Negative experience: I’ve been a patient here for several years now because the service has been phenomenal since day one. The staff is amazing…professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Today changed everything. I called to schedule a routine appointment for an exam and cleaning, the receptionist was very unprofessional, uninformed, and unqualified. She advised me of services I received over a year ago stating that they were needed and recommended for my next visit, she provided inaccurate information regarding benefits covered by my insurance, and was also unable to explain the reason for my last visit and the service I received…The receptionist placed me on hold on several occasions and each time she returned the information she gave contradicted her original statement. She was completely confused which frustrated me so much I never scheduled the appointment. I’m trying a new dentist due to her inability to provide substantial customer service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had excruciating pain for the past 72 hours. I made my appointment Thursday morning and was able to be seen a few hours later. The staff was very nice & professional , 10/10. 5 stars across the board from the front entrance to the dentist. Front desk was so nice & welcoming , the assistants were as well . I’ve never had a tooth extracted and I’m 34 , the staff made me feel at ease & reassured me that everything would be fine & the dentist would make it fast as possible ! If I could give them 10 stars I would . The dentist made sure I knew what was going on the entire time , made me very comfortable in doing so.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my visit today here at Mint Dentistry, the workers were definitely filled with positive energy and very patient with me . Ms.Fallon was very helpful and offered to put some tunes on for me while during the process which was very pleasant. Ms.Brittany made sure I felt comfortable while cleaning my teeth asked was it bothering me and made sure I was relaxed.Also I would like to give a great compliment on Ms. Vanessa for giving me a perfect smile again she was amazing and also gave me tips on how to stop my gums from being so sensitive. Overall my visit was a 10/10 I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with MINT. I was faithful to my previous provider for 11 years, and the provider before that for 5 years. Today, I was told that I have sexy teeth during my MINT visit! I try to visit the dentist twice a year and am accustomed to feeling worn out from the heavy handedness of my previous providers. Today, the entire MINT team was welcoming from my first step in the door. The most impressive part of my MINT experience was Vanessa and the mastery of her technique as she administered this 6-month cleaning. My teeth are cleaner (smoother) than ever before, and I did not feel any pain as my teeth were being cleaned. It was apparent that Vanessa is very busy. I can say that because I noticed her strategic thinking as she talked through the process for my service and the next patient with her equally as thorough team member and dental assistant. Dr. Vanessa and the dental assistant made me feel like I was being handled by Masters of Dentistry!

Negative experience: I decided to give MINT Dentistry a try because I was looking for a dentist close to home and their marketing about making the dental experience more enjoyable intrigued me. Unfortunately, my visit did the opposite. I now dislike going to the dentist even more. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 11:00 AM appointment, as instructed, but wasn’t taken to the back until 11:35. The blood pressure cuff they used was too large for my wrist, so the technician had to try multiple times to get a reading. (Basically, she had to hold it in place manually to prevent it from slipping off.) The x-ray process was rough. The tool they placed in my mouth was described by the staff as “uncomfortable,” but it was flat-out painful. Then, during the panoramic x-ray (the one that rotates around your head), my hair was too bulky for the machine, and I was hit in the head and unable to exit the machine for a few seconds. While I was sitting in the chair waiting to get my teeth cleaned, I received an email at 11:54 AM reminding me of an appointment at 12:30 PM. That was very confusing since I was already there and had been waiting for quite some time. The dentist came to do a quick checkup and said everything looked good. After that, I had to wait again for the person who would actually clean my teeth. I go to the dentist regularly, and I have never heard a tool that loud or piercing during a cleaning. The sound was nearly unbearable, and to make matters worse, the water they used was too cold so it triggered tooth sensitivity the entire time. I was genuinely relieved when it ended. When I got to my car, it was 12:40 PM. I had been there for two hours for a standard cleaning AND when I looked in the mirror, I noticed blood between a few of my teeth. Everyone I interacted with was kind, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to outweigh the discomfort and overall unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a procedure with Dr. Bui at the location on Old Spanish Trail, and I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a dentist’s office. From the front desk staff, to the assistants, everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. Other than the fact that Dr. Bui gets the job done quickly, he tells you what he’s about to do throughout the procedure which can calm your nerves if you tend to get anxious. He made sure that you are fully numb before beginning the procedure. Great dentist at a great office.

