Fantastic experience: I began my dental care at this office years ago. However, I tried another location and preferred this office. Dr. Keri, Bianca, Sherridan and Rachel went above and beyond what you could imagine to make me feel unafraid. They were cheerleaders that kept me calm. I left with a plan that I could understand and well informed of the next step in the process of restoring what chemo and fear has destroyed. I could not have asked for a better team. The ladies in the front, forgive me for not remembering their names. They set the tone for the visit and they're doing a very good job. Negative experience: MINT told me I had 4 cavities. I'm so glad I trusted my gut and left instead of letting them drill into my teeth that were perfectly healthy. I've been to two dentists since MINT, both said I have ZERO cavities. I've seen many reviews and talked to people with similar experiences; it upsets me thinking about how many people have believed them and had unnecessary treatment done to their teeth to fill a quota and/or to make more money. Stay away!!

Negative experience: I have been a customer of Mint Denistry for the past 7 years or so and not until this year have I experienced such tacky and poor service. From failing to schedule a $1500 service that that was going to be covered by my insurance to scheduling me twice with a dental hygienist who failed to completely clean my teeth, to failing to schedule me with the doctor that I initially requested because the office manager— Bianca —assumed that I'd prefer the black doctor when I had never met her. Now, today, I received a message from their office stating that my new appointment had been canceled because of failure to confirm via text. Furthermore, I found out that they also re-scheduled my appointment outside of my insurance coverage period. So, now again, the same service will be a higher cost! I love Dr. Kweik, but Mint Densitry's service quality and experience has become terrible. At this point, I'm seeking new and better, more professional services.

Negative experience: I come to mint dentistry often. Seeing the same hygienist every time. Well today I came in ready for my cleaning when I was stopped in my tracks by the receptionist. She stated I didn’t confirm my appointment. I informed her that I did in fact confirm responding with 27 on the text. I was then told it was not in the system and that they had given my slot away. I booked that slot 6 months ago and confirmed with my hygienist because she was due for delivery around the time my original appointment should have been made. I was told I would have to sit and wait til all the appointments had been seen for me to be put back on the books. I waited around upset. I was approached for the second time 30 minutes later saying the insurance company was on lunch and my insurance can’t be verified. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was on lunch as well. I have been at the highland location since 12:30pm and it’s now 1:26pm and no one know anything. My son has an appointment at 4pm in Keller and they are not sure if I will be seen. I am beyond livid because I booked 6 months ago and my schedule is busy to reschedule. Oh and not to mention, I traveled 45 minutes to an hours to be in Dallas to my appointments

Negative experience: The first time I visited Mint Dentistry I was sold a plan for teeth whitening, that is what I thought. I have been paying 5.00 a month since 2019. I called to cancel the 5.00 plan and then I get a bill from mint for over 400.00. I'm being told that the 5.00 was going towards the cost of my dental work. Another problem I have is that I was told I had cavities. When I went to another dentist they told me that there are no cavities. I would not recommend that you use their services at all. Another problem have is that you are always advertising free teeth whitening. That isn't free that is what the 5.00 a month I was being charged was going towards the teeth whitening was going towards. Remember this there is nothing free in this world.

Negative experience: Mint dentistry should be investigated for overcharge/price gouger. I truly believe I was used as an experimental/Guinea pig and I’m still going to them like a fool, because they owe me money. Horrible experiences, I am trying to give them a chances but my patience is running low.

Negative experience: I went to this Dallas dental clinic for fillings and crowns on two teeth. After the procedure, one tooth kept throbbing with unbearable pain, just like the first day. I returned desperately seeking help. But the doctor, as soon as he sat me in the chair, didn’t bother taking an X-ray or doing any proper examination; he just glanced and said, “There’s a problem with another tooth,” then rushed me off the table and left! Please, have some empathy: Imagine how awful it is to be treated like this while suffering from tooth pain! The place looks luxurious, the reception is flawless, but when it comes to fixing their own mistakes, they show zero care. I was practically kicked out of the chair! This clinic is utterly irresponsible, careless, low-quality, and only focused on taking your money. The service is nonexistent! I’d never recommend this place to anyone; save your money, time, and health for somewhere else! Stay away, don’t go, steer clear…

