Fantastic experience: I had chipped a tooth, called for a last minute appointment and they were able to fit me in today, for which I appreciated. After my X-ray, they showed me a screen shot very shortly thereafter, while I was still in the exam chair, and it revealed a cavity I didn't know I had. It also helped me to understand the diagnosis and the procedure far better than just words. I then asked if they could email the image to me and the answer was yes. Wow, I was impressed! In my 74 years I've never had an experience in a dental office like that! On my way out I complimented one of the ladies in the front office on their efficiency and their up to date technology. This is a topnotch dental practice with knowledgeable staff and caring dentists. It's miles ahead of any of the old style dental offices, and I'm happy to recommend them highly. Glenn Jay Paulus

Fantastic experience: Great experience, beautiful facility, and amazing staff. I was called the day before to remind me of my appointment. When I arrived, I was greated right away and waited about 10 mins before being seen. When I went back for my treatment the staff listened to me and let me know what they were doing to do. I was extremely impressed that they make the crowns right in the facility and I did not have to return later to have them attached. It was one trip and everything was done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Showed me compassion listening to my issue as a professional staff. This told me that I was at a office of professionals that took the iniative to hire and train employees that represent the type practice they are. I felt free at being asked and my volumintarly elaborating my prior experience that caused me to reach out to their practice from my prior.. I was comfortable and pleased with Dr Charlie, as hes called, taking care of me and himself confirming at seeing my reasoning for being there for such by my prior poor dentist letting me leave knowingly with such a minor problem that could have been taken care of at that time before leaving that office which caused me to be so uncomfortable but In time a painful issue at at. A quick but simple fix at that. Thank you and your staff for seeing me so quickly and taking care of me so nicely. A graceful word of mouth of care vs not such a nice one of another, will take you places in your practice but also in life. I feel you as a new patient seeking a dentist may experience the same as I at seeking a new practice of dentistry and giving them a opportunity as I did. And then it turned out that because I am a member of their loyalty program, there was no charge for a first emergency visit. And the loyalty program saves me aout $70 per year. Go East Brainerd!!!

I dont know how to put into words how great of an experience i had with my first visit up to my root canal. They know what they are doing and I'm so glad I choose this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at East Brainerd Dentistry. I had to drop my husband off at his Orthopedic appointment arrived about an hour early before my scheduled time. I expected to have to wait until my appt. but to my happy surprise, they took me right back to see Dr. Charlie. I needed a replacement for an old cap on my back jaw tooth that had broken the other day. My shot to deaden did NOT HURT AT ALL !! They were able to make & fire the cap while I was there. Dr. Charlie’s assistant was very professional, and explained the whole process. I was there a total of about two hours including the paper work I filled out. I got a much better, thicker quality cap than the previous one for about the same cost. I WILL RETURN TO THIS GREAT, PROFESSIONAL OFFICE and take my hubby along for his check ups & dental work also. Wonderful Experience !! You need to try these folks out if looking for a professional, experienced dentist !!! Thanks, Pattie

Fantastic experience: I needed a crown fitted over a tooth that just had a root canal done. There was some swelling to the gums. Easy Brainerd Dentistry was patient with me, allowing the swallow to resolve before fitting the new crown.

The dentist reviewed my dental problem in clear concise language, and an assistant reviewed the proposed cost and answered all my questions clearly. Everyone was friendly and helpful and relieved my anxiety as I have had bad dental experiences previously.

Everyone is genuine and welcoming. Brittney always demonstrates professional skill and patient advocacy. Dr. Crow, Dr. Brown and Dr Hooper treat patients with openness and empathy. The dentists and hygienists take time to explain each step. These dentists are honest and demonstrate professional integrity through a "fiduciary" patient approach to always do what is best for the patient. The best description I can think of is - care and respect. Tiffany, Debbie and Sharon make the administrative tasks easy and pleasant. Costs are competitive. Billing is a breeze. These are good folks here. My trips to this office pleasant and satisfying.

Fantastic experience: We are new to the area and were referred to Dr Crow by an acquaintance/patient. Everything about our experience with East Brainerd dentistry has been excellent. The staff is very responsive to the phone and very helpful and cooperative regarding scheduling. When they say they operate a cancellation list they actually do. Two of us received prompt offers of cancellations to move our appointment up more than 30 days. Upon arrival at the office all of the staff members were pleasant friendly and competent. My hygienist Rachel was efficient effective and very congenial. Dr Crow came in to do an annual examination and he was pleasant timely and professional. We have now had two on-site experiences with this team and we will be very happy to continue with them as our dental resource here in Chattanooga. One additional plus that we might mention is that their offices are convenient with plenty of parking and are lovely and pleasant; It adds to an atmosphere of relaxation which is important in a dental environment.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at East Brainerd Dentistry and the staff was welcoming and the office bright and clean. After some light paperwork I was escorted to a room where x-rays were taken followed by a thorough consult with Dr. Crow where he explained his findings and treatment options. We agreed on doing first the simplest option and after a brief, painless procedure I was on my way. I am very satisfied, received excellent service and value, and will return to this office for my future dental care. dental care.

The website said they could do a crown while you are there, one trip, no temporary, no waiting several days to get your crown. I called and got an appointment. When I arrived They took me straight back no waiting. They lived up to their promise. I walked out with my crown. The staff are fantastic from the time you walk in the door, to the time you leave. Positive experience: I was very disappointed in how they handled the financial part of their service. They were to call us the next day concerning our insurance coverage. They did NOT call. So we assumed that we were covered. However when we went in the next day after they were to call. We were told that they didn’t take our insurance. We had to pay $330 on the spot.

Positive experience: I love this dentist office however at my last visit the hygienist was not very friendly and I felt like she rushed through my cleaning. This was the first time I’ve ever felt this way about this office so maybe she was just having an off day. I would request to not have her clean my teeth again.

And while their staff has grown and changed a bit - the care is still at the highest levels. My kids have gone here since they were old enough to see a dentist about 3 (now 13 & 18) & they love seeing Mrs. Dee for their cleaning.

Most recently, I had a crown and two fillings placed, and I was thoroughly impressed with how the staff handled the process. They walked me through every step, checking in to make sure I was comfortable and fully informed throughout the process. That level of care and communication made all the difference.

It is rare to find an establishment that not only has a pleasant atmosphere but has a high performing staff that are not only friendly and fun but are at the top of their game. The dentists at East Brainerd Dentistry are confidently professional and highly skilled... yet approachable. I loved it that they make their crowns in house while you wait. Perfect fit. Then when I needed a bridge, they made it on site with their magic AI machine as well. Again, fit perfectly and looks great. No going back for re-fitting or adjustments. I am sure you can find a cheaper dentists office... but not a better one. My dental health and confident smile is worth having the best high quality and value I can find, and this practice does that for me.
