Fantastic experience: I love the Sugar Land location and all the staff. My only complaint is these new uniforms which I instantly asked, “what happened to your cute outfits?” They stated this was their new uniforms. They went from promoting sexy teeth in business attire and heels. To looking like something out of the 80s in their members only jumpsuits and white tennis shoes. I didn’t know if I was at the right location or in the mall buying Jordan’s or looking at cheerleaders on the side lines of a varsity basketball game. They have to go! This is definitely not the look. Corporate fix this immediately!

Negative experience: I am new to Texas and wanted to try this office out. I have been in dental for 19yrs and today at my appointment I was given an exam by a Dr and was Tx planned for a srp. That exam did not include perio charting stating what my numbers were to prove that I needed a deep cleaning oppose to a regular cleaning. I receive my cleanings on time and have for the past 19 yrs and was never told I needed a deep cleaning. Also when I inquired about X-rays the first thing the young lady told me was you know we aren’t in network with your insurance? First thought was I didn’t ask you that and what does that have to do with me telling you I just had X-rays 6 mos ago. This place just want your money and does not care about actual quality patient care. Throughout my years I’ve heard other patients voice their concerns about offices like this and honestly never thought I would experience it. It’s a wonder why there’s dental office on every corner here in Texas. I will never return here.

Warm welcome when you open the door and my family and I enjoy being treated here. I’ve been going to this location for years and I don’t know that I’ll chance trying a different location. Negative experience: I don’t usually write reviews, but this genuinely has to be said for potential patients considering this location. I made an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient. I did assume that x rays would be taken since it’s been a year or two since I had them taken, so I’m not negatively reading into that. I had NO pain at the time I scheduled the appointment. This was simply me noticing I hadn’t used my insurance benefits in a while and wanted to do a little self care by getting some check ups. This part is crucial to remember as you read further. After taking x-rays for like 40 minutes, the dentist came in to examine my mouth. She started scraping very painfully at my teeth with an incredibly sharp tool, without telling me what was going on. It really started to hurt when she started scraping at my molar fillings. It felt like she was purposefully trying to loosen it, and pull it out. That really hurt and I felt something crack off. Then she states that I need many fillings and that a treatment specialist would come to discuss financing. At this point the dentist has not even gone over my X-rays with me, let alone explain what the hell treatment she thinks I need. So I asked her if she was able to explain my X-rays, to which she responded with something I have genuinely never heard a dentist say. She said “yeah I’ll just show you the right side because the other side is the same”. Which is crazy because there’s zero chance the “cavities” are identical on both sides of my mouth. She then pulls up my x rays and they’re really zoomed out so i can’t really see the detail, but I’ve reviewed many X-rays before and this is where I start to doubt what they’re saying to me because it doesn’t look as bad as she’s making it sound. She doesn’t even point to where the cavities are, she just counts 6 fillings that I need on the right side of my mouth. When I try to get more specifics she seemed annoyed I was asking questions and kind of rushed away and pawned me off to the financing people. Then the payment specialist comes in and presents me with the bill. Before i even begin to talk about the price she starts suggesting all these payment plans and financing that they offer. I don’t even need financing but they were going into more depth about that then they would about the actual X-rays they took of my mouth. It was very weird. They said I needed all of these fillings badly, yet they had presented me with a bill where they had already split up my costs so today I would pay for the right half of my teeth and another day I would pay for the left. I never once asked for a flexible payment schedule, but I don’t know what this invoice is telling me because my doctor never explained what her recommendations were. Also the doctor said the left side was “the same” as the right side, but according to this invoice I would owe them $700 for my right side and $2000 for the left. It’s crazy I just had all of these major cavities and apparently I never felt a thing. All of this felt incredibly slimy, so I asked the treatment specialist if I could just get the regular cleaning I had booked and then I could consider the invoice for another day. Here’s the kicker, she replied saying that if I just wanted my cleaning I could get it but it’ll be a 30 minute wait. Now, why on earth would I be waiting 30 minutes after my appointment started over an hour ago and my appointment was FOR the cleaning? Why the hell would I have to wait another 30 minutes, was my appointment changed to be just a financial review instead of a cleaning? As soon as she said that I let her know I was just going to leave and asked the very nice receptionist to email me my X-rays. It has been two days since that appointment and the exact molar she was picking at my filing and scraping at, the one that I felt the crack on, has started to ache deeply. It feels like (would you believe it) my filling was removed. I will be finding a new dentist, unfortunately, this is just not the place for me. Good luck to whoever chooses this practice.