Negative experience: Well I had an appointment a while back. The doctor looked at me said I have a cavity in my wisdom tooth and they will pull them all out and get me scheduled for it. Wasn’t really given an option. It also wasn’t a team of doctors that made the decision. I had my appointment scheduled this month then it was just canceled. But no one can tell me why. So now I have to find a new dentist and get it looked at and then schedule the surgery again. When all this should have already been done. Sucks. Because I really liked this location. Just got a call from them saying oh it was just a hygiene appointment and they had no idea about the cavity. Which is shocking as they are the ones that told me I had it.

Negative experience: Avoid unethical / price gouging Mint Dentistry. When seeing them for the first time they recommended 6 fillings. I immediately got a second opinion from a trusted dentist who reaffirmed my teeth were healthy and no procedure was needed. Terrible.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this location since I moved to Dallas in 2019 and I've been seeing Dr. Kheiri. I have to say that he's been nothing short of INCREDIBLE (I almost feel bad it's taken me this long to write a review). He has excellent bedside manner, he's knowledgeable and I never feel rushed when explaining concerns. Everything you look for in a provider! Negative experience: I was 15min late in rush hour and the woman cleaning my teeth told me not to bother coming back if I was going to waste their time like that. I got the services I paid for, but several of the comments she said to me made me uncomfortable during the appointment. I would not go back.

Fantastic experience: OMG... Where do I start... I have to start with Sherridan RDA. RIGHT AWAY,he made me realize I definitely picked the right dentistry.He won me over with his personality,he was professional, very gentle and detailed but also had a sense of humor.I was literally in tears at the dentist office! Not because of pain but because of laughter lol. Helen was the one who did my cleaning and wow she really took her time,she was soooo professional and she communicated throughout the cleaning explaining what she was doing. The young ladies at the front desk were very kind, professional and knowledgeable of what steps I need to take next. I'm so glad I chose this Mint Dentistry to go to today!

Negative experience: I’ve gone to a separate mint dentistry location in the past for my regular cleaning and it was excellent! Staff was friendly, punctual and professional! I enjoyed my time there so when it was time for another cleaning I thought I’d try mint again but a location closer to my home. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and I was greeted by a group of lovely women, but not a single one in scrubs…. Everyone is prancing around the office in white t shirts and black joggers with jackets that say “sexy teeth” surely this is a joke? Seeing as how I had a COMPLETELY different experience about 3 years ago at Mint I was taken aback and inquired about the dress of the staff. I was reassured, everyone hadn’t lost their mind that day before getting ready for work but that this is instead the new uniform? It’s disheartening to see a once great company pandering to this extent. These are healthcare professionals and they’re dressed like Nike employees and wearing full faces of makeup like we’re at the Charlotte Tilbury counter. Make no mistake, the ladies of Mockingbird station Mint looked well kept and presentable but no one looked like they were ready to do any real dentistry. Instead everyone looked like they could get me a size 8 from the back. This is just my opinion, but I won’t be returning until these healthcare professionals look like healthcare professionals.

Negative experience: I am new to the area so wanted to find a dentist near my work. I needed to make an emergency visit for tooth pain and was seen relatively quickly - the dentist was very friendly and gave me a thorough exam. Based on my first experience I decided to come back for a teeth cleaning. I was able to make an apt quickly but when I arrived at my apt (I was a few minutes late due to my Uber driver getting lost) - I checked in promptly and waited close to 20 min before I asked for a status update. I was then told that they are running behind. At the time of me writing this review I have been waiting for close to 30 min and have not been seen yet - and this is just for a regular teeth cleaning. I am very disappointed in this experience. Offices need to be respectful of peoples' times and if you are going to be running more than 20 minutes behind schedule you need to let the patient know beforehand so that they can reschedule without wasting time and money to make it to their apt! Truly disappointed and not sure if I will be back based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: I was fully prepared to end my relationship with Mint Dentistry forever after two disastrous experiences at their Waxahachie and Desoto locations. I showed up today, not expecting much—just here for my crown so I could quietly tiptoe away into dental oblivion and never look back. But then I met Dr. Kheiri and his team… and wow, did my plans change! From the moment I walked in, the staff offered great care and compassion that was nothing short of miraculous. I went from counting the minutes until my move (so I could leave this place behind) to actually feeling sad I wouldn’t be returning. The level of care was so great, I was practically in tears—thanks, menopause! I couldn’t stop apologizing for my bad attitude (I'm still so sorry ‍♀️) because Dr. Kheiri and his team are nothing short of amazing. If you’re on the verge of giving up on dental visits (or Mint Dentistry in particular), take a deep breath, give Dr. Kheiri a shot, and prepare to be surprised. You might just find yourself missing the dentist!

