Negative experience: Tacky, Tacky, Tacky! Both the South and North Arlington locations fail to respect your scheduled appointment times. I shouldn't have to wait 30-40 minutes to be called back for X-rays, followed by an additional 20-30 minutes for someone to clean my teeth. This occurs every single time. Furthermore, I booked my follow-up cleaning appointment six months ago for 8/4 and confirmed it on 7/21. However, on 7/28 (yesterday), just a week before my appointment, I received a text stating that I need to reschedule because they will be closed. I called the office, and the representative asked when I would like to reschedule. I requested her to inform me since my appointment was canceled. I also inquired when they became aware that they would not be open on Monday, and she mentioned they had known for some time because the North Arlington location is no longer open on Mondays. I informed her that I would not be rescheduling and ended the call. This is the last straw and incredibly unprofessional. The hassle of having to find another dental office at the last minute is frustrating, especially since I had already taken time off work for that day.

Fantastic experience: Just had a cleaning and a few fillings done, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The dentist was gentle, explained everything clearly, and the work was done efficiently with great attention to detail. My teeth feel amazing and I really appreciated how they made the whole visit stress free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Im usually very uncomfortable when i visit the dental office but this time was not the case. Literally had an awesome experience, the employees were so friendly and helpful. My insurance company was giving me issues but the young lady in reception took it upon herself to help me figure everything out. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The doctor and his assistant would check on me constantly during my procedure to make sure i was okay. Definitely recommend! 10 out of 10!!!!

Negative experience: I was told I had 4 cavities and didn’t do it because it was so expensive, went to another dentist and he told me I didn’t have any cavities . Not sure if they are told to say you have cavities so they can make more money or if the two people that me were inexperienced.

Negative experience: I went multiple times and they couldn’t verify my insurance. I called my insurance and they said they didn’t receive any phone calls. They called whatever number they have instead of calling the number on my insurance card. I got my insurance on the phone for them, and the girl up front just blew me off and told me to wait 30min to an hour. The other ladies up front before her were really helpful. But I have a tooth infection and in pain and she didn’t seem to want to help at all.

Fantastic experience: Mint dentistry (off of Collins and Copeland in Arlington Texas) was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Checking in was super-fast and simple. The dental assistant Juan really set the standard. Juan took time to explain every step of what he was doing. He even made my experience a vibe. I’m not sure how he knew what my pandora playlist was but he was on point. And… the dental chair is a massage chair. The doctor was very informational. The lady that did my teeth cleaning was very gentle. Even the facility manager was cool. For my first time at a new dental facility, Mint Dentistry (N. Arlington) hit the mark . I’ll definitely be heading back.

I had a lot of questions about the spacing in my teeth and why a deep cleaning was necessary instead of a regular one. They took the time to explain everything, and even though I was still a little unsure, I trusted their expertise. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment next Wednesday. My smile still looks like it’s there—and I’m feeling much better about it!

Fantastic experience: I don’t where to start. The entire staff from the welcoming of the receptionist to the procedure done with the surgeon. It was excellent! I was scared about my tooth being extracted and this staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. In addition, it was the attention to detail of the X-Rays that they explained to me that makes me want to go back and take better care of my teeth. 10/10 and I recommend everyone come to this location

Fantastic experience: Even if you're terrified of the dentist, schedule an appointment here!!! Since moving to Texas in 2022, I've seen five dentists, and this is the only dentist who was truly able to make me feel safe and calm during the entire procedure, kept me informed of costs, offered payment plans, and made sure I knew what to do in the future to take care of my teeth. I got overwhelmed and cried during the teeth cleaning (even with nitrous and numbing gel) and the hygienist patiently gave me a moment to calm myself down. She actively communicated with me the whole time and frequently mentioned how good I was doing during the cleaning. This experience was entirely different than any other dentist I've been to in the DFW area and I would recommend them over everyone else. I feel like I'm finally on track to taking good care of my teeth and I'm so appreciative of them for their compassion.

Fantastic experience: I went to Mint for the 1st time today. I've been with my Dentist since around 2015. Noone has even looked at my mouth. However, I wanted to go somewhere closer to my house..so Mint it was. It's a beautiful cozy office. Everyone was so nice and polite. I loooved my hygienist. She was extremely thorough. I love when they are not afraid to dig in and get behind those far back teeth. There was no pain and my mouth felt really clean. I wish I knew everyone's name that interacting with me today. I would proudly share. I did need alittle extra work done on my mouth. They were very detailed with next steps and what i needed to do. While my procedure didn't qualify for the smile plan, I left feeling comfortable to move forward with another plan that will accommodate me and the work I need to complete . It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I had my root canal here! Dr.Chen and his team were great! They were totally understanding of my extreme dental anxiety and let me wear headphones during my procedure so I didn’t have to listen to them talk about what they were doing in my mouth (it freaks me out more). I had avoided the dentist for 12 years after horrible experiences as a child and teenager but thanks to the team at north Arlington mint, I’m going to conquer that fear this year and get my oral health back where it needs to be!

Positive experience: People at the desk and technicians are always kind and friendly. The building has a clean upbeat atmosphere and there are specified areas for patients with chairs that have a gentle message feature and tv that plays music. Whenever I come its very relaxing and i nearly doze off . The only thing is and this goes for just about every dentist i think, is that they want you to have you mouth open as wide as possible. There should be a thing where breaks of a few secs can be had so that dentists and patient dont get fustrated.
