Fantastic experience: My visit at dent ministry on June 12th was fantastic. The lady at the front desk is always so nice. Everyone that I came in contact with to include the dental hygienist the young lady who was taking my x-rays, and my dentist did a phenomenal job!! Many years ago I had a really bad trauma with getting my teeth cleaned that ultimately caused my blood pressure to go up every time I went to the dentist. This happened over 20 years ago, and I still have issues when it's that time of the year. This Thursday was the first time that I didn't think about my blood pressure going up until I sat down, and then it was too late! My blood pressure didn't go up because I felt comfortable with the young lady who did my cleaning! KUDOS to my team!! ♥️

Fantastic experience: Wow!! What a WONDER EXPERIENCE!! The dentist was so kind and patient and gentle with me. She has such a kind spirit, and she knew I was nervous and let me know that it was going to be okay and we could take as many breaks as I needed. The staff was super friendly and efficient! I needed fillings, and they helped me set up my payments in less than 5 mins! They also gave me a cute little pair of pink sunglasses! The dental assistant was nice, and she moved quickly and calmly. I'm so happy I decided to try this place out. A total 180° from my last dentist. Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist , However as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the office manager Liz, super sweet reassured me everything was going to be okay, Mercy the RDA that took me back and took my X-rays was fast and efficient, Enaam my hygienist is a diamond super sweet and talked me through better hygiene upkeep at home. Dr Z did some work on me made sure I was comfortable the whole time, Asking if I needed breaks and making sure I was numb, barley even felt the needle go in, very light hands. This team is awesome, I will continue to come here! & would recommend this place to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Jo helped assist the doctor with my crown today. She made it a VERY pleasant experience. She was knowledgeable and kind and she makes sure I’m comfortable and at ease. I’ve never seen such wonderful bedside manners before. She’s funny and you are absolutely her main focus while back in the treatment room. Jo and my doctor today were wonderful. Who leaves the dentist after a crown bragging about their appointment? ME because I was that happy with the kindness and patience that was shown to me. You can’t go wrong with either doctor here. Both are seriously top notch and so kind. Thank you Jo and all the staff for always taking care of me and answering my questions. I drive an hour from home just to come to this location. I promise they won’t disappoint you.

Negative experience: Whoever the lady that stuck me with the needle to numb my gums was very inconsiderate! Never asked me was I feeling the numb feeling or anything! She stuck me at least 4-5 times on one side of my mouth just for a deep cleaning! I literally have a migraine now my face has been throbbing! I have more pain in my face than I have in my mouth!

Fantastic experience: I have been to several Mint dentistry... Denton... 2 in Fort Worth... North Richland hills 2 in Arlington.... And they are all awesome,...But the one in Carrollton Texas is by far the best for me. Starting with the two receptionists up front...Liz and Angie who always welcome you with the warm smile and a great attitude. Super helpful all the time. Today I was attended by a new hire.. Jo. Great conversationalist with a good bedside manner. It was obvious she brought positive and new things to her new work site judging by the compliments and praise that my favorite doctor..Dr Z... as everyone affectionately calls her was giving Jo. Dr. Zomorodian is highly skilled professional with a great personality. She has performed three crowns on me with minimal pain. I am very satisfied with her work. The other day I realized by looking at some of my newer pictures that I am smiling a whole lot more. I've always smiled. But not these big cheesy smiles that I'm giving now! LOL

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be a little scary for me, but I was only hearing great things about Mint Dentistry. I decided to call and schedule an appointment. They booked me an appointment on the same day of my call. I felt at easy. I was greeted with a smile and that made me feel welcoming. They went over everything that was needed to be done, also provided me with a complete breakdown of my outer pocket expenses. Again thank you so much Mint Dentistry!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Mint Carrollton for years & have seen the growth of this location. Staff was decent but over the years they’ve gotten much better. Yesterday I went in for a treatment & Enaam was my hygienist for the day. This was my 2nd time working with her. She has the best energy! Greets you with a smile, meaningful conversation, great listener, talks you through what is happening & so considerate. I always have a little anxiety getting into the dentist chair & she soothes all of those nerves. Plus I haven’t been in pain under her care in the chair. I hope Enaam treats me always moving forward! She’s the best.

Fantastic experience: From the ladies in the front, to the dental assistants, to the dental hygienist, to the doctor (who is awesome and made me feel so comfortable). It was the best experience I have EVER haf at a Dental office, you can tell that they all truly care. They are not pushy but will also no sugar coat the facts. A special shoutout to the dental hygienist I had Enaam, she is such a gem. I will 100% be back.

