Fantastic experience: I've been going to MINT for years and have never had a bad experience, but I wanted to give a special thanks to Dr. Jenkins and Ms. Holly for their expert care and attention to detail. I was somewhat uneasy due to certain circumstances, but they made me feel at ease and provided superior service.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Mint Dentistry for an examination, and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a modern, clean, and welcoming environment. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and smooth. During the exam, the dental team was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. They explained each step clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated how attentive and respectful they were. It’s clear they prioritize both patient comfort and high-quality care. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with a great atmosphere, I highly recommend Mint

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with the expectation of getting an annual exam and cleaning done. Going in today everyone I spoke with was very nice but I'd have to say very disappointed in service or lack thereof. I waited for over an hour just to be told that I needed a root canal, crown for one tooth and some other minor work but I did not even get a cleaning or even a full mouth exam done, I'd have to come back for that. It's been a moment since I've been to a dentist but I've never gone and didn't at least have a full mouth exam or a cleaning done.

Negative experience: The doctor must have not had a pleasant morning. He was rude when I told him that I didn’t tolerate pain well. I asked for more anesthesia to numb the pain but he sighed like it was a problem. I was trying to tell him what area I felt the most pain at so he can put anesthesia in this particular. He replied do you feel pressure here. I said not but I have pain in a different area he was touching. I literally was shedding tears while he was trying to pull out the tooth. I had to raise my body up and use the timeout signal to get his attention. I then replied in disgust, ok I’m done, which made me feel uncomfortable. At some point of the visit when he was about to pull agin I just said I’m in pain but I’m not trying to start no drama. I literally was pissed when I left this place.

Positive experience: My first visit was awesome. I received a deep cleaning on the left side of my mouth. The dentist was pleasant and her bedside manner was above expectations. My gums recovered within 24 hours. I had to return for the right side a week later. This time I had a male dentist. He advised he was going to give me extra novicaine because he was going to be aggressive with the cleaning. Mind you, my left side had more deposits, than the right side. Primarily cause the right side had been cleaned recently. During the cleaning he struck nerves and hurt my gums. It has been over a week since the appointment and my gums are still sore and it hurts when I floss on the right side as well. He also.was rude the first day I met him. In my opinion he does not represent Mint in a positive light. But the other staff members were amazing.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever coming here!!! They were super fast and very thorough!! very informative in telling me everything I needed to know, heck I didn’t even know I had wisdom teeth coming in until I came in. Really Nice people, especially Jose really funny and considerate of budgeting and let’s us know what were are working with and advises of what’s best to do!!! And Bonus, Mint Dentistry is right next to a Jamaican food place I have yet to try BUT soon as you walk in SMELLS JUST LIKE A CAFETERIA OF DELICIOUS FOOD, thought somebody had some goodies on them my whole appt it made me hungry!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Negative experience: 2nd an last bad experience at Mint… Came in on Friday for a routine cleaning/checkup.. The dentist came in a looked in my mouth for all of 2-3 minutes max and said I don’t see anything you’re fine… Now I already knew I had a cavity from my last 2 visits! 1 at Mint and the other at a different dentist outside of Mint… yet this dentist said he didn’t see a single thing lol!! Also I was unaware of when he actually walked in the room… I was looking at my phone sitting up!! Next thing I know the back portion of the bed was being let down and he started talking!! He could’ve introduced himself and asked if I have anything bothering my teeth and then said he’s about to let the back down!! He was in such a rush.. a big rush. The lady who came in and cleaned my teeth was the only one who asked the questions he should’ve asked!! And her bedside manners were great! She was just as confused as I was when he said I have no cavities!! But the other dentists said I do!! To top it off they did not give me my whitening!! Per usual!! Why advertise it on the radio for PPO insurance if you’re not really doing it??? I’m done with Mint unless they hire better dentist who has good bedside treatment and has been diversity trained. Sad

Negative experience: I barely write a review; however my experience today was terrible. I had an 8am teeth cleaning appointment and was just sat there to wait on a doctor. I waited until 10:15am without anyone starting on my teeth cleaning. I eventually just got up and walked out, as I had somewhere to be at 11am. I will not go back to Mint Dentistry, or at-least not this location. Total waste of my time!

