Fantastic experience: Tracy does a terrific job and both Dr. Harr and Baxter couldn't be nicer. I'm 60 and this is my favorite dental clinic by far. It's high tech and professionalism coupled with the human touch of a country doctor. They also have a program that's much better than insurance. Highly recommend for quality, service and value.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Nolensville Dental. I had to have emergency dental work done due to two broken veneers on my front teeth. They fit me in within 2 hours of my call, had a temporary fix for my teeth, and were incredibly helpful in providing me options for replacement veneers. Dr. Baxter took the time to speak with me at length about the process of replacing them and every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr haar for the past 8+ years. They are the best dentists I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a good amount of cavity fillings and every time they are done so well when I see Dr.Haar! I ended up moving further out so I started seeing a different dentist just for my cleanings and They didn’t actually catch a cavity to the point where it turned into almost needing to be a root canal, but Dr haar was able to catch it and have it be a filling/crown and it was so pain-free. I’m amazed by his work every single time he is so gentle and skilled and funny! I ended up getting a filling done that was smaller at the other dentist office that was in network close by my house - thinking it would not be a big deal since it was minimal but I was in pain for seven days afterwards and all it was was a filling… needless to say, I will not be going to any other dentistry, but Nolensville dentistry with Dr haar! He is an expert:)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harr, advised me to get checked for sleep apnea based upon his findings in my mouth so, I had a test performed and turns out I have severe sleep apnea. I’ve acquired a cpap machine and have so much more energy and better sleep. I had no idea that I had sleep apnea so thanks to his attention to detail and experience has improved my quality of health. Fantastic experience: Over 7 decades I have lived in NJ, LA, TX, TN and FL and lived in Franklin and Nolensville. I have been a patient at Nolensville Dental for a number of years and have needed to have a variety of different procedures after a lifetime of nighttime-grinding of my teeth from poor overall health due to serious chronic stress. This IS the best dental office among the many that I have frequented. 100%+ Confident. Very (local) friendly and professional. "Family" atmosphere. Everything always works smoothly. I have never felt "rushed" in any way. The communication of information for me, a VERY inquisitive man, to understand has been outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit here and I already booked for the next dental cleaning! The clinic is spacious and super clean. I saw people using disinfecting wipes and tidying up constantly which is fantastic. We were welcomed by the general manager Amy who was professional and friendly. She was running the clinic like a well oiled machine. Very impressive. Kara, my hygienist, was extremely thorough and I highly appreciate her detailed, meticulous work. She really got into all the crevices to get all the tartar off. My teeth felt so smooth and clean afterwards! Wow! Then I met Dr. Harr who did an assessment of my TMJ issues and explained potential causes and treatments. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions patiently with great bedside manner. Also they gave me a free lip balm along with other dental goodies at the end, which I think is so nice!

She had the steadiest hand of any I've ever dealt with in the past and it never hurt. She was easy to talk to and laughed at most of my jokes! I was pleased to introduce her to my wife, Lorraine who was waiting for me in the lounge. I'll always use Dr. Haar as my go-to dentist. After all, Santa needs a white smile!

Currently, the hygienist (Sarah?) said I was up for x-rays and I shook my head 'no'. She said 'ok!' and no more. No confrontations! Nice! She and Dr. Baxter are professional but laid back. At this time, I see no reason to look for another office...unless they stop taking my insurance!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Nashville 4 years ago and lived in three different areas so have had a few dentists. This is the only one that doesn't push you into expensive dental procedures. My last dentist wanted to put crowns on half my teeth. An evaluation by Dr. Baxter showed one was a watch and the others were good for now. They are honest. And do only the work needed. Dr. Baxter is great and I highly recommend!

When I called to made appointment receptionist gave me 3 months appointment then after one month I got call from the office they said Dr David will be after town we need to reschedule your appointment I said ok extend my appointment another month I gave all my insurance info you good to ok . My appointment day comes I walked in asked my my Insurance card she said we are not taking your insurance why didn’t tell me when I provided to you on line then she went back office after 20 min I’m sorry will take your insurance ok. The nurse after she finished her procedure she didn’t even clean my teeth.I’m sorry Dr David out of town . I will never back .
