Negative experience: Their website and office make it seem like they truly care about helping people get their smile back, but my experience was the opposite. If you have low income or a credit score under 650, they refuse to work with you. There are no real payment options or in office plans for people who genuinely need help. Instead of offering solutions, they simply tell you to improve your credit score and call back. For a place that advertises compassion and support, the lack of assistance for those struggling is disappointing and misleading.

Fantastic experience: Did one tooth extraction, at this location, followed by an implant. Service done by their surgeons was more than excellent. Also, did take their membership which covers two dental cleanings per year, do recommend Lucio as your hygienist, he is the best in town. I am more than happy with their service and fully recommend them.

The main reason I went to Dr. Implant is because Dr. Jose Alberto is very knowledgeable to lastest techniques and the materials of implants that are available now.
