Negative experience: Charged for work not performed. If I could give them a zero I would- unfortunate because I’d had a good experience here before. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Had an awesome experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Chandra cleaned my teeth and made me laugh throughout the process. I left with my cool Mint shades and peach me lip gloss! I will most definitely return.

Negative experience: I may have just caught them on a bad day, however I felt like this first time visit was awful. They didn’t even do a cleaning or offer whitening when we have PPO; I literally only went here because of that advertisement I hear all over the radio and was greatly disappointed. I think the issues at hand could have been addressed and followed with correction versus asking me to correct something that causes me pain, I am asking for help to fix that pain before the actual issue. And I was told I could save a tooth that I have had three other dentist tell me it’s not able to be saved and needs to be pulled. So I am going for a second opinion somewhere else. I will follow up with my insurance about my lack of care here.

Negative experience: Had a horrible experience at this location. Wasted so much time there only to be referred to another office and a re-schedule for a regular cleaning. They will upscale you on everything and make you feel horrible and embarrassed if you don’t take their recommendations. The office staff is rude and openly make fun of patients. Other Mint offices have been great experiences but this one needs new management. I tried calling the corporate office and was hung up on then routed me back to the same rude office.

Fantastic experience: I moved here about a year ago and have been to this dentist three times now — and every visit has been great. The whole team is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the second you walk in, you feel taken care of. The vibe of the office is really cool too — modern but not cold. They’re very transparent and thorough, and I’ve never felt rushed or upsold. I’ve had cleanings and fillings done here, and both were handled with care. The hygienist (not sure if it’s always the same guy) is amazing — super detailed and friendly and my teeth always feel incredibly clean after. They’re affordable, the office is spotless, and their communication is top notch — you get texts and a call to confirm your appointment. Oh, and they even offer free teeth whitening, which I’ve never had from a dentist before. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: The front desk manager was warm and friendly, my Hygienist was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The doctor however seemed only interested in tooth extraction and replacing teeth. She was the same with my 10 year old grandson.

Negative experience: I went to Mint Dentistry for what was supposed to be a comprehensive preventive exam and cleaning. Unfortunately, the entire visit was disappointing from start to finish. They were over an hour late getting me in, and once they finally did my X-rays, the dentist came in and barely looked at me. Rather than performing a thorough exam or even probing my gums (which is standard), the doctor just blew some air on my veneer scraped a tooth or 2 and quickly recommended a deep cleaning—something I’ve never needed despite being diligent with cleanings twice a year. They then told me they didn’t even have time to do the cleaning that day, but gave me a $50 credit to my account. Yippeee?? Thankfully, I went for a second opinion at Fort Worth Smile Studio, where they were on time, professional, and actually laughed at the idea that Mint dentistry said I needed a deep cleaning. They confirmed my teeth and gums were healthy, and I was in and out in 45 minutes without the upsell. Steer clear of Mint Dentistry. My experience felt like a money grab. They pushed unnecessary treatment and skipped basic steps in the exam. Unethical and disappointing

Negative experience: Teeth cleaning went fine for me and my child but the front end manager was terrible. Lack of communication prior to my appointment as far as renewing my policy all while telling the cleaning lady who was about to work on my kids teeth to hold up until I pay and explain how they had increased there prices was unprofessional. All this information could have been sent out prior with the 5 phone calls I received prior to my appointment to remind me about my appointment. Plus her less than flamboyant attitude just added to my excitement about dealing with this individual. Really over mint dentistry turning into a low rent low budget dentist office.

Negative experience: They was so mean to me they shined the light in my face b4 giving me sunglasses, the dr was extremely rude, disrespectful and mean she didnt explain anything she said you need to get your wisdom teeth pulled out! Any questions? I said ok where do i go? She said we'll refer you, and never did. the only best part was when the nice lady that cleaned the teeth came in she was the best but a million thumbs down I hated my first experience with mint dentistry. Edit i went back to mint to give them a second try and still a million thumbs down the lady didn't even know what she was talking about regarding my teeth!!!!!! I had to educate her!!!!! This location needs to be shut down or get a totally new staff that actually went to college!!!! So so so stupid!!!!! My advice if you have an enemy send them there!!!! It's hell so ghetto!!!! Just no!!!!! Demolish thus mint density to the ground then to hell.!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Upon arrival I was handled very professionally. I paid $199 expecting x- rays, examination, general cleaning and a take home whitening kit. I received the x rays and examination and was told I required more than a general cleaning so I wouldn’t receive one without payment of an additional $260. Disappointed but understanding of ethical practices I agreed to schedule with my regular dentist. I was dismissed and had to ask for my whitening kit. Communication skills could be better.

Negative experience: Wasn’t what I expected went in expecting to have a cleaning done and they only did x-ray exam and asked me to reschedule. I have a busy schedule and took time out to get this done while on vacation this was a total waste of time. I will not go back to another Mint dentistry at all again worst experience ever! they only cared to take X-rays to secure money and didn’t take care of what I needed done!

Fantastic experience: Came here for a filling, they had assisted me throughout the whole experience and was AMAZING! They made me feel comfortable the whole time and thoroughly reviewed over the procedures that was going to happen, so i knew what I was paying for. Definitely going to be my primary dentist and will continue to come back for service!

Negative experience: If I could leave a negative star I would. I was referred out to a specialist for a routine root canal- he declined to do the other tooth that she also referred me to because it was "too simple". Went back to mint for a crown on the root canal tooth and a crown on the tooth they didn't do a root canal. I explained to mint that the took without the root canal was extremely painful. She was able to get the crown on the root canal tooth but had shaved too much on the other permanent crown- she had to make ANOTHER ONE. Came back two weeks later to have the new permanent put on, told her again it was painful- gave me more ibuprofen... a few weeks later came back in because that crown fell off. I explained how painful it was and she said "I can send you back to the specialist." I said "Why would i have you do that when it is extremely painful? It obviously needs work." She dismissed it, so I left and went to another dentist where they prescribed me antibiotics because it was INFECTED and did a root canal after starting antibiotics. I have had ONGOING issues where i am paying OUT OF POCKET for MINT'S mess up. I have contacted patient relations SEVERAL times... I had a NEW crown put on because the one provided by mint was so thin, it wouldn't stay on my tooth. So now i have paid for that crown twice. Mint Dentistry wasted SO much of my time and MONEY. I was only asking for a refund for ONE crown. They have denied me twice. Absolutely terrible experience. Save your money, go to Monarch. Their dentist can actually perform their own root canals.

When you wait between the X-rays, Dentist, and Hygienist and anything else you may have done, you at least have entertainment. I also like that they offer sunglasses so the light isn’t so awful.