Positive experience: They responded and the issue is solved. Thank you.. Beware of your credit card and anything you sign with them. Luckily today, I understood that this money trap clinic charged me $140 for last three years for nothing. Normally, there should be a warning before payment is due. The only way to notice had been the expiry of the credit card. My son visited their clinic as a visitor to the States and somehow they found a way to charge an annual fee. Beware.

Negative experience: Have been going there for about 3 years. Just had my teeth cleaned went to pay with a CC, they told me it would be a 3% charge for using it. There do not pay 3% in CC fees, so they are making money off the people who uses one. If I charge my customer a fee for CC I would lose customer. They just lost my family Business.

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I honestly could, where do I begin. 1) Tried to tell us my teeth that was broken had an unrepairable cavity that needed a $2000+ root canal to fix. 2) Lied to us that if we didn't get it I would probably have immense pain and other things in the upcoming weeks. 3) I waited 1 month, took a plane to my home country went to a dentist there and got a filling, 3 years later no immense pain, no teeth breaking again, no root canal needed, not one thing they have told me was true. A procedure they tried to charge me $2000+ to a filling that costs $100. Very trustworthy! 4) All of this happened in the summer of 2021, they have been charging me without my knowledge (no email, no receipt, no confirmation) $140 per year, the only reason I was made aware of this situation was due to my credit card expiry date and them trying to pull money out. 5) They have continued to harass our phone and email calling up to 10+ times a day even after we made them aware of the fact that we didn't need anything and that we were not in the US at the time. Overall I have no doubt most dentist here are good but I personally had a terrible experience for the last 4 years, spam calls, spam emails (without any confirmation of the money they were siphoning), $140 charges without confirmation, receipts, or us even being made aware of this at the first place.

Fantastic experience: Very patient staff. The dentists and assistants are friendly and work efficiently. They diagnose issues quickly and explain options and cost before any of the work starts. No pain! I was both a little shocked and pleasantly surprised. Today was my third visit - initial visit, multiple crowns/ fillings, and permanent crown installations. A+ Yes, all this work was reasonably priced ( I bought the annual discount membership because I don’t have dental insurance.) well worth it…

Fantastic experience: Getting 2 fillings and throughout the procedure I kept waiting and waiting for some type of pain or pinch from the drilling. IT NEVER CAME!!!! NEVER!!! My dentist was always checking on me throughout the procedure! She was ABSOLUTELY 100% AMAZING!!! The entire team is amazing!!! Guys I'm telling you..... Don't be afraid to go to the dentist. Negative experience: Called them today and it was a horrible experience. First of all, you can’t even understand the receptionist because her accent is so thick. She barely speaks English. Why would they even hire her to be a receptionist? Makes no sense. Secondly, I asked her to simply tell me how much it would cost to get my teeth cleaned and then whitened. She then proceeded to not even answer my question and tried to sell me on a yearly plan, and refused to tell me how much it would cost for these two things. I don’t understand who hired her or why their business model is like that, because it’s stupid to try to be a sales company when you’re a dentist office, but I simply hung up and I’m never doing business with them. If I call and ask someone about their prices for just two items of business, and they can’t help but to try to swindle me to pay for an entire year, then it’s probably not the establishment for me, or for anyone intelligent enough to see what they’re doing.

Negative experience: My visit today was not good. I had originally scheduled my appointment for 10:30am but when I received my reminder yesterday the appointment was moved to 10:15am. I didn’t have an issue with that difference. The day of my appointment I arrived to fill out my paperwork 20 minutes early. I then waited for a while to go back. Once back it took a while for anyone to come and start the visit. I got my X-rays taken and then it took a while for the dentist to come in. At this point I received a text message that my appointment had been moved to 11:15am. I was then asked if I needed anything while I wait on the hygienist. I looked at the time and it was 11:22am. I went to the front and explained I needed to leave as I had other things to do. I was then told we only have one hygienist today. I would have appreciated being told this upon arrival so that I could make the decision on what I wanted to do. As a paying customer it should be my decision on if I want to wait or not. Not only that I took time off work not to have my teeth cleaned. I don’t get to have these pto hours back to handle another appointment. I also didn’t appreciate them manipulating the time change to 11:15 to make it look like they were on schedule. Not only was it manipulative but they also had Christian music playing in the background. If your going to represent Christ that comes with integrity and character, not manipulation. I am waiting to see how it’s being billed to my insurance as I will still need another cleaning and not by this company. I definitely suggest to go somewhere else that takes pride in their patients time.

