Negative experience: They only received 1 star because the office is well kept and clean. Professionalism is 0. They allowed me to travel all the way to the office before telling me that my daughter couldn't be seen due to her insurance type. That could have been conveyed over a quick call? Bunch of young unprofessional kids working the front counter totally explains why consideration and insurance confirmation prior to visit wasn't completed with a phone call.

Fantastic experience: Extremely nice and professional staff
Negative experience: Walked in for my cleaning appointment and the GM said they were closed. She said “notes say we tried to call you” . There were zero texts or voicemails stating my appointment was canceled. She said you were the only one scheduled. I don’t know what that means. They want 50.00 for no show cancellations but…..wont be back

Negative experience: I am beyond irritated. The dentist that I seen out here she did two fillings for me on July 18. Had to come back because the bite on my right side was painful. Had an appointment at 3 o’clock was not seen until 412. Then To top it off, I ended up getting a shot for this visit as well for them to fix the bite on the filling. No one wants to spend 2+ hours at the dentist. They shouldn’t book all these people for appointments if you only have one doctor. Horrible experience!
Negative experience: I will not be going back to Mint Denistry in Burleson. I was to have a crown removed so they could assess if a my tooth could be saved. Before they started I asked about being numb, and was told I didn't need to be. Once they started drilling I flinched due to pain, and was yelled at for moving. I told them it hurt, and they basically accused me of lying. After convincing them it really did hurt, they did numb before continuing. Once the crown was removed they decided the tooth couldn't be saved. They needed to put a temporary crown on the tooth, so it wouldn't be exposed. While working on putting in the temporary crown, the dental assistant reached across my face putting her armpit directly on my my nose and mouth multiple times while my mouth was open.( So disgusted by that). In addition, I was told on my first visit I would be fitted for whitening trays. Every time I go they have a different excuse on why it can't be done on that visit, but will be done on the next visit. I will not return after today's experience.
Negative experience: It was a horrible experience… I waited 30 minutes to be called and although I gave my insurance information prior to my visit after pictures and X-rays of my teeth they abruptly told me to go to the front, notifying my insurance isn’t accepted there!! What’s joke and waste of time!!!!!
Positive experience: The doctor that I saw today was not who I saw on the initial visit. He was not careful, very sloppy and rough. They kept spraying water on my face, hairline and down my neck. I will not be seen by him again. My son had the same experience in the suite right next to mine. The doctor kept leaving me to see other patients. It was very annoying. Our appointment was at 2:00, and I didn’t see the doctor until 3:20!!! We took a chance coming to Mint based on the advertisement and convenient location. The first visit was not like this. He needs a big refresher in bedside manner and attention to details in his work!

Fantastic experience: I have been under the care of the Burleson location of MINT Dentistry since 2022. I have always had an amazing experience from the friendly front end staff all the way to the thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind professionals that run the back. Today was the most AMAZING experience I have had during a cleaning EVER in all of my life. If you get a chance, go by and see Taylor for your cleaning…just leave a spot for me every six months or so!!!!

Negative experience: By far the worst mint location. I have been to the Dallas, grapevine, Arlington and now Burleson location. I’ve had amazing service at all other locations except this one. I am pregnant and they treated me like they have no knowledge or consideration at all when it comes to pregnancy. First, I requested to be at a small incline as it is not safe to be flat on your back. The DENTIST made multiple comments how that was uncomfortable for her because she would have to stand instead of sit during my filing. Making me feel like a total burden. Further, I waited a hour past my appointment to start my filling. Once started, she and the assistant talked about their relationships and religion and home life the whole time. It was extremely unprofessional. Then 1/2 way through the doctor told me she needed to go do other exams. So she left me 1/2 way done sitting there for another 20 -30 minutes to go work on other patients. So all in all , the appointment that should have taken 30 minutes took almost 2 hours. My advice, go to a dentist that actually cares about their work, and not their coming up vacation time. It’s typically the office staff that are terrible and the doctors make up for it , but in this case, it clearly starts at the top and the staff follows along constantly apologizing for the dentist’s behavior.