Negative experience: I was just here last week and they told me I haven’t been at mint since 2022 don’t waste your time maybe because I’m black… idk just speculating at this point because I had a situation before where I was trying to get my wisdom teeth out and they scheduled me for a consultation but when I was at the office they told me it was an actual appointment come to find out if they would have scheduled me for a Tuesday instead of a Monday it would have been an appointment. I really wanted to go through them being that they seem to be ahead of the curb as far as practice, and special offers but my time is precious and I don’t feel like this company takes that into consideration I have two jobs I don’t have time to be doing there jobs as well. Utterly ridiculous service this is what a business looks like when they hire the wrong people and the higher ups got there chins too high to see what’s going on down on earth

It will literally be a series of phone calls, text, and emails after you confirmed the appointment multiple times. That drives me crazy! It’s giving micro management. Work on that and this will be near perfect.

Negative experience: I have gone to this location for a few years and finally had enough of this doctor. I had always given him the benefit of the doubt, but he is simply rude. The staff in general are kind and helpful, but I had massive anxiety being treated here because of his attitude.

Negative experience: Be aware of all the threats you could get due to their lies. Don’t come and don’t believe one single word from them! I was tricked into a checkup with Mint in early 2022. Before and on the day I went to their location, they confirmed several times that my insurance was in-network. But only after the treatment when they showed me the future treatment plan, did I (not them!) found that I was actually out of network. They directed me to another Mint location to redo the same checkups! I was pretty mad. A couple months later, all of a sudden they sent me a threat email saying I had to pay them the full amount in 5 days before they sending me to collections. I did not receive a full amount from my insurance and wanted to negotiate with them about the amount and their bad practices but the conversation didn’t go anywhere because they just wanted the money. There was no following ups afterwards. Then suddenly this year, a suspicious lawyer (a.k.a, Mint’s own employee) sent me an email requesting full amount plus $100 fee in 15 days. I did not receive any collection attempts although they claimed they couldn’t reach me??? So my email address can only receive threatening emails instead of collection emails? Quite laughable. Then I called the suspicious lawyer and another lawyer picked up the phone asking me for the amount my insurance paid me and they will write off the remaining. I felt that this was a new kind of collection tactic. I also filed a complaint but never heard back from them. They can threat you but can never accept their own mistakes. All they want is money. Very disappointed! (I have spent thousands of dollars on them over the years and this is how they treat me)

Negative experience: I have a very comprehensive dental insurance. I went for my first appointment and they mentioned they could not do a cleaning until the next one (after the did new x-rays, dental videos, etc to get the most out my insurance) and then categorized my cleaning under the one code I have to pay out of pocket. Called multiple times to get this addressed, to have it be re-diagnosed by another doctor because it is in between a regular cleaning and a deeper cleaning and they said no.) Do not recommend