They took the time to explain every step of the process, clearly outlining what needed to be done immediately and what could wait—helping me work with my insurance to get the best possible care. I initially came here for a second opinion after visiting another dental group, and I’m so glad I did. Not only were the rates and services much better, but the level of care and transparency was outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist—I’m definitely making MINT my primary dental office from now on!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to Mint. The staff there are very friendly and it has a cool atmosphere. They give you shades to wear to protect your eyes from the lighting during your visit and you can listen to music on YouTube or watch tv. Just a little entertainment for the customers are so nice. Negative experience: Highly recommend going elsewhere. The dentist who treated me was working with multiple patients at the same time and would leave the room and return sporadically during my visit. I went in for a filling and left with an incomplete root canal that was missing the crown. I waited two weeks to get a call about the crown before I called them. It turns out it had been there for some time, but no one bothered to contact me. They said I had a cavity that needed a filling, I saw a new dentist who did not find any cavity. Finally, it turns out they botched the root canal, so I am getting that fixed by an actual endodontist. Several grand gone, a huge waist of time and a horrible experience I won't soon forget.

Fantastic experience: My mouth was throbbin'! Made an appointment day before was able to get in the next day. Had a tooth extraction with Dr. Bui. He made sure that I was feeling good, numbed me up, and had me outta there within 2 hours or less! Probably would've been sooner had I been on time! The dental assistant was a real cool lady sorry I forgot her name! Over all experience there was great. Had some good tunes to jam to, too!

Negative experience: They tried to charge me over 2500 for a broken tooth they also advised me to remove a perfectly good tooth to help with “color matching “ and still going as far as saying “we still don’t know if we will be able to match it. They said it was gonna be a month long process. I left and went to Montes dental and they fixed it same day for 900 and the color is a perfect match!

Fantastic experience: This office is wonderful! Kia, Diego, Taylor, Tamika, and Dr. Stellennwerf is super nice. My experience was totally pain free. I will book again.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is not my favorite place in the world. But, coming to mint dentistry eases that tension for me. Everyone is very welcoming the moment I enter the building. Before I start my appointment they make me feel extra comfortable by offering music, Netflix and a nice massage!

Negative experience: Still waiting on partial after 4 or 5 months. They called me 1 day before My appointment to cancel. It seems this place can't get anything right. I just want my time and money back

Fantastic experience: I read these reviews and was initially concerned, especially when they have an arbitration agreement as part of their new patient paperwork. However, I was nothing short of impressed at this dental practice. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The hygienist, Kia, is extremely knowledgeable and not only made me very comfortable during treatment, but also provided me with the education and tools I need to continue to improve my gum health. I’m a super happy patient and I’m looking forward to my next visit to see how much my gum health improved. Thanks Mint Dentistry!!!!

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? The service I received here was top tier. Every interaction during my visit was super pleasant. It’s been a long while since I’ve been to the dentist and had to stay longer than expected to address some dental issues.However, every single person was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Where can you go and laugh while someone is drilling in your mouth lol. The Pandora music selection was icing on the cake. Fantastic experience: This my very first time coming to MINT dentistry when I walk in I was like oh okay very nice, clean staff very professional I have never been to a dentist like this in my whole life. I loved everything about it the doctor was down to earth most doctor only want your funds but not an MINT on ost. If I could give them a 10 most definitely I would.

Negative experience: My boyfriend visited this Mint Dentist today and they were rough and kept pulling at his teeth. When they mentioned a procedure that he would need (he got the same one the last time he was there), they could not explain how it may have come about nor any preventive care. UNACCEPTABLE!! As a dentist office why are you unable to educate your patients on dental health, but quick to prescribe a pricey treatment? And on top of that you’re being rough… really? Ease up on the hands and hand out brochures that will inform your patients better than you.

Negative experience: I have previously visited this location and had a pleasant experience. However, my recent visit was terrible. The dentist did not thoroughly explain what I needed to do. I was informed that I required a referral to see an Endodontist and was instructed to contact the Heights location. However, I left without receiving a referral. I had to call the office to inquire about the status of the referral. I was informed that there were no notes in the chart besides tooth extraction, which was strange because the dentist mentioned uncertainty regarding the tooth's condition, hence the referral and Mint doesn't have an endodontist. I believe this rushed treatment was a result of my appointment being at 5:00 pm, and everyone seemed ready to go home. Please consider choosing another location.