Negative experience: I have had some really bad experiences with dentistry and at Mint they listened to what I had to say and couldn’t have been any nicer I felt very comfortable. I will absolutely continue my journey back to healthy teeth with this office. If you’re a scaredy-cat like I am you should give them a try. And super affordable. Six years ago I left the above review. Now… their service has changed drastically. Went in today for a simple teeth cleaning. Because of the fact I now have new insurance they insisted that I had to have a deep cleaning before they would do anything else to my teeth. Therefore, I have to pay $363 for my portion of the deep cleaning which would take 700+ dollars out of my only $1000 allowance for insurance; therefore they wouldn’t even clean my teeth. So… I wasted my time going in to have the girl at the front desk provide no alternative options whatsoever. I find it hard to believe that a simple teeth cleaning would be $700+ dollars. They didn’t even offer to allow me to pay for a teeth cleaning out-of-pocket. I’ve been paying $5.99 for a monthly gift that I’m supposed to be given every month, new toothbrush, toothpaste that sort of thing and I’ve gotten nothing in well over a year probably more like two years. They’ve not offered me one single penny in compensation, one single toothbrush, not even so much as I’m sorry… nothing when I go in. Yet they continue to charge my account $5.99. So I guess I’ll be looking for a new dentist. Funny how things change in six years they went from five star ratings to a one star rating. I guess they aren’t as interested in catering to people as they say they are on the radio.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, regardless of my wishes they should be respected not make comments as such and hand me paper is crazy. You should keep your personal comments to yourself and only speak professionally. And one rude receptionist. I reached out again to the office and told that I was barred from going to any offices and cannot contact them unless via email. This is absolutely absurd that I have to waste my time even retyping this. You guys did a disservice to me, I didn't act out use rude language, I merely stated how I felt as a new client and this is the actions you guys take. Bravo. I can only assume it's from the responder to my post, if not then it's even sadder that someone else under the owner would do such emotion filled action. To clarify i was told I couldn't come in or call after I had a appointment scheduled but requested a different dentist than the one that had given me the referral posted. Which makes it an even sadder situation. I think I may share this with different communities online.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a tooth extracted and I was so nervous. I was visibly shaking when I was sitting there in the chair. The dentist and assistant did not give me a hard time and actually helped me to calm down a bit and feel more comfortable. I was done within 5 minutes! I feel very welcomed and the team there is wonderful and super kind and patient!
Negative experience: After moving here i was looking for a quality dentist office, this is not it, confusion as to which teeth are to be worked on, was told i needed a root canal, verified with ortho and another high quality dentist i did not need one, been trying to get my refund "i prepaid" and billing is unreachable, 3 + weeks with no call back, i am telling everyone that will listen about my experience, awful

Negative experience: I was told that I needed a filling. So I went in this morning 8:00 am to get it done. I left with a swollen face. The entire experience was painful but the doctor kept telling me that it was completely normal to have one side of your face swollen after the anesthesia. I regret going to this location to get my filling done. It’s been over 12 hours and the pain and swollen hasn’t gone down yet.

Fantastic experience: I had to change from my normal dentist I was going to for 5 years due to turning into “Out of Network” and I had to pay more. I’m glad I decided to go with Mint Dentistry. I had a wonderful experience. First the place feels very welcoming as in decor. Second they have free water, chapstick, mouth wash, toothbrushes (in bathroom if you are self conscious and want to brush before they see you). Thirdly the staff was very welcoming as well. The doctor has a plan to help with an issue that started from my previous dentist and is not pushy on getting expensive procedures done and is very understandable on costs especially with inflation going on. Not to mention the free teeth whitening I received, but they do state it is only for those with PPO dental insurance, so if you don’t have PPO then that’s why you won’t get it, in which finally I get something back for paying a higher premium. Over all I’m so happy I switched and actually look forward to my next dental visit for once.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this dentist for a while and today I had a cleaning. The female doctor did my cleaning instead of a Hygienist and that was the most painful cleaning I’ve ever received and my gums and teeth are perfect health. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back.
Negative experience: I called on behalf of my minor child. I very clearly stated the reason for needing an appointment, provided my child's age, asked specific questions including: if they accept my child since they're not a designated pediatric practice, if I need to obtain X-rays from our previous dental office since they had just been taken several days ago, and if I was able to remain in the room with my child during any treatment. All answers were yes. The day of the appointment came, and the text reminder for our scheduled visit was different from what was originally set. The X-rays I brought were, in fact, not needed and they said they would have to take their own. Then after doing said X-rays, getting my child set up in a room, and waiting, a dentist comes in just to tell me she does not see pediatric patients but they're "happy to not charge me" for the COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY X-ray as well as the office visit itself, as if they were doing me a favor after wasting our time and exposing my child to unnecessary radiation only to turn us away.