Fantastic experience: I came here in pain and ended up needing a root canal and crown. Tas the manager was great and helped me set everything up financially. Dr. Abu Ghosh was very professional and performed my treatment in a timely manner. Will definitely make this my dental home.

Negative experience: Went here for a cleaning and the dentist told me I have 2 cavities after looking at my mouth for 2 minutes. I went for a 2nd opinion and was told I have no cavities. The staff were also very unorganized.

Negative experience: This is my 2nd ultimate unpleasant experience at this location. The first horrible experience was 4 years ago. I met with the office manager about my horrible experience and she made it right with a different care team. They were perfect! But NEVER again will I have a third horrible experience! The front desk (Kimmie & the other young lady) phenomenal. Perfect for first contact. Tatianna the dental assistant was perfect for me. She was kind, gentle, attentive, & patient! Love her! Dr. Abu Ghosh! A complete nightmare! My initial meeting with her was great without me seeing the other side of my next visit. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. As I know now she was not thorough on what to expect. My initial visit/consultation, she specifically mentioned 24-48 hours after surgery soft foods, rest during that time, and I will send you home with medicine for the pain. I received a post surgery card after my surgery that states something completely different. It makes absolutely positively NO sense to why I was not given this card at the first consultation prior to surgery. I would have been more prepared mentally & emotionally. The surgery felt rushed, she was very aggressive in tone and performance! She was NOT attentive! At some point I can start to feel more pressure and I was squirming intensely, her response was I’m almost done. NO ma’am, you should’ve STOPPED to make sure I am comfortable moving forward. A few minutes passed after that and Tatianna said, I think her numbness is wearing off, the Dr responded by saying again I’m almost done. She specifically said to me at any time during the procedure if you feel more pressure or discomfort raise your left hand and I will stop to see if I need to give you another injection to numb your mouth. Tatianna said the same thing to me as well. She was asking me questions while she was performing my procedure, with my mouth open how was I to respond. Because of her aggressiveness in my mouth I have open skin on the right side roof of my mouth. Which is the side that I am experiencing severe pain and swelling. She was a complete nightmare. After I go in for my follow up in 7 days, I will never return to this location. At my follow up Abu Ghosh will not come near me and for sure she will not touch my mouth!!! I have served the public with a service for over 31 years, and I know how imperative it is to SERVE people exactly how you would expect for a service provider to handle you with care and a pleasurable experience. Tatianna cared for me with excellence! ** IF YOU ARE GETTING ORAL SURGERY ASK THEM FOR THE POST OPP INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR PROCEDURE

Negative experience: Usually, I don’t leave negative reviews but I never experienced such a bad experience at a dentist office before! I came in for a routine cleaning. Was told my tooth is “DEAD” repeatedly from the dentist. However, she didn’t explain things well and she had terrible bedside manner. I’m in the medical field too but the bedside manner was so bad. She explained I needed my permanent retainer removed and I needed Invisalign?!? This didn’t make any medical sense to me. There is no clinical justification for it. Dentist didn’t seem to care for her patients and overall I felt so rushed and things weren’t explained well. Then, someone came in to talk about financing everything. They were trying to talk to me about payment plans for Invisalign, but I stressed I didn’t need it. Ultimately, I never came back to this location. I would not recommend, I felt like they were just trying to get more money. Next day, I immediately went to another dentist/endodontist. I received better care and better prices than this place. Also, the other dentist explained I DIDN’T need Invisalign! The only positive is the dental assistant and front desk people were nice. Other than that, I felt like it was subpar care and they were pushing things I didn’t need.