Fantastic experience: MINT DENTISTRY IS THE PLACE TO BE! (South Office) Outstanding service, consistently received, greeted with friendly/ smiling faces from the moment I walked in. Staff provides exceptional customer service in every interaction, they are always couteous, attentive and eager to assist in any way they can. Futhermore, cleanliness and organization of the office creates a welcoming and comfortable environment that instantly puts me at ease. It is evident that they are passionate about what they do, and it truly reflects in the quality of their work.

Negative experience: This review was originally written early 2023, which was when I came to this location. Note: I have used 3 dentists in Texas for 2 decades and I only came here because my current dentist (of 10 years) is 'apparently' out of network with my new insurance. My goal was to see how my teeth and gums are since it has been 1 year. So this review is just a honest review of how I felt. I will start off by saying Dr. Belgrave and the staff are professional, respectful, and nice. But my overall experience felt different than my current dentist and I will never return back. Because I'm new, they did the typical xrays and oral evaluation. Dr. Belgrave came in and said all kinds of stuff that made me very suspicious. Pointed to existing tooth fillings on my xrays (and in my mouth) saying that they need new fillings. Said I will need to redo an existing root canal but on the list of needed treatments, there were 2 root canals I needed. Now i've had watches on some teeth in the past and I asked her about if any could be a potential watch. And she said maybe one could be a watch but not the others. Also, my gums have a history of bleeding so I thought I could continue my perio maintenance but they require a deep scaling/cleaning. The list I was given had no perio maintenance cleaning. All what she said didn’t feel right to me so I set up an appointment with my dentist to get another opinion. And guess what??!! My dentist did find 1 cavity but not where Dr Belgrave did. I also don’t need any root canals, deep cleaning, or the 3 fillings Dr Belgrave had mentioned. I only need to maintain my perio maintenance cleanings. So you see how Dr Belgrave & Mint Dentistry are DISHONEST!!! Mint dentistry should be shut down. I can't stand any business that deliberately lies to take money from people. My 2 cents is to run and get another opinion before they take unnecessary money from you!Don't let their politeness fool you. They are not to be trusted.

Negative experience: I give a frowny-face 2 stars bc I didn't get my cleaning. Supposedly they were short staffed. I got there well before my appointment time of 1 & assumed that I would be out at least by 2:30. I don't believe I was asking much for a simple cleaning. So I had to come back. That means taking more time off work. I could have stayed at work and made my money. And I couldn't be late for my Dr's appointment bc the dentist couldn't manage their time. Oh yes, I was hella mad! So.. :(

Negative experience: Left work early, sat in 1.5 hours of rush hour traffic for a 430 Friday evening appointment. Waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes until they called me into the dental chair. Did my X-rays for 10 minutes and then told me it’s too close to closing for them to do a cleaning like I was SCHEDULED for. As I was seemingly frustrated walking out the office the office manager faith laughed at me as I mentioned I was going to contact corporate. I only chose this location because of the reviews. The reviews definitely are not consistent with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I get very anxious about the dentist because I don't manage pain well. I was also nervous due to the fact I haven't seeked dental treatment in a long time and in the past have felt judged in other offices. I was very gratful to not be judged here. Dental treatment is already scary but it can also feel embarrassing. I saw the dentist, dental assist, and hygienist and before each one of them began they asked if I had any concerns or discomfort. I pointed each out and each was addressed and carefully worked on. I'll be returning for treatment and feel at ease to return here.

Negative experience: Please avoid this location at all costs. I have had great experiences at other locations and never felt any pain during a cleaning. I had a cleaning here at this location and was in so much pain and bleeding at the scratching of my teeth and gums. I never had toothaches but have had constant tooth pain and sensitivity since my appointment a couple weeks ago. Will not be returning.

