Negative experience: Cooked up a fillling they did on my premolars. Never checked the bite with articulating paper, didn't tell me to call back if Ive had issues. So little did I know all the sore jaw pain I had was because of this mediocre care... Causing more harm than good to your patients, its horrible. Don't come here.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Krajewski is the best dentist for our kids. She is like family to us and the way she cares and treats for them is very special. She is an excellent professional and wonderful human being. She sang for my daughter when she was very young to make her feel not afraid and sometimes she still does now, even though she doesn’t need to anymore. She is unique!! Also, the staff is very sweet. Teresa in the office is amazing. She can help you with appointments, treatments, etc. She always has a good attitude and a sweet smile on her face.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I have friends that work for other dentists but I would not change them from here. Dr. K & Dr. P are amazing with children. I have been coming here for about 12 years (with Dr. K) and both my daughters have no issues (I mean no one likes to go to the dentist) they are not terrified of this place. I was seen for the 1st time by Dr. P and loved her. The staff is very nice maybe the front desk can improve a bit. One front desk staff member acts like she owns the place but other than that this place is great. Surprised to read people's comments complaining about the wait, I am usually out in an hour with my kids. Overall this place is great!!

Fantastic experience: I brought my son in for a mouth injury, and both Adi and Dr. Rey were wonderful. Adi was kind, caring, and helped keep my son calm during the treatment, while Dr. Rey was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time to explain everything in detail. Thank you both. It’s truly rare to find such a caring and dedicated office. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing both of my children to this dental office for the past five years, and our experience has consistently been excellent. The hygienists are patient, gentle, and great at making the kids feel comfortable. The doctor is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She truly cares about her patients, pays close attention to detail, and always takes the time to ask if I have any questions throughout the visit. We’re extremely pleased with the care and service we receive at MSCD of Miami Lakes.

Negative experience: I have been visiting this place for years, but my recent experience was disappointing. Front office staff Sabrina, was very disrespectful and even becoming visibly upset as she continued to argue with me.Call this morning to speak to office manager who didn’t seemed to care. Will never take my kids here again. (0 ⭐ )

Positive experience: The wait time before being seen is crazy. I waited an hour after checking in. (I had an appointment) Once we got called back everything was great. The staff was friendly but the doctor is phenomenal ⭐️. Also once you get back they’re very fast. Made my daughter feel comfortable on her first visit.

Fantastic experience: Got to the appointment 15 minutes early and only had to wait another 15 minutes. And my daughter got called in. She got a quick cleaning and seen by the main doctor dentist and was out in less than 30 minutes.

I am happy to say, this first experience was the best a parent could’ve hoped for. From beginning to end, everyone was so welcoming and professional. James was so happy his first experience at the dentist was very positive, he can’t wait to brush his teeth and floss when he gets home. I am extremely happy my son is not afraid of going to the dentist anymore.

This place needs better staff and to be trained a lot better. They don’t wanna work with children with special needs on top of everything. If I go give an 0 I would. The staff is bad I got an email saying thank you for coming when my child never went to her appt

Negative experience: Horrible service, made appointment and confirmed before appointment to arrive early and still waited 45 minutes after appointment time to be told i had 2 people in front of me, what is the point of an appointment if you are going to make one wait that long. Never coming here again.

Fantastic experience: I love bringing my son here for his 1/2 year visits. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, they always make my son feel comfortable and they are very patient with him if he gets afraid. The whole office is very clean and tidy. The best part is the wait is almost none they stay true to the appointment times. I would definitely recommend bringing your little ones to them.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 9:00 AM for both of my kids, but we didn’t leave the office until 12:00 PM. That’s a full three hours for what should’ve been a fairly routine visit. I understand that things can run behind occasionally, but this felt like a clear case of overbooking and being understaffed. What’s the point of having scheduled appointments if patients are left waiting this long? It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re trying to plan your day around a set time. If the office knows they’re short-staffed, they shouldn’t pack the schedule so tightly. It’s not fair to the patients or the staff, for that matter. I hope this gets addressed so future visits (if we decide to return) are more respectful of people’s time.

Fantastic experience: I am beyond pleased with the overall experiences we have had at Main St Childrens Dentistry! The office staff, technicians, and Dentist have been patient and kind, and the office runs very efficiently. Both the waiting area and dental work areas are both very clean and comfortable. My daughter is Autistic and not cooperative (yet!) at the Dentist—the Dr. is working with us at frequent visits to make progress, and has provided advice and suggestions along the way as we help my child feel safe and comfortable. Three dental offices later, I found a great office for my child’s dental needs.

Fantastic experience: After we waited for 30 minutes for my daughter to be called, with appointment, I asked at the front desk and they called us immediately. I had another appointment after this one and I was concerned I was not going to make it on time. Everything went well. Thanks for understanding, the care, and the patience.

Negative experience: Waited 1.5 hrs in waiting room. When finally taken in I was brought into X-rays with no explanation or informed consent provided. When I tried to inquire about the date the last X-rays were taken, couldn’t find staff who spoke English to understand my concerns. This visit was only for a routine checkup for one of my two children. I’ve been to this location twice (first time for checkup last yr) and both visits took over 2 hrs because the waiting room was packed. However, The dentist was very nice (finally someone spoke conversational English) and took the time to explain things as she reviewed them. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this site and wasting an entire morning.