Negative experience: Good day Doctor Harrison, I'm reaching out to you, because I have been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to speak with a manager. It appears that my wife has been overcharged for months. I have asked my Insurance to investigate this location. My name is CB. I work for the government, and we have both BCBS Federal Insurance and BCBS Federal Dental FEP. I would also ask that you inform your staff that if a customer as to speak to a manager on duty, that they honor that request. If you want to see what I'm speaking about, have someone too call your location at your Sugar Land location and ask to speak to a manager.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service demonstrated at the Sugarland location starting when you walk in the door, the dental assistants and dentist. They are very patient, respectful and mindful. Always attentive to my needs and comfort. During my last visit I had a call that I needed to take; every team member worked with me and we were able to take care of my appointment and the phone call. Each person enabled me to address the issue on the phone without making me feel that I was inconveniencing them, their time or process!! I really appreciated their willingness to work with me and the excellent dental care I receive at each visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Packard and the staff were very transparent about the treatment, my options, but also very efficient in execution after consent! I was expecting just an assessment on my initial visit, but not here they provided me same day service. They all answered any questions, and made me feel great about my choice of using their services...I highly recommend them if you're in Ft. Bend county! The facilities are upkept compared to other offices I've been to in greater Houston. Go check them out!

Negative experience: I’m rating them 2 stars only because, even though the staff is cool, I find it very unprofessional that my appointment for my wisdom teeth extraction was canceled less than 24hrs before, due to the doctor being out of the country. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance and everywhere is literally booked but they decided to go over the schedule literally today when my apt was tomorrow and saw I was scheduled when the ONLY doctor in the south Houston area who does extractions was going to be out of the country. It’s inconvenient and inconsiderate that I was informed at such a late notice and how it was no wiggle room around rescheduling, which is why it’s very important to inform patients at least 3 days in advance and I literally got little to no explanation as to how this could have happened, very disappointed with this establishment.

Negative experience: ZERO STARS, REALLY!!!! These people are deceptive! They did a rush job on my cleaning... I could literally still feel plaque/tartar on my teeth after my cleaning! It's just a money grab for these people; they tell you simple things can't be done to upsell you to spend more money with them! They tried to convince me that I needed a implant instead of replacing a crown on a tooth that's perfectly fine! The dentist got indignant with me when I told her I needed time & I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. She sent me on my way with my crown in a retainer box! I'm very unhappy with the care provided and I won't be back!!

Negative experience: If insurance only covers regular cleaning, don't go here. Regular cleaning is polish and floss, which lasted 5 min or so. Waste of my time and it was a lot of sales pitch. Will not go back.

Fantastic experience: Just left the Sugar Land location. Had an awesome intial visit with Shawna who compeleted X-rays, Dr. Wen, and Diego who explained my treatment plan. Their bedside manner, kindness and thoroughness was excellent. I feel more confident in the steps I need to take and look forward to my next visit!

Negative experience: I was totally blindsided! My husband and I had appointments at 4 and 4:30, they rushed my procedure because I’m too nice I guess. I went for my regular tooth cleaning and literally took 10 minutes. No X-rays whatsoever! I Didn’t even see a doctor. I’m curious to see what my bill will look like. If they charge me for services I did not receive they will be reported. I wish I had gone to the Westchase location, they were a 100 time better. Never again!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this dentist office. I came to the office based on radio commercials. I was under the impression I would be getting great care. However this has been a horrible experience. They have no real bedside manners, the lack of follow up and professionalism. I have them over 3,000 for a procedure in March, and it is now July and I still haven’t gotten my tooth fixed. I have called their patient relations line several time looking for a refund, and their lack of follow up is just as bad. I’ve been calling for weeks and days, and no one is willing to make this right for me. I wouldn’t recommend their offices no matter how good those commercials are! I guess they have gotten too big, and now lack that personal care.

