Fantastic experience: Start to finish 5 stars. Ira one of the techs in office was very quick and professional. The Dr and Hygienist We’re super cool and very informative. The doctor even checked my tongue, which I’ve never had done in the 37 years I’ve been on this earth. I had to ask what was that for and she said looking for cancerous signs. Hands down highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: What makes this place amazing is the staff this is my first time coming to this clinic and I’m really happy about it.

Positive experience: Won’t be coming back. I always leave feeling frustrated here. I went in for a last-minute cleaning I had been putting off, and the whole process felt extremely rushed. My teeth didn’t feel properly or thoroughly cleaned at all. The dental hygienist was rough while scraping my teeth, and it felt like she polished right over plaque instead of removing it — the front of my teeth weren’t even cleaned off or properly scraped. It seems like this office is more focused on quick in-and-outs than on quality care. The doctor didn’t even come in to evaluate my teeth before looking at X-rays, and didn’t check them after the cleaning either, which left me questioning the quality of care. On top of that, the staff wore radios, so I could hear them talking about who was next in each room, which made the whole experience feel impersonal and unprofessional. It also felt like they were more interested in upselling extra services than taking their time with patients. The only positive was how quickly I could get an appointment — but now I understand why. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Save your money and go to a real, non-commercial practice that actually takes the time to care for their patients.

Negative experience: I would only recommend them for cleanings, not Invisalign. Throughout my treatment, my doctor kept changing so often that I eventually lost track of who was actually overseeing my case. From the beginning, the different types of Invisalign were never explained to me. Instead, I was automatically given the cheaper option without being consulted, which I only discovered at the end of treatment. Unfortunately, I’m not fully satisfied with the results. At my final appointment, the doctor left without checking in or asking if I had any questions, and the assistant only told me how long to wear my retainer. Now my bite feels off, and I don’t feel like my concerns were properly addressed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Claire Spence and the entire MINT Team in Uptown Dallas are world-class. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a 5-Star dental experience and the dentist to go along with it. I would give Dr. Spence and her team 6-Stars if I could. Looking forward to my next cleaning!!

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Dr Spence since the pandemic. She is a great dentist and has helped me navigate difficult issues with crowns and chipped teeth. Would highly recommend her and her team!

Negative experience: “I had a very disappointing experience with this office. My daughter scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, but when she arrived, the office refused to provide the service. Despite not performing the cleaning, they still charged my card $200 without my consent. I have since disputed the charge with them but they refuse to refund my money. Patients deserve transparency, fair treatment, and to only be charged for services actually rendered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.”

Fantastic experience: So it's totally cool in here. I came to uptown location. They worked with me by offering insurance that would help me with my cash pay. They were patient with me and my scary self. They have snacks and water, not the cheap ones either; the good stuff! Now the insurance lady who is supposed to help with costs completely lied. Paying more than I would have anywhere else. The pricing coordinator kylar is about to get to the bottom of it. Maira the assistant during the assessment was so nice and gental. Sunny came in and numbed me up and it worked pretty quick. Dr. Cho is the best she talked me all the way through. They also let me pick the music I wanted to listen to which was Gucci Mane!! So cool! I even get whitening tests and paste for free. I'm getting an extraction but they tried to save it. I appreciate how they belong me!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate the dentist (childhood trauma LOL) and Mint makes it a great experience. I have been going to Mint Addison for about 3 years, then had to switch to a different dentistry chain due to insurance changes and my goodness was I ready to go back to Mint! I went in today to the Mint Uptown location for an annual checkup with a cleaning and was VERY pleased with my experience! Upon check in, Danna was kind and helpful. My dental assistant was Brigham who did a wonderful job. He had such a great attitude! My dental hygienist was Taylor and she was gentle, yet thorough. Dr. Spence had excellent bedside manner and was able to take care of a chipped filling same day. I am very grateful these people work at my new Mint location! :)