Negative experience: I had taken my kids to Mint Dentistry for several years. There were a few hiccups I was willing to overlook, but the final straw was when I received charges on my debit card for services we didn’t receive. Mint dentistry kept my debit card info without my permission and used it on someone else’s account. If I hadn’t been paying attention this could have occurred over and over. After that we did not return.

Fantastic experience: I love Burleson staff! They were so patient when me and my two children (8 and 5 months) came in the office. I was getting work done and my 8 year old tried to make my 5 month old a bottle and spilled formula all over the floor. They did not get upset or frustrated they were patient and even brought warm water for us to make the baby a new bottle. They cleaned up the mess and told us not to worry and they all still were smiling and willing to help, I appreciated that so much. 10 out of 10 for Burleson
Negative experience: Very Disappointing. Xrays and exam was very, very, rushed and I was told to make another appointment for cleaning. I came in to have my teeth cleaned. Also, the front desk person who gave me the pricing for the teeth cleaning was rude....You have to buy into their discount membership.They told me I would have to have a deep cleaning that costs three times more. I needed to have an extraction which was going to have to be done by an oral surgeon. I left feeling I had just paid for absolutely nothing. I called another dentist and was seen the next morning. Tooth extracted, no made up deep cleaning needed. They are a scam. Look at all of the posts and reviews before making this mistake. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for my 2 children and myself confirmed my apt via one of the seven texts reminding me of the 3 apps when we arrive we are told there's only space for one bc they weren't confirmed. Pulled up my texts showed her that I did confirm all appointments then she rudely tells me well it's not our fault.... then who's is it I lost time for work because of their error and didn't even get an apology was told "it's not our fault" will be looking for new office now.

Negative experience: I went in for an annual cleaning. DDS said I need deep cleaning on my front lowers . That would require numbing, and two returns for bottoms only at the cost of $350 out of pocket. They also stated they would not be doing a “regular” cleaning at all due to those recommendations. I can not have a regular cleaning At my request due to deep cleaning bottoms recommendation . Blown away and angry to say the least. I would like a regular cleaning of my teeth and can return when able to pay for other recommendations. Denied. I’ve never heard of such a thing.. you can clean my teeth with a regular visit, (and get my insurance money). But will not due so. I am sad. I am mad. I’ve loved mint for a long time and sent my family there over and over. I will no longer do so. They’ve adapted to monetary benefit rather than taking care of their patients at the request they can afford or have benefits. Dr Field Harrison, I’m disappointed in your practices. I’ll now start over at the age of 60, and go elsewhere.

Negative experience: My family and I came all the way from Abilene TX. And the staff made it possible for us to get as much of our dental work done as possible the staff were over and HOUR late getting off just to take care of us....... Thank you DR and staff..... We will definitely be back and we will recommend Mint Dentistry Burleson TX to all of our friends and family 10/24/2023: After 4 years I now have a bigger problem now then when I went to Mint dentistry. The root canal that was done in now having to be cut out and replaced with an implant ($3,500)
Negative experience: In the past I had a great experience with Mint till today. When I first arrived the receptionist had her toddler in her lap who was crying and screaming. While filling out paperwork the toddler was running around in the lobby banging on the doors, lifting shades and screaming. At one point, another patient thought he was my kid and I was leaving him behind when going to the back. After having x-rays done the doctor recommended I have a deep cleaning and would not perform my regular cleaning or do the teeth whitening mold. I wanted to move forward with the deep cleaning but was told they were about to close and now I needed to make 2 additional appointments for the deep cleanings. I feel like this place was very unprofessional and my insurance carrier is being abused by this system.
Negative experience: I have been going to the Burleson location since 2020 and my experiences have always been positive until today. After X-rays the doctor recommended a $200 deep cleaning and informed they would not perform my routine 6 month cleaning unless I complied. This is a ridiculous business practice and after reading other negative reviews it hasn’t just happened to me. I would not recommend Mint Dentistry and never plan on returning.
Fantastic experience: I'm new in town and had an urgent dental situation. I relied on my dental insurance website to find a new dentist in the network. I didn't know who I would see, but was able to book an appointment online for the next day. I was very fortunate to find Dr Fatema. I was alarmed to find upon my first visit that I needed a root canal. I was very anxious about the procedure with a new dentist (I'd been with my previous dentist over 25 years), but she and her assistant were compassionate and attentive and did a great job. The massage chair was an additional comfort and I appreciated the distraction of a favorite film playing on Netflix. A thoughtful bonus, they provided sunglasses to protect my eyes from the harsh examination light and anything that could have gotten in my eyes during the procedure.