Negative experience: Ok just be aware regular cleaning they consider as deep cleaning, and their “regular” cleaning is literally go over a tooth brush and floss. The person who performed the procedure was kind of in a rush, probably I distracted her from her more important things breakfast or something…

Negative experience: Waste of time! I went in to fix a cracked filling. They Are so money hungry they over looked the reason I came to the dentist. I would pay whatever to fix my teeth. But the way they handle business turned me completely off. On top of the outrageous recommended dental plan and prices, the doctor seems to be a lil moody. She needs to work on her bedside manner. You can't get frustrated if a patient asks questions about THEIR body. They could've gained a loyal patient, but not today, I'll look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Mint Sugarland is the best, they took care of my deep cleaning, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok throughout my entire treatment. From the moment I walk in the door I feel so welcomed and that my business is appreciated. Negative experience: So my appointment was at 4:30, and there's a little traffic on the way, so at 4:38 I get a text that my appointment is canceled, I was right at the light to turn at these people's stupid place. 4:39, the receptionist told me I had to reschedule or cancel. So I canceled.. and now its 4:45 I guess they have enough business, and they don't need mine. Truth is, I think my teeth got worse here.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE!!! Money hungry company Went for already scheduled tooth extraction appt which I was in sever pain. But was told that I needed to schedule appt because the dentist has moved in to the next patient because my scheduled app was under Consultation for the tooth ache and was trying to upcharge me for the visit and will be charged again for coming in for extraction. I just stormed out with my sever tooth pain.

Hygienist Makayla was so friendly and kind during my cleaning she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Shared with Dr Abu Ghosh i was having trouble with my tooth and we decided it was best to extract it, she explained everything she was doing/recommended and i felt at ease. Negative experience: Went in for my 6 month cleaning and the free whitening trays. Called ahead of time to make sure my insurance was accepted by them, and they said I was in network. Because I take care of my teeth only needed a cleaning and the doctor looked so put off by this and was rude, basically in my mouth 30 seconds and then just left. After paying my copay thought I was okay. Turns out the dentistry was in network BUT the doctor wasn’t!!! Later got a bill For almost 900$ From my insurance For her being in my mouth for 30 seconds (the assistant did the cleaning). After this I was told I needed front teeth veneers, for the “low low price” of 3k told them no thank you. They have called me 5 times to ask me about these veneers. Now I would normally put 0 stars but because the place was very clean, the rest of the staff was very nice, and the teeth whitening really does work! And the personal trays are very comfortable, I had to give them some credit.

Negative experience: Literally came here the first time just bc of the free whitening trays and plus it was time for one of my annual cleanings. Asked up front about the whitening trays, but was never fitted for them. During that visit, a regional manager or something was there and she came into my exam and started talking to me about my insurance, and going on and on about what services I would be eligible for and when. Totally off putting and unnecessary. Like why do I need to talk to the regional manager bc she’s here looking around? My insurance had already been explained by the dentist. It was like she was trying to show the others how it’s done or something idk. Never was fitted for the trays, probably because of her. Went back recently and I found the dentist Dr. Abughosh to be rude and quite frankly in the wrong profession. She doesn’t seem to have any people skills whatsoever. Asked about whitening trays this visit and had a remind them. Then the tech that fitted me seemed annoyed to have to do her job. They never called to say they were ready. Guess I have to do that part. I’m going back to Castle Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Mint Dentistry in Sugar Land. The staff were so kind and professional. From Andrew the assistant that took my X-rays and made my free trays. Yes I received free whitening trays with my insurance. It’s for everyone with a PPO dental plan. OMG not to mention the doctor is an African American, which was giving me so much black girl magic! My hygienist Makayla was very thorough and gentle during my cleaning process. I thought I wouldn’t be able to eat after but I was eating less than an hour later. Also, I love the way they allow Chenelle another African American assistant to promote her teeth whitening business on site. I will be scheduling for her affordable teeth whitening experience. Thank you so much Mint Denistry for making my dental experience AWSOME!