Negative experience: I had a visit scheduled for November 14th @4:30pm - I was not seen until around 5pm which was odd due to the office being completely empty. The staff was extremely unprofessional and impatient as it was evident that they their main concern was cleaning the office rather than attending to their NEW client. My teeth cleaning was performed by Dr. U who was overtly rough as she was rushing ! I bleed the entire time which I complained about as she proceeded to ignore me. Additionally, she had me hold instruments to assist with my cleaning. To add insult to injury I had to request my own goodie bag (new toothbrush & toothpaste). Overall I was extremely disappointed with my experience especially because I have had great experiences with Mint Dentistry in the past (specifically Grand Prairie location). I will NOT be back to this location and advise others to look elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that Mint Dentistry South here in Houston, Texas did an amazing job. The ladies upfront were friendly, patient and beautiful, they helped take care of me got all my demographics in order, set up appointments and mad me feel comfortable. Now the ladies in the back were just as awesome because I’m afraid to death of dental work and they made me feel at ease. The dentist was gentle and her assistant was just right by my side. Fantastic experience: Mint made sure to make every accommodation to make me feel comfortable. There wasn’t a long wait because I was able to complete my forms online. They also advised about what I need to do going forward with my teeth. The job was well done because my teeth felt super clean. This was a recommendation from a friend and they booked me the same day and I’m so glad I went. They played music of my choice, the massage chair felt nice, the staff was super friendly and made the experience a good time.

Fantastic experience: OMG! I was late and all weekend I kept saying I have a Denist appt on Monday over slept anywsys. But Mint Dentistry was nice about it they still seen me, and even though I was late to my first appointment with them I still did not wait long. They also set me up with their awsome payment plan that I wasn't expecting. From the Front office staff to back office staff nice, cool and professional. I really enjoyed that the doctor not only told me what was going on she showed me. It helped me understand what is going on with my dental health. Its nice to find a Denist close to home that I can trust. Thank you for the great experience.

Negative experience: Heard great reviews from coworker & read online about this establishment. However that was not my experience. First time at this location and it was not a good experience. First, it started with the communication break down with the receptionist. I called the day of my appointment to see if I needed to complete new patient paperwork. She said no, I had already did it online but upon getting there had to take 20 mins to do just that anyway. I could not remember if I had did it or not. In addition to her not being knowledgeable about the paperwork to summarize or answer my questions. In any event, I sat there for 15 minutes trying to bring myself together before being called back by the dentist assistance. She was awesome! She made my experience very welcoming by the conversation and asking if I wanted to listen to music, etc. We chatted about life which relaxed my mind. Then I was greeted by the dentist. She was pleasant! She explained everything and addressed my concerns. Next I was greeted by the Hygienist who was nice as well until she started cleaning my teeth. She was rough and insensitive to my needs. She left the suction tube on the side of my moith the entire time while cleaning my teeth. It was irritated me tremendously cause of her roughness to remove stains from my teeth. At the time I could appreciate or see pass her eagerness to remove the stains. Then she stepped out of the room for a minute and left the suction tube in my mouth. I took it out and when she came back she put it back in and proceeded to be rough slashing water and toothpaste all over my dress. She did apologize but didn't clean me up. She told me where the bathroom was located. At this point I was very ignored and felt like she was rushing cause it was time to close. Never the less, I will never schedule an appointment at the end of day.

Negative experience: DENTIST NAME: SUSAN PARK-If I could rate this place a 0 rating I would. They are all about getting their customers to buy their veneers so they messed up my fillings 3 times (3times) I've gone back and My teeth had chipped not even 4 months a part and turned yellow really yellow. on top of that! The Dentist has a Very passive aggressive approach and attitude. She kept telling me it was my fault to not drink coffee after I advise that I do not drink coffee also before she even finished asking me to do something like open my mouth she was already forcefully moving my lips during my procedure. Telling me I need to brush my teeth everyday in which I do. After the procedure she talked over me while I was asking a few questions and admitted that the procedure was done incorrectly. The insults were unnecessary rude and Very unprofessional. This company is money HUNGRY .GO ELSE WHERE! THE FILLINGS ARE SUPOSED TO LAST 3-4 YEARS!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED ...

Fantastic experience: I want to give a shout out to this amazing team at MINT dentistry in South Houston for taking care of my family and I today! They did an amazing job with 7 of us, exams and cleanings. Dr. E was very thorough and completely forthcoming with all the information and answered any concerns. From referalls to prescriptions to appointments and treatment plans they took extreme care of us. My kids were very comfortable and enjoyed their experience. Again, a very big thank you to this team!