Fantastic experience: I’m terrified of the dentist due to a previous one damaging my teeth and I have to say every one was so nice, understanding and helpful for me getting back in the “dentist” saddle. This statement goes from starting at the reception desk, to the hygienist Melanie, to my doctor. After 4 different dentists I believe I finally my dentist home. Thank you Mint for renewing my faith in the dental industry! Totally recommend!

Fantastic experience: Recommend this place. I’m bad with names but the lady upfront was really nice and helpful when I went to ask about my dental insurance and book appointments. Then when I went for treatment, the lady that cleaned my teeth was super sweet and did a really good job cleaning my teeth. The place is nice and clean and I liked that they were playing Top Hits radio music.

Fantastic experience: Warm and welcoming staff make you feel comfortable and at ease. They were super friendly and helpful. The hygienist, Emaan was sooo gentle and thorough with the cleaning, I had no pain at all. She was extremely friendly and patient with me and did a great job with the cleaning. Dr. Khan was quick and efficient and explained the overall health of my teeth very nicely and went above and beyond to go over the Invisalign process. The tech Melanie was so sweet and gentle with the X-rays, imaging, and overall process and she was in communication with me the whole time. Overall a great office, great experience, and I’ll be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: So I’m scared of the dentist. Haven’t been in 10 years. At first it was fear then I was afraid of being judged. These guys were awesome. Ennam the dental hygienist was so sweet and put me at ease, helped me not gag throughout my X-rays and was so supportive. The dentist was kind and informative and honest. Didn’t feel like I was being scammed. More importantly they put me at ease and I did not feel judged at all for how long I’d waited to take care of my health. Overall very knowledgeable, very kind and supportive and I’m looking forward to getting a cleaning without having a panic attack!

Negative experience: The service is great but this is the 3rd time I have come to this location and they wait until I am in the chair with instruments in my mouth to tell me there is a co-pay. They change my cleaning to a periodontal cleaning without asking me or advising of the cost. I felt blind sided and this is not how to do business. The last time this happened I complained to the customer experience line and they ignored my complaints.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting and everyone was super nice. They made it easy to book the appointment online, I got follow up for multiple days prior to my appointment and someone reached out to me today with earlier times. When I got there it didn’t take long at all to get called back. The hygienist was super sweet and explained everything thoroughly. The dentist had a great personality and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable like pasts dentist offices have. The front desk staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t take forever to get me checked out. I definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 Stars. I would! The person that does the insurance was very uncompassionate about my situation. Too lazy to verify my coverage an was basically trying to show incorrect cost amount because she didn't take time to verify my insurance. She blamed me for my treatment and without knowing what my situation was. Why would you show some one incorrect Amounts? The Dentist and the hygienist was perfect but the Insurance person need training on Integrity/Sensitivity! I will not be returning back to Mint.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff. I went to lake forest dental prior to using mint. Only to find out I should have used mint long ago. Lake forest was tryin to give me a root canal on a tooth that apparently only needed a filling. Lake forest was also trying to over charge me to suck more money out of my insurance. The integrity that mint has is amazing. They are fast, efficient and don’t lie to people to get more money out of them. The best experience I’ve ever had with a dental office.

Negative experience: One of my worst experiences, got to my appointment 30mins before, they sloppiness and inattentive to new patients was noticed. They made me feel so uncomfortable, scraping my teeth, my mouth and overall pretty rough. Dental assistant was talking not even looking while completing my cleaning. The doctor was just as bad quickly came and poked and scraped my teeth and just got up and said wait for the assistant to finish. The whole process took over 2hrs and it felt like a waste of time after I left.

Positive experience: I've been coming here for 2+ years now. Mint is corporate dentistry its not the personal touch per say that you get if you have ever been to family dentistry. With all that said they do a good job. I have never felt pressured into having work done that might be questionable. In all instances I felt like everyone I dealt with had my best interest at heart. My only gripe has been is that treated like I was poor, signing away all my benefits. I had to have a deep cleaning rather than a regular cleaning and I was like fine $100 isn't going to change my life. Small cost for trying to keep my teeth in the long run. The front desk person had to come back and have me sign like 3 things before proceeding to cleaning and this was after several visits and with insurance. I had no insurance on my first visit and spent like $750 for x-rays, cleaning, etc. I get the caution but word of advice come up with a better KYC process.