Negative experience: I had an appointment on 01-13-2024. I went in to have one of my fillings corrected. Everything was going fine with seeing Dr. Barnes. I knew I need an extraction and had been working up the never to get it completed. I agreed to have it completed. Dr. Barnes provided me 3 shots of numbing. 2 at the start, and 1 additional because upon her starting I could still fill pain. Keep in mind the pain that is felt from the needle. She told me that she would return after the numb kicks in and had me to wait almost two hours. I had to leave but decided to stay because she had already started, and my mouth was bleeding. Upon coming back, she casually advised me that she had to re numb me. I was extremely upset, and couldn't help but to ask... "Why do I have to keep getting these injections. I have to go to work." She responded with an attitude and aggression. "Do you want to have the extraction completed or not? I have to give you additional numb because it only lasts for 1 hour. I can start again and see if your numb and go from there. I's your choice." I then responded, "It's no longer my choice because you have already started." Then she attempted my extraction again and was unsuccessful at getting the full tooth pulled. She provided me a referral. Additionally, I requested a partial, giving I have two insurance companies. The aid told me that it will be $2300.00, $1100.00 up front, and $1100.00 when I come to pick it up. I ask the aid, so neither of my insurance companies cover anything. I pay over 500.00 a month just for two insurance coverages. She responded with "No, we bill your insurance after, and you can have your insurance provider reimburse you." WHAT! WHY! While waiting the first time for the extraction, you could her someone asking the dentist and assistant, "How long would it take them because they had additional patients." Lastly, MINT is closed on the weekend, and the Dr. Barnes advised that she will be sending in three medications upon me leaving at 4:42 p.m. from my 1:30 p.m. appointment. I stay across town of which I made it too around 5:10 p.m. I noticed no call from Walmart pharmacy, so I call them to check the status. They advise me that they had not received a prescription for me. I call back to MINT and get the operator. He explains that the location will resend the script E-Scribe. I ask, can you just transfer me to the location. They close at 5:30 and it is now 10 min till." The rep come on from the Mockingbird location, I ask her, can she just email the script to me because I fear this will not be completed, you all close on the weekends, I don't want to be in pain| infection, and I had an extraction." She tells me no; we are going to just resend it. It's now 5:29 p.m. Such bad customer service. I am saying all of this to say this... I can't speak for other locations, but the Mockingbird location will rush your dental work, they don't care about the wellbeing of the patient, will send you to someone else for their incomplete work, will leave you having to get additional work completed, and all they care about it the dollar. Their inexperience shows, and the lack of patient care is the biggest concern for me. As a follow up from my review. I went to another dentist. I was advised that Dr. Barnes completed a defected filling and shaved my tooth, #18 down to much. Dr. Barnes shaved between my 18 and 19 tooth so much that now every-time I eat food, it enters the pockets of my gums causing root canal pain instantly. I now have to pay for a crown on either #18 or 19 for the damaged Dr. Barnes has caused me. Luckily I had a root canal on the extraction tooth that the extraction area doesn’t have to be cut open, but the replacement dentist could tell that was given any post op instructions with the extraction. SMH. Take a chance here if you want. It will cost you.

Fantastic experience: I usually see Dr Kweik but today I saw Dr kheiri for a root canal : filling and the doctor was incredibly fast and kind and the whole experience was 10/10 from beginning to end to the kind front desk staff who got me in right away to the doctor who did my procedure and then asked to follow up the next day. Highly recommend this practice. Was completely satisfied with the whole experience and I never leave reviews but wanted to take the time to do this for the dentists and owner Field Harrison who established such an excellent service and establishment here in Dallas.

Negative experience: I had a deep cleaning here, and they did not finish it without telling me why they didn’t finish it until a second appointment. Now at a new dentist I’m told/shown there is still deep cleaning needed/build up all over the mouth. Basically just wasted hundreds of dollars for nothing at Mint.

Negative experience: I had gone a couple of times to this location no issues. On my last visit they said they needed to verify my dental insurance which had not changed. I spent 45 minutes waiting for them to then tell me they couldn't verify my dental insurance and that I would need to reschedule the appointment. Waste of my time. I still get spammed by them texting me to schedule an appointment despite me asking to be removed. Will not go back.

Negative experience: Was excited to try them for the 1st time tomorrow,,, but have some major pain going on, so I found a walk clinic in to handle the pain today. Diego, was super nice, but then I was transferred to a horrible representative for the company. She had an attitude that I had to cancel as if it was coming out of her own personal check. People like her, kill businesses! Found a very kind staff somewhere else.