Negative experience: I stopped going to ment because they were not good to work with. At first they were good then after a few visits I saw that they just wanted money. I had a bridge done ant after 2 years my .South is still sore. They didn't file Mt paperwork correctly and I was charged for work that was included on my plan that cost me over $3.000.00 . They are not trustworthy when it comes to taking care of business. I will never use them again.

Negative experience: 0/10 the lead dentist fails to do fillings correctly. I went for filling then next thing you know my tooth is sensitive she now says its root canal, but cant fill a tooth correctly I have a deep hole in middle of my tooth paid $90 to be told to switch toothpaste when she never filled my tooth correctly. I don’t recommend at all!

Negative experience: Be careful if you have insurance, automatic upgrades occur from the reception area. Seems to be a disconnect between doctor and front staff. All I requested was a cleaning with full coverage PPO insurance and I'm told I need an estimate for services and if I decline that service a refusal cleaning would consist of just polishing my teeth. So unless you get a full mouth debrement, your only getting a Polish. Weird this comes from reception and not the doctor who just evaluated me. No problem me and my family will visit a dentist with transparent operating process. Good luck!

Negative experience: In all my life I have never been treated so bad. I was tears when I hot back to that room. The way the Dr. Looked at. I'm finally able to afford dental work and he was like disgusted with me or something. I'm sure it's a great place but this day myself esteem was taken from me and since then I just been looking for a dentist yet scared at the same time

Fantastic experience: Great dentist and staff love this office, i went in May to get a wisdom tooth extacted after going to another dentist and getting told I had to go to a specialist to have surgery done to remove it, i found mint denistry and got told i could get it extracted normally with no problem. i schedule an appoinment to get it extracted and they made me feel so calm and relaxed from the moment i walked in to my appoinment. the appoinment and extraction lasted no more than 20 minutes and i had my wisdom tooth removed so fast and quick with no pain what so ever with all the numbing medicine. i will definitley be back to get more work done. I recomended them 100%.....

Negative experience: Been coming here for years, usually early morning appointments. Had to schedule a late afternoon time because of my ability and my insurance wasn’t verified even though I entered everything online when I made the appointment so I had to wait. Then they tried to charge my insurance through the roof when all I wanted was my routine cleaning, and when I started asking questions was told well it’s 5pm. WHAT DO YOU MEAN, I WAS THE ONE WAITING ON YOU GUYS TO GET ME IN THE CHAIR!! Taking my business elsewhere, this was a complete waste of my day. Cool decorations but don’t get fooled my the free glasses, there’s better quality dentist practices out there.

I like that the greeting desk chic explained everything in detail to ensure you are understanding the procedures and payment options. I especially want to shout out Bianca for being thorough and OCD with cleaning my pearly whites lol She put the icing on the cake!

Positive experience: I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years or 5… They had been blowing me up about my ck up that I missed. I told the lady I started a new job n couldn’t come right now unless she have a late appointment she stated she did so she booked me. Now keep in mine I said I STARTED A NEW JOB WHICH MEAN NEW BENEFITS CORRECT??!! SO …. My appointment day has arrived and I call again to confirm appointment. I come in n speak n the black lady at the desk guess she was new was like yes ma’am. I said I have an appointment she said ok your name give my name n she say we have u as a cash patient I say no I have insurance I told them when I book I had a new job n was ask was do I have ppo insurance stated yes. Ok so she go get the office manager a young Hispanic woman who says u got insurance now I stated yes I was without for a short time she say o we do t have your insurance info and it’s to late to verify I said huh how is that? Well fast forward she got it verified and told me I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY DUE TO INSURANCE I SAID OK SO IM THINKING IM ABOUT TO BE SEEN N SHE SAY I REBOOKED U I SAID NO MA’AM I will not be taking off again she said your cleaning won’t be done by 5:30 I said what time y’all close she said 5:30 I said my appointment was 4:30 n I’m here so get started she had the nerves to say I HAVE TO PICK MY KIDS UP I HAVE A FAMILY I SAID OK N I HAVE A JOB AS WELL SOOO. But I’ve called corporate I’ve called soooo call boss number she have sent emails and txt nothing back… Looking for another location to go too now there lost!!!!! ‍♀️