Negative experience: After being a happy patient for the past 6 years. My breasts were fondled by a dental hygienist here and when I told the office manager, she suggested that they inactivate my patient file. So, after reporting this to people who should be able help, I was essentially asked if I no longer wanted to be a patient. The corporate office told me that I could come back, but I would not be placed with the same hygienist. This is saddening and unacceptable. I am done with the entire practice, all locations. It’s not a safe place for my family and I any longer.

They informed me about everything, gave me a great game plan, and I am very happy with this location. I previously went to the Cypress location and was not sure if I would come to another one, but this team Definitely recovered my business.

Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with the staff and enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe Mint. I was greeted immediately when I hit the door with enthusiasm from the front desk and all the administrative business and paperwork was handled with proficiency and personality. The actual exam was awesome as they proceeded very professionally and were thorough while also making sure I was comfortable. It was a great experience and would definitely suggest that if you’re looking for a dentist put Mint at the top of your list.

Negative experience: This has been the absolute worse dentist experience in my life. If you are seeking quality care and customer service I will tell you now do not look for that at Mint. From the beginning of my time working with mint it was a nightmare and a humiliating experience. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but hopefully this will prompt some one who cares about the customer experience from the company to reach out to me. I tried to leave Private feed back after my first bad experience at the green way location and should have stopped there after no one followed up with me. I just tried the South Houston location instead and they were just as incompetent. I am sitting here unable to eat for the last couple weeks due to poor dental work. Literally a nightmare and Now I have to trust these people to try and repair this just so I can at least eat and move on to a different dentist. I am leaving out most the important details cause I am not sure of the character count on here. But someone please reach out to from Mint. This is unacceptable. I really want to seek legal action because I have had problems with everything from the billing to front desk staff to the rude assistant blasting my exposed teeth with water in the middle of me trying to communicate that I could feel the pain because the numbing agent had worn off after having my mouth open for 4 hours while they kept trying to redo a poorly fitted bridge. Which I did not want. As I type this on Christmas Eve in the office which I showed up to my appointment only to find out once I’m here the dentist is not even here. A complete joke and nightmare.

Fantastic experience: Everything was perfect. From the front desk to the clinical staff, the energy and the vibes were great. I was so nervous but the nice aesthetic of the environment & the staff made my visit much more comfortable. I am really glad I chose mint! I only wish I would have sooner.

Fantastic experience: My first visit here was awesome! Leaving straight from work and being able to relax in the massage chair with Pandora and Netflix was a great way to unwind... at a dentist office! Jazmin does an amazing job with explaining each step and checking in with the patients. I'll definitely be referring friends to this location.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental cleaning by Dr. Susan Park, and she was competent, nice, gentle, timely, and very informative. She explained all steps prior to actual doing the cleaning. I have very sensitive teeth and Dr. Park was very attentive to my sensitivity and concerns. She explained x-rays in detail and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Park; she is one of the best dentists in Houston.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a general check up and cleaning. The front staff Justice and Linda were very friendly and inviting! Dr. Seo was great at ensuring I understood everything and if I had any questions she definitely answered them right away! Thank you to Karen as well! She calmed me down a lot as I was nervous and even turned on Pandora for me! Great visit and highly recommend this to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so pleasant. It was a clean and modernized Environment. I didn't feel like I was in the twilight zone. Even the dentist had a sense of humor! From the comfy seats to the Pandora playing a station of my choosing... I was beyond pleased Mint it’s a YES for me!

Fantastic experience: This is my first time in Mint Dentistry. Since you come inside they make you smile I love the energy! I was able to explain my needs and they understood perfectly. Fantastic experience: I have never been the biggest fan of going to the dentist and was apprehensive about finding a new dentist after moving to Houston. I did my research and settled on Mint due to their positive reviews. Let’s just say there is a reason they are rated so highly! From the moment I walked in the door the staff kept me informed and relaxed. When I need a few fillings, the dentist walked me through what needed to be done by explaining my x-rays. At every step the staff made me feel comfortable about what was going on and confident to ask questions as they arose. I look forward to making this place my primary go-to for dental care!