Negative experience: Got a crown from MINT it was $600+ out of pocket. It came unglued. I still have the crown, no new crown needed. Just needed to be reglued— easy enough. I call speak to a woman and she’s nice as can be. Says she spoke to the dentist and when I come in they’re going to take a look and then tell me how much it’ll cost to get it glued back in , if anything. Since they maybe have not glued it in properly. Keep in mind it just came unglued on its own, I wasn’t chewing or eating or anything. So you’d think they would want to fix it if it was their mistake. Okay I go in and the man at the front desk is like no ma’am . I don’t know who would have told you that. Nope, it’s a $99 fee to be seen. I’m like I called and I asked about cost, I took off for this appointment. “sorry to hear that ma’am but it’s only $99 and then whatever extra cost of the treatment” like it’s not that deep lol it’s a crown and came unglued. Glue it back in, I got it done there. Make it make sense please. Sorry I’m not walking around with a limitless amount to spend on a service I already paid for. Ridiculous.

Negative experience: Shady. They are so nice on the phone, then tell you when you arrive you’re actually needing to pay more and more than the agreed upon price. How sad and capitalistic. I have no issues paying for what we discussed on the phone but pressuring people additional fees. The way this man looked at me when I told him I only had enough money to cover the price discussed on the phone. He looked at me like he was repulsed or didn’t believe me. I’m a single mom. I can budget for things but just assuming I have money because of how I’m presenting myself (I’d come from work) is gross. Throwing on fees I wasn’t informed about that’s a no from me. I’ve been going to MINT since 2017 and now I’m going elsewhere I don’t know what happened to the service but this is not it. Support a local dentistry , I learned my lesson. Money hungry and give 0% about “common” peoples dental health. We love to see it … two giant thumbs down

Negative experience: They over sell you filling that don’t exist every time. The screwed up my mouth for a year. I went to 2 other dentists who said they would have never filled them (showed them the x-rays). Additionally, both offices say they “fix” Mint patients every week! Mint is notorious for this money making practice. I was in pain for a year and could only chew with one side of my mouth. Then they tried to tell me my 16 daughter might need fillings, again. Ha! Nice try. On X-ray these “shadows” are nothing a typical, experienced dentist would fill. Mints dentists tend to be very young, and they have a high turn over. Sure, it’s fast, fancy, and easy to schedule. Go elsewhere, if you can.

Positive experience: OkkkkA let me rewrite....I was gonna give this location a 0 because of thr front desk HOWEVER.... the office manager Bianca and the dental asst Cynthia, hygentist and Dr. Khan has saved the day for MINT DENTISTRY...They are kind, patient and understanding. I am one who don't like going to the dentist and I rarely go. Being referred by Veda Loca I tried them out and can I say I'll come again! The doctor and the assistant understood that I was very afraid of the procedures they were very patient with me! The staff outside of front desk was AWESOME!!! I've already made my 6 months cleaning appt.

Negative experience: Nicely decorated office with very nice staff. I guess the negative part of my experience was I clearly communicated before and during my appointment that I was insured under a primary and secondary insurance. I was evaluated and set up with a treatment plan but told because my secondary was taking a while that pricing would me given to me at a later time. I get an email with the pricing and it’s not right. My secondary is not being used and I’m told as of 2023 they no longer bill secondary insurances per claim that I would have to wait until my 5th procedure for them to bill my secondary. The point of having a secondary is not to wait until you might use it within a year. I pay a premium to use it per claim, to pick up what my primary doesn’t cover. Called my secondary insurance company sure enough I’m right. Delta Dental even went as far as to say someone from the office needs to call them for assistance because they have no record of benefits being verified to say I couldn’t use my benefits per claim. I’ve had two insurances for years. Never had an issue until coming here. It’s not right to not disclose all the information a patient needs to decide if they want to choose you for care. Between my husband and I it was about $8k worth of work that we will now get done somewhere else. First and last time visiting Mint unless someone addresses my issue.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will not go into detail here, but please avoid this place at ALL costs. It is a scam and falsely advertises what insurances are accepted. I am devastated by this experience. I spoke with someone by the name of Cheyenne Durant from their customer service. She promised a follow up and has since then ignore my multiple attempts at contacting her. Worst experience from start to finish.

