Fantastic experience: Was ill and unable to make my appointment several weeks ago. Today the staff called with an opening and got me right in. I had met my dental technician (Inna) and the newest staff dentist (Dr. Shirin Kamalipou) during the exam and they are absolutely top notch. Also, the front desk staff is friendly, courteous, and very competent. As I've said before, this is the place to go!!

Fantastic experience: Was needing to find a new dentist after mine retired and Dr. Cassandra Pietrok’s name was provided to me by two different sources. I am extremely happy with my choice of Dr. Pietrok and Pacific Hills Dental. The total staff - from stepping through the front door on - are very welcoming, friendly and professional. As I am overly anxious about dental visits, I was extremely grateful for Dr. Pietrok and her assistants’ calming manner, careful explanations, and being accepting of my concerns and hesitancy. I have been amazed that the discomfort that I used to experience on dental visits is essentially non-existent. Hopefully, this fact will help retrain my brain regarding dental care! I would recommend Dr. Pietrok and Pacific Hills dental staff to anyone looking for a more positive view of dental work!

Fantastic experience: Pacific Dental - Tom St. Germain, DDS (Dr. St. Germain) absolutely deserves this overdue review. I had a fantastic experience back in July 2025. They cleaned my teeth, completed a tooth extraction, and did a crown, and the entire process was professional, thorough, and surprisingly smooth. This office is amazing, especially because they actually make the crown in the dental office, so it can be shaped and placed the same day. That level of convenience and efficiency is incredible. Everyone was so kind and reassuring, and I genuinely felt cared for from the moment I walked in. Jane was the first to greet me, and she was wonderful. She made sure I had a great experience and helped keep me calm during the procedures. Dr. St. Germain was excellent: thorough, understanding, and patient. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also amazing and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend Pacific Dental to anyone looking for professional, high-quality dental care with a team that truly treats you with kindness and respect.

They’re super personal and genuinely care about each patient’s well-being, which makes all the difference. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you feel completely comfortable. It’s clear they love what they do and are committed to making each visit as pleasant as possible. If you're looking for a dental office where you’ll feel right at home, I can't recommend them enough!" Update 1/4/21 Dr. St. Germain did a phenomenal job removing a couple of Amalgam fillings. Took extra precaution by using a special suction attachment. He is the kindest dentist I’ve ever met. He even let me watch him prep my crown in the lab and explained the entire process. The front desk staff is on top of all the billing and had me out the door in no time. I am excited to have found such an exceptionally professional and curious dental team. This place is amazing! ——- I've only had a consultation visit here. I was highly impressed before I ever arrived. Cheryl at the front desk was able to answer many of my questions about how their in-office crown service works, how long it takes, and how well these hold up. Dr. St. Germain is such a kind man, he really took his time to answer all the questions I brought with me. Everyone at this office seems to understand each others job. Warm and friendly team environment. I am impressed and looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: This is the best experience that I have ever had from a dentist visit from the moment I walked in the door. The ladies at the front extended a level of care and authenticity that provided comfort and acceptance. Transitioning from the front office to the back presented the same level of care. Excellent communication. I felt heard, understood and supported with my dental concerns. The dental hygienist was amazing going over and beyond however feeling as if this was her general practice. I felt very much important. My daughter and I were the last patients however was treated as if we her first. I am grateful for their high level of expertise, professionalism and heart posture. We have finally found a dental home.

Fantastic experience: An emergency visit. They were able to take me early in the morning within 45 minutes of my call. Well organized office. Staff was quite knowledgeable of procedures. Receptionist, Cheryl (sp?), was has great interpersonal and scheduling skills and was a pleasure to talk to. Also, Jane, the assistant, knows her job quite well and was also enjoyable to speak with. Finally, Dr. Tom - spent about 15 minutes talking with him discussing my issues and options. IMHO, he's an awfully bright guy! And excellent interpersonal skills. All in all, the office vibe is one of relaxation and confidence. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Due to a health issue, it had been a year and a half since my last cleaning. They were to take care of two cavities at that time so I finally had the opportunity to go see Dr. St. Germain. Jane and Dr. Germain were excellent. The cleaned my teeth and took care of the two cavities. All set to see them in six months. I'm very pleased with Pacific Hiss Dental.

The staff was extraordinary their customer service was excellent. Wonderful doctor came out to meet me he didn’t have to do that. Most dentists would not do that because they don’t have time they get you in and get you out which is not really good. The dentist and his staff awesome

Negative experience: Desk lady cancelled my appointment because I was unable to instantly pay my bill. If you’re like me and don’t make $500 a day and need time to pay things off don’t go here.

It Seems small and insignificant for an adult person that has a monster-type fear of the dentist but man did they go an awful long way as both a hygienist and a dentist to look past my immaturities and make me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: A childhood injury resulted in a tooth extraction today. Everything went so well-far beyond my expectations. Dr Saint-Germaine and Jane were wonderful! They were calming, reassuring and explained what they were doing to ease any pain. They carefully explained and sent me home with CLEAR directions for post-care. The BEST!

Fantastic experience: In just 3 hours from start to finish, Dr St. Germain and his efficient dental assistant, Sharon, replaced my embarrassingly-discolored front teeth with two brand new, perfectly-shaded teeth. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, the doctor made the teeth onsite and was able to fit them without installing the usual temporaries while waiting a week for the new crowns to be produced in a lab. It was amazing and I look forward to showing off my new happy smile in photos going forward. Thank you, Pacific Hills Dental!

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied and all the staff members were great. Very minimal pain. The site started bleeding harder so I resorted to a tea bag and within 3-5 minutes it stopped bleeding and has kept clotting since. You couldn’t ask for a better doctor and staff.

Trista made every accommodation to get me in on the spot, Dr. Tom worked me in through his other patients and I was done by noon with a brand new smile! This office was truly a lifesaver!

Fantastic experience: First time patient and I must say Jen (hygienist) was terrific. She was able to do everything from x-rays to cleaning to gum check-ups quickly & thoroughly without any hesitation or questions on how to use any tools or technology. Dr. Tom St. Germain consulted on me on my options for a rather complicated issue on my front teeth and was also very thorough and complete. He showed me all my options and went through the likely outcome of each option without pushing any singular option. Very impressed so far.

Negative experience: Came in and received X-rays from a newer dental hygienist named Jasmine I believe. She was inexperienced and struggled to place the bite wings in the appropriate spot in my mouth. Switched over to Inna and she cleaned my teeth. Inna was quick and efficient and overall did a great job. She went to get the dentist and I waited for thirty minutes and he still did not come over to speak with me. I ended up leaving since this is not the expected level of service any patient should experience. Needless to say I will most likely be looking to change to a different dental office who values their customers time.
