Fantastic experience: My daughter didn't have an appointment and they don't take walk ins, she had a wire cutting into her gums, they went ahead and took her back and clipped that wire and gave her tickets for wearing her shirt! Awesome staff and Dr's!!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience from start to finish. Had an excellent consultation where they took the time to explain the procedure specific to my daughter’s plan. There were several financial options made available to us, and we picked the one that made the best sense to us… There were no hidden fees or surprises. I can’t say enough about their staff, They were all competent, confident, seemed happy in their environment and the atmosphere was light and engaging. Best of all of course was the beautiful smile they crafted for my daughter. I’ve recommended Graff several times over the last few years. (And for what it’s worth, they are terrific community partners …I see that they sponsor so many activities And I love to see successful, homegrown businesses giving back)

Negative experience: We have been going to Graff for the last 2 years. My daughter started off with expanders and just finished her phase one braces. As much as I wanted to love our experience, I don’t think we will be returning for future phases. The level of customer service from when we started to when we finished has drastically declined. During our last visit of her getting her braces removed we were asked to reschedule to an earlier time. After rearranging our schedule we arrived just to wait. Without any appreciation or thank you from the staff for accommodating their schedule we were placed in a chair with little to no acknowledgement. After her braces were removed the lady doing the scans of her teeth seemed like she was either untrained or was not confident in what she was doing and another girl had to come do it again. The entire visit just seemed like we were an inconvenience for the office. The Orthodontist never once talked to me about the progress of her teeth or what we should expect for future phases of her braces. My daughter received her retainers and a carmel apple. There was really no excitement from the staff about her getting her braces off. I’m just really disappointed in the customer service we received.

Fantastic experience: These people rock! We were in town visiting grandparents, and my kid broke his wire ‍♂️... So I called several different orthodontists in town to try and find help. Not only did they fit my son into their busy schedule, but they didn't even charge us! ...other orthodontists offices didn't seem to want to help at all (or would only agree to cut the wire, which would have been a huge hassle). So if you're picking where you want to go to spend your money, these people are great!
