Negative experience: I’ve always heard great things about this office, but during my visit today, I was really disappointed. I saw a female doctor yelling at an assistant while X-rays were being taken, and it made me feel very uncomfortable as a visitor. The way she was acting made it seem like she doesn’t care about her job or the people she works with. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, and honestly, it makes me not want to come back.

Negative experience: Honestly not the best place to go. I was never offered the color brackets option while In office for our consultation. Apparently asking questions about pricing means I can't afford it. Then I asked why wasn't I offered i got an apology saying they wanted to be cost effective. Also go in for the braces after being offered 1000$ off treatment then don't qualify. Twice I was offered. So then finally they took 250$ off our treatment. So if you want to talk to the clinic you can text and hope and wait for a reply or wait on hold until you get someone who knows how long that will be. Communication truly lacking here.

Fantastic experience: Sometimes you go places and you’re afraid to go for whatever the reason is. Today I have the amazing opportunity to meet this fine young lady Beatris. Made the intake a super smooth transition, as well as calming my nerves with her great heart. As well as the rest of the team in the studio, not only reassure me that everything was gonna be OK but my brand new braces will be just fine as well. Negative experience: Clean office, staff is friendly , they are ALWAYS late on appointment times so be prepared if your appointment is set for 9:20am to not be seen until 20 min past . Very frustrating and inconvenient. So if you’re a punctual person this would not be the orthodontics for you. unfortunately I’m stuck with this untimeliness for the next 8 months. They called 2 days before an appointment I had scheduled a month in advance to tell me it the dentist availability changed they need me to come in the morning . Like Most Americans I have a job. I ran 15 minutes late due to the last min switch in time and instead of accommodating me like they accommodated their Doctor they changed my appointment . They have no availability for months at a time I really regret choosing this place as my orthodontist

Negative experience: It is cheaper than other orthodontic offices and you get what you pay for. It is clean but they have a lot more up-charges and are less professional than other offices. Everyone is nice but they seem to value quantity over quality.

Negative experience: Beth was amazing! She was quick and efficient! Edit: I have four kids in different stages of treatment. I have one child who continues to have issues with one metal bracket for the rubber band. She is continually have to wait a week to get it replaced. It’s literally coming off within hours of having it put on and it’s the same one. We travel an hour plus to get there because we had a positive experience with the Tampa office previously. If you want to waste your money go to the Lakeland office. Save your time and money and go somewhere else unless you have time to make weekly appointments.

She even informed me of an issue with my dental health that no one else had noticed, and I have made an appointment to be checked out for healthy teeth after I finish my braces treatment. The way she speaks to you is fun and upbeat, and it's never a dull moment with her. She makes sure she is keeping you informed about the latest techniques for taking care of your teeth and makes sure you are comfortable and heard. She even engaged with my finance, who is an introvert, but we had a lot of fun and a quick and efficient appointment. I really enjoyed my appointment! So far, I have always had a good experience with everyone I have met.

Negative experience: They lie like they’re giving $1000 off braces, but they sneak it back into the pricing & disguise it as the cost of alignment & other BS that should already be included in the treatment plan. I called them LAST month & told them I wouldn’t be back to complete the treatment because I was moving out of state. I also told them to remove my debit card from their system so they wouldn’t bill me anymore & they STILL billed me this month. I’ve called 3 times & requested to speak with their financial coordinator but she never answers nor does she call back. Now I have to fight with them to get my money back for services that were NOT rendered & I also have to file a fraud claim with my card company since IOS decided to fraudulently charge my card after I cancelled their service. This is a horrible & shady company! I wish I’d never done business with them.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an unfortunate crossbite along with a few other orthodontic concerns that needed to be corrected before there wouldn’t be any improvements without major surgery. The Doctor was very informative and didn’t hide any concerns he had with the treatment plan he had chosen. We had brought her there apparently just in time for none of the concerns to turn out and now she has a perfect smile with no more orthodontic concerns in just two years. The staff is all very knowledgable, very caring and love their job (it definitely shows). I highly recommend anyone who would like a complete transformation, whether it be medically necessary or cosmetic, to come to Imagine and get taken care of.

Negative experience: They were trying to force us to get the opinion of a surgeon before even making the braces a priority and putting them on The referral they gave us phone call after phone call I placed it took them 2 months to even call me back. Of course, we went somewhere else, not a great place.

Negative experience: Dont waste your time with these crooks. One payment behind and they stopped all work. But still took payment out every month for a year. Then said they were going to stop seeing her as a patient if I didn’t pay in full the rest. Even after I paid in full these crooks are still seeing my daughter months and months after I paid in full. In a hurry to get payment but not wanting to do the job after I’m paid in full. I would leave no stars but you can’t. Horrible establishment.

Fantastic experience: My teen has been visiting Imagine for placement and care of her braces for about a year now. Treatment has been smooth and effective. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Environment is casual and inviting to ease any "dentist nerves." Dr. Christman is approachable and spends time explaining dental talk to kids and parents. Most recent visit was a great one - quick and painless wire placement. Our assistant, Beth J., was the best. Really nice and proficient. My teen said, "She was gentle." Appreciate that! Would highly recommend this orthodontic studio.

Negative experience: So my daughter had her braces put on about 1.5 months ago to 2 months. Her first follow up was scheduled for 04/18 which was long time to go after first getting braces my opinion. Due to a true family emergency we called today and spoke with Liz to change the appointment or at least the time. We were told they are booked to June. How absolutely insane! I wish I would of checked a bit more thoroughly prior to beginning treatment here. She is the 4th child of mine to have braces (none done here in FL but in IL where we used to live) and never have I had such inadequate follow up care. I am a nurse and work for the insurance company that provides my daughters dental and plan to speak with them as well. I feel that their inability to provide flexible options for treatment/follow up is not good standards of practice. So because of a true family emergency my 15 year old will go half a year with braces not being checked tightened or her bands being applied. Her gums are already inflamed and the braces have caused red abrasions on her cheeks. There should be more opportunities for changing appointments if needs arise. They are quick to take their money each month...yet not provide the required follow up. I would seriously research other providers before signing with Imagine. Seems like a law suit waiting to happen not providing care for 6 months but still taking payments. Shame on you!!