Fantastic experience: I feel like I have a referral worthy experience every time I visit this place, and that is a lot to say seeing how it’s a dentist office. Dr. Spence is one of the only doctors that I’ve ever been seen by who did not make me feel like she was too busy for me. She has spent so much time explaining things, making me comfortable, building rapport, that sometimes I actually feel like I am being rude. Let me be clear, she moves with the level of intent and efficiency that a busy medical professional should, she just does nit do it at the expense of making me feel unimportant. Today was my first time working with Ira as a medical assistant. As someone who prefers to work with women when it comes to things like this, I was initially disappointed that I did not get paired up with Rose as usual. He immediately made me feel at home and lowered my guard. He was incredibly patient, and just as, if not MORE (Sorry Rose ), informative during prep for my crown. When I come back, I will be more than happy to be paired up with either of them as an assistant. Long story short, here’s an extra star to make it a 6 star review. ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Mint Denistry Uptown Dr. Claire Spence.. is the most talented, skilled, gifted, finest, prominent, caring, genuine, sweetest, most impeccable and nicest Dentist in the whole wide world. She keeps my teeth looking white and beautiful at all times, free of cavities. I love going to Uptown Mint Denistry Dr. Clair Spence greets you with a warm smile. She remembers my name and my heart tickles with joy and happiness cause I know she is going to give it her all to give me the best treatment possible and I leave with clean brilliant white teeth. I look forward to going to Uptown Mint Denistry every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned. If I have any cavities she gives me an appointment to take care of it. I Love Mint Denistry can't wait to go back in six months. Dr. Spencer makes me smile. She gives me free sunglasses and free water. Negative experience: If you need anything more than a cleaning, I wouldn’t trust them. Too much effort on being trendy and not enough on being professional. They had to redo a filling in my mouth multiple times without acknowledging they messed up, and different doctors each time give you different diagnosis. Makes me wonder if it’s a cash grab or a lack of knowledge but hey you get to pick your Pandora station

The female dentist and her assistant were absolutely amazing—so kind, professional, and skilled. She talked me through the entire procedure, constantly checked to make sure I was okay, and truly helped ease my nerves. The lady at the front who checked me in/out as well!! Thank you again ladies

Negative experience: I wish I could give them 0 stars. Had a root canal. I was still in pain when I went back for the additional treatment. They called a specialist who could see me immediately and I was told that I would not be charged for the visit. Yeah I was. When I called Mint back to inquire, they developed amnesia. And sent me an email stating that I still have a balance with them because my insurance didn’t pay the full amount. I am sorry. You did a full assessment and told me what I needed to pay for you to do the work. I didn’t argue with you. I paid. Now I owe an additional $350, plus the consult fee with the specialist that you sent me to. Just poor service all around!!!! And the root canal STILL hurts!!!

They said they have a scheduling department that just schedules people, and they dont tell you if the service is covered.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at this dental office! Jackie, my hygienist, was fantastic. She did such a great job and was incredibly patient with me. Dr. Stringer was also wonderful — so sweet and made me feel really comfortable, especially since I’m usually nervous at the dentist. The entire team made the visit a breeze, and even the assistant who handled my x-rays made the process so much less painful. Usually, getting x-rays done is uncomfortable, but this time they were quick, easy, and completely painless. This is definitely an office I’ll be coming back to, and I highly recommend it!

She sets the tone for the office as a whole. Diana is a wonderful and amazing Tech. The dentists and techs are all very caring individuals that understood my fear of dentistry, and took the time (every time) to put me at ease. They are all an amazing group!! I highly recommend them for your dental care.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GET A SECOND OPINION. Came here for the first time since I am foreign and have my dentist at home. It was time for a cleaning. Used their insurance discount plan. Receptionist is rude, Emily (dental hygienist) was really sweet though. After I got pictures taken I was told I had 2 or 3 cavities... They said they "could not see the severity of one" so they would "have to go in" to take a better look and determine whether they would need to fill them. Did not get them filled, waited 6 months to go to Europe and have my dentist take a look. Turns out, I never had any cavities in the first place. After reading Reddit, it is clear Mint Dentistry caters to their wallet, and does not act in the best interest of their clients.