Negative experience: Doctors are great as well asl staff. My only complaint is I overpaid for my visit and the office refuses to stop installment payments that i have set up to come out of my debit card. I received my EOB frm insurance stating i should have paid way less than what i was quoted. When I called in regard to this i was told the billing person or persons have not posted the insurance payment to my account yet so they could not stop my installment pymt. I even offered to fax EOB to them as proof just to stop the payment that will be debited Called today and Ashley said she will have someone from billing call me and no one has yet returned my call. Quoted $400 but was only resp for $136. Update back again and was once again overcharged and they still want to collect more money from me instead of using credit! EOB provided

Negative experience: Today I had an appointment when I came in your desk front office girl Amanda was rude and had an attitude with me when asking her about my appointment it felt like it was an inconvenience to help me. I would like to formally complaint about the service I received. Not only that but my appointment was changed that day for me several times and the initial girl who added my appointment told me specifically she was scheduling one to remove my wisdom tooth but she scheduled a exam instead and when I came in the front desk girl told me that they couldn’t help me with that but instead of being nice about it she had an attitude. When I asked her name she told me Amanda I asked her last name she said I can’t tell you that! Instead of apologizing she hand over my paper upset.

Fantastic experience: Every experience at Lancaster Mint Dentistry has been a great one. Everyone is extremely nice including the dentist. It’s a relaxed and chill, clean environment. Plus, they educate you and always have little gifts to take home. There is usually no wait time before you get called back. Just an overall nice place to make your dental appointments with!

Negative experience: Bad review for my mom. She came in to get her partial fixed in April and it is now August and she still hasn’t gotten her teeth back. She has had to go on vacation without teeth and her birthday is coming soon and she still hasn’t received them. She has had several appointments and still nothing has been done. There is no care nobody has an explanation why it has taken this long. This is poor service and nobody that has paid their hard earned money should be treated this way.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the MINT dentistry Lancaster location is always friendly courteous and helpful. They give you five star plus treatment and they explain everything. It is always a wonderful experience.

Negative experience: Literally only giving this location one star because my hygienist, Lin, was great. She was so nice and courteous that it almost made up for the rest of my experience. The dentist was very brusque and did not take the time to inform my of my care/treatment. He showed me a total of 3 cavities on my x-rays, but when the front office staff come in to go over my treatment plan, she showed me a bill for 6 cavities. When I questioned this she said, "Oh, he must have only shown you 3 and not the rest." Also, the quote I received to have all 6 cavities filled was $2709.00. After his evaluation, the dentist handed me a Rx for tooth paste, without any explanation for why I needed a prescription for toothpaste. When I questioned what the RX was for, his response was, "it is to prevent cavities. I will leave it at the front for you to take when you leave." When I did leave, there was no prescription, no "complimentary" whitening tray (which I took molds for at the appointment), or a complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste. I had heard such good things about Mint Dentistry, which is why I choose the location. As someone who loves to go to the dentist (though I hadn't been able to go in a while due to moving to a new city & Covid-19), I was utterly disappointed and honestly aggravated with the whole experience. To my hygienist Lin (or Lynn): You were amazing. You were so professional and courteous. PLEASE leave this Mint location because you are too good to be working there. Thank you so much for care during my visit! Your professionalism and care is the only reason my entire experience wasn't completely awful. Thank you.