Negative experience: I have been trying to get my refund for about 4 months now. It is so hard to contact anyone and will like to get my refund. I have not been in MINT for about 2 years now and stopped using you because you didnt accept my plan. Your staff is friendly but the way you manage billing has its opportunities in the customer service aspects. You can keep the money if you want it. I paying for not giving me more grief on the matter. Just stop taking my money please. Like i had requested various times. Your staff keeps saying I have been in your office in June. I have records that show otherwise from my current dentist.

Negative experience: My boyfriend and I came here for cleanings after moving from Houston. Everything was ok until afterwards when my gums have not stopped bleeding every night when I floss. Prior to this appointment my gums never bleed. So I started to think they didn't do a good job cleaning and that my mouth was in poor health. First off the Dr. didn't even physically look into my mouth. He looked at my X-rays and confirmed I had no cavities and then left. My boyfriend also told me he didnt think they did a good job cleaning. I called to let them know about our bad experience and all they did was offer a polish and shine for our teeth. When I came in the 2nd time the dental hygienist missed flossing between my molars. Did she even look to see if I still had my wisdom teeth?!!? This place is horrible and do not recommend at all. Worst dental experience ever. They just rush you in and rush you out offering poor quality dental cleanings. Read the bad reviews on YELP!

Negative experience: I came to MINT based on a positive review from a friend. Unfortunately I did not have as good of an experience as they did. I had problems at check-in, with my actual cleaning, and with the the staffs demeanor/attitude. I told my hygienist that I could feel something off behind my teeth and she said that it's probably glue from my permanent retainer. It still feels off and I need to see another dentist. When I called in to have my x-rays transferred to another office, they put me on hold for 8m and told me the office had gone out to lunch early and to call back later.

Fantastic experience: Had to have a root canal and the staff and doctors here were so nice and accommodating. They explained my procedure and made it as comfortable as possible. My appointment was for nine and they got me in immediately, no waiting around, thank you for that. The doctor who did my root canal was a total pro and made me feel really good about the procedure. He explained everything and took the time to answer my questions and showed me the before and after images which is pretty cool. This place is definitely my new home for dental work. Thanks Mint!

Negative experience: The service was good but the cleaning experience was definitely not. I still got stains on my teeth, and my gum got cuts from cleaning. It was not as good as the one I usually go. I came in this one only because I got time conflict with my last one. I don't have insurance so my first visit is $140 plus $60 cleaning fee.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and hygienist explained everything they needed to do for my visit; the entire procedure. She even asked me what type of music I would prefer to listen to. The wait was a little long but the front office staff informed me when they would be taking me back and explained they were cleaning and preparing the exam room for me. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the entire team at Mint’s Highland Hotel location on Mockingbird! They truly care for their patients and make me feel so comfortable. I’m always in good hands with Dr.Kweik and her staff. I had an appointment regarding one tooth but before my appointment a crown came off so, although they did not know about it initially, they made sure to work in the time for the second tooth since I was there. They even had to work late because of me! I’m so grateful for all of them. I have sent several friends to them who also feel the same.

Negative experience: MINT is covered under my new insurance plan, thus I used it to be in network. I will not go back. I would rather pay out of pocket for a dentist that I know and trust. I went in for a yearly check-up. I left with a list of items on a treatment plan that were being recommended. I was told I would find out my cost, after they were in touch with my insurance company. That was 3 weeks ago. After numerous calls, and contacting my insurance company, I still cannot get an estimate for the cost. I am going back to my old dentist and pay out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Mint Highland Hotel location (Uptown/Mockingbird) since they opened. I have been visiting Dr Kweik for years and she is the most amazing, caring dentist I've ever had in my life. She helped me through orthodontic work (braces), extractions and even fillings. I am finally cavity free and getting good reports. MINT is an amazing dentistry. I would recommend them a thousand times over again if you truly care about your oral health. Taylor, the dental assistant, was gentle, kind and amazing. I dislike cleanings ALOT but he made the experience pleasant. I love my dentistry.