Negative experience: If you want to feel like a number and not a patient, this is the place to go. Sure they are quick, but do not do a good job at cleaning your teeth. 5 -7 minutes for a dental cleaning is criminal. I went and got a second opinion because I felt they were only using x-rays as a diagnostic and would spend maybe 1 minute looking and my teeth and came to find out I had missed dental issues. Which if caught earlier, would have saved me time and money. Would recommend going to a private practice that can take the time to care about your mouth health.

They use the most high tech, modern equipment and materials. X-rays are quick and painless. The techs are so gentle and caring, and the gifts bags. Wow

Fantastic experience: My experience with Mint is outstanding! The Uptown practice is very professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The location is very convenient and I appreciate being able to get in and out quickly. It makes getting cleanings done simple and efficient. Additionally, Dr. Spence is wonderful. Going to the dentist can be intimidating, but she is very good at making me feel comfortable and I trust her to provide me with quality care and a treatment plan that is effective. I highly recommend the Mint Uptown practice if you are looking for a new dentist!

Negative experience: The need to run screaming into the night never to return was pervasive from the get. The total lack of accessibility was a shock. Mint Dentistry uptown locale will be a struggle for anyone who is differently abled. The waiting room has a monolithic coffee table that makes wheelchair navigation impossible. The entire office is cramped with tight corners The xray machine is designed only for those who can stand. The floors seem to be made of plywood and bend under your weight & the clomp clomp clomp of everyone walking is a relentless painful disruption. Speaking of noise they offer big screen tvs in every room none of which have doors. There are no headphones so everyone is watching or listening to something different on blast all the while the whirling screech of drills & perpetual slurp of the spit sucker are happening simultaneously all of which creates an anxiety inducing cacophony. The sound was as relentless as it was disorienting and made it hard to hear what dentist was saying. The staff are curt, disconnected & impersonal. Any pretense toward kindness feels forced & disingenuous. Looking at Glassdoor one star reviews offered significant insight on that. They used a weird blood pressure cuff , the reading was shockingly low & the tech seemed oblivious. I doubted the accuracy but had no options bc no other more effective option was available. The staff have no training or even intuitive empathy in how to tend to clients who are incapacitated and they inexplicably talk extra loud to make up for clients lack of mobility. There is a conveyor belt/assembly line approach here so you are rushed which leaves no opportunity to ask questions or have a meaningful convo about care plan. The ugly cheap sunglasses they dole out are just plain weird and are more like a superficial replacement for genuine compassionate care that you hope for when you have to muster the courage to visit a dentist.

Negative experience: It's clean and that's about it. I waited 30 mins on my appt and then couldn't even be seen because they were behind for hours. Then, I was sent to the Mockingbird office but had to wait 3 hours to be seen. I'm a school teacher and my days off must count. Like I said, it's clean and they are popular but that's about it.

Negative experience: The environment was aesthetically pleasing. Dental assistant, Doctor, and hygienists were very professional and kind. However, the receptionist at the front came across as slightly condescending and unfriendly. First visit I assumed she was just having a bad morning. However, on the second day, I noticed it was an issue. Your receptionist is the first face your customers see and sets the tone for the full experience. A bad interaction with the front desk jeopardizes a positive visit - which was my experience today. Additionally, the process seemed a bit rushed compared to other locations. I assumed it was just busier than usual.

Negative experience: The entire experience felt very rushed. I took time off of work to attend my appointment and did not receive the full service that I should have. I came in for a new patient cleaning which is supposed to include complimentary teeth whitening. Towards the end of my appointment the staff told me that I would not be receiving the whitening treatment due to them being understaffed and I would need to schedule a secondary appointment for the whitening. I should have been informed of this before my appointment even started. Very disappointing experience, I would not recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: Too many positives to list about my experience at Mint in Uptown! Great team, professional, and do exceptional work. Dr. Spence is the actual best. I headed to Mint with hesitation and left Mint feeling like I was on vacation!

