Fantastic experience: In my personal opinion, Schilling Farm Dental has the most professional staff workers that I ever witness. I’ve been to multiple dentist in my 35 years living in Collierville and I know Dr. Prine is the BEST in Collierville.

Fantastic experience: 10 stars if I could! I used to despise going to the dentist but not anymore! I love Schilling Farms and everyone there. Everyone is always so helpful and a delight to talk to. I love seeing my hygienist Melissa, dental assistant Julie, and Dr.Clay ! They also take care of a lot of my family members and we all love them ! Go see Schilling Farms, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was very nice. She talked me through the cleaning process. I was very happy with her work. She discussed my xrays with me and gave me her opinion and discussed her opinion with Dr. Clay. Dr. Clay is very nice and friendly. I have been his patient for about 5 years and I am very pleased with his work and his staff.

Negative experience: A dental bridge, according to the experts, is supposed to last for 5 to 15 years. Considering the span of years, I would have to believe that either they don’t know or they are simply trying to protect themselves from a liability standpoint. I have a bridge that has lasted for approximately (18) years. Shilling Farms Dental installed my bridge in March of 2022. Two and one-half years later I noticed that the bridge was moving during a normal daily cleaning. I notified Dr. Prine about my concerns during a routine 6-month cleaning & checkup in January of 2025. He checked it and told me that he couldn’t detect any movement. I had an appointment on August 14th to place an abutment for a dental implant. By now the bridge was noticeably moving. This time he attempted to move the bridge, and he discovered that it was loose. They scheduled an appointment for September 15th to have a closer look at the bridge. This date also coincided with further work on the implant. On August 23rd, during dinner, the dental bridge broke loose. On August 25th, 2025 I returned to Shilling Farms Dental to determine what could be done with the bridge. I was told that the abutment teeth were in good condition. They would simply have to clean the bridge and re-cement it to the abutment teeth. One could logically deduce that the bridge was not installed correctly to begin with. It clearly did not last the 5-year minimum. It was certainly not attributable to anything that I had done. Shilling Farms Dental charged me $153.00 for the reattachment, with the balance being charged to Cigna. If I were Cigna, not that I’m a fan of insurance companies, I would reject these charges out of hand. I have no qualms paying for legitimate charges. I don’t like paying for the same procedure twice. Is this going to happen again? I paid the bill, but I told his assistant that I was doing so under protest. Shilling Farms Dental has an obligation to their patients to stand behind their work.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the team meeting me where I am with my dental goals, which for me is a very practical, no-shame approach to maintain my and my son's dental health. The extras are available certainly when and if we are able to indulge. Their unique financial plan options also helped put me at ease as we make a plan. Dental health is attainable!

Fantastic experience: Always receive top notch care every visit starting with the front desk greeting and Dr Sean Prine and his staff in the back whether it’s for a normal cleaning to extensive dental work. My family loves this practice and will recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient today! everyone was so nice to me, took their time on me and explained everything to me. I can not remember the dental hygienist name but she was the best super nice and always kept a smile on her face. Dr. Clay was my doctor. He is super sweet. I was super satisfied with this dental office!!

Fantastic experience: These guys really have it right. We’ve been going here for about 3 years and, in that time, we’ve had the normal variety of preventative services, along with fillings and a couple of bridge replacements. For the first time in my life, I’m not afraid to go to the dentist! They are kind and caring and that attitude extends to the entire staff. The dental work is first class and we’ve been well pleased with everything they’ve done.

Fantastic experience: We had a minor tooth emergency, which was Major to us. My 18 year old Son’s front tooth chipped off the day before school. Starting his Senior year! Our Dentist’s office was closed. I called our Orthodontist and got a referral to Schilling and their staff, recognizing our needs took immediate action in getting us in to the Dentist within 45 minutes. I always stay on top of my cleanings but it’s only because Schilling Farms makes me want to come back every six months with regular reminders even on the day of the appointment. I always receive good care but today was the best I’ve had. From the cleaning, the professionalism and the information given was outstanding!! Negative experience: I had a fantastic experience with everyone in the office. Receptionists, clerks, dentists, everyone was great. Here is my problem: After my first visit, I paid as I left, and was told i was good to go. After 6 months, I received a bill in the mail, an additional $175 dollars. I called to confirm and they said, "yes it was just the rest of the bill on your account." When I told them i thought i paid my full bill, they told me no. I go back 6 months after that (Year checkup). However this time, when i left, i made sure to ask "Hey! Do i owe you guys anything else? I am completely paid up, nothing else i owe you guys, right?" "You are all set Mr. Wright." Guess what i got in the mail 6 months later :) "Mr. Wright, you owe us another $125 on your last checkup." I called and discussed and they refused to remove the charge, and have spoken with them a couple times now, either txt or phone that i will not be paying that bill... They just keep sending me the bill every month. Great people, but for me, sketchy billing. No Thanks

Negative experience: I called the clinic to ask about my braces, and they scheduled an appointment for me at 11 a.m. the same day. When I arrived, they checked my teeth for less than 5 minutes and then told me that they don’t do braces at their location, and referred me to another place. After that, they charged us $97 even though they didn’t do anything for my teeth. They deceived customers in a very unreasonable way — even though they don’t provide braces services, they still made an appointment just to trick me

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Schilling Farms since it began and have always been highly pleased. The staff are to a person polite and efficient. The hygienists are top notch and Dr. Midyett is the best. From cleanings to complex procedures they are always interested in your best care.

Negative experience: The doctor is great and most assistance is; however, an extremely intimidating clerk (not sure if name is Alisha, an office supervisor or billing) was almost grabbing me by hands after all payments was done beforehand but suddenly some additional charges appeared! Even though I agreed to complete thus extra payments, she was too pushy!!! The WORST threatening experience one could get, I had to escape in horror...