Fantastic experience: AGE 1 . I had the opportunity to take my grandson to his first routine dental check up. The dental assistant and the doctor was awesome. AGE 2 hello and yes we are back. This is his second appointment, everything looks good no cavities. The staff is very kind and kid friendly. The doctor remembered him . Lol from his first visit . So far I give this place 5 ⭐️

Negative experience: The amount of time to wait for an appointment is ridiculous. Then if the patient needs a filling we have to wait another month for an appointment to fill. By that time the child is in pain & the filling is now worse. My daughter went in today saw a dentist & they gave her a separate appointment to go back again to treatment her 2 days later, they did not take into consideration that the child is in pain, she was taken out of school early missed a whole afternoon for nothing. We are back in square one to go back two days later. I’m so unsatisfied with this office!

Negative experience: My son went for his visit on 4/1/25, Doctor did a deep cleaning on a three year old. Next morning he woke up with a fever and has had issues eating his normal food since . We called the office 2 days later as fever persisted and after been transferred to a few people, a doctor who did not see him said it had nothing to do with them. We will definitely will not be returning as it felt this situation could be handled a bit different. We ended up in urgent care and getting meds due to infection. All three doctors that seen him since all agreed a deep cleaning was too much for his age and affected his eating habits for almost 2 weeks now.

(Black hair and purples scrubs on 04/02) but she did such an amazing job with my sons cleaning. She explained the process and helped my son feel comfortable. Super sweet girl, polite and awesome mannerisms. 5/5 would recommend this place to my loved ones.

Fantastic experience: Dr. K and her staff are amazing!!! The work they do is impeccable. You can’t find the care and nurturing they show the children any where else. I have 4 children and they all have been going to Main Street Dentistry since they were 2 years old. All I have ever had is great experiences. They truly care about the well being of all their patients. I highly recommend Dr. K and her staff to anyone who wants their dentist to sing to their children and make jokes with them just to take their minds off the work being done!

Negative experience: There are way to many patients. I have worked at 2 Doctor offices in my lifetime. With that being said, there was a dad who walked in to find the entire waiting room filled. He went to the front desk and since i was sitting close by the front desk I was able to hear his complaints that he didn't have time to wait. We arrived 30 before our scheduled appt time. I understood i would have to wait. However this father arrived 30 mins after myself and was seen before me. At this point its not fair. To make matters worse the girl with long brown hair who "assisted" me in the front was not in a good mood. Maybe that is how she is but I am still there providing them business. Why should I have to walk on egg shells. When i expressed what had happened at the front to our scheduled hygienist she brushed it off and asked me if they were there for a cavity appt. Why should that matter and how would i know that? The Dr. herself didn't really care to know why we were leaving to another office. She didn't care to ask. She just tried to scare me by telling me to make sure the new office knew which type of x-rays to do ext. Appearances matter to certain people. It shouldn't matter how you are dressed people are people and you should treat every patient as they were your last. Over all not a great experience. at least not for me and my children. FYI, you're not the only dentist.

She had no idea she had anesthesia, they distracted her with other sensory play, while they sang to her and injected the anesthesia. It was such a pleasant experience. I wish I could’ve written down the Dentist and the DA names. They truly made this a pleasant experience for my daughter. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time here with my daughter. Our appointment was at 11, it is now 8:09 PM and I can’t stop thinking about how amazingly well her dentist appointment went. My daughter is 22 months old, one can imagine how a barely 2 year old toddler will behave at the dentist. Despite my daughter being grumpy, Dr. Helena was patient, kind, and loving with her. She is truly a professional by all means. She even started to sing a lullaby to my daughter to calm her down as she was checking her teeth, and it worked! Dr. Helena is definitely a person who loves her job and deserves all her merit. Thank you for all of your patience Dr! We will now be long term patients.

Negative experience: My boys had been going here for approximately 1yr & 1/2. I make their appts for their cleaning before leaving the office, so our appts are set 6 months in advance. Note: since before they started coming here, mom/dad friends tried to warn me and convince me not to come here, but I wanted to have my own experience, because their bad experiences didn’t mean I would also have a bad experience, so I gave this office a chance. Yesterday, my boys had a birthday party and when I shared with several parents that they had a dentist appt for today, they asked where I take them to get checked out. When I mentioned this place, they had terrible stories/experiences to share, once again, but I thought “I actually haven’t had a bad experience, other than the office staff being rather rude, so I’m going to continue taking them to this dentist because the Dr is sweet and seems knowledgeable”. I get to their office today for the appt we scheduled back in July & they chose this very day, while we were already in the office, to tell us “oh… with their specific plan, we can’t see them because they’re seven”. I asked if no one lets anyone know about this office/insurance requirement & they said “yes, we usually let our patients know”. I was never told about this and asked for time off from work for this appt. I’m giving two stars because the Dr is a nice lady. The office staff on the other hand? Run fast in the other direction. We entered the lobby today and no one greeted us. There’s a blonde lady who sits off to the side, but obviously still within view, and she looked at us and turned her head back to her computer screen. Our last visit, the lady performing the X-ray had no patience with the kids. Again, the staff is pretty horrible. I wanted to continue coming here, even though other parents warned me. Lesson learned I guess & I probably deserve it for continuing to come here. This is one of the few local dentists that take my kids’ plan though. So frustrating.

Fantastic experience: The dentist assistant was fantastic. The dentist was also great. I didn’t get her name, which is a shame but my son loved her! We have been going there since my son was 1 and he is 10 now. Very happy with their services.

Negative experience: I was really disappointed today with our visit. The day before the appointment I called and wanted to make sure what the treatment costs and asked about the type of crowns available. The receptionist was not able to provide me any useful information and I requested the doctor call me back. I never received a call back so I went to my appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. Once inside and after another 20 minutes had passed the doctor said they don’t do white crowns in that office and I would need to go to another office to get the procedure done. We will not be going back. Could’ve saved us time with better informed staff answering the phones or a simple call back. We will not be returning.