Fantastic experience: Becky is the best hygienist that I have ever came across. She is very professional and formative and really cares for her patients that come through the door. She took the time to show me and inform me on the issues I was having during my cleaning no other hygienist has done that. I really appreciate her professionalism and her ability to make people feel important and comfortable. Just by speaking and interacting with her I can tell that she really cares about her job and her patients

Positive experience: UPDATE- my husband has went back to this location 9/3/2020 to finish his treatment and I must say this experience was a heck of a lot better. He could definitely tell something has changed, he says he was greeted and felt welcomed upon arrival. The dentist to the hygienist was professional and efficient. To the owner- I appreciate you taking my review and actively doing something about it. You have our continued business.

Negative experience: I have had the worst time trying to get my insurance confirmed.. they call to say it’s fine then call that’s there’s missing info, so I fill it in and then they say okay looks great.. then the day of appointment they send a reminder saying see you then. Then 30 min before appointment they send another text canceling your appointment because apparently the insurance that was approved had a problem. They say they called but they never did the only time was to tell you everything was good. I wish I could say their customer service was at least three stars, but i can’t even do that they were nice At first then after their was Insurance problems continued to give me an attitude. Do not go here unless you have super good insurance or have lots of money!! Will never go back!

Fantastic experience: Linda welcomed me when I walked in. Vanessa kept me updated the whole time I was in the chair and Becky did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth. Dr. Park was hilarious. We talked about mosquitoes & her kids. They were all awesome! I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. I'm most happy that you updated your appointment confirmation process to an electronic version.

Fantastic experience: My doctor was absolutely phenomenal. Very detailed, explained the steps of what to expect and made me feel that she really cares about the condition of my teeth. The assistant, both, were polite, paid close attention & predicted any needs I may have. The office manager is always so pleasant & provided me with information for my follow up and the beautiful young lady, front desk clerk, seems to genuinely care & loved her bubbly personality.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Abraham at the Elmsworth location, I had a extraction done. I was super nervous and concerned about having another terrible dental experience but himself and the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The extraction was quick and pain free. I officially don't want to see any other dentist outside of him. My experience was great. Thank you so much Dr. Abraham!!

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at this location. The employees were extremely friendly, helpful, quick and efficient. I received a ton of reminders via test message and email- which I personally thought was great. This is my first time going to MINT dentistry. I've heard many people praise about it, and I gotta say it's definitely worth the hype. Great company and people. Would recommend to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I heard about this place on the radio and decided to give it a go since I was in search of a new dentist anyway. I was surprisingly amazed at how wonderful my experience was. When you first walk in, it smelled of a combination between vanilla candles and sanitizer (but in a good way). The office space was well put together, clean and very trendy. I was greeted right away by their front desk staff whom were very friendly and welcoming. My wait time was less than 10 minutes before I was brought in and attended to. The clinic staff were super professional and very thorough. When it was all over, my dental hygienist walked me out herself and handed me a number of goodies for my teeth ;) . I give south Houston mint dentistry an overall 5 stars for friendliness, professionalism and cleanliness. I look forward to another visit in 6 months.

Negative experience: Had an appointment scheduled for 6 months only to get to the South Houston location and find it dark, no personnel, and doors locked. TOTALLY NOT OPEN! Upon phoning to inquire as to why they're NOT open for scheduled appointments and I'm told that they're offices are closed Dec. 23-25. You think? Would've been nice if someone had phoned me - I too, had things to do this Christmas season. You bug people about appointments all year long, then you don't notify them when you cancel them. Not good, not right and I DO NOT appreciate it! Yes I confirmed via email and NO, I did not receive any texts, calls or email. Last time I was there, my insurance information was not filed. What is the problem at your location? Please rectify.

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end, this place made my dental experience amazing. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor , clean and entertaining environment. They have different locations throughout the greater Houston areas, I suggest making appointments three to four days in advance though. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I visited this office about 4 months ago and was very impressed how I was treated. The staff was very warm and welcoming. I was so excited to get trays and bleach on my 1st visit! I would recommend this office to everyone looking for a beautiful bright smile and great service!

Fantastic experience: Great place to get dental work done. Amazing front desk and awesome team in the back. Dr. Seo did a few fillings on me and was very gental while working on me. Becky did my cleaning and again amazing service. My dental assistant was Maria and she was very detailed with my questions and if she didn't know the answer she would figure it out.