Fantastic experience: Been going here for about a year and it’s been great! Very kind people here. They do a good job with the cleaning too. I like the water flosser they have that doesn’t scrape at your teeth. You also get free whitening treatments! Pretty cool if you ask me.

Negative experience: We will not return to this location due to the slighted attitude given by Dr. Abughosh. Some people already don’t go to the dentist due to multiple reasons. Fantastic experience: Going to Mint Dentistry on Dairy Ashford in Sugar land since 2019. Always had a great experience. From the front desk staff to the doctor and dental hygienist everyone is doing an amazing job. Environment is very welcoming and positive.

Fantastic experience: I went in to get a teeth cleaning this morning and decided to get two of my wisdom teeth pulled. I was so nervous and scared but everyone was so patient with me and made me feel really calm. Hands down this is my favorite location everyone was so nice

Fantastic experience: The manager in the front always does a great job with greeting and making patients feel welcome. She's got a great attitude. My hygienist was very helpful with my teeth cleaning. She considered my request and was very accommodating due to my braces. Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience: Dope place, ambience was everything !... however I had to do a specific shout out to Andrew and Marcia -( hope I didn't mess her name up ) they were perfect !!! I had my 18 month old with me and I just knew it would be a disaster .. the opposite they sang to my baby while my teeth was getting cleaned and made sure my experience was welcoming !!!! Negative experience: I'm giving 1 star because I was highly disappointed and felt my time was wasted today. I initially scheduled to have a cleaning done and made it clear to the scheduler, receptionist, technician and specialist I had to be at work hoping the process would be sped along. I was told it would take about an hour for everything and agreed. I ended up spending a little more than an hour there and did NOT even get what I came there for which was a (simple cleaning). After getting an x-ray and the constant reminder of me needing wisdom teeth pulled (which I'm not concerned about at the moment) I was told the delux cleaning services would be $500. Completely ridiculous. I came a year ago and paid $50 with my insurance. So then I mentioned my previous services and was quoted $150 for the exact same cleaning the previous year. At that moment I didn't want to waste anymore time, I grabbed my things and left. Other than that, the staff was polite, but I wish they could be more upfront with the high pricing especially when the customer expresses they're on a tight schedule.

Negative experience: Initially service is fantastic Front.desk staff WAS helpful I changed insurance and the nightmare begins Front Desk MANAGER only wants paying customers to feel stupid She likes to play the victim in conversations while raising the tone in her voice to make it sound like she is helping you I told her to use plain words so she repeated herself with a song and tone like a recording The front desk is ZERO help and do not want to help paying customer. There is ZERO accountability by this one young girl, not even a lady. I would LOVE to discuss this situation with any responsible and accountable adult

Fantastic experience: I have been impressed with the service I have received at Mint Dentistry in Sugarland. My first visit there was with Dr. Brad Barker and the service was outstanding. My visit yesterday was wonderful. My daughter has now become a client and my grandchildren.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best experience I have personally ever had with any dentistry. Everything was explained all concerns were washed away. I was taken very well care of, plus they have massaging and heated chairs with tv as you lay back and get your teeth done. I watched Netflix and literally chilled. Great place great staff, I can’t say enough great things about Mint Dentistry. Thank You guys for everything. P.S. if you want another smile on the website or anything I’m your Guy.

