Fantastic experience: I'm typically a bit phobic in any dentist's office, but everyone at Waterford put me at ease from the very start and truly kept me there. They answered every question and gave me genuine hope that my dental health was in the best possible hands.

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dentist were professional, knowledgeable, and had great sense of humor. I felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed at my first appointment and two years later still feel the same. I’m treated very well and never rushed in or out. Dentist listens to me and responds kindly. I recommend this group in Waterford.

Fantastic experience: I would never think of going anywhere else other than Waterford Dental! My fears of being at the dentist are over the top and very very real for me. But I've been in this office for over 10 years and I no longer have the panicky feeling that I had for most of my life. The staff are amazing, kind, helpful, funny when you need it, and the doctors are the best, I promise you! Dr Campbell has been by my side for a very long time and every now and then Dr now will step in and help me with something if I need it. I wouldn't hesitate going to either of them ever! 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating and more!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Waterford Dental Health are always courteous. Wait times for check in and to be seen by the Dr or hygienist are consistently very short. For this episode, hygienist Shannon did a great job with my cleaning. She was thorough and firm yet very gentle in the manipulation of the tools. The cleaning was then followed by a thorough examination by Dr Campbell who has advised me well for years. I highly recommend Waterford Dental Health for your dental care.

Negative experience: My appointment was for 3 pm. I arrived at 2:50 and was asked to go upstairs and wait for my cleaning. At 3:25 I went back downstairs and asked the receptionist if there was a problem. She was kind of surprised too and checked on my hygienist. She asked me to go back upstairs and I did. Three minutes later my hygienist came out and got me. No excuses just cleaned my teeth in 20 minutes instead of the usual 40. I wonder what would’ve happened if I showed up 25 minutes late?

Fantastic experience: Shannon, my dental hygienist was very nice, respectful, easy to talk to and was very thorough. My dentist was also great, he even told me a joke which I appreciated.

Fantastic experience: No one likes to go to the dentist but if you do have to go this is the place. The office staff are incredible and call me by name every time I walk in the door. I never feel like just a patient or face in the crowd when I’m there. I can’t say enough about Dr. Campbell. He does do excellent work but about that he is an amazing and caring human being. He asks about my husband each time I see him and I know he asks my husband about me. There was a so much more but you get the idea. I know they get awarded favorite dentist and office repeatedly and there are so many reasons for that.

Fantastic experience: When our dentist retired, after serving our family for over 30 years, we were on a mission to find an office with a similar vibe. Waterford Dental Health filled that need and more. Friendly staff, professional atmosphere and a pleasant, confident Dr. helped ease our transition. Dr. Nogacek spent time answering questions and made me feel like I’d been her patient for some time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: All around great experience. I’ve been a patient here nearly 25 years. They do need a new building though in a better location. Their current offices are in a what was once a house. Parking is limited and patients need to climb a flight of stairs for treatment, which is difficult and dangerous for some patients.

Fantastic experience: Waterford Dental Group has the most amazing staff. The intake team couldn’t be more friendly, courteous or helpful. The dental assistant was super smart, professional and courteous. The Dentist was absolutely the best I have ever had! I had an issue going on in my mouth that no doctor, dentist or specialist could figure out or help with. After a couple minutes with this dentist and hygienist, they figured it out and relieved most of the pain! If I ever have to go to the dentist again, I am actually looking forward to it (if it’s here at Waterford Dental Health)!

Positive experience: I was recently at the Waterford Dental Health office because I had a scheduled 6-month appointment. It turned out that I couldn’t have any procedure done because 4 months ago I had a heart attack. The hygienist was very careful to speak with the dentist and follow protocol. She also took the time to speak to the girl at the desk to make a future appointment at the appropriate time.

Fantastic experience: One of my worst fears was going to the Dentist. Waterford Dental wiped all those fears away due to there personal attention and amazing professionalism. From extraction, implants and now regular cleaning there is no one better. If you are going somewhere else you are totally missing out. Just finished my visit for cleaning. There is no one better to service me in this area, .. complete cleaning full exam, no anxiety, just great work by the best professional Dentist in this area.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first appointment in quite a while after too long a time of self-neglect. As a previous patient (still in their computer from long ago) I was able to be seen within a week or so (if I had been a completely new patient appointments were being scheduled approximately 60 days out, comparable to other practices in the area). At my appointed time I was greeted promptly by a very pleasant and professional person named Natalie who was extremely patient and understanding with me in regard to my concerns. She got me through the process of obtaining a fresh set of x-rays (which, interestingly, no longer requires the use of the old-style film 'card' that I found to be difficult to manage. The new process is digital and is much easier to tolerate). Dr. Jason R. Campbell then came and provided a thorough explanation of what was revealed by the x-ray's (which were displayed on a monitor directly in front of me), performed an initial exam and outlined a course of corrective action which I felt was completely reasonable. I feel that going forward I will continue to receive excellent dental care at Waterford Dental Health based in my interactions with Natalie and Dr. Campbell. They are highly recommended.