Negative experience: UPDATE: So I went back to Mint for my cleaning & they did all new x-rays & an exam. The doctor came in & said I had 2 cavaties & I need a deep cleaning.......I was going to schedule my appointments but they don't have hours that work for me. I left Mint so mad that I started looking for another dentist. I found one closer to my house with later hours. I saw this new dentist & he said I don't have any cavities!!!! I would highly recommend not going to Mint for any dental work whatsoever!!!! They only care about making your teeth white & taking your money for false diagnosis. First time here....so far, I like it. X-rays were very easy & comfortable. Taking molds for whitening trays was so quick. Staff is super friendly & this office is very clean.
Negative experience: Very disappointed and would've preferred to give zero stars. I went in for a cleaning and a filling. Had to go back for an bite adjustment after the filling and not sure why this tooth hurts so much when it wasn't hurting before the filling. Also had half the cleaning done as they said they had to split it a week apart due to insurance. Went to get the other half done and was told they couldn't because my blood pressure was high. I kept telling her that the way she was taking it was not correct and of course she came in with another one just to do it wrong again. Then told me I had to get medical clearance and then said I can keep the payment there as a credit. Ummmm, no! Refund, but I will have to see that it 7 to 10 business days. I left there, went to VA just to have a blood pressure check that was no where what they charted. The nurse at VA was shocked when I told her how they checked the blood pressure and she saw what they put down. She said I wouldn't have been able to drive or anything at the blood pressure they had me down as. To make matters worse, my husband had an appointment the same day and they closed early without even notifying him. Then they called him to go in today and take a guess, high blood pressure. They asked him the same, to keep the money he paid PRIOR to any work being done as a credit. He politely told them to refund it. He came home and checked and again, no where what they charted it at. The biggest question is why were people being asked to pay PRIOR to any work being performed when just last week, I didn't pay for anything until after the work was complete??? Made an appointment at a new dentist so he can complete my work.

Negative experience: Mint dentistry did a root canal and a crown on my tooth. It's been since May that the permanent crown got put on and I'm having pain and sensitivity to the tooth. Very odd because being that I have a root canal, your not supposed to have any pain! When I called and explained the issues I'm having, I was told I have to come in no later than 330pm. I get off work at 330pm. You want me to miss work to have you fix a tooth I paid you thousands of dollars for? Why would I miss work to have you fix something you messed up? The teeth cleaning was great but your root canal and crowns are not anywhere near what I've experienced in the past. Maybe medical malpractice suit will get your attention

Negative experience: Foremost, my regular dentist is booked till February next year! (2023), but I wanted to get my teeth cleaned because it was about time. So, I made an appointment at this location, and it was a huge mistake. I never experienced soooo much pain cleaning my teeth!! Geeezuuss! Well, my bottom teeth, that is, because she didn't do the top teeth at all. Even after I asked twice to do so. Honestly, my teeth are still gritty, and I'm in alot of pain. I'm surprised I still have teeth left after that horrible visit. I have learned my lesson, and I will now be patient with my regular dentist. It's a shame I wasted a visit there.

Negative experience: If there was an option to give this location a rating of zero stars I would. Their Dallas location is awesome and wish I could say the same about Burleson. Unfortunately the only area this office is consistent with is their inconsistency, poor customer service and revolving door of new staff because no one sticks around. On a prior visit I left after an hour wait because they were behind/short staffed. About a month ago my appointment was cancelled by them after confirming it through multiple channels (text/email) THEN harassed by phone/email to reschedule the appointment they canceled. When I arrived to this one (visibly pregnant) they asked if I had my pregnancy consent form from my doctor to have X-rays done, (mind you they did X-rays 6/7 months ago when I was there). This was news to me as I wasn’t told I would need a consent form much less another round of X-rays. I explained I didn’t want the X-rays anyway after already having them taken on my last visit and that I was just in for a routine cleaning. I was then told that they wouldn’t see me without new X-rays and attempted to hand me a consent form to take back to my doctor for permission. PASS. 3 strikes, you’re out. Foolish of me to expect a seamless visit. Take your time, your money and your mouth elsewhere.