Negative experience: I wish I would have read more of the reviews before arriving. I saw the 4.9 and assumed it was legit. They need their own X-rays and can’t accept another offices for a cleaning. They are simply trying to make extra money off you. Just do good business and the money will come. Then over heard a customer not having a great experience I hop on and see the reviews of this place just being greedy and having poor customer service. 100% the energy they give off. A hygienist walked by complaining under her breathe about something and could tell she had a bad attitude. Something is certainly off with this place. I would have spent the extra money just for convenience sake, but I’m not about to get a sub par cleaning for $300. lol 2 stars since they didn’t charge me a cancel. I’m going to stick to private practices and stay away from sloppy corporate offices.

I hated going to the dentist as a kid as my hometown’s selection wasn’t to big and definitely didn’t care much about being as pain free as possible for routine cleanings and minor procedures. Decided to give Mint a chance when I first moved to Dallas from college(TXST…Eat Em Up) and have been going back every since. The staff will go over everything that they’re about to do and genuinely care about your well being as well as taking care of you. On Wednesday, I got a thorough deep cleaning done and Sonny/Sunny(sorry for the typo) did a fantastic job with zero pain and walked me through the whole process making sure I was good and completely comfortable. Best visit yet. Highly recommend her and the Uptown location for your next dental needs!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Last time I went they said I needed two crowns. One was on a tooth they had filled on my prior visit, so I thought that was a little weird. I went to a dentist I trust back home in Shreveport for a second opinion a few months later and she said she didn’t see any reason I needed crowns. They also filled more cavities in 2 visits than I’d had in the last 5 years. Seems like they’re just trying to do stuff so they can charge you and make $. I don’t trust them.

Negative experience: This place sucks. This is the second time I have a bad experience. I give them a second chance cause corporate office wants me too. But stuff there are very unprofessional starting from front desk people. Today 02/09/2024. I walked away dr never come to my room and check on me. They send an assistant to clean my teeth and the way she was cleaning was very uncomfortable. I never step at mint dentistry ever again. Please do not waste your time going there. Negative experience: My initial review was going to be 1 star; however, Dr. Spence is the saving grace for 2 stars. Unfortunately, I have only had an opportunity to see her a couple of times. This review is specific to the Uptown location - the glitz and glamour is all they offer and, otherwise, just want your money. I get it...it is a business and there to make money...but let's do that honestly. I recently had a veneer fall off (NOT originally put on by Mint). I only needed the office to re-cement the veneer. The 'other' dentist working that day told me the veneer was broken (although very clearly it wasn't) and I would have to pay $1500 for a new one - at this point I was desperate so agreed to it. The following day I arrived for my appointment and, thankfully, Dr. Spence was working and was beginning to prepare me for my new veneer. I just happened to bring the old veneer with me and she immediately said we can just put this back on! I was so grateful to her but also irritated that I almost paid $1500 for something I didn't need. Next, let's see...I have been getting an email from Mint about $100 credit that can be used beginning Jan 2024 through March for any treatment. For my deep cleaning in the middle of January, I was charged around $81 and, of course, thought nothing of the credit. And, needless to say, the receptionist didn't mention a word. I called to ask if I could utilize the $100 credit towards the $81 charge I paid and was told No, only for future treatments. Do not advertise this if you are not going to honor it!! I am not a big complainer. People (and businesses) have bad days. However, this is not an example of a bad day. This is greed and it's nauseating. Beware and don't say I didn't warn you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences at dentists before and had developed a phobia as a result. I came here after skipping the dentist for over a year because of my fear. Dr. Spence is the BEST dentist i have ever had and I am no longer scared to go to the office thanks to her professionalism and expertise. I always feel as though I am in good hands.