Negative experience: Allow you to set an appointment only to come in and turn you back around, because they claim that its too late to do a particular service. What kind of sense does that make ? Why would you still allow me to set an appointment?

Fantastic experience: My experience was great. It was my very first time and I have a significant amount of work that needed to be done but I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while due to me not being insured and I couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket . The extent of damages is pretty severe and sometime I do feel a bit embarrassed about how people will see it and judge me off of how my teeth look like they hadn’t been taken care of in some parts. The staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed and provided me with a clear treatment plan and made sure I understood everything , I’m so glad I came to this dentist office and I look forward to getting everything done with them .

Fantastic experience: My teeth are very sensitive and I informed the staff this pertinent information at the beginning of my visit. The staff took this concern into consideration and made my visit a joyful one. Not only were the staff careful with the handling of my teeth cleaning, but also shared suggested products and best strategies that would help with teeth sensitivity. My sister preferred me and I the experience was everything she said from the time I walked in until the moment I walked out. I was greeted by friendly professional staff and then was taken for X-rays and the friendliness and care never stopped. This was the first time in my life were the cleaning of my teeth was smooth, easy and relaxed. They treated me as if I was on a mini spa: the massage chair, Netflix and friends. Truthfully I’m 48 years old and I always have my teeth clean twice year and Mint Dentistry is now my favorite place to go,

Negative experience: I have been going to this place for about 2 or 3 years. The work only lasts about a year if that. When I complained they only checked and said I have to see an orthodontist because they don’t redo their work. This has happened twice. I got most of my work done within a year to a year and half, my bridge has hurt since they did it and I have complained over and over; the orthodontist said it needs to be redone. Of course they will not pay for the horrible work they did. Now a filling has broke in half while eating only potatoes. Don’t waste your time or money going to this place. They have good advertising but the work is actually absolutely horrible!!!

Fantastic experience: I had my initial visit today at the Lancaster Mint Denistry location. I had a very pleasurable experience. The entire staff from the front desk staff, hygenist and dentists were all very nice. They make feel like you've been here forever. I'm glad that I chose Mint for my dental exam and cleaning.

Fantastic experience: This was one of my best visit! The staff was great! They made sure I was comfortable. They always said my pleasure! I would recommend this location to every one. The best part was that! I did not have my old set of whiting trays. They made me a new set! Thanks mint for keeping my teeth white and pretty!

Fantastic experience: Came to this location for the first time, the location is very close to my home. The staff was very nice and friendly and i didn’t wait long to start my appointment. My daughter was offered a tablet and headphones to entertain her before and during her visit. We will for sure be back!

Fantastic experience: This is my first time at MINT and they are absolutely AMAZING!!! The new patient process was smooth and Faron made my visit even better by being extremely nice and down to earth! Did not expect to have the option of Netflix or Pandora while in the back or the massage chair but each were an added touch!!! I would totally come back here because I felt so welcomed!!!

Negative experience: Wait Times At This Facility Are Extremely Long and Patients Aren’t Notified In Advance of Staff Shortages. So For A Basic Cleaning I Was There Over An Hr and Was Finally Told There Was Only One Hygienist Available. Very Unprofessional And I Will Ensure My Family and I Will Never Return To Any Mint Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: My 1st time was great... The doctor and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. They handle my appt quickly and smoothly. My treatment plan was shown as well as explained in great detail. I also brought my sons and they too enjoyed every point from the moment we walked in. I've been having issues with my wisdom teeth for many years, which one was impacted along with infected. The dentist was incredible. She made me extremely comfortable. Let me tell you I'd never even knew when she had pulled all 3 of my teeth within 15min. Yes even the infected one that barely had any enamel left on the top. I'm in no pain from the oral surgery procedure just sore, nothing that a little ibuprofen can't fix. She was marvelous!!!.. I'm still in shock.. I am a patient for life. Thanks so much Mint Dentistry of Lancaster!!!