Negative experience: When I called to make an appointment. I ask if they took my insurance and I was told yes so I booked appt. I had broke a tooth and needed immediate attention. I get there to be told they do not take my insurance so I enrolled in their program. They did X-rays and I needed a deep cleaning and was quoted a ridiculous price ( with their program which I forked out 140.00 desperate to get my broken tooth fixed). They then told me they couldn’t fix it and sent me to an oral surgeon they also would not take my insurance and was very expensive. I feel this dentistry is highly over rated. I also did not like the bedside manner of the dentist. Wanted a refund of my enrollment fee into the program and was told no because they did X-rays on me which were useless to me because I walked out with no resolution. Never would recommend them. Advertising makes them sound really cool, but their not. Highly over rated!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve drove the 140 mile drive a second time and AGAIN it was so worth it!!!! All of the kind ladies here at Mint Dentistry Burleson are amazing. If you are AFRAID of the dentist then this office is exactly where you should come to!!! The office is so clean and organized and everyone is so well knowledged in their area of expertise!!!
Negative experience: Brenda is literally the rudest, most condescending “office manager” I’ve ever had to endure. I can not believe they’ve given this girl any type of authority whatsoever, she has horrible people skills and every negative review I’ve read involves her!!! Not to mention I had 2 cavities that were not properly sealed, extremely painful and had to be redone. The only credit I will give is that the rest of the staff is pleasant and they redid my fillings free of charge. HOWEVER, simply because of BRENDA I will no longer go to the Burleson office and will NEVER recommend any of my friends and family. She literally ruins that place. Get rid of her.
Negative experience: I was on time to my appointment and was Yemen back at 1:00 on which was the time of my appointment. The lady didn’t say much of anything to me then put numbing gel in my mouth and left the room. Another person came in and also didn’t say very much and did the numbing shots. After that I say in a room by myself for an hour and a half, no one said anything to me in this time. Once the doctor came in the assistant also didn’t say much to me and started putting the piece in my mouth to keep it open. They worked on the left side as I held back tears because of this terrible experience and I couldn’t say anything because my mouth was numb. They went to work on the right side and the numbing had already wore off so they had to numb me again and wait another thirty minutes. While I sat in the room and cried. The whole time while working on me they had their hands resting on my eyes hurting them. I now have a huge cut inside my mouth because of then resting their hands on my lips causing my teeth to cut my mouth. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I will never be back to a Mint Dentistry again.
Fantastic experience: I loved The whole experience! I the fact I can have my own atmosphere and not be stuck with whatever program on tv or radio station someone else choses is high on my list. I also loved the heated and massage option on my chair. Customer service was great and I also very much appreciated the no pressure tone. Oh and plus you get free whitening to boot?! Would highly recommend..
Fantastic experience: I went to the Burleson Mint Dentist office and I was so happy with the all of the staff. Everyone was friendly. I would highly recommend Mint Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Had another great visit today with Shrandra and Dr. Dave. Very friendly staff, they take care of their patients. Always have a great cleaning at Mint in Burleson. All the staff is very friendly.
Negative experience: I had hopes but was very disappointed; I was given a treatment plan with payment options. Then when coming in for my appointment, I was told I was misquoted, and even though I had it in writing, they wouldn't honor it. They were supposed to schedule a replacement crown and a night guard appointment. They only scheduled the first crown appointment and said they would do the fitting for the night guard when my final crown came in. Well, they forget to schedule it then too. Very rough assistant with zero care about sensitivity. Then during the removal of an old broken crown, all the dentist and the assistant did was bad mouth the previous dentist, the crown, and talk about what they eat. Then when the final crown came in, they asked how it felt when I told them the assistant was snappy and said well, do you not want us to glue it in. I was simply explaining what I felt. I have had we'll over $20,000 in dental work so needless to stay I have experience in a dental chair, and this was not the pleasant experience they advertise.
Fantastic experience: Been going to Mint for years! My teeth are healthy and beautiful! They have great customer service which I’m a stickler about and the added whitening gel is a bonus that they offer! Plus I love how cute and clean their office is.
Negative experience: We were literally 1 minute late and they turned us away. And there is absolutely nobody here!!! No wonder they have so many appointments available!! I’ve been in healthcare administration for over 20 years and we’d never turn a patient away for being 1 minute late!!! The receptionist was exceptionally RUDE!! Not to mention, their texts have poor spelling and grammar, that’s embarrassing for any professional company. They said that this was a “new policy”. Well, they just lost our family’s business, and not just dental, but orthodontics too. Pathetic excuse for a dentist office. Don’t waste your time or money. It should have been a huge red flag to me when they had so much availability…
