Fantastic experience: I was referred to the office for removal of excess bone growth on floor of mouth on both sides of the tongue.(mandibular tori) A sedative was given upon arrival. Well that’s the last I remember. No remembrance of the procedure at all. I knew it was done when I looked in my mouth at home. The bone was gone, disposal stitches in place and complete healing within a week. Dr. Bass is remarkable! I highly recommend her!!! Also staff is so pleasant and friendly. ( I am very sensitive to sedatives)

Fantastic experience: This is an office that does everything right. The staff is personable, efficient, and kind. I received reminder text messages, followup text messages, and never had to wait more than a minute or two to be seen. Even the waiting room furniture is comfortable! It is rare to find someone like Dr. Hall, who is so competent, confident, professional, and exceptional....yet also has a wonderful bedside manner that puts even the most anxious patient at ease. I didn't want to go (who wants to go to the dentist?), but I'm very glad that I did.

I had been having discomfort and bleeding in my gums for YEARS and was finally told by my general dentist that I needed to go see a specialist in order to do a LANAP procedure. I went to a clinic that my general dentist referred me to but once I walked in, I didn’t have a good feeling. I felt like that team didn’t really care about me, they just wanted my business. Their estimate for the procedure was insanely high and I remember walking out of there feeling so sad thinking that I could never afford to do this. But then, I decided to get a second opinion. I found and met with Dr. Hall and loved the experience she provided from start to finish. She actually sat down and explained the whole procedure to me (the other clinic just turned on a video and told me to watch it). She answered all my questions before the surgery, and after my surgery (which went great!) she even called me later on that same day to check up on me. Dr. Hall actually cares about every single one of her patients, and that means so much! She is simply the best!

Dr. Hall herself is the best ever. Very gentle and always concerned with your comfort. She will sit and explain things to you and give you choices. It’s a great office highly recommend them for any type of periodontal work that you may need to have done.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Staff was professional and timely. Dr. Hall was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. She came highly recommended by two dentists. She examined my teeth and we made a plan to fix the problem. Her front of office employees were extremely professional and didn’t do any of the upselling I have had in other dental offices. Fantastic experience: Dr. Hall is a fantastic periodontist! Not only did she get me in quick to get my surgery completed, but she did a great job fixing the gum problems that I was having. Best of all, she really cares and has followed up with me multiple times to check on my healing. I drive over an hour to see her so that speaks volumes to how great she is. The staff is also very professional, courteous, and efficient with your time.

Fantastic experience: From the time you make the appointment and following the appointment Bass and Hall practice make you know they care. I was greeted as soon as I entered the office. Time to chair was 5 minutes after checking in! They are taking extra care to make sure you are as safe as humanly possible when coming in for your appointment. Fantastic experience: Had a difficult procedure done. Dr. Hall and her staff did a great job to make sure I was comfortable. With work being done on the last lower molar, a previous dentist used an apparatus to hold my mouth open, causing me to gag and have a sore jaw afterwards. Dr. Hall skillfully worked on the back tooth, smoothing out a rear-facing filling that was not smoothed out and caused food to get stuck, causing bone loss. She did the whole procedure in less than an hour. Dr. Hall even called me that evening to see how I was doing.I hope I don't have to have surgery again but if I do, Dr. Hall is my first choice! Skilled and talented doctor with a great staff!

Fantastic experience: I am a retired registered dental hygienist. There are plenty of options in the DFW area for great periodontists and implant specialists. I have known Dr. Hall personally and professionally for over 20 years. I would not have trusted my treatment with anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Happy to rate Dr Bass as 5 star. Had a painless skin graft. Everything was very well done. Got an appointment in a few days. Regular dentist was 5 weeks, which was a problem. They don't take insurance, but will file for you. Not taking insurance allows them to charge more.

Fantastic experience: Best Surgeon Ever! Very conservative on each step of a process to replace large molar. Made sure it has healed and the bone would hold the implant before moving forward. Completely out, surgery followed with a personal phone call from the surgeon, Dr. Bass. Cost was reasonable in comparison to other providers.

It’s a rare thing these days for a doctor/surgeon to call and check in on you personally after your surgery, but to do it multiple times and after hours, is RARE!! I have a huge fear of having dental work done, but she’s so nice and very knowledgeable, I knew immediately I was in great hands!