Fantastic experience: The People at Mint make you forget you are at the Dentist and it is going to Hurt. At least that is how we have all felt -- until Mint. They are so welcoming, caring, pleasant, yet experienced and professional, offering pain relief alternatives, that you totally release your old fears and even look forward to your visits and beautiful (sexy smile) results. And sure, all dentists are expensive; but, I found even with no personal insurance (get Mint's) their services are a bit less than most and the enjoyable visits and extraordinary care are worth it. (No, I was not paid for this live post...smile!)

Fantastic experience: The team at MINT Dentistry | Carrollton was professional, timely, and informative. A momentary issue regarding insurance came up (new patient) and they made it easy to amend. In the office, they were quick to serve and easy to follow regarding options for improving my dental hygiene and overall health. I will be attending a second deep cleaning in a week and start the process for obtaining more functional, healthy teeth.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience today. I arrived right on time and was notified that I missed my appointment time. I immediately went to my confirmation on my phone to ensure I was on time I then was told someone changed my arrival time to 30 minutes prior to my arrival time. While she still checked me in but I knew things weren’t going to go well because it was the end of the day. In all my years with Mint I have never had such poor service. I felt like I was drowning at points of my cleaning between the saliva and water spraying out of my mouth onto my face and the fact she didn’t offer me any numbing rinse I wanted to jump out of my chair and simply leave. Of course my cleaning was shorter than normal and when I left I felt as if I paid for service that was sub par. Not sure if I’ll be returning.

My spouse and I have both been seen 3 times since August although the office staff was great and office is clean we both had to return for bite adjustments, she’s fine I’m in the worst pain, pain I didn’t have beforehand never the less I received an email saying I was due a refund and it was being issued to a card I don’t own. So I contacted billing #3 on office recording the first rep was nice and said she needed to transfer. Well now the second rep the absolute worst I have spoken with ima long time. I work in the healthcare field and I would never. Not only did she tell me my wife had never been seen for services when she was just there Friday. She hung up on me. I did let the office know and I called back to get her name and was told they might not be able to tell who I spoke with. I managed call centers a long time and I know every call has an ID attached but okay. Right now I’m waiting on a call from Roland Supervisor in customer service. I don’t recommend anyone spend money to be treated this way.

Fantastic experience: Amazing AMAZING AMAZING !!!! very professional and kind highly recommend them i wish I had a before and after of my cleaning but they did amazing !!! Plus they all got sexy smiles !

Fantastic experience: The overall experience was great! Not only can I listen to Taylor Swift while getting my teeth cleaned, but the service and staff are all incredible. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. They made sure I didn't have any pain and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Very happy and I will be back!! Thank you again!

Negative experience: Dr. Ko was completely rude and unprofessional. He referred to my teeth as “Sponge Bob teeth”. He barely put effort into my appointment. He denied my procedure for teeth bonding because it wouldn’t be “aesthetically pleasing” as if it is his teeth he has to live with. He continues with the rude remarks by handing me a mirror and sarcastically saying “do you really think that would look good?” and he then says “I think you look good with your gap” and then proceeds to leave the room. I’ve had the same procedure on the same teeth done at ideal dental without a problem. If he doesn't know how to do it he could have just said that instead of insulting an 18 year old girl to make him feel better about his lack of skill. His attitude and sarcasm was very unnecessary and his customer service was terrible. My appointment was a waste of time and I literally left with nothing done differently. There is no reason to treat his patients with such disrespect and terrible treatment. Other than that the rest of the management and staff were actually very nice and reassuring and they did not agree with the statements he made. What goes around comes back around. Overall do not go here this place is a total scam.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time and my experience was awesome. I took my daughters for their appointment today and the staff were so friendly and made my girls so comfy. The doctors did an awesome job too. Would recommend Mint dentistry 100%.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you!!! This place deserves 10 stars. I mean, I really don't know if there could be a better practice. The receptionists are polite, greet you with a smile. Take their time to explain everything. I had filled my paperwork prior to coming in, so my wait was very short. Right on time. They give you some nice dark shades while they work on your teeth. They have a beautiful and cozy work space, the comfort oh dear!!! The chair you sit in has massage option and it just soothes you. Everyone is great. I mean. They even have a TV and you can choose what you want to watch, Netflix or music. The pandora list is awesome. Felt like a resort. In fact, they give you a pack with toothbrush and paste after cleaning. The hygienist took her time to clean my teeth, there was a difference from my other dentist. I am glad I chose Mint Dentistry. I will go back again and again and will introduce my friends too. Great job guys!!! You won a customer forever. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a MINT Dentistry before but I'm going back next time I need work done. They have Pandora and Netflix in there. And they give you some cool sunglasses to put on while they operate on you. I was like is this a resort or a dentist? I'll be back here for sure. Very professional team as well. Y'all were awesome. 5 stars across the board

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience from the time I walked back to the treatment area Shavesia took good care of me. She was very knowledgeable and able to explain in detail every step of the way. My hygienist, Olive, was exceptional as well. She took her time and made sure that all of my concerns were met. The doctor was sweet too.