Negative experience: HOSTILITY TO CLIMATE I take posting terrible experiences seriously and that's why this review on Mint dentistry Sugarland location hurts badly. It started from my 2nd visit. The Hispanic lady at the reception was a bit rude with her response to me when I asked her why I had to fill forms every time I have an appointment. She said it was their procedure. So I said that's fine. I respect that but with a dental clinic as big as this, you would think that they would have learned one or two things from the last 2 years; pandemic, climate change( cause flooding in some areas and blazing fire in others). I told the lady that sending this forms as an email would be better rather than printing papers every time. Our vegetation suffers when trees are cut and this in return affects climate. I genuinely thought she heard me but when I visited the 3rd time, she expressly told me that if I don't fill the forms, I would not get service. Really?? I drive almost 20 minutes from my house, leaving so many great dental clinics behind who have better process with service than the over hyped Mint dental clinic. Not to talk of the fact that am paying for the ridiculous service. Am not saying we should all be climate fanatics but at least let's do our bit for pple who have lost their houses, communities, loved ones because of climate change. ...and oh...I left and got a better dental clinic that cares about service process. They obviously care more about money than their community and environment.

Negative experience: Absolute worst and most painful cleaning I have ever had. I was going to Mint in the Heights, but moved to Richmond and switched to the Sugarland location. I have had wonderful cleanings at the Heights location and I was expecting the same here. She, the dentist, did my cleaning and was rough and inconsiderate. She hurt me the way she used the mirror tool to hold my lips, etc. out of the way. She left the suction thing in my mouth constantly, even when she was changing tools and doing nothing in my mouth. It caused sores in my mouth and on my tongue. She was not friendly or polite. I will never be going back. Everything in my mouth still hurts today.

Fantastic experience: Went to my appointment for cleaning and exam. Office was clean and inviting. Front desk personnel were very polite and helped me get checked in and offered me a chapstick, shades, water and a snack. The restroom had listerine to freshen your mouth before your exam. I was called back shortly after I arrived. Technician was very polite and we did xrays and exam. The dentist was very nice and went over my dental needs. The hygienist and insurance lady was also very nice. Not once did they make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. I had a deep cleaning done and overall had a great experience.

Positive experience: They have a great staff but, I believe they have MANY customers that they kind of drop the ball sometimes. They told me they would give me an estimate on braces they never did. They also told me they would give me the whitening kit they didn't. My husband has had a couple of root canals and crowns but he gets seen my multiple doctors that they have to fix what the previous one did. It's a mess. Good customer service but to many customers they don't know what to do with us.

Negative experience: Scheduled preventive care on a Friday at 4:30pm to include cleaning, some plaque removal and whitening. Received a call on the day of the appointment to be informed that all preventive care cannot be completed due to the time of the appointment. Told Mint caller that I would've scheduled and earlier appointment if I knew ahead of time. Came in only to x-rays, consultation, and scheduling another appointment for the preventive care. Felt rushed with fast talk of summary of charges, which I still don't fully understand, and a rescheduled appointment and to have a great weekend without any work done. Will go back for rescheduled preventive care but will more than likely find a dentistry practice more willing to prioritize my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: This was the BEST experience that I have ever had at any dentist. Everyone was so nice, professional, and understanding of my dentist anxiety. Hands down the most patient friendly experience I've had. The service was fast and effective. Phenomenal job!

Fantastic experience: I went in the office for my normal cleaning today! Sam was my hygienist! She was totally awesome! I had to wait, but she more than made up for the time with her great charm and friendly personality! She was gentle and my teeth look great! Thx Sam for making my experience a great one!