Negative experience: As I am looking for a new dentist I thought I'd leave a review as to why my family and myself will no longer be returning to Mint. We have came to this location for almost 4 years and received our whitening trays the very first time we went. The next time we went we were asked if we needed new trays or if the ones we had were still good in condition which we responded, they were still good. This last time went for a cleaning I asked if I could get a new set of trays as it has been some time from my first set. The assistant seemed to have been bothered by it and told me I am supposed to ask for it at the beginning of my visit. I apologized and said they usually ask if we would like them. She left and came back with the impression material and told me I'd have to come back another day for the trays. Told me to open and shoved the trays in my mouth, all the impression goo got all over my mouth and dripped onto my shirt. She then handed me a napkin and told me to have a good day. I never received a call letting me know they were ready nor did I bother to call and ask for them. I just thought she was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. My husband has also mentioned having pain on a molar every visit and is told everytime "its just sensitive". Now it is hurting with anything cold or hot he drinks, I am hoping he doesn't need a root canal at this point. With that being said, we will be going to a new dentist to get a 2nd opinion and hopefully be treated better.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here. I was expecting bare bones but the practice is beautiful. Clean and designed well. But the best part is the staff. From the receptionist being welcoming to the amazing dentist. I saw Dr. Joshi. Highly recommend requesting her or going to whichever location she is at. She went above and beyond. I came in with tooth pain. I was 100% sure I would need a root canal, but Dr. Joshi instead did a full exam and recommended a deep cleaning with a special toothpaste trial first. She is very conservative and doesn’t recommend unnecessary intervention. I trust her judgment. I will definitely be following her for future care!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here as my 1st time. The staff and Dr were all amazing. I did also receive a whitening kit w/ my cleaning appt which was awesome.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Spence at Mint Denistry is the best Denist in uptown in the Dallas Metro plex area. She is Professional and brilliant..the office staff kindness overwhelms you.. they make you feel so very comfortable and at home. After my teeth cleanings and my crown and my partial-plate it fit perfectly,. It doesn't hurt my mouth. It fits perfectly. and they give you great gifts perks like sun glasses, toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, clear traveling bags,s nacks.I Love going there..can't wait to go back in six months for my cleaning.

Negative experience: EXTREMELY upset this morning when I arrived. I have been here before and they are usually great. But today I drove and fought traffic for almost an hour to be told that my benefits were maxed out for they year and I would have to pay $350 out of pocket. This is information that SHOULD be shared with patients prior to having them come in. Due to this, I had to cancel my appointment and I am not too sure if I would reschedule with MINT again. This was really upsetting. There was an option to apply for a credit plan but I cannot afford to add another monthly bill. Please have or get something in place that lets your clients know ahead of time that their visit will either be covered by insurance or NOT. So they can come prepared to either pay or try to make arrangements.

Negative experience: If only there were a zero-star rating. ❌ I just returned home from my first visit to this location. Run, don't walk, to another practice! The first line of their website reads, "Patients choose MINT dentistry because they want a first-class experience." My experience was ANYTHING but first-class. Let me explain: SIGN-IN I was greeted by the three receptionists trash talking another patient. They were all visibly annoyed and had poor attitudes. I was asked to sign on 2 lines and told to be seated. Very first-class. X-RAYS The gentleman that helped take my x-rays was very pleasant and kind. The exam room, however, needed repair. The wall was literally falling off. The "massage" chair was more like a "massage" bed from a 1960s hotel room. Mostly rattled and shock. Very first-class. EXAM The doctor was pleasant enough. Maybe said 10 words the entire time he was in the room. CLEANING To the main event. The hygienist was bubbly at first. I explained that my gums were sensitive and bleed very easily. She was so rough while cleaning my teeth. All I could taste was blood. She never offered to rinse my mouth once. She then proceeded to "polish" my teeth. By polish I mean she tapped each tooth with the paste and then rinsed it out with water. Worst cleaning I've ever gotten. Very first-class. SUMMARY MINT Dentistry and I clearly have very different definitions of "first-class". What I experienced today felt like a first-class ticket on Spirit Airlines. No, thank you.

