It's easy to get in for an appointment, take payment plans, and have friendly staff. I love that they come out to Artesia once a month for appointments so I'm not always having to drive out to Roswell.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and the office has a great atmosphere! Dr Taylor spent time answering my questions and explained everything.

Negative experience: The staff that would maintain my braces always had long false nails. A couple times the finger nail would poke my gums and hurt and other times I would bleed. Once I noticed a woman's finger nail caused her glove to rip open and she continued the rest of my appointment without changing her gloves. Honestly disgusting, I wish I had said said something at the time. Don't worry I'm never coming back.

Fantastic experience: Taylor Orthodontics made our experience seamless and enjoyable. The process was very clear from the start; even when my youngest was not ready for braces and advised to wait during her consultation. Various payment plans were discussed and made it affordable to move forward. When she was ready and got her braces, all the staff was professional, kind, courteous and experienced. Even from checking in, to the waiting room and back in the chair, it was all enjoyable and all felt at ease that my daughter is in good hands.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Taylor Orthodontics today, couldn't have been easier. We moved from out of state and my son recently lost his retainer, they allowed me to schedule an appointment just to make an impression and get the retainer same day! Took only a couple hours to come back and pick it up. The quality of the retainer is nicer than his original one. The receptionist is the sweetest lady, the staff and orthodontist are all friendly as well! The office is really nice and welcoming. Over all amazing experience and I'm so glad we found this place. Really saved the day, thank you!