Negative experience: I made my appointment to get my teeth cleaned, take care of a cavity and redo a filling. These are things I know I needed done based on my last visit to the dentist, another MINT location, earlier this year. When I got there I got my x ray and then my exam from the dentist. Then the woman at the front desk came to discuss my treatment plan and pricing with me. She told me that my appointment was only made for teeth cleaning with the dental huge, that there was no time on either dentist’s schedule to take care of me that day. I asked her why my appointment wasn’t scheduled with enough time to take care of what I said I needed when I set my appointment. She was rude and disregarded my disappointment completely. I let her know after her disregard for my own needs are requests as a patient there that I would be going somewhere else for my dental care. I got up and walked out. I wish I had gotten her name because she was awful.
Fantastic experience: Mitzi was the greatest assistant I’ve ever had! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely recommend mint to others.
Negative experience: I don't even know where to start. Thought I would try Mint since you see them everywhere and they have good reviews. But upon reading some of these comments, it appears that people were asked to leave 5 star reviews for teeth whitening.... It took 3 days to get my insurance verified. Even after I sent a photocopy of it, and back and forth, I still had to call and get the number corrected. Then I go in for my appointment, get x rays done and explained I was having issues with a crown. The girl proceeds to basically argue with me asking if I'm sure I have a crown. She actually said "I'll have to confirm with the dentist". Huh?!!!! Then another girl told me my insurance didn't cover a particular procedure when I knew it did. Turned out I just used the benefit already and needed to wait it out to get coverage again. These people were so condescending. I will never go there again and would never suggest this place to anyone. Horrible customer service and even when they "tried" to be nice it seemed forced. Please don't offer any generic apologies....
Negative experience: From January to July 2022, I was a client with this company only to be treated very unprofessionally in customer service as well as product delivery. In so many words, I was accused of bringing in another office's product when my night guard broke after about three months of usage. It also took several phone calls and actually threatening the staff to contact HQ before I received the night guard. It was replaced; however to go through this was absolutely unnecessary even though I was informed that they were having a vendor issue. The day of excellent customer service is deteriorating as noted in this instance. How can you suggest that it is a client error for a product that was 3 months old at best.
Fantastic experience: The front desk staff was great on greeting me and making sure to get me sign in and taken care of with my paperwork. Mitzi was great with taking my X-rays and my trays for my whiting and explaining the next process.
Positive experience: Julie Really help me go through teeth cleaning, she is nice and give to me great service! But one of the front desk girl she isn't nice at all! I don't know her name I believe she's speak Spanish! I am not sure she's 100% Mexican. but she never smile her face just like died.!!!!
Fantastic experience: I had an appt at Burlseon Mint Dentistry. And I was so impressed. The receptionist was super helpful and accommodating with a minor mishap (on my part). And my dental assistant was very nice, thorough, and gentle while still getting the job done. I can't emphasize gentle enough. Also, I love all the minor details, which made a huge difference, from being able to enjoy a show during the whole process, the massage chair (which i didnt use yet but i will next time ) and sunglasses, to wear during the procedure * to keep my eyes free from debris/water )You guys know what im talking about. Thank you Mint! I will see you in 6 months.
Negative experience: Arrived for my appointment. Was greeted by a very sweet lady and a very mean and rude manager. I asked for more whitening trays. They said I would have to pay $300. They are not free. Manager was extremely belittling and rude. I was “walked out” after my child got her cleaning. I never raised my voice or was mean. I called corporate. Corporate said she was in the wrong and they would give me the trays for free. Never got a call back. The time before this I had paid for gas and they didn’t give it to me. I had a full panic attack in the office. I’m fine with mistakes, but being treated so rudely was unacceptable.
Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at Mint !! Everyone was so nice and chill . Very quick!! Julie was amazing! She explained everything to me and made this process worth it . Definitely will be asking for her again.
Negative experience: This place is absolutely horrible. My mother has been fighting for a year for them to finish the job they started. She hasn't been able to eat anything except yogurt. Everytime she tries to get some answers she is given the run around and excuse and the corporate company is no better. They have taken all her dental money and all the money out of her pocket so they have been paid in full and still won't finish the job. What ever you do don't ever use this company they will rob you blind and then act shocked when you confront them on why they haven't finished the job they were paid to do. If you want the job finished what ever you do don't go here. I would give a negative star if I could. I am currently trying to find a way to sue them so my mother can get her money back and find a new dentist who will actually finish what they started.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my visit. The staff and the doctors are very friendly. I was never told my I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed, they referred me to someone that could help me with that. I will definitely be coming back here.