Fantastic experience: The entire Uptown team is superb . Amazing customer service from the the time you walk in the door. The minty (no pun intended) /eucalyptus / spa smell as you walk in the door is so tranquilizing. Emily is so personable and makes you feel clam as she is cleaning your teeth. The cool TVs in the ceiling and the massage chairs are icing on the cake!!!! Dr. Spence is so cool. She takes her time explaining all your oral hygiene needs and go over options that are most advantages to YOU and your oral health. My teeth and are thank Dr. Spence and the Mint dentistry team

Fantastic experience: Each visit is consistently excellent. The staff is welcoming and engaging: they make it clear they were there to help support you. Dr Spence is kind and thorough. It’s a great place, no doubt!

Negative experience: The manager over at uptown very rude and unprofessional! They did my invisalign scan 3 weeks ago and told me in 2 weeks will call me to come in for the trays. No one has reached out to me by phone or email so i called to check if they’re ready. The customer service put me in with the uptown manager and all she was saying we didn’t send the scan to the lab because you didn’t sign other contracts! Which No one told me anything about it when i was there and i did sign some papers. all i was told you will get a call back to come in to get the trays. I was politely asking her why no one reached out and been clear with me about those steps from the beginning after they took the scan cause i have been waiting 3 weeks thinking they might be ready, and she kept on saying the same thing YOU NEED TO SIGN CONTACTS AND PAY! in rude manner and hanged up on me. I’ve never had a bad experience with Mint dentistry in any location that’s a first! Shame they hired someone with such poor manners and treating their patients in such way. Never going back to this location.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a few years since my last cleaning and I was pretty embarrassed! Emily was my hygienist and made me feel so comfortable the entire time! Can’t recommend this location and Emily enough Thank you, thank you!

Negative experience: Terrible experience! Not sure why so many good reviews. Nothing on their voicemail about massage chair, headphones, sunglasses, exceptional care was true in my experience. More importantly, the hygienist was painful and splashed water and gunk all over my face while cleaning my teeth. She flossed SO hard into my gums I had to pull away and tell her she was hurting me and I could taste blood from my gums. She blamed it on the floss. The girl that took my x-rays and my whitening tray impressions did a terrible job as well. The trays are poor quality and don’t fit whatsoever, I can’t believe they didn’t try these on me before I left. I called two days later and was able to get in that afternoon to get my impressions redone (only positive in my entire experience). Also, I called to see Dr. Spence and confirmed several times it was with that doctor but I was still somehow seen by another doctor! They said they didn’t have any notes that said my appointment was specifically for Dr. Spence which is ridiculous because my several annoying confirmations said dr Spence. I will not be going back to mint dentistry!

Fantastic experience: ....Dentistry in style is an understatement! Mint Dentistry staff makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a dental office…. And of course the sexxxxyyyy space provided for services. Emily is GREAT - so gentle with teeth cleaning. Oh yeah! And the perks of FREE custom teeth whitening trays are always on point.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and staff are fantastic. They have strong customer service and care about the timeliness of your appointment. The front office is professional upon greeting and informative about cost and procedures. I have had several "need to get in fast" type of appointments, and they always fit me in. You can't go wrong with booking an appointment at this clinic. I am so glad that I found them.

Negative experience: Went inside to inquire about service and the girl at the front desk was checking someone out so I sat down and waited for them to finish up. I overheard her telling the customer that is was going to be more than what was quoted. After they left I sat waiting for 5 minutes and I was never acknowledged. I just got up and left. Places like this are impersonal. You probably see someone new every month.

Positive experience: The employees for the most part was very welcoming. There was an initial problem with finding my online information but was resolved quickly. The employee who actual cleaned my teeth was great. I welcome her service in the future.

