Fantastic experience: This was my first time with the King of Pearls. The 45 minutes drive was worth it. Michael was very communicative, informative and made sure I knew everything that was happening before and as it was. The environment was calm, small room with a few chairs, lots of certifications and a TV. I booked two back to back sessions for under $50 w/ tip. My results were amazing❣️ The tray that keeps your mouth open is not the most comfortable, but tolerable for the end result. Perfect outcome right before my 50th birthday. He also gave me tips and tricks to keep them white longer. Will definitely book with him again. It was a very pleasant experience. The first two photos are before and last one is after.I don't smoke, but have a daily coffee and enjoy red wine sometimes.

Negative experience: If I could give him 0 stars, I most definitely would. Got my teeth whitened 4 days ago & gems put on. Teeth gem fell off today. Hit up Mike Jones & he’s pretending like I’m talking to a automatic service but it’s really him. Told him the issue & he tried to charge me for new services instead of fixing the issue. Always try to support a black business but this man “Dr. Jones” is a trip. His customer service & attitude is crazy but mine is worst. I will be returning to confront this issue head on. I will absolutely not be robbed of my hard earned money.

My dentist office said the cost would be around $300. In our economy, that is more like a luxury. I came across the King of Pearls and I was impressed by the before & afters and the reviews first. Then I find out the back to school pricing was only $40! Completely doable. The icing on the cake was to find out the owner is giving back to our communities. His company raised almost 30k for My Sisters House which is a non profit for domestic violence, sexual assault & trafficking. So, you've got awesome results, a wonderful owner that makes you feel comfortable through the process and a company that gives back and pours into the community.