Fantastic experience: My sister is an orthodontic patient at the Grapevine location but we wanted to give a huge shout out to the orthodontics front desk worker Andrea! Fantastic experience: I had my 6 month cleaning done today and was very pleased by the service I received from my hygienist, Ryan (really hoping I spell her name properly). She was definitely the most informative, personable, and thoughtful hygienist I’ve been serviced by thus far. She made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time and made sure I felt my teeth were properly clean and polished during and after the process. I don’t always feel my teeth are properly cleaned, but today I came home and my teeth feel amazing- so I definitely thought she deserves some recognition! She even gave me plenty of tips to keep my teeth nice and healthy! Seriously loved the service I received from her! If possible I’ll likely be requesting her for my next cleaning. I’ve received great service from this location in particular, but I think Ryan deserves an extra special shout out!

Fantastic experience: Appointment started on time; service took less than an hour. The work was quality and efficient. The employees are very kind and pleasant. Office is gorgeous, scheduling my next appointment was a breeze and checkout was not a hassle. Mary was phenomenal, I look forward to my next cleaning

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal experience OVERALL! All staff were incredible from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I had been an established patient, known by name; however, it was my first visit to MINT ever. Of course I had to sign some documents, there was a very short wait and their whole team was on the same page and ready to roll. I want to thank the whole MINT team - but would like to recognize the folks who made my dental experience one for the keeping... Keisha - She handled paperwork - check-in/check-out seamlessly. Dawn - She introduced herself and the team who would be taking care of my treatment from start to finish. As the treatment I needed changed, she always made sure I was aware of all the W's (who, what, when, where, why, how and WHO). Kayla - She guided me from X-rays, to the next steps: Pandora/Netflix, comfortable message dentist chair and the unexpected customized whitening trays/gel. Mary - She was very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation throughout my teeth cleaning. As much as I hate the part with the water pick thing - she made me forget about it. Dr. Mensah - Honestly, the most friendly, comforting and transparent dentist I've ever had. I grew up having the same dentist most of my life and over the last 5-years I have popped around. The last dentist I saw told me I had 8 cavities and never made me feel comfortable or confident in her assessment. Dr. Mensah told the truth (I actually had 5), she guided and explained my specific treatment needed and was willing to take care of them all the same day. She is now my dentist for life. Jalen - What a professional. He assisted Dr. Mensah during my whole treatment and I couldn't have felt more comfortable. He was on top of it...If something was needed...he already had it ready. Him and Dr. Mensah seemed to be on the same page throughout my treatment. I am not a review writer by any means, but I thought this experience more than deserved it. Again, PHENOMENAL!

Fantastic experience: The best dentistry experience of my entire life. Every single person I interacted with was extremely kind and just wanted the best for you. I would like to personally thank the women at the front desk for helping me understand the ropes and making me feel comfortable. Dr. Ko for making the cavity filling seem less and completely painless and keeping me distracted from shots that terrify me. Ashley for cleaning my teeth so spotlessly and was more than happy to make adjustments for my comfort. And lastly, Kayla the assistant in my visit and Dr. Mensa who made me feel comfortable enough to talk to them about anything and kept me from thinking of my indescribable fear of dentists by making me laugh talking to me about the things that were happening and explaining anything and everything. This team is truly indescribable as to how amazing they are. I have been to a multitude of dentists but nothing even holds a candle to this one. I would go back every day if I could.

Fantastic experience: Expert dentists, friendly staff, clean facility, reasonable service fees and more. I was surprised that an expensive looking dental facility would give such affordable fees, better than what the "low-cost" dental services where students practice on you, and making one feel self-pity. But the best experience today was the tooth extraction that he dentist did, so brief yet gentle. The discount plan/membership is good to have especially for those without dental insurance. I'm glad my workmate recommended Mint Dentistry to me.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with the team that worked with me. Would highly recommend. Mary was incredibly friendly when working with me and going through the exam and cleaning process! I will be sticking with them for all of my dental needs.
