Fantastic experience: I've been to this Mint Dentistry location several times—for exams, cleanings, whitening, fillings, and even a root canal—and every visit has been top-notch. The team here is amazing. Melissa, Jessica, Marlene, and Dr. Swapnil go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. They make even the not-so-fun procedures feel easy. If you’re looking for quality dental care with a team that genuinely cares, these beautiful ladies will take great care of you!

Negative experience: This Place is a SCAM! I was scheduled for x-rays and a cleaning my first time here. As the doctor came in to talk to me for literally five minutes, she informed me that I had nine cavities, cracked tooth needed a root canal, Crown, Gum graft, basically told me my teeth were disintegrating! She gave we the worst anxiety because I have always thought I had wonderful teeth and dental health I’ve never had any problems before. She were very pushy. Told me I needed to go home and eat and come back at 12 for my root canal/crown. As I asked more questions to the doctor she answered very vaguely and rushed me. Then another lady came in and gave me my dental plan that was 10k! She informed me that it was OK and they did financing if I didn’t have 10k laying around. And they would fix the crown root canal first then do the other teeth on another day. THANK GOD I said NO I’m going to get other options! I went to two other dentists in Dallas the same week! I have no cracked tooth! I do not need a gum graft/ crown/ root canal and I do not have nine cavities!!!! Please do not go here! They gave me the worst anxiety, and it was the worst experience! Yes they are nice! But they have to be to be to make the sell! They were very pushy and made me feel like I had no choice because my teeth were going to fall out if I didn’t come back that day! I will be reporting them so this doesn’t happen to anyone else! MINT is a scam taking advantage of low income people!

Positive experience: My Mint Dentist location is Bishop Moore. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and young. Easy parking and near many food spots. My doctor has a gentle hand from years of experience. Thxs Mint.

Negative experience: I came here with my partner to get a teeth cleaning and the assistant noticed that I am HIV positive (i was honest on my paper work, and it’s never been an issue before). The assistant notified me that I needed to show them a hard copy proof of my viral load test to make sure I was undetectable. I never heard of this. I told her I have it digitally (because it’s 2025). She inform see me that it was not enough, and that she won’t be able to do my cleaning. So I could leave. I have never felt so low, and shamed because of my status until now. I asked the front desk was this normal and the receptionist said “this is to protect us.” As if i’m infectious or they could get HIV from doing their job. The doctor (Patel) did come out an apologize, but I was so embarrassed and felt so shamed that I just couldn’t bare to stay and go back in there. On the other hand, the uptown location said “we don’t even need any of that, your status doesn’t matter here”. And they set me up an appointment for the next day.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel and Jessica did a super amazing job! From the front desk staff to the young lady that helped me out it was a great experience very professional environment. 2nd visit Dr Kadam and Ms. DD were very knowledgeable and treated me very well along. Melissa and Marlene at the front desk were a big help thanks you guys so much!

She heard all my concerns and I honestly felt no pain. Maybe a pinch due to sensitivity... but no pain. I must also add that Ms. DeeDee was also very helpful when getting me ready for Gia.
