry for making my experience Perfect. I’ve been to plenty of Mint Dentistry but this experience will definitely keep me coming back! Thanks Again, Taylor and staff

Fantastic experience: Went in for deep cleaning today and when I tell you Belinda at the mint in desoto Tx cleaned my teeth like I never had before, she took her time and made sure all 32 of my teeth were cleaned and polished, when she finished they were spotless and 3 times brighter, she paid attention to detail and was very careful and patient with me. I absolutely enjoyed my entire experience with her and as well as the whole staff everyone is friendly and warm … this by far was the best cleaning I had … plssss ask for Belinda she is amazing !!!!

Negative experience: The first time I went it was fine but when I went back to get my filling I ended up with lock jaw. It was so painful that when I had to go back I didn’t even want to go. I did and that same person who did my filling had no remorse and he didn’t even bother telling me why I had lock jaw. I ended up going to the mint dentist in Grand Prairie for them to tell me what went wrong and what I needed to do to make it better. So no recommendations from me.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Mint Dentistry. My anxiety was on 1000 but once I got there and seen the office. I was very cute and jazzy. I felt comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and engaging. Once I got to the back they explained everything that was going to take place. Explained in detail what they found and how to fix it or make it better. They were very gentle throughout my procedure. Out of my 40 plus years of going to the dentist this is the absolute best one.

She was gentle and explained everything she doing and made sure I was ok and comfortable during my whole cleaning. The staff here is always A1. Always greeting with a smile and making you know your out of pocket costs will be for all procedures. They are a great office and I have been going here for at least 5 years. And will continue to be a patron.

Negative experience: The wait time was ridiculous. I went in for a cleaning and finally left an hour and forty minutes later. They offered me a free teeth whitening due to the wait and I never received it. I am not sure I'll be back after this visit.

Negative experience: Was good at first but come to find out they have unethical billing practices here. They will run your insurance and WILL NOT tell you if you’re out of network so they can charge you up. This is a shisty company praying on the uniformed and uneducated. Know before you go because they are not transparent, they want everybody’s money. Also they have high turnover, new doctors every time you go. Same with their orthodontic locations. STAY AWAY.