Fantastic experience: In the past I would be terrified of going to the dentist. My first visit at Mint Dental, I let it be known. From that moment each time I visited the office I was welcomed and assured that my visits would be comfortable and pleasant. A couple of years later, I am still on track and have made all of my visits. Thank you Mint for easing my fears of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. I had an extraction of a tooth. And I did not feel any pain. Couple of pinches, but that's it. If you are very afraid of dentist or needles, this is the place for you. They make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. And the staff are very friendly

Negative experience: I have been meaning to write this review. I am highly disappointed in Mint Dentistry. A few months ago I went in for a cleaning and a filling and I was ON TIME to my appointment, only to be called in 45 min later to be told they did not have time to do my cleaning. They brought one black dentist in after doing my x-rays and this lady begin to tell me I needed a deep cleaning that exceeded $500, she also told me I needed a double root canal which exceeded my insurance. If that isn’t wickedness I don’t know what is. She did not tell me about the known dangers of root canal toxicity, she did not offer me any healthy alternatives that my insurance WOULD COVER, she allowed her spirit of greed to speak for her. Root canals toxicity is extremely dangerous. So if you know I have an infection from my last root canal, why would you suggest I get another one??? Very strange. I will never return to this location!!!! I wish there were REAL dentist left in this world that actually cared about the health and well being of the patient. God help us.

Fantastic experience: From the time we opened the door to come in until the time we opened the door to leave everyone was SO nice! The genuine concern the dentist and staff showed and the way everything was thoroughly explained was very welcomed and appreciated! My daughter has had a not so pleasant experience with her previous dental provider/orthodontist, but today we found a new place for not just her, but for our entire family!

Fantastic experience: Definitely one of my best experiences at the dentist. Everything moves quickly but with precision and attention to detail. The dentist that took care of me was very experienced and knowledgeable. Constantly asking if I needed a break or if I had any discomfort. The staff is extremely professional and so where the assistants. Facilities were clean and organized as well. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Had poor service about 2 years ago, but went back today and completely different story. Office team was efficient and very friendly, dental staff including the dentist were all fantastic. I was only there a total of an hour and a half (exam plus cleaning). Today they made me a regular customer because I liked it, not out of convenience.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient with Mint Dentistry. After a few years of not visiting the dentist, I chose Mint Dentistry to be my nxt experience. I must say they took care of me. My visit more pleasurable than anticipated. Very friendly, and very helpful. Not to mention they did a great job with my deep cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Van was amazing! Love the service she was so helpful and kind. Dr. E was very informative! I’ve been having Jan issues and Dr. E explained the cause, answered all my questions. Didn’t feel rush. Even the X-ray tech was kind. Super welcoming! Front desk was amazing as well!

Negative experience: Went in for a 4pm appointment to do a cleaning. Got informed about a deeper cleaning that my insurance can only cover 80% of. I declined and said I wanted the cleaning that my insurance covers 100% if. They refused to do it! I had visited their Cypress location before and have never had a problem. This location sucks! Such a waste of my time. "Dr P" came in saw everything and left. Didn't even give the time of day to explain anything. Very disappointed with the service.

Negative experience: I visited this location about 2 years ago and I just have to write a review. It was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had and it had nothing to do with the technicians. The dentist was just AWFUL! I wish I remembered her name. She’s an African American lady that was in a rush and probably spent a total of 1 minute with me. She rudely told me told me I had 5 cavities. I’m leaving this review because I’ve had other dental visit since then, the most recent one was yesterday. I was convinced I had cavities for the longest until multiple dentist told me I had no cavities. That was my first and last Mint dentistry visit please get a second opinion before wasting your money. MINT dentistry thanks for the emotional/financial abuse you inflict on your patients on purpose.

Fantastic experience: Mind blowing customer's service, from the front desk to the Doctor was outstanding. I have a genuine feeling that they really care about my health. The Doctor's are skillful and their price are affordable. I will definitely recommend this place for any one looking for quality Dental service at a very affordable rate.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend MINT Dentistry. The front desk attendants are always so friendly and helpful, delivering a warm greeting once you arrive. Their hygienists and dentists are highly skilled and thorough. My hygienist on my most recent visit was so sweet and made my cleaning very comfortable. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a decade before going to MINT and I'm so happy I chose them. They were welcoming, efficient, and judgement-free when I came in with somewhat neglected teeth. Give them a try! You'll be glad you did.