Negative experience: 2019 UPDATE: Since going here for 4 years, I have gotten disappointed. I try to book for the whole family to go in on one day to make it easier for all of us to take off of school and work. The office called and confirmed ONE appointment... but not the other because they failed to update all of our profiles with the new contact I provided when I called in to book. So they canceled 2/3 appointments and asking us to reschedule it for another day. Secondly... there is a "priority" tier? Where they push your appointment to the top vs others? I'm not even sure how that works. but overall, this chain dentistry has become a commercialized business and you're just a number. I love this dental office. From the time I made an appointment and through the entire process of my exam and cleaning, they made sure I was comfortable and aware of every step of the process. To top it off, since I have ppo ins. I also get free teeth whitening!!! How awesome is that??

Fantastic experience: I have now been to this location 3 times and I have enjoyed it very much. The staff is very friendly (I love Izzy!) and the doctors are all great. They got my fillings completed very quickly and were always making sure I was doing ok. I also love getting to listen to great music while doing one of my least favorite activities. I also love the Smile more program and the monthly teeth whitening tubes!

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. They have TVs in each room with Netflix and Pandora options as well as massaging chairs. They are willing to worn out payment plans with you as well. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: MINT Dentistry has become so impersonal it seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I've been a patient of the dentisty for the past few years didn't have an issue until recently. First of all took several months of leaving messages until I finally was able to confirm an appointment for my husband and I. We showed up and because my husband once had heart surgery they were suddenly asking for a patient release. They've never asked for this before, he has to have antibiotics before every cleaning, despite that it's been 10 years since he had his surgery. No one could explain what that meant exactly, or what they needed for it to say, so to say the least I left frustrated and so annoyed that they lost our business. They kept on repeating the same thing over and over again, as if they said it enough times it would make sense. When I called to make the appointment I mentioned this to them, but they never once mentioned this was needed. They wasted my time today I won't be wasting my time with them anymore. It's one thing to say you care about your patients it's another to show it. It was ok so many times before, but suddenly it's not ok. That's what frustrates me the most. Just because you want to think of a policy all of a sudden it's ok to turn away patients because of your poor planning. No thank you...we deserve better.

Fantastic experience: Check in was simple, the front desk team rock!! Getting my exam was easy! I felt comfortable, the massage chair was awesome and the music calmed me. The doctor who examined me was quick. They didn’t poke and prod, they got right to the point!!

Fantastic experience: I've visited the Carrollton location twice and they have been pleasant experiences. I had a new patient exam (x-rays and cleaning) on 2-11-20 that took a long time but other than timing it was great. Tuan specifically is amazing. He's so polite and caring. He recognized me and so I'd like to praise his outstanding customer service. He guided me through my x-rays on my first visit and quickly took my measurements for a whitening tray on my second visit. The whitening trays were perfect and Tuan kept me updated on how much time was remaining. Thanks Tuan!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a routine cleaning, was examined by the dentist who gave me a great report of no cavities yay me. The dentist came to inform me that the dental hygienist was running a bit behind schedule and if I didn't mind, she could perform my cleaning. Are you kidding me, I'd be honored. I was very pleased to hear the dentist would perform my cleaning. As I walked out I felt so privileged and thankful the dentist considered my time so I didn't sit idle waiting. The staff was great, everyone was very professional, top notch team. I'd recommend Mint Dentistry to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I went to Mint Dentistry in Carrollton. Everything was explained very thoroughly to me before anything was done. I had some crown done and Dr. Sharma and Sarah were explaining everything they were doing and what to expect next. Couldn't say the same thing about my last dentist. The whole staff were amazing!!! I could really tell they cared about their patients. They will be our dentists from here on out. Great job, y'all!!!!

Fantastic experience: I love MINT in Carrollton! Jenn is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is quick but thorough and soooo nice and friendly. She has the best personality. Everyone at this location is helpful and extremely friendly. Best dentist visit we’ve ever had!