Negative experience: I have been dealing with getting dentures for 10 months. Sounded great, bounced between dentists, I have enough money in my mouth to have paid cash for a car, yet they treat me like I know nothing. The top denture was new to me, they say 1 month I go back 6 weeks later they say I'm sorry we need the bottom impression before the lab can make the top. They didn't let me know before I took a day off work why? Now I have a soft liner that isn't any good. The soft liner cannot be cleaned properIy cannot eat, been on a liquid diet for awhile, waiting 6 weeks did me no good. I have 3 teeth left in the bottom that are about to fall out, I have to wait 6 more weeks. They tell me cause the denture wont fit right. Guess what the top still don't. I am down to 130 pounds. I am sorry that this is how you want your mom to be treated.

Fantastic experience: Walked into a great ambiance and beautiful face greeting me! Everyone is so nice, professional, and very patient. I was walked through the steps of my appointment and introduced to my dental hygienist with a handshake. I would definitely recommend this location!

Negative experience: Mint dentistry a fraud! I have dentures and I called to inquire about pricing for an exam and an adjustment as I had ulcer on my upper pallet. I was presented with this sounds to good to be true discount plan. The plan was presented to me as $140 a year and that includes all my exams for the entire year. Their office lied to me multiple times and I asked multiple employees to confirm, I was told denture adjustments were included for the $140 unlimited for the entire year! Big fat lie and a fraud! I go back after my initial exam as Dr. Tran said the ulcer is so bad that it needs time to heal before he can perform and adjustment on my upper denture. I return one week later. Then he sends his front office assistant in to do his dirty work work and present the treatment plan and hit me with a bill for and additional $250 for the denture adjustment. I walked out and immediately called my bank and disputed the charge with my bank because what Mint dentistry did to me clearly constitutes fraud! I will not be abused and taken advantage. Shame on you and you staff for trying to make a sale and commission by committing credit card fraud.

Negative experience: I went in today for dental assessment and bought the cash pay plan. The plan is 140 dollars and $40 for regular cleaning and $100 for deep cleaning. They were highlighted. Then told I need a deeper cleaning and it will be $225. All prices change seems like a scam. I tried to pay for only visit but they require to bill you for two exams. Please do not go. They will charge you for services that you are not told and prices change. The office manager, Brenda was rude and not helpful

Negative experience: Booked the appointment for 5 pm online. Email confirmation said 5 pm. When they called 2 days prior to confirm, the time was 5 pm. Arrived to the appointment at 4:50pm and was notified that my appointment was canceled because I was 15 minutes late. Showed proof of email confirmation where I booked online and they still refused to see my son. No one called to see if I was still coming or anything but automatically canceled my appointment. I will not be rescheduling. They have no appreciation for your time or attempt to fix THEIR mistake.

Negative experience: They were very rude, the whole time the receptionist gave me an attitude the entire time I was in the office. I was told that they wouldn’t take me in as a patient due to an outstanding balance that I already been paid, I had the receipt to prove the payment was made but the receptionist continued to argue with me saying that I still had to pay. When I finally got to be seen the dental assistant also started arguing with me about how far along I’ am in my pregnancy. My whole experience at the office today was completely unprofessional and very unpleasant. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere.