Fantastic experience: Dr Spence is the only reason I drive 45 minutes to the uptown location instead of a Mint by my house. For years I’ve avoided the dentist because I have bad anxiety & every dentist before Dr Spence was very rude and judgmental. She doesn’t make me feel bad or judge me and she is so nice & answered all of my questions so I understood everything. If you have dentist anxiety, go to Dr Spence!!!! I can’t stress it enough. Also obsessed with the free whitening trays and gel. It makes me want to just come in for a cleaning all the time just to get more gel lol. It actually has whitened my teeth a lot & combining that with everything Dr Spence has done for me, I finally feel more confident in my smile. They know I’m not rich lol so they never pressure me for things I don’t need just to get money from me, if I don’t really need it they tell me & i appreciate that. Thank you Dr Spence!!!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly Staff. Very welcoming since this was the first time at this office. Very throughout with the cleaning. Did not make me feel like I needed treatment to make them money on things I didn’t need. Very honest! Would recommend to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seen promptly at my appointment time both times I’ve been. Hygienist and doctors have been great. I’m always nervous about being pressured into procedures the first time I go to a new dental clinic. That hasn’t happened here. Very happy client.

Fantastic experience: The knowledge and the atmosphere of this dentist is awesome. I was nervous from going to other dentist that I just didn’t trust them. So I decided to go to Mint dentistry and I told them about my past experiences and they assured me that I would not be disappointed and low and behold I was not disappointed. Fantastic experience: Mint dentistry Uptown is phenomenal. From the front desk staff who checks you in, to the MAs and dental hygienists, everyone is beyond welcoming and make you feel comfortable. The dentist here is also amazing and will walk you through any treatment plans or issues with transparency. I would come to this location for years and moved so went to another office closer to my new home. After one visit I knew I had to return to this location even if it’s a slightly farther drive. You can’t beat the service here and the massage chairs and freebies are an added bonus!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was incredibly friendly and the hygienists are efficient and attentive. Plus, with the annual plan it cuts most of the costs in half and makes it incredibly affordable, adding on payment plans for the bigger expenses. I detest doctors and would definitely come back for the rest of my dental work here!

Fantastic experience: I had the most Amazing visit at The Uptown Mint Dentistry Office on yesterday! Everyone is pleasant, thoughtful of you and why you're there. In all honesty I have always had a nervousness about dental visits, the staff made me feel welcomed and my dental needs were important to them! Great Place to go!

Fantastic experience: Friendly person at the front desk who was professional and warm. My dental hygienist (Emily) was AMAZING and super fun. My teeth feel amazing and she was so quick! I was in and out in no time. Very friendly doctor too. Service like this is why I’ve been going to Mint locations around DFW for the past 5 years.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and Sam were both extremely considerate and helpful during my visit today. I have a lot of anxiety about getting dental work done, but they talked me through it step by step and checked on me consistently throughout the 1.5 hour visit to make sure I was doing alright. Very kind and very sweet, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for dental care! Front desk personnel are also very helpful and patient. :)

Fantastic experience: I have had cleanings X-rays crown fixed etc at mint uptown (As well as orthodontic work in the Mockingbird location. I also finally decided on top veneers at uptown and love them! The staff always made me feel welcome especially Dr. Spence and Diana completely had compassion, empathy and understanding. I have my own company and this really was life-changing and I've already had people complement my smile and makes me smile bigger with joy. So blessed. Merci beaucoup and God bless. Positive experience: Great at first; they are very friendly and nice going through the normal procedures with paperwork and x-rays. It changed when the dentist came in with the x-ray results. They said I needed deep cleaning because of mild bone loss and there was a need for visits every 3 months. I simply asked for some basic numbers as to how this may impact me if I were not to go along with the deep cleaning (given the frequency of visits i had up till then and plan on in the future) her response was "I have no idea." She got short with me ( not in a mean way) but seemed like she wasn't wanting to hear any of it. As if my opinion did not matter. This is where the real customer service went out the window. The actual dentist did not care for my pain points. She simply ushered in the next person down the hierarchy. The dentist may have been 100% correct, but its the customer service that I pay for. I have 2,000 options in my network. On to the next. Everyone else was amazing - except the dentist. The one I want to trust the most - not the help.
